i always thought the little trivia about astronaut meaning 'star sailor' was super cute and just kinda. fiddled with the components to make it sound fancier i guess (the spelling is not actually accurate to like.. any roots of the word or anything lol)

and the name Asto is just because i wanted a name derived from my username and astro was an obvious choice but i didnt like how it sounded so i just dropped the r (????

For my name it was a nickname I was giving back in middleschool! One of our teacher had a system where we worked with 'wifi' eachtime we talked in class we lost a bar of the "wifi" (was a weird joke and we never held count on that) All the kids usually joked if they needed 'wifi' , they would borrow mine if they wanted to talk more. (I was incredibly shy in middle school, I only talked to like 3 people at school;^;)

They called me Ms. Wifi because of that. I just thought it would be funny if I put 'miss' instead of 'ms' because of my terrible actual wifi connection I have at home lol.

Thank you kindly for the tag @sealrock - I decided to do this for my gentle shinigami, I believe I may have done it in the past but I can not locate it! So here we go! Though I take a lot from myth, these seem to inspire me the most!

Arashi is from X/1999. Natsume is from Natsume Yuujinchou. Shiranui is from Onmyoji - a big inspiration! Izanami no Mikoto - another major inspiration taken from myth! Princess Kaguya - based on the Ghibli film and Monogatari. Celty from Durarara!!

KISSES YOU MWAH i cant just do one tho sry. for nrt, haku is my all time favourite forever and ever no matter what. also zabuza, temari, deidara, sasuke, madara, tenten, anko, uhh also tobirama and orochimaru in the i want to observe them in a petri dish way. also hidan for the petri dish but probably a separate one just bc like,,, hidan. for omj this is easy. ubume is my number one in my heart undying my reason to life etc. my favourite character in any media for the rest of my life. i also like orochi, shiranui, kinnara, kanihime and umi no cho, hiromasa, yato, ama no zako, mushishi, enmusubi, kidomaru, ootengu, ibaraki, ahhh i could go on forever theres too many. mostly i just spend a lot of time agonising over ubume orochi and shiranui <3

The old Habits and Mitazono Mei.

In Rumiko sensei's captivating manga "MAO," we encounter the enigmatic Mei Mitazono(whose appearance strikingly resembles Kikyo from "Inuyasha). Mei is deeply entrenched in the world of the Gokou clan, a formidable and dread-inducing group within the story. Despite Onmyoji Mao's attempts to convince Mei to abandon her allegiance to the Gokou clan, I find myself feeling pessimistic about the likelihood of her changing sides.

The latest MAO chapter 228: 身内の情 Miuchi no jou(Family Ties) brings Kamon and Mei on their first tet-a-tet. And it's the first time ever the loyal to the Gokou,Mei,sees how are on people the dread results of the Hakou seed.

Mei and Kamon both admit that they have not seen people able to continue living in this state, and Mao silently hopes this will awaken Mei to understand how much Horrid is the Gokou Clan.

However I'm pessimistic about it! Old habits such as the feelings of Loyalty to the Gokou clan,and her frustration that she couldn’t save her father and her friends.

Furthermore, the Gokou clan exerts a significant influence over its members, likely using both fear and indoctrination to maintain control. Mei's loyalty isn't just a matter of personal choice,but also a survival strategy in a world filled with thugs being alike and the same to Onitake.Mei’s quest is motivated by Rage,Frustration and Perpetual Sadism.And full embracing the curse thing.She doesn’t sense She’s being under Shiranui’s manipulation. The clan's manipulation and control tactics would make it even harder for Mei to see a life beyond their influence.

Change and redumption require not just external persuasion but a profound internal shift.

While I would love to see Mei find freedom and forge her own destiny, the reality of her situation makes it difficult to remain optimistic. It serves as a poignant reminder of how complex and challenging personal transformations can be, especially when deeply embedded in powerful and manipulative structures.

I'm so tired, there aren't many updates yet! I hope you are doing well, my dears!

The new plot trailer reveals a very interesting detail! According to real mythology, after a quarrel with her brother Susanoo, Amaterasu hid in a cave and the whole world was plunged into darkness. The real story also mentions that the dance was performed by the goddess of happiness, joy, dance, and theater, Ame no uzume.

The game briefly states that Amaterasu had already left once before. So in the game we see that Seimei suggested that the goddess empress of Takamagahara might be awakened by dancing (and apparently by song). And we also see Suzuhikohime, who is no longer Ame no uzume, but who still has her power. We also see the master dancer Shiranui and the goddess Kinnara, who excels at playing the biwa. Finally, we also see a new shikigami, a peacock girl Kujaku Myo, who I think dances beautifully. Apparently, the dance performed by these beautiful girls will have to awaken the sun goddess.
