I'm really excited to play minecraft tonight
#i have a PLAN#gonna clear and pave a path through the swamp so the way is clear between there and spawn#then build another waypoint tower with prismarine and sandstone#and add in a nether portal and try to find my way back to the others#just really interested right now in pathing out the world and making cool towers#my weird 'would be unethical outside of minecraft' activity is finding then completely dismantling old ruins#shipwrecks and netherpotals and temples and mineshafts... I break all the bricks and chop all the wood then do something else with it all#there's something that's inherently soothing to me about this. it's the mix of 'maximally process every digital material" instinct#and the general peace i find in the things i used to feel and no longer do being dissolved into nothing but compost#the nutrients remaining while the structure is obliterated#also i don't like building farms so it's an easy way to get preprocessed material with the satisfaction of 'i set out to do this and i did'
