Event Dates: April 13-19

Prompts: 🌟 Day 1: Light ❄️ Day 2: Confetti 🌟 Day 3: Lock ❄️ Day 4: Mirror 🌟 Day 5: Tradition ❄️ Day 6: Horizon 🌟 Day 7: Family

Content Submission: Art, edits, fics, poetry, amvs, headcanons, manga colorings, playlist, text posts, etc, and pretty much anything else is acceptable.

Event Rules: • Any NSFW must be tagged appropriately. If your content contains any triggers please tag them (ex. self-harm, depression, gore, etc.) • Any work with incest, pedophilia, character or ship bashing will not be accepted. • All work must be original and created for this event. Standalone one-shots from established works are acceptable. Any content that is submitted will need to be your own work. No plagiarism!

Event Tag: Content can either be submitted to this blog or you can use the tag #jelrayweek2020 in your first five so that we can see it! You’re also welcome to mention the blog @jelrayweek​.

Additional Info: Prompts are only for inspiration, so feel free to use your own creativity. Late entries will be accepted. Any genre, including platonic content and brotp is welcomed! SaiChi & Friends Event a Go!

Thank you for the great response to my post about a SaiChi & Friends event! (Original Post)

Drabbles and sketches are very welcome, along with edits, gifs, and humour! Not enough time or energy to create? Supporting creators by liking, reblogging, and commenting is super effective (wait, that’s Pokemon...)!

I’d like to thank @nalufever (Hakuouki side-blog @hakufever) for offering to help me out with this. She’s both an artist and a writer, as well as a fellow Canuck.

Dates and prompts will be out within the next day or two! Looking at April 27-30, 2018 or May 4-7, 2018.

SaiChi & Saitō BroTPs: How about a fan”week”?

Greetings all!

We haven’t had a SaiChi “week”/ event yet, and I think it would be fun to do something before summer breaks hit for the northern hemisphere.  I’ll try to organize something with more notice in the future!

I would like to host a short event at the end of April or early May.  My one concern is timing: I want people to enjoy creating and sharing their fanworks; I don’t want to cause stress.  

I would have proposed mid- or late-May, but @hakuoukishippingweek​ had just been looking at doing HijiChi in May. They will use late May / early June if we hold a short SaiChi event.

Basic proposal:  

Short stories, drabbles, sketches, short-sketchy comics, gifs, edits - anything and everything is welcome (but please use your own art, or official art & screencaps). No need for anything lengthy or fancy (unless you want to ^^).

Let’s aim to share some content for SaiChi and Saitō friendships / non-romantic relationships.** (It would be great to see people’s views on Saitō‘s interactions with friends and even foes.)

I’m happy to do the organizing and get things moving quickly (and accepting prompt or theme ideas).  I was thinking maybe 3 days, but if a little longer would be more relaxing then that’s fine too.
