He basically made you last for everything. He even puts his new pro hero friends first before you, even if your own life was to depend on it. Eijiro Kirishima, Denki Kaminari, Hanta Sero, and Mina Ashido, unfortunately saw what Bakugo was doing and they're pretty much disappointed in Bakugo and told you that as much as they were friends with Bakugo, they pretty said you deserved better.

The funny thing is even tough Bakugo puts you last, he always expected you to put him first, because if he's not number one, he always guilt trips you. He also tells you you can't have friends nor be friends with anyone who has ever been his friend, including Kirishima and that he also doesn't want you near Shinsou. Yes, he manipulates you in order to convince you to have no form of contact with Shinsou. Not even to look at him by accident. This is how terrible your relationship with Bakugo was, by the way.

One day, while you were out in public with Bakugo, you saw this Japanese cafe you wanted to check out, as you mentioned, "Hey Bakugo... May I go this Japanese cafe? I really would like to check it out. Please?". Bakugo lightly smiled at you and was going to let you go there, then when he looked up at the cafe he saw, non other, than Shinsou, here at that very same Japanese cafe. He then looked at you as he said, "Sorry... Not today... Maybe some other time!". You then replied, "But Bakugo! Why not today? Why some other time? This is the first time I got to go anywheres, at all! I don't know when the next time I will be able to go anywheres! You haven't been letting me do anything, since you became the number one pro hero! I need to do atleast something I want to treat myself! I don't know when will the next time I will be able to go anywheres! I'm heading over to try over to that Japanese cafe to try out right now!". As you started to walk over the cafe, Bakugo grabbed your left arm, as he yelled, "I said no, (They/Them Reader Name)! Don't act like a spoiled, high and mighty, princess, just because your my significant other!". As the the argument went on, Shinsou noticed what was going on between you and Bakugo, as he then started to walk over to both you and Bakugo.

As Bakugo was too busy arguing with you, to even know about Shinsou walking over to you and Bakugo, as Shinsou then asked, "What's all the commotion?", as he's curious to know what your argument with Bakugo is all about. "Shut up! Mind your own business, extra! Go somewheres el...", before looking over to realize it was Shinsou who asked. He then continued, "What do you want from me?! If you want to know, (They/Them Reader Name) was only acting like a spoiled brat, just because I told them no!", as he exaggerated. You looked at Bakugo with tears in your eyes, then you turned to look at Shinsou, as you worry that he will believe Bakugo's exaggeration. Shinsou however knew he was exaggerating about why you reacted the way you did to Bakugo, as he asked, "Is this true, (They/Them Reader Name)?", because of the fact he wanted to hear your side of the argument.

You were shocked that Shinsou asked you for your side of the story. You then answered truthfully, "Well, part of it... Bakugo exaggerated about why I reacted to him the way I did. The only time I got to go anywheres was when Bakugo letted me go in public with him or to go on my pro hero missions... Especially since he became the number one pro hero. I wasn't allowed to have friends... I wasn't allowed to be friends with any of his friends from UA nor his new friends... He expected me to cater to him every time he wants me to... He always put me last, then he gets mad if I don't make him my priority... He told me never to make any contact with you, not even if I was to accidentally notice you... Then when I asked him to take me to this Japanese cafe I wanted to try out, he looked like he was going to say yes, then he out of the blue told me sorry not today, then said maybe some other time... I didn't know why and I was confused and told him my frustrations about it, then told him I'm going there, then he grabbed me, which was why the argument started. I'm sorry, that I caused all the commotion. If I would have kept quiet or even stayed home, I wouldn't have been a burden on anyone...", you then looked down on the floor, as you began to sob. Shinsou felt bad, so bad for you, to the point where he knew it's time to get revenge on Bakugo, for what he did with you five years ago (Bakugo did it on purpose and you didn't do anything on purpose) after you, Shinsou, and Bakugo graduated from UA.

