- lots of PDA. nothing crazy or sappy, just some small kisses, hand holding, affectionate words... they won't do anything if you tell them to, of course (they would be SO sad if they ever made you uncomfortable! >_<) they just enjoy showing everyone how much you mean to them!!

- depends on whether or not you're a fan of physical contact in general, but after a long day of looking slay and pretty the girls just love to cuddle until they fall asleep. if you're up for it, they will totally invite you into their cuddle pile! it doesn't matter what position you prefer, it changes pretty much every night since none of you can sit still for too long

- because you guys sleep on one king sized bed, lots of shenanigans happen during the night. you might fall asleep sandwiched between the two, dozing off and feeling all nice and cozy... but then then you wake up hours later, cold and on the other side of the bed. flower is now sleeping on the floor (probably got kicked out) and ruby is hoarding all the blankets for herself. sometimes the roles switch though..

- ALSO, obviously, just one bed isn't always big enough for three people, that's why you guys sometimes make huge blanket forts that end in brutal pillow fights (flower usually wins, she's vicious)

- lots and i mean lots of gifts between you three. ruby and flower both like those simple homemade ones, as long as there's a good meaning behind them. and yes flower gives you sweaters all the time, what else did you expect?? ruby on the other hand likes giving you small trinkets that she's found :D

- overall your relationship is very cute and girly and spontaneous!! the girls have a lot of energy, so i feel like in a way it's ideal for them to have more than just one romantic partner y'know? :O

- it depends on what your personality is like, but you can either balance their chaotic energy with your calm composure OR you can further magnify it and thrive in this girly madness with them... it's all up to you!

Chicago Sparks Rambles!!!

It was so slay to meet Claire @rhythmthlef Eiffel @thedevotionaltour and Sarah @ron-do-i-get-to-sing-my-way and to ofc be with my bff Alissa @taintmansion . Everyone looked so yass and slay and our group pic got on the insta story!

Also shoutout to @churippu who was so sweet and gave us the grooviest stickers in the merch line! I can’t wait to find a place for my sparkly suit Russell.

I NEVER go crazy at merch tables and have spent months not going to the movies, buying records, or eating out, so I got… 3 t-shirts, a tote bag, socks, and the pin set 💪 I love all my swag!

ofc last year in Chicago (same venue) was a bit more subdued all around energy wise bc it was still during COVID but the crowd was great this time. I wish we’d stood earlier (seated venues are like that sometimes) but the people in the front row were up dancing like crazy the whole time and other people were dancing in the aisles!

Those first few opening songs obviously went hard but I was LIVINGGGGGG during Beaver and Ron’s piano/Stevie’s drums in Nothing Is As Good As They Say It Is were fire. And Russell’s vocals in general jesus! How do u do that dude!!!

It Doesn’t Have To Be That Way has meant a lot to me personally for various reasons - mainly, I’ve felt weird and uncool my whole life and I find my passion in meaning in making art and using that art to connect with people who DO understand me - and so Russell was just introducing it and I started crying and cried the whole song 😭

Random asides: got so many compliments on my Ron outfit! Sparks fans are the nicest! When our group met in the Dunkin a nice blonde woman walking outside flashed me a thumbs up from the window and then she was front row. We actually chatted after and she said she was considering going to Milwaukee last minute. Girl do it!!!! And when I got to merch and said “okay let’s start with the tote bag bc i’m gonna go a little crazy” the person in the left half of the line laughed and was encouraging lol.

Alissa and I waited outside for about half an hour and I guess the guys had been whisked away long beforehand 😅 but we said hi to Evan and Max and they were super nice!

One of the best shows I’ve ever been to. Once of the most meaningful and profound. So glad I have a favorite band. So glad I have great friends to do it all with. Gee That Was Fun (real)

Poor: Bobby: Sophmore; Fabulous casting and he also is a super chill dude. 8/10

Old Man Strong: Freshman; freaking love this guy he is funny and give really good vibes (definitely doesn’t tease me for not knowing how to do a somersault) 10/10

Josephine Strong: Junior; gives good vibes and has cool hair 8/10

Little Sally: Sophmore; Friendly and super chill, she has an awesome singing voice and is carrying the tenors along with old man strong 9/10

Little Becky Two Shoes (double cast as Mrs Millenium): Junior; very cool bought me and some friends cake pops one time, excellent dancer 10/10

Hot Blades Harry: Junior; Cool person, she is like the only poor bass and is really good at playing scary characters (she was the dentist in Lsoh a few years back) really good at doing character voices 10/10

The only words that come to mind when I envision this friendship are sensitive and kind. There is something about your friendship that promotes a sense of respect and encouragement. While the two of you have noticeable differences there is a connection that was born out of his sheer approachability. He has the ability to come across as being so easy-going and open that it wouldn’t be a surprise that he makes such a good friend.  I may have just realised that I shipped you with him for an astrology ship I did for you a while back however, in this instance lets just call this a friends to lovers situation. Or maybe you just find him to be just as good a friend as he is a boyfriend, either way it felt appropriate that I mention him in this best friend ship. Junkyu is one of those friends who is actually fairly observant, which works quite well with your gentle personality. This sounds slightly insignificant but this is really a key part to your friendship. On the whole Junkyu finds himself getting along with people who are more on the quiet side, those who seem to exist in their own world. Though Junkyu isn’t necessarily protective, he does put effort into ensuring your wellbeing. He is such a caring friend, one who you feel compelled to put all of your trust in.

