Boom Boom Tis = Dongsoo + Dae
Dongsoo had an easy schedule today of meetings and prepping for the next tour stop. There was still a week to go left in Singapore and so far the shows were going smoothly. He was given the task to help the music department check the equipment and buy anything that needed replacing. He first checked for near by music stores then went to check the gear. Though it may have been pointless for some he did advocate to have a practice space set up just in case anyone wanted to practice or if any of the performers had a creative streak to compose a song. Outside of some of the crew it was rather empty. He checked the gear that was used for the performances checking in with the band with anything they needed or a replacement. Dongsoo kind of felt he was sent to do this because of his time as a roadie, there was some tension with the front crew and back crew. Plus he did have some respect being a musician himself. Getting his list, it wasn’t too bad. Though he really didn’t need to check the practice space he did just to cover himself. It was almost eerie how quiet the place was a stark contrast to the boom and screams during a show. The young man went right to the piano, it was the instrument he spent the most time with outside of vocals. He was good but had some trouble reading notes especially ones he was unfamiliar with. His brother could play from memory without sheetmusis something his parents were disappointed he couldn’t do. Still that didn’t take away from his ability when he was in the zone he was just as competent. Dongsoo had a bit of r&b flavor to his notes largely because of his teacher, they were from some long forgotten group that was no longer active. It felt good to play with no rules or pressure, he was free to express himself unaware that someone was coming into the space. . .
