I'm so embarrassed! I thought I had replied to your last ask and I didn't😳 I'm sorry!🙈
I hope you're feeling better. I remember recommending you cloud gaming for BG3 so I wonder if you gave that ago and if you did, if it works for you👀
I'm deep in BG3 brainrot🙈😅 I'm in my 4th pt right now lol. I have a stand-by pt of my monk tav in act 3 cause the kiss animation with Astarion with a tav with body type 1 (the smollest one lol) is broken since patch 4. And yes, I'm becoming the kind of person who romances Astarion with every single tav I make😂
I'm curious to see your tavs so please show me whenever you can👀
Here are mine in chronological order of my pts:
Iriel - seldarine drow sorcerer
(the 2nd pt I did was Astarion's origin so no tav)
Ceres - half-elf monk (on stand-by until Larian fixes the kiss animation with Astarion in act 3 lol)
Nephalem - high-elf necromancer (current pt)
And yes, they're all head over heels in love with Astarion🙈😍
I really hope you've got the chance to play BG3 further! If you have, please tell me about your tav(s) and what you think if the game so far👀
I... can't even remember what I sent you, but I gather it was about BG3 LOL I'm feeling much better. I haven't tried your cloud idea yet. I wanted to finish my Adaar run and I replayed DAO instead. Mainly because my friend said during our little Christmas break (we have 4ish days off for it and we're coworkers) he's getting it on his Xbox and I'm gonna go play it with him! Which means when the spiders come I can hide 🤣🤣 I DID make three "Tavs" before I gave up (and I'll be remaking one for the Xbox marathon).
All your Tavs (pts?? pcs??) look SO cool! I wasn't super pleased with how limited the faces were, but you did a great job making each unique. Silly Larian, fix the bug so Ceres can have a kiss! KISS KISS KISS! Oh, also, how is it playing a monk?? I had a tabaxi (cat person) monk in a campaign and she was so fun to rp, does it work out well in bg3?? I think Iriel's design in my favorite, though. I looove that half-buzz cut. Nephalem looks very suave and cool, too 😎
As for my girls, I'll show the few pics I got.
This is Karik, my Moon Circle Wildshaping half-elf Druid! And her dream guardian. I made her look like my current campaign's Tepin Pallis Cuautl Lozano, another Moon Circle Druid Wildshaper 🤭🤭🤭 I wanna romance Lae'zel, but I never met Wyll or Karlach, so... we'll see.
Then, there's Andry Cousland, my og Warden, Warrior-Archer human. I just wanted to see what she'd look like in BG3. Not bad🤔
Lastly, the one I'm going to remake for the Xbox and I'm super excited for it! I'm probably going to romance Gale, maybe... Anyway, meet:
Agnes, half-elf drow, Trickster Cleric of Tymora
(you can see where the computer started losing itself and her hair looks weird and pixel-y, but still cute 💖)
#sillylit#sillyliterature#kitty babbles#about bg3#i cant wait to play Agnes 😭#long post#oh damn can you tell i like freckles theyre so cute😭😭😭

updated slut list
callie - deep gnome ranger bc i really really really wanted to start a deep gnome playthrough and i just hadnt made a ranger yet. she's literally just a nice girl who is fucking going through it. i have zero idea who im gonna romance in her run bc so far bc i love any of the women for her tbh
vic - so far my evilest character. dark urge necromancer who did slaughter the grove for some drussy but even in her run i cannot cross the line of ascending astarion and justiciar shadowheart so im gonna fall somewhere in a mixed bag with her. the cheeky quasit familiar is her best friend i never have it not summoned w me
ty - half elf fighter and i promise that he's half drow and has a purple tinge in game but for some reason it is not at all visible here. maybe ill make him a touch more purple anyway he's in a throuple with shadowheart and wyll rn. prince and princess
damon -duergar vengeance paladin simply bc i wanted to make a duergar. i already know who im gonna romance as him (wyll)
xander - this is a dark urge sorcerer specifically for the purpose of a run where i romance astarion and we both have our worst bad guy endings where he ascends and i go full bhaal boy. bc i would like to see it
kaz - made this monk prettyboy for my tactician playthrough bc ive only played on balanced and im scared of tactician
jerri - silly dark urge barbarian dragonborn. born to be a gale kisser and nothing else tbh
dav - forest gnome cleric once again really just bc i wanted to make this character. and i want to play a game as a cleric where i dont have another cleric in the active party at all times bc my only other cleric run is a selunite so obviously shadowheart is along for the ride

Illumination
Heskel’s shoulders relaxed as she stepped through the temple doors and smelled the familiar hot chocolate and felt the warmth of all the bustling visitors and staff. She got out of the flow of traffic and settled in a pew, the worn wood in some ways more comfortable than her bed at Trollskull, and prayed briefly.