In some ways your friendship with Heeseung bears similarities to your friendship with Junkyu, what sets them apart is Heeseung’s brotherly nature. Honestly, there are some areas that vary, you don’t see eye to eye on everything,  regardless this is a very special friendship. Basing everything on Heeseung’s way with words it isn’t surprising that you would become his friend. Some of the things that Heeseung appreciates the most about you is your gift of persuasion, dedication and loyalty. It may seem slightly vain but those traits are more favoured because they reflect his own moral standpoint on things. Heeseung holds a lot more respect for people when he can see where they are coming from, so while he will never fully agree with you he develops a sense of trust and care that is only reserved for you. Heeseung is very honest and up front with you, which means that maybe he isn’t a flawless friend, maybe he accidentally hurts your feelings every so often. But this is important in strengthening your friendship and he really starts to proves himself as being one of the members who has your back and your best interest at heart. Probably the nicest aspect of your friendship is the close physical bond you adopt, platonic cuddles and hand holding is the signature for your friendship. Even if the two of you have a slightly rocky friendship you truly can’t imagine your life without each other.

A friendship based on your mutual love for those around you. No matter your life status or your dreams Chaeryeong will exercise her loyalty and passion when approaching you. You and Chaeryeong clicked instantly, though she can sometimes be slightly judgemental and views any type of relationship (platonic or romantic) as being a big deal, she was so sure that you were best friend material. This friendship is definitely the more open and straightforward one, you both don’t deem it necessary to lie or hide your emotions around each other. Out of all of the friendships mentioned above this is probably the most comfortable, no matter how new your friendship is it will feel like you were childhood friends. History (Adapted): Quiet and bookish, and without many friends, young Alphonsus (don't call him that. Seriously. Don't.) idolized his older cousin, Ramon Lipschitz. Ramon was in college. A scientist. A super smart scientist. With a super smart scientist friend and partner. As far as Alphonsus could tell, Ramon was about the coolest, best. nicest person ever, and he'd do anything his cousin asked him. Literally, anything.   Of course, unfortunately, Alphonsus had never been a very good judge of character. In reality, though actually pretty smart, Ramon was also very much of a jerk. And he took full advantage of the idolization. When he and his partner Tadashi Fujita, received a grant to research cybernetics and super-powers, they "hired" young Alphonsus as a lab assistant. Which meant that they moved him in to clean and doing all heavy lifting for no pay and less respect. And when Tadashi found out that Alphonsus hated his name, he gave him a new one: "Gomi," the Japanese word for garbage or junk. In other words, a perfect description of what they thought of him. Alphonsus decided it was better than his real name, and from then on, he was Gomi.   Ramon and Tadashi began their cybernetic experiments on lobsters, a normal green one and a blue mutant. Gomi named them Bill and Don. To the scientists, the crustaceans were lab animals, nothing more. To Gomi, they were companions and he was overjoyed when the cybernetics gave them the ability to communicate with him. They also gained strength and the ability to live outside of the water for extended amounts of time. The communicating was the important bit, though, as far as Gomi was concerned.    Now, in their studies of super powers and mutants, Ramon and Tadashi became rather obsessed with Jean Grey, who they considered to be a perfect woman in every way, particularly her elegant, precise telekinesis (the red hair didn't hurt any either...) . When she appeared to have died (Did she? We don't know!! Probably not!), they decided they could use their cybernetics to recreate her. The thing was that they didn't want to ruin a perfectly good girl if it didn't work and they needed someone disposable to try it out on. So Gomi 'volunteered' (in all actuality, they chloroformed him and implanted the cybernetics in his head and abdomen without consulting him at all...)   Unfortunately, while the cybernetics gave him powers, there was nothing elegant or precise about the form of telekinesis that resulted. Instead, Gomi could launch a telekinetic bolt of power with no control over how strong it was and really no way to aim it other than facing the direction he wanted it to go. This was not what was intended at all and the scientists were none too happy with the results. (Gomi wasn't terribly pleased either.) But at least they didn't ruin somebody worthwhile.   A few months later, they received word that their funding had been cut. With no money coming in and fearing repercussions about testing on a minor without permission, Ramon and Tadashi took off, leaving Gomi, Don and Bill alone to live in the lab. Weeks after this, the Fallen Angels showed up in search of new members. They agreed to join (at a vote of two to one) because they were tired of living alone. The Fallen Angels were a small group of young mutants, misfits and minor criminals led by the Vanisher, an older mutant who fancied himself a modern-day Fagin.    Gomi was not a modern-day Oliver Twist, but he settled in well enough anyway. Vanisher bossed him around and he did as he was told, and so things really hadn't changed that much in Gomi's life...except now he was expected to steal stuff as well. Such is life.   Eventually, an other-worldy boy and his dinosaur friend also joined the group. The dinosaur accidentally stepped on Don and killed him. And I honestly wish there was a better, more interesting way to put that. But no, dinosaur steps on cyborg lobster and kills him is pretty much it.  

In time, the group disbanded, leaving Gomi and Bill to their own resources.     And, that is where we are now. One can only hope more dinosaurs don't show up.
