Much to her relief, James shook his head, “No. No, I’m not." “Good. That’s good. So then what? Are you having distraction sex again?”

James sighed and closed his eyes, then nodded. “I’m sorry, Sade..,” he whispered without looking at her. “You must be so disappointed in me...” “No,” she instantly said, “I’m not. I’m concerned. I worry. I feel sad for you. But I’m never disappointed in you.”

It's been only half a year and my custom Tintin doll has been through so much! @tenderlyhands and I have been taking him travelling, and last week they've taken him to Athens!

He's acquired some friends - Haddock is a Made to Move Ken and Chang is a slim Ken Fashionista with joints stolen from a bootleg doll. Haddock and Chang are also traveling - Haddock is currently in Japan and Chang is currently in Romania.

He's even gotten plenty of new outfits. So far I've made his Scottish outfit from The Black Island and his yellow shirt he wears in the earlier comics. A friend from work wants to take him diving - perhaps his diving suit would be a good thing to make next...

I haven’t really talked about Jimmy’s hallucinated version of Polle but I do subscribe to the idea that that is the closest thing to Anya’s true thoughts and feelings along with the representation of the hypothetical baby.

Text color, the whole horse attraction and monsters based on pregnancy/female anatomy, it joking about calling Jimmy old man? It’s both Jimmy purposely trying to ignore Anya and what he did but also not being able to cause he knows, in the back of his mind it all links back to her. But the closet thing he can accept about it is that it fostered something that would be undoubtedly linked to him.

It’s not exactly Anya and it’s not exactly the child. It’s his manifestation of all the things he would’ve failed doing for it and have already failed to take responsibility for. He failed as a decent person, a captain and he would’ve failed as a father which are all things Anya would subtly acknowledge throughout the game in little ways.

It specifically being Polle, the mascot to the Pony Express is more likely a call back to how the pony express is used to mean things that were never going to make it or were rearing for an end. It’s all symbolic and it’s all in Jimmy’s head because he refuses to acknowledge the real person and events his subconscious is basing it on.

Sure, some introverts would love the solitude Debling would have provided, but idk why so many people think all introverts would forego loving relationships for the sake of solitude.

We don’t like being around a lot of people, and we do value alone time, but that doesn’t mean we don’t want connection with other people or even that we want to be alone all the time.

Now Francesca and John? THAT’s a great match for an introvert. They clearly have a connection, love being around each other AND they’re able to give each other the solitude they need.

I am so glad that the kid spectrals have such normal and caring spirits who will definitely not physically endanger and/or cruelly betray them in the midst of their lives already being destroyed by cults, monsters, and interpersonal drama. It’s so cool and nice 👍

on a less serious side, bad and foolish having witnesses who are somewhat normal and regular to their usual strange and deranged antics is so hysterical. bad playing the role of kidnapped and felon this time around, letting himself get captured, pretending to be soooo guilty and talking like he’s actually gonna snitch. foolish doing it half for fun, half for show, because he knows cellbit is the killer already - he just needs nails for bad’s coffin because he’s gonna be the scapegoat, and he’s bored. if they were alone maybe they’d trade more intel - they’re on the same page but can’t exactly confirm nor allude to that with an audience, so it just devolves into their usual antics. meanwhile bagi is sweating and convinced bad is definitely about to spill everything she’s told him, falling for bad’s little ‘oh I’m so easily caught and convinced’ act harder than anyone else, trying to avoid bad’s arrest or worse, cellbit’s - while really what’s going on is bad and foolish’s homoerotic batshit insane cop and robber routine, where you’re not sure if someone’s getting arrested or if they’re about to make out. and aypierre is just there