The sun was just going down, the pink and purple of dusk stretching across the sky above waterdeep, with a waxing gibbous moon above.
Selune, I know you hear me anywhere your light touches, but I’ve come to our house to tell you how grateful I am. You helped me in my hour of need, and I will repay you by repaying your people.
She paused, then added:
I hope you don’t mind our tavern name. I just really didn’t want it to be Hell’s Kitchen.
As she breathed deeply and looked up, she saw a familiar deep gray face peering back at her from behind tinted glasses and broke into a slightly fanged smile.
“Myrafay. Hello.”
“Hi, Heskel.” Said the drow cleric in her airy, gentle voice, putting a narrow-fingered hand on the tiefling woman’s shoulder as she sat next to her.
When first seeing the woman, Heskel had been slightly intimidated by her - the spiderlike palps around her mouth had unsettled her slightly. But she knew that was an unfair judgment to make, and it had been clear within the first ten minutes of talking to Myrafay that she was as good and kind of a devotee of Selune as anyone could hope to be. She was so at peace, so calm. Heskel wondered how she did it.
The tiefling hugged her fellow worshipper briefly and then let go, asking about how the temple had been in the last few days.
Myrafay told her how Adrian and his family had come by again, that the guild of carpenters was being called in to fix some of the oldest sections of the temple, and that they’d gotten some new books on astronomy in lately. The last was said with a wink and a warning to not wear the covers off too quickly.
Heskel protested that books were there to be used, and her dad would want her to stay sharp on her studies - what would he say if he found out she’d been slacking?
“Have you actually written to your fathers lately, girlie?” retorted Myrafay, amused, playing with the ends of her long white braid that shone orange under the setting sun pouring in through the windows. “Seems you’d best, if you’re planning on staying here any longer.”
Heskel bit her lip, flushing slightly as she realized no, they hadn’t explained what they were doing. Sometimes even she forgot they weren’t going back next week, or next month...but no, they had to stay. Squibb wanted the tavern to succeed so badly, and Dosime wanted it too, even Bee...and she had Adrian’s lessons, and her obligation to the Emerald Conclave.
Everything had happened so fast since they’d rescued Floon. Even before that, with the troll and the strixes...she still startled if she saw anything flapping out of the corner of her eye, before realizing it was usually just a pigeon.
“You’re right.” She agreed, fiddling with part of her deep blue robes. They really had to write to their fathers...even if they couldn’t tell them the whole truth.
Even if she couldn’t tell them the truth.
It might not be lying, not really - what reason would they ever have to suspect her of murder? And she was sure it wouldn’t bother Squibb. It should bother him more.
But he probably slept far better than she did every night.
“Plus, I hear that tavern of yours is coming along well - I hope you give discounts for us fellow devouts!”
Myrafay winked at her and Heskel couldn’t help laughing a little, assuring her she would indeed offer a reduced rate for members of the faith, but then sobered, tapping the floor with her staff anxiously.
“So you think it’s all right for us to do this? To bring in money this way? I know my vow, I don’t intend on keeping much for personal gain, just to keep it running, and I know the name might be disrespectful, I’m sor - “
The older woman held up a long-fingered hand to stop her.
“Is it wrong to serve good food and drink? No, you silly girl. As long as your doors are open for those most in need as well. Naming it for Selune...I think she would be honored as long as you run it with kindness and good service.”
