Denki was put in foster care after his parents gave birth to him. He and his brothers live in an abusive foster home. He had been living in the house his whole life and was reasonably quiet and shy, not knowing how to act around "normal people."

One day Kaminari opens up to Kirishima and Shinso, making them promise not to tell. The two promise, feeling guilty about the lie as they tell Aizawa. The three then proceed to watch Kaminari's house closely.

After seeing enough, Aizawa pulls Kaminari and his siblings from their old home and temporarily moves in with Kirishima.

Summary:

Denki didn’t bother to swallow the food in his mouth as he muttered, “Our relationships are really similar if you think about it.”

“What?” Eijiro asked, also with a mouthful of steak.

Denki motioned towards Hitoshi and then Shoto. “Both have a cool guy. Soft-spoken and tired, with a fearsome love of cats.” He turned and then motioned towards Izuku and himself. He smiled from ear to ear as he said, “Both have the cute one. Look at these precious smiles you guys couldn’t possibly live without.”

“What about me and Bakubro! What are we!” Eijiro exclaimed before the blond could finish.

Everyone looked from the excited ball of sunshine with the puppy-dog eyes to the grumpy dandelion and back again. They glanced at one another and knew the consensus was unanimous. They all smiled as they replied, “Manly.”

Eijiro clutched his chest and squeezed his eyes shut as he muttered, “You guys are the best.”

cri… i thought i was the only one that shipped these three… this ship is legit a tiny raft but still very good :’3

gonna change it up just a tad so it works better for my idea!

Lazy mornings when he had no obligation to get out of bed were Denki’s absolute favorite thing. He hummed softly to himself and squeezed the arm he had tossed around Hitoshi. He nuzzled his warm boyfriend and just basked in the contentment that set in. 

It was when he heard the shower cut off that he prepared himself to have his bliss interrupted. What were the odds that their other boyfriend would casually join them in bed and laze around with them this morning? It would be a first.

“Are you two sleepyheads awake yet!” Eijiro exclaimed as enthusiastically as any morning person would.

“Nooo,” Denki groaned. He pulled the covers up and over both him and Hitoshi, which made the body beneath him bounce as the other man laughed softly. He felt a hand pat his lower back comfortingly. They both knew their time to be lazy was up and they had to accept it.

Denki heard Eijiro hum to himself as he began to rummage through their closet. He could probably get a few more minutes of lazy in before he was dragged out  of bed. 

“Hey guys, I think it’s time for me to try a new look. I was wondering if you wanted to help.”

Denki bolted upright and yanked the covers off of his head then shrieked, “What!”

“You have no idea just how much he’s wanted to hear those words, Ei,” Hitoshi replied with another soft chuckle.

“I know I’m not the best at, uh, fashion stuff… but if you’re willing to help,” Eijiro held up two t-shirts, “which pants do these even go with?”

“None. No pair of pants will ever match those disasters. They’re literally offensive to the eyes.” Denki decided to hold nothing back. If they were doing this he needed to be strong in his opinions. He heard Hitoshi snort but took note of the fact that he didn’t disagree.

Eijiro pouted and then tossed them aside. He rummaged through the closet and grabbed two new ones then held them up. He tilted his head and asked, “These?”

“Better… but not great…” Denki shook his head. He turned to look at Hitoshi when he felt the bed dip. He watched the guy get up and stretch before he finally asked, “Where are you going?”

“Gotta get ready since I can sense a shopping trip coming on,” Hitoshi replied with a wink at the pair.

“Great idea!” Denki yelled as he gestured so wildly that he practically tumbled right out of bed. Good thing Eijiro had such a fast reaction that he caught him before he could. The redhead kissed the top of his head then both of them snickered to themselves. 

As soon as they heard the shower turn back on they looked at one another in silent agreement. They quickly hurried out of their bedroom so they could go get breakfast started. They were both fairly confident that there wouldn’t be any pancake batter explosions this time.

Eijiro was sure the concept was simultaneously a blessing and a curse. He opened the soda he’d bought with his lunch and took two big gulps from it then set it down onto the table in front of himself. He looked back over at the other end of the cafeteria to see that his best friend, Denki, was still chatting up one of the lunch ladies over by the kitchen. He claimed that simply being nice to them and asking about their day always earned him brownie points. By ‘brownie points’ he meant extra fries on his plate, if not an actual brownie once or twice.

It was times like these that the usually lovely term tasted bitter on his tongue. He looked up from his food just in time to see the blond toss his head back and laugh. A warmth blossomed in his chest at the same time as he felt like someone had constricted it. He knew he shouldn’t feel such a way. The feelings within him could never be anything more than the one-sided admiration they currently were. There was no chance of Denki ever looking at him that way because of one very important detail. The single infallible fact that had kept Eijiro up countless nights.

Denki has a boyfriend.
