I love how John firmly and wholeheartedly believes that Jamie is the only person that knows about his relationship with Percy, when in reality there’s about 1% chance of that being the case.

There were a lot of people who probably suspected/knew about them. Maybe not before Percy’s exposure, but after that situation? Oh boy. They would look at their close friendship in hindsight + John being miserable after everything that happened and just put 2 and 2 together.

Especially the ones closer to John, but other people in his social circle too. People talk. The gossip would be wild. Before going on campaign those two were going out and about in London together, having dinners, attending plays, going to gaming clubs etc. At the time, no one would pay much attention to it. But that would drastically change after the incident with Percy.

Let’s not forget about the “near scandal” John was involved in with George Everett that had him exiled to Ardsmuir.

So… everyone kinda knew about them?? Ok not everyone, but a bunch of people. And it’s funny how John is delulu about it. Let’s see:

First of all, Hal knows John is gay. They just don’t talk about it openly.

Hal would notice John’s behavior after Percy was caught. He knew John would be a witness in Percy’s trial and was afraid of what could happen in that case. He knew John felt betrayed and tried to manipulate John’s anger towards Percy to get Percy killed. John couldn’t do it — if Hal still had any doubts, they ceased to exist the moment John came back from his conversation with Percy with that gun.

Not to mention the fact that Hal read the letter that Percy sent to John. The very first paragraph of that letter is basically Percy using pretty words to say that he would die for John. And at some point in the letter Percy writes that John told him about his father’s murder. Like??? It took 17 years for John and Hal to talk about it, and suddenly John would be openly discussing his family’s secrets with his new stepbrother? And you expect me to believe that somehow Hal thought that it was a normal friendship?? Nope.

Also, Hal’s advice to John in MOBY:

Hal merely snorted. "Men like that never die so conveniently. Why the bloody hell is he telling you this, do you think?"

Grey suppressed the vivid memory of bergamot, red wine, and petitgrain.

Firstly, both John and Percy running away from Lucinda’s arranged marriage plans like the plague might have made her a little suspicious. She might have suspected about John way before Percy came into the picture, in fact.

This is the funniest one to me, but also the sweetest.

First of all, Horace sees how shitty John is and works in cahoots with Lucinda Joffrey to trick John into going to the 18th century version of a therapist.

And then:

What I love about this interaction is the way that John knows that Horace is queer, but refuses to admit that Horace would know about him too.

The way Horace hesitates because HE DOESN’T KNOW HOW TO REFER TO PERCY. He wants to say lover (or ex-lover) but he knows that he isn’t that close to John and that it would be weird to be so open about it — and he also doesn’t know how John would react. Even if he is 100% sure that John is gay, he can’t be sure that John wouldn’t feel offended or react in a violent way.

But he also doesn’t want to say “friend” or “stepbrother” because he KNOWS THEY WERE SO MUCH MORE TO EACH OTHER. He knows those are not the right words to use. So he hesitates until John makes it simple.

HOWEVER. He knows that Percy being caught with another man must mean that John was betrayed. He knows John is hurting, not just because of the betrayal, but because of the brutality of it all — after all, betrayal notwithstanding, Percy got arrested and could get executed for being gay; for being just like them. That’s something that affects all of them as queer people.

So even though he can’t be open about it, you can feel that he wants to bring that comfort to John, because he knows how bad the whole thing is and how lonely John must be feeling. He wants John to know that he will do whatever he can to save Percy’s life. He wants John to have hope.

It’s sad, but also so sweet?? That silent solidarity.

AND JOHN “DOUBTS” WALPOLE KNOWS!!! MY DUDE!!! YOU. ARE. NOT. THAT. DISCREET.

A bunch of people in Hal’s regiment would be suspicious of John just because of their family connection — due to, you know, homophobia (and John being unmarried, unlike Hal)

TL;DR: John and Percy weren’t that much of a secret tbh, everyone close to them (or not that close) kinda knew. Everyone except General Stanley. That dude was clueless.

I'd like to say I am and will never be good at naming things, my new pokemon file is proof of that.

I'm also curious about the harder names like Calpernia, which is latin and not as popular or well used as the alternative Calpurnia which is Julius's wife. But tbh I dont wanna call male Calpernia, Julius nor Caesar.