The tiefling flushed from the compliment, tinging her blue cheeks purple, and she nodded rapidly as her tail wiggled back and forth.
She bit her lip, trying to figure out how to bring up what had happened on the island without seeming vain.
“Speaking of that, I recently gained a moon soul thanks to our lady’s generosity.” The monk said shyly, looking at the floor. It still felt unreal to feel magical light crackling in her palm, a tiny portion of her goddess’s power granted to her. She felt a gentle, cool power as she did her yoga and meditations now, waiting to be called on if she needed it.
The cleric patted her on the shoulder, and Heskel looked up to see her grinning.
“Good job, girlie! I knew you had it in you! Your need must’ve been great, and you're better attuned to her now! Keep at it!”
She flushed to the tips of her pointed ears and tried to give her thanks in as dignified a way as she could while something darker preyed on her mind between giddy relief and gratitude.
Could this blessing be proof Selune had forgiven her for the kenku she had killed? Or rather, had decided that to do enough good to atone, Heskel needed more power? Perhaps she would lose it if she murdered again. Maybe this was her last chance to keep her soul from eternal corruption. She would have to be more careful, wiser, better prepared.
There was always a better way. She just had to find it.
“Yes...we had to put a poor boy’s soul to rest, and despite how he summoned a demon in life, I believe he doesn’t deserve to suffer. I prayed for him, and for his family.”
The drow’s eyes widened behind her glasses and she whistled.
“That’s not something most gods will look kindly on, no matter his reasons. Was anyone hurt?”
She winced, and Myrafay clicked her tongue.
“Maybe they’ll have mercy on him for his youth. But I can pray with you. Never hurts.”
Both women made the signs of the crescent, gibbous, full, and half moons, and spoke quietly together after Heskel had told her fellow worshipper the child’s name.
O Selune, our heavenly mother, please forgive Herbert his transgressions, and guide his last vestiges into your merciful light, so that he may find peace in death.
After a moment of silence, the tiefling exhaled, and hugged the drow again.
“Thank you, Myrafay.”
“Any time.”
The white-robed cleric left to attend to other duties, and Heskel did as well, wandering back out into her goddess’s night.

Today, we’re working with Pathfinder! Let’s start with a roll:
Str 9
Dex 13
Con 9
Int 12
Wis 18
Cha 15
Wow! Our first Pathfinder build has been blessed! Physical stats could be better, but check out that natural 18 on the Wisdom. Unheard of on this blog! Now, onto class and race:
Half-Elf
Witch
Alright, cool, we’re already getting characters we couldn’t have with D&D. Witch is similar to Warlock in theory, but it has some very different mechanics.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t do much with our Wisdom, so we may want to multi-class, though multi-classing casters is a much trickier operation in Pathfinder. Basically, we’re starting from square one with every single option we multi-class into, instead of building off the last one like in D&D. We’ll end up with a lot of lower level spells and lower level spell slots, but nothing substantially strong. In contrast with 5e, multi-classing is actually much better for martial classes since their base attack bonus increases either way and they get the whole benefit from whatever class they level into. In 5e, if you are a Monk that’s one level away from getting Extra Attack, taking Fighter will deny you that, and you don’t even get to wear heavy armor, where in Pathfinder you would effectively be getting both.
Anyways, we’ll have to multiclass to make best use of our best attribute, but we can try to maintain as much benefit as we can from our one level of Witch. For instance, we can try to keep our Familiar around, despite switching into a Wisdom focused class that wouldn’t normally have access to it. Thankfully, our Elf blood gives us a bit of a leg up in that department, since there’s nothing to say we can’t be part Drow.
