Miss Daisy got an initial exam with our vet so we could do a fecal test & sanitary trim! They checked for a microchip as well, just in case, but nothing. We were right on with her age - they said 6 months, as she's 5lbs & has her adult canines. VERY glad we scooped her either before first heat or right around it.

She was perfectly fine with exploring the room & was only a bit upset at being restrained or in the carrier. 😂 She even met Addy briefly and was unfazed by her too - didn't go right up to her, but no hissing or concern. She'll wait until she's had her vaccines & FIV/FeLV test before she can meet the other cats.

At the company retreat, one extremely drunk girl asked what my pronouns were. (Eventually, it took her a while to word the question.) After the whole conversation was done, she goes- "YEAHHH GURL, Get on with--with THY bad self! See what I did?? They/them/thy."

I was almost holding back tears from trying not to laugh as I told her yes that's great you nailed it honey. Thank you very much I am feeling the love.