Okay so-- few months ago me and my friend were talking about what if DOL has an ending, bad one, since me and my friend are bad ending enthusiasts, it gave me an idea i shared to them months ago.

its pretty shit but i enjoyed writing it lmao

Neutral Bad Ending

MC comes home wet by the rain outside, they will come asking around orphans about Bailey's whereabouts, a orphan would approach them and say Bailey is currently occupying the bathroom,

There are two scenarios that might happen with this ending:

1. If PC is in High Trauma or just achieved the Whitney and Robin Park cutscene/event (which i made up in my mind), PC would ask for the orphan's hair dryer saying "needing to dry their hair because of the rain" before heading to the bathroom where Bailey is in and plugging it on the extension cord, a moment later, Bailey would notice PC's presence and would ask "what the fuck do you want brat? can't you see im in here?" PC would just give him a stare and would ask for his birthday

Defiant: "When's your birthday Bailey?"

Neutral: "i just want to know when is your birthday Bailey?"

Submissive: "W-well, i want to ask... w-when is your birthday Bailey?

At this, Bailey would respond "Why the hell would you want to know? i don't want any of your crappy gifts", PC will insist that they should just say when it is and they'll leave, Bailey would give it up and say "June 12, now get the fuck out of here." PC would smile at them saying that they'll remember it before throwing the plugged hair dryer on a extension cord at the bathub with Bailey.

If PC with High Trauma or the Whitney and Robin event (again made up in my head which i didn't write yet) is not acquired but Robin is on the underground brothel or the Orphanage had gained Rebellious trait it would follow this scene:

2. PC would pull some furnishings from around the orphanage towards the bathroom door exclusively trapping Bailey in the bathroom, the orphans would look at them confusedly and they will just assure them that they will end all of this, the orphans will still not get it but they will help PC pushing the furnitures, it has three stages

"You cover the bathroom door with furnitures and large objects, Its barely covered. he/she could come out easy"

"You cover the bathroom door with furnitures and large objects, Most parts were covered. he/she would sturggle to come out"

"You covered the bathroom door with furnitures and large objects. the door is fully covered. he/she cannot come out."

if high skullduggery, Should PC and the orphans move the furnitures quitely through the bathroom door, if not a chair would make a screeching sound alerting Bailey making the Player choose if they should take the risk on continuing or not.

*not continuing would fail this ending even if the door is already covered fully

continuing, would have Bailey rattling the doorknob only to not being able to open it, Bailey would soon bang the door for all of them to remove the blockage at once or else they will taste their wrath, but with PC contiuing and successfully covering the door, they hurry and lead the other orphans outside as they pick up a canister of gasoline and surrounded the whole orphanage with it including the furnitures near the bathroom door, they will pick up a match on Bailey's office and lit the gasoline tracks on fire.

Preseason vibes/predictions on how well they’ll do that will probably be proven wrong night one of feeds

She gives 8th-6th place late jury boot vibes, I predict she starts the game in a good position but her game falls apart near the end

She gives me prejury I’m sorry, I feel like she’ll do too much and be a target, i predict she’ll serve good tv and feeds while she’s there tho

Gives late prejury early jury 12th-10th, I feel like she’ll get in an alliance but be at the bottom of it and won’t be a priority in anyone’s game and that’ll do her in

Giving me endgamer tbh, I feel like he’ll be the person who everyone trusts too much

Feel like he's gonna be the typical nerd of the season and be on the block early but survive it and find his way making it far, I do think his strategy of acting like the baby of the house could backfire and just annoy people tho so it wouldn't shock me if he completely flops and ends up prejury and doesn't find his footing socially

If she can avoid the block week one I think she's golden and will make it incredibly far, and potentially be final 3, thankfully the entire rest of the cast isn't 20 year old instafluencers so I do think she'll be able to make it work and I think her personality will carry her far

He gives me prejury flame out tbh, I feel like he's gonna try to micromanage everyone and be backdoored like week 3

mid jury vibes tbh maybe like 9th-7th, I feel like she's gonna be the player that does an incredible job prejury but then wins an HOH she doesn't need and tanks her game