Shinsou then decided to walk closer to you, as he began to hug and pet you. Bakugo then got really angry, as he said, "Get away from my significant other, you prick! Who do you fucken think you are, stealing my prize away from me! They're mine, not yours!". Shinsou then replied, "Your prize?! Your significant other?! Yours, not mine?! I knew you would treat (They/Them Reader Name) unfairly, however I didn't think you would wait long than you did to show your true colors and you turned out even worser than I thought. I really was wondering when you would treat them like shit, honestly... So, time for payback you narcissistic jerk!".

The next thing Shinsou did was kiss you right in front on Bakugo, as the start of your revenge (which made Bakugo more angry), then Shinsou used his brainwashing on you as he then said, "(They/Them Reader Name)... You basically told Bakugo about the fact he treated you very unfairly and that you should have dated Shinsou instead and everything else about how you have been feeling. Bakugo has been in, so much disbelief about everything you said, which the more you said how you felt, the angrier he got.

As you and Shinsou walked to that Japanese cafe Bakugo refused to let you go to, Bakugo then yelled on top of his lungs loudest, as he could, as he screamed, "How dare you leave me?! You dare leave me for that fucken, purple, fur ball, extra! You're also nothing without me!". Both you and Shinsou ignored everything that Bakugo said, as the you and Shinsou are finally at that Japanese cafe, you also got to finally try out.

After the incident, Bakugo definitely lost the number one pro hero title, due to his outbursts, while you became the number one pro hero and Shinsou became the number three pro hero. You became, so much happier being with Shinsou, than you ever did when you were with Bakugo. Both you and Shinsou, also have been together, eversince then.

Shinso is a personal favorite MHA character of mine. The only MHA merch I own other than the first few mangas is actually a Shinso Funko keychain and a Shinso figure I found on Amazon. Ever since his debut during the Sports Festival I was like "holy shit this guy is so badass." I really enjoy his Brain Washing quirk too, it gives him so much potential and character and I would love to see him use it more. His bond with Aizawa also tugs on my heart strings, they have such a cute son/father relationship in my mind. I'm very excited to possibly see more of him in the last few mangas.

Instead of basing off of other characters, my suggestion is to think, "what are the themes and needs of the story?" Or put another way, "who are these villains meant to oppose?" Toga exists to foil Ochako. Dabi foils Todoroki. Shigarakil foils Deku. Kurogiri foils Aizawa. AFO foils and opposes All Might. Spinner, Compress, Magne, etc. exist in the story to provide support. So, who are your protagonists? What plot do you want to tell with them?

Excited muttering broke through crowd. nobody had heard anything from you for the last 6 months.

"Didn't she used to be part of dynamite's band?" someone muttered from the crowd. "i heard he dumped." "damn, they were such a good couple." another added. "do you think she's back for good?"

"Hi everyone, we're ____-" your voice cut through the muttering, ringing out over the mic. you commanded attention in that same way you always had for them. "This is our first single, it's called distracted."

The first few beats of the backing track began to play out over the speakers as shoto counted you in with light strums on his guitar.

"Hyper aware of any change in your voice. Yeah I can tell when I've stared to annoy." You sing out as you circle Sho, his tongue sticking out to make you roll your eyes, quelling a little of your nerves.

You walk led around the stage towards Shinso as he kicked in the drum beat. "Being alone is what I try to avoid. I put in effort but it just gets destroyed."

You circled back to the front, moving your body in time with the beat. It was an upbeat song despite the circumstances of why you wrote it. But that was how you dealt with these things.

"You seem so distracted with yourself, with yourself. Say I overreacted but it's hard for me to tell. You're my only distraction in this hell, but it's oh well."

"Babe, I'm sorry." Katsuki wrapped his arms around your waist as you began to clear off the dinner table, blowing out the candles.

"Kats, it's fine." You shrugged off his arms, scraping the last of your date night dinner into the trash. He looked hurt, following you to try and take the plates and help.

"It was Eijiro, he and I were just working on this new bridge and I lost tr-"

"Honestly, don't even worry about it." You said, resigning yourself to the fact that you

You loved the band too, of course you did. The boys had become like family you, and you loved Katsuki more than anything. But it just- it sucked that you were a second thought.

