double click on a cursor and choose the respective custom cursor (they should all be named after what theyre intended for but nothing is stopping you from having them all be the same or whatever)

that's a good question! get ready for the upcoming infodump

og i just made it because i was in silly mode playing the urbz and waw like....damn i need to make an AU of this and well, I did. But at the start it was just because of me liking to draw alt fashion! However it was until my friend @Lima_all_day made some comics and animatics that I finally decided it sure need some plotting, and she and I keep going for mini histories for it!

A brief resume of the main thing:

A group of unknown journalists decide to keep track of Happy Tree Town's nightscene by producing zines, programs and interviewing the most notable characters that does clubbing regularly.

Some of the subplots are trivial stuff like

The Mole's trying to keep his goth club as family friendly possible because of Mime, however it pisses Handy a lot since he cant drink as he wants so he is always scheming something to keep Mime off the track.

The 4 main clubs do crossover events such as: BDSM/Latex/Fetish dresscode party (Anarchy Alley/Cryptid Catacombs) Battle dancing 'til you're dead (Ecstatic Electronica/Street Symphony) and a big magnum event that happens one day at the month where the 4 clubs try to prove who is the better.

Flaky's really conflicted and messed up love life...really messed up

Sniffles trying to produce a local band/artist but Lumpy (his boss) always mess it up with some stupid act or smth

Cuddles trying to be a famous rapper :)

Toothy trying to fit in any club since the subculture he goes for has zero rep in the town (until Lammy's visit)

Shifty's pimping the EE guys (except for U.F.O.....U.F.O. lit is pure acid)

K talking about Your Obedient Servant idea animatic for Magikari because that one is the clearest in brain.

For one the passive-aggressiveness fits the dynamic Kazan and Hikari made over the years. It fits. It fits so well.

For two the beginning of the song I can very much imagine that at that point Kazan is done with this whole thing. He’s had enough and is ready to actually throw hands with Hikari, consequences he damned. Probably happening after Hikari’s storyline and when Hikari tells Temenos and Castti to guard the Darkblood Blade and try to purify it because that thing is shifty and like hell he’s going to leave people alone with it. Scratch that he isn’t leaving Kazan alone with it. Which in itself is an insult for two reasons. The first being that it is saying that Hikari is trusting two people outside of Ku over Kazan. The second being that Hikari is trusting an Inquisitor over Kazan and this is coming from the headcanon that Hinoeuma does not take kindly to Clerics of the Sacred Flame. Mostly because they flock after huge battles.

Then we get to the lyrics.

Aaron’s part fits Kazan both in just the words and how more lyrical it is. Hikari literally makes sure that he stands in the way of things that need to happen and that’s one constant that Kazan has continuously noticed. “Now you call me amoral. A dangerous disgrace”, those statements are true but it’s challenging Hikari to go and have the proof to back up why he feels that way.

Alexander’s part fits Hikari in terms of how clear he is about everything he says if that makes sense. “I am not the reason no one trusts you. No one knows what you believe” and “Here’s an itemized list of thirty years of disagreements” pretty much describes how Hikari views Kazan. Everything Hikari says is fast-paced and to the point. He isn’t going to surrender or take back his opinions.

I’m throwing stuff at the wall but please do imagine that Kazan’s movement in hypothetical animatic is more smooth while Hikari’s is more snappy? If that’s the word or something?

The final parts of the lyrics is just the most tense part of the song and it’s because both of them had enough and want to spare the niceties. They both hate each other. They know it. They got what they wanted and now there’s no point in acting nice to each other. Might as well get it over with.

Also, would like to think the words “Answer for the accusations I lay at your feet or prepare to bleed, good man” is an incredibly thinly veiled threat not on Hikari but on the people he truly is caring about including Osvald, yes he knows about that Hikari he knows that you view that man as the closest thing to family and Kazan will use that to ruin Hikari.

“You stand only for yourself, it’s what you do. I won’t apologize because it’s true” is something Hikari would say and it is true. Hikari is wary because of that. He’s wary because of that piece of knowledge he has.

The ending pretty much just establishes that they are going to fight to get this whole show done and that’s going to kickstart the whole kidnapping thing from Harvey.

One more thing, I like to emphasize is that despite how Hikari does sound confident, he also is showing subtle signs of nervousness. He’s been doing this for a long time but he’s not the only one who’s just gotten drained mentally from the whole thing. The nervousness grows because he still has no idea what Kazan is planning and now things are at it’s boiling point and he can’t stall for more time to figure it out. It’s terrifying and Hikari is terrified. He’s been terrified since the beginning and now he has to see this whole show through.
