Me my partner and another friend are all waist deep in playing Corporate Clash, so my Toontown brainrot got re-unlocked and I'm getting in way too deep

I do this with my metal water bottle so YMMV depending on container material and heat safeness but also im a little ���� about things:

Things needed:

bottle cleaning brush, straw cleaner helpful

soap (not castille soap/dr bronners)

vinegar

2-3 of those antibacterial denture cleaning tablets (1-2 for the bottle, 1 for the cap)

Boiling water, baby! (electric kettle my beloved)

Steps, loosely:

boil some water and get a heat safe bowl/other container that will fit the top/lid/whatever + water

clean normally with soap or give a vigorous rinse depending on Ooze Level. if your Container is advertised as "no spill", my god, get the gasket(s). if your Container is deep, you will probably not be able to get the insides completely, even with the Bottle Cleaning Brush

drop 1-2 tablets of the denture tablets to the Container (bottle) depending on volume, and the other tablet into the bowl or whatever with the Container Lid. I have a Takeya/"hydroflask"/metal insulated water bottle, so I drop the gaskets into the bottle itself to avoid losing them.

add soap to the tablets, then fill both the Container and the bowl with the boiled water

Leave it for like half an hour it's fine watch an episode. boil more water before you come back

Dump the water, do a lil brushie brushie, get the straw brush/cleaner and go at those gaskets as well as the nooks and crannies

put the gaskets back in the Container. Add soap to the Container and the bowl with Container Lid

Add vinegar.

Add boiling water, come back in another 30 or so

dump most of the water again, brushie brushie, get the gaskets

Rinse. There's usually a faint smell of vinegar/tablets but eh. people put their dentures in more concentrated solutions, and it's probably mostly just from the lid

If your de-Oozed Container is a water vessel, you are now free to vore cool water

U ever have any container or appliance that you only ever put water inside you catch yourself thinking 'i only put water in this so I won't need to clean it very often'. That is the devil talking. Clean it. Or you will summon the Ooze.