Stella Chimeric grew up not knowing her father. Her mother told her that he was a traveler of other worlds, a sailor on a sea of infinite possibilities in infinite worlds. Sometimes, she would feel a glimmer of his power in the way she could see people, seeing past their face, past their words and actions, into their feelings, into their very souls. She felt lonely, knowing she was the only one who saw like that. Until one night, an owl showed up at her window. She let him in, and from that day on, she had a friend. And her friend started bringing her letters. All of them dated wildly differently, from throughout the course of her life. Letters from him. Eventually, she put the timeline together. He was coming back. He was stopped by demons, conscripted to fight in the Blood War. They saw his powers. They gave him more. They made him an Apostle. His power could be inherited. He named Stella his successor. The demons were losing. He would join them in one final push. That’s where the letters stopped. In the course of a day, she knew her father, and knew she lost him. Her mother had taught her to use her powers for good, to help and heal, but that’s because she didn’t understand her. Nobody could understand her power, or what it cost to have it. But if she could serve evil, and become more powerful, she would get back at a world that didn’t understand her, at hell itself, and even defy death if she had to. That’s what she needed to “heal.” And now she has a friend who will help her do just that.
Level 0
Half-elf
Multi-Disciplined
Drow Heritage
Star-child
Read Aura (Perception)
Wisdom 20
Level 1
Witch 1
Archetype: Hedge Witch
Archetype: Venom Siphoner
Familiar: Owl (Great Horned Owl)
Archetype: Elemental (Fire)
Feat: Spell Sponge
Blood Money
Mage Armor
Sleep
Strong Wings
Cantrips
Arcane Mark
Putrefy Food and Drink
Message
Level 2
Cleric 1
Archetype: Demonic Apostle
Chaos Domain (Demon)
And that’s as far as I’m taking this one because Pathfinder characters are insanely complicated and I need to get back to my life!
However, this is enough for us to get the general idea. We keep the Familiar around using Demonic Apostle that we get using our Drow heritage, except Pathbuilder won’t let me do that even though I’m pretty sure it should since it specifies that it works for prerequisites. These rules are complicated, I wouldn’t blame the machine or myself for not getting it. Anyways, Demonic Apostle eventually gives us a Quasit familiar who’s attacks are inherently poisonous so our Venom Siphoner archetype is going to make that even stronger. It’s otherwise not a productive first level for us, so we have to make it count however we can.
The other thing in that vain is Hedge Witch. Because we are evil, we get to spontaneously cast Inflict Wounds from any of our Cleric spells, but this allows us to spontaneously cast cure wound type spells too. I think. The ability doesn’t designate that it only works on the Witch’s Witch spells, so hopefully that’s not implied. And if so, it just means we have a couple of spell slots of low-level healing in our back pocket for emergencies.
By “back pocket” of course I mean our Familiar, who can zip around the battlefield casting these inflict or cure spells, since they are touch spells, so that our Witch doesn’t have to get too close to the fighting. We got a couple of those first level spells with the familiar in mind, to make it faster and keep it from getting hit. We also gave it the ability to shoot fire out of it’s face, which is mostly for flavor but is never a bad thing either. We can do that even more if we pick up the Cleric spell “Firebelly” with “share spells” (”share spells” also let’s us reduce our familiar with regular-old reduce person, if we want to give it more AC, + to hit, and no loss of poison or magic damage). Just a thought. Since Cleric spells aren’t permanent, you can just swap them out every long rest if you want to, there’s no need for me to list them all as choices, right? I’m not even listing any of the feats, you get so many in Pathfinder.
Speaking of feats, we decided to have psychic alien powers because why not and that’s going to help us know when to use our Demon-flavored Chaotic Evil Cleric abilities. We have pretty dang excellent Charisma for a Cleric, so that doesn’t hurt either. They’re going to be more useful against Good opponents, so this character might be a little bit niche in the same way that Rangers are. They’re right for a specific campaign, maybe not for putting in any old situation. Then again, maybe working with a team would illustrate to Stella that she’s not as fundamentally lonely as she thinks she is and that she doesn’t need the demons to help her burn the world down about it. Maybe she could respect into something else if her alignment had to change. Like Empyreal Sorcerer. I can’t believe I didn’t think of the Empyreal Sorcerer sooner, that’s a much better pick for-
Anyways, we’re not doing Pathfinder again, ‘tis a silly game. I’ll be coming at you with a good old 5e character next time. Happy Rolling!
