Okinawa! The time has come. I am so excited to share Sacred Return Yoga & Ayurveda training with you from September 2019 - February 2020. This Immersion and Teacher Training is a culmination of over 17 years or study, integrating, experiencing, practicing, falling, rising, spiraling, and sharing the sacred practices and wisdom of Ayurveda, Yoga, Oriental Medicine, Acupuncture, and energy work with people of diverse ages, abilities, and backgrounds around the globe. I will only be leading this immersion training ONE TIME in Okinawa. Those who join will be part of a global commUNITY of wellness warriors and warriors of light, being a force of good in the world. This training is divided into an Immersion track for those who want to deepen their personal practice. A select few will choose the Teacher Training track and learn how to confidently share and integrate the sacred practices of yoga and ayurveda into your work and with your clients.
