Hopefully you can cook, if not it will be a large problem in your relationship as he can’t cook. While your house may not get burned down, the food won’t be edible. It doesn’t matter how well you can cook or how you try to teach him. He can’t cook.

He also has a love for sweets, and will eat the sweets inside the house unless you tell him not to.

He doesn’t sleep - so if you’re a fellow non-sleeper, great! You guys can think of things to do together regardless of what time it is. If you are a sleeper, that’s fine, and he can find something else to do with his time.

He would never think of betraying you, as it goes against everything he was trained and raised to be. He will be deeply hurt if you leave him for somebody else, and there will be no chance of getting back together again. Once you decide to leave, that’s your choice, but you won’t be coming back into his life.

He isn’t exactly against children, but he isn’t for them either. He had to kill his own father in the rite of passage chosen by the village elders. He wouldn’t want his child to go through the same thing that he went through. So, he wouldn’t want a child, but, in a safe world where his child(ren) wouldn’t have to endure the hardships and trauma he had to go through, he wouldn’t mind having them.

If he had a child, he would help out most with the child, and he might actually sleep from time to time. The reason being, he doesn’t sleep, so he has more time to do things and is able to be there when needed. (So you won’t be losing any sleep). The lack of sleep and the constant working to keep another person alive isn’t an easy task, and parenthood never is. All of it would eventually begin to become a drain on him physically, and he would need a quick nap here and there. Although his sleep was never really pleasant, he’s still getting some sleep.