Ever since the band took off, things were hectic for all of you. But you still tried to make the time for him. For both of you.

"I'll make it up to you." He promised softly, cupping your face in his palms.

Looking up into his earnest eyes, you believed him. He really did look apologetic. You leaned your cheek into the warmth of his callous palmed. "You better."

He smiled, kissing you gently.

"When have I ever broke a promise?"

"I've gotten used to being the second choice." You sang out, making your way to the front of the stage between Sho and Tetsu.

"Can you hear me or am I background noise?" You grinned and leaned down to Denki as if asking him, smiling a little sadly as he yelled back that he heard you.

"I guess I'm only good for filling the void."

"Stop trying to blow this up into something it's not." Katsuki yelled right back at you as you stood in the dressing room backstage, furious.

"You didn't even listen to me before you booked this fucking tour. I thought we were going to try and take some time, find time for us again?" You argued, waving around you.

"Look at everything we've been able to do because of the band. Why can't this be enough, just for now? Why can't I be enough?"

"Because this band is my fucking dream." He threw his hands up, exasperated. "I've been working towards this- we - have been working towards this all this time."

"I want that too. But I also don't want to lose us along the way."

You put the mic back into its stand as the song fell back into its final chorus. It was beautiful put together, the boys had done a great job.

While you took a few seconds to bring you back to the present, Shinso took his drum solo, overlayed wtih Sho on the electric guitar.

You scanned the crowd, eyes finding all those all too familiar vermillion ones again.

"Don't mean to be a bother. I'll get out of the way." You held his stare, ignoring the pain in your chest, or the muttering of the people in the crowd.

"You were my one distraction, but I still wish you well."

In which he realizes it's love.

Sickening fluff.

There's a way love comes in stages.

How it creeps up on you, a thief in the dark to steal away your loneliness and replace it with longing, settling it deep into your soul like a missing fragment.

He had spent months with you. Each day, a new adventure. Every moment he could spare, it was yours. He watched too many sunsets, each time snapping a quick picture and sending it to you without so much as a caption.

But you knew. It was his silent way of saying another day was ending, you firmly in the front of his mind. His first thought when seeing something so painfully breathtaking was you.

That was when he realized just how deeply his feelings went for you. He would find himself waking in the middle of the night, craving the sight of your smile or the scent of your perfume. The feel of your skin as the back of your hand bumped into his, and you both would shy away from the contact. It was then, in the dead of night, he realized how much he loathed each coming day you wouldn't be at his side.

It was at dusk, on a bridge, the sky painted in pastel pinks and deep oranges, the final rays of golden light melting away into the embrace of night, when he cupped your cheek and asked you to be his.

Brushed hands turned into stolen kisses, lips barely pressed against one another as you captured intimate moments. Long days turned into silent early mornings of mussed hair and bodies pressed to one another. Longer nights spent in a different type of embrace, lost in one another as the meaning of the world turned into a small room, a lovers embrace, it was called.

He didn't know what it was, this feeling deep in his chest as he watched you dance around your home, not a single care stealing the smile that radiated warmth. He didn't know what to call it. Not until the night you stood on your bridge, your back to him, bathed in the fading light of day. The sound tumbled from his lips, flowing to your ears on the phantom wind as if it knew those coveted words would not reach you without its help.

I love you.

Love.

He loves you.

It was an all-consuming love. The type said with kisses placed on temples with shy smiles. Gentle hugs at the coffee pot and sleepy good mornings. Notes left in seemingly random places with inside jokes. It's the treats gotten at the store on the way home without so much as a request.

It was the love that evolves with time, shifting and growing as you both do. It became endless support and care. Compassionate and ever-fulfilling. Through tears, happy and sad. A melding of two lives into one.

It was then, as he held your hands in his as they shook from nerves, on that same bridge, the one that became so sacred to you both, where he had offered you his heart, you offered him your hand, forever, that he realized how deep his love went.

How, as the sun dipped to the horizon, he gazed upon your face, the purples and pinks reflected in your eyes, he kissed you. Forever would never be long enough for you to hold his heart, but if forever was all he had—it would have to be enough.