Feel like he's gonna do well socially and end up as a potential winner but his threat level will end up too large and he gets snipped late game in 6th-4th

see him as a lategamer and possibly final 3 tbh, I feel like he's gonna do a good job positioning himself and will have the charisma to be well liked in the house, I do think if the house clocks Cirie as his mom he could get the Elissa treatment so he better lie about his last name because I think that's the only way people would clock it tbh

she kinda gives me woman in a showmance who runs the duo and lasts til the end, I feel like she'll be in the majority alliance and easily make jury

gives prejury tbh, I feel like a lot of this cast are gamers who won't chicken out of putting his archetype on the block early, I feel like the vibes of this cast aren't the vibes that usually allow his type to skate through the game

Grodner's favorite archetype so final 2, in all seriousness I feel like he's either gonna be early jury or a endgame lock and I can't figure out which I think is more likely

sadly she's giving me prejury, I feel like she's gonna be left out the majority alliance and be my delusional queen who has awful reads on the house

hi i finished both seasons of tslocg and here are a few thoughts

i loved watching leighton’s character arc till the very end. it was very cool and i loved the reason why she left kappa whitney going there was not cool, i’ll come back to that

also i totally agree with leighton. math is way cooler than biochem. obviously.

so proud of leighton when she came out to her friends and her dad. and also super glad that she got back with alicia also what was the hot vampire from first kill doing here?

whitney in s1 after the whole teacher storyline was good. and i love they portrayed her as a nerd and not just a jock yk? and i love her relationship with her mom. her mom is pretty fun and she should be in more eps

whitney can play basketball too? she is so freaking multi-talented not water polo though

whitney and canaan did make a good couple though what she did by going through his phone was not cool but i can see where that cam from like her prev relationship and what the girls from kappa told her

i loved bela more in season 1 ig. season 2 was more of character ruin and i hope it gets better in s3. i really thought she was talking to a therapist in the last bit and not TRANSFERRING but i’m glad she realised and owned up to all her mistakes

bela and eric were really cute and they kinda made sense together but yeah she fucked up

Arden, my main PC. Genderfluid, but she/her is what she uses the most out of convenience. Official sources of income are her dates with Avery and modelling for Niki, but most nights there's also a shadowed figure breaking into Danube street mansions—oh, you've seen it? No, you haven't—and on Fridays you might see a masked figure go into the brothel for a weekly private show. Love interest is Avery, though both have the mindset that theirs is mostly a transactional relationship. Arden's also down bad for Wren, but for now it seems to be unrequited.

Monroe, my baby secondary PC. Herm/intersex, but although he does occasionally dabble in crossdressing for work, he goes exclusively by he/him and masculine terms. Sex worker, and pretty sought-after, too—Briar would lose quite a lot of money if Monroe stopped showing up one day. Unfortunately, it's come at the cost of his reputation, something he's already being blackmailed for. Love interests are Sydney and Whitney, though both relationships are something Monroe entered into extremely reluctantly given his current circumstances (and also because Whitney is... Whitney).

Adeline, my "forsake civilisation, return to nature" PC lmao. Cis woman with the wolf transformation, which she definitely did not get through the mushroom route. Plantpeople enthusiast, but her true love will always be the wolf pack and its leader. She did get kidnapped by Eden once after she got lost in the woods during a hunt and, while she escaped, sometimes Addie finds herself thinking about the hunter with curiosity—after all, didn't she also fight the Black Wolf at first before knowing better? Maybe the hunter isn't so bad either. Probably the only one of my PCs who'll become a parent.

Vincent, my final PC (for now?). Cis man with a huge everything—huge heart, huge muscles, huge... dick. Gentle giant, it's a wonder he ever escaped Remy's farm—probably an accident tbh, must have fallen into the river or something because this man was as well-behaved as they come. Nowadays his mind is pretty much healed from whatever weird trance he'd been in back then, but despite how happy he is with Alex and the farm, sometimes he remembers his days at Remy's with longing—Vince doesn't let himself wonder if it's the place or its owner that he misses, though.

All my PCs are in their 20's, btw! They also all exist at the same time, maybe one day I'll make a post with all their connections to each other and other NPCs :) It'll be... a mess lmao

What would be your ideal cast for the next generation in 2023?

hmm that's difficult mainly bc i really don't watch that many teen drama so i don't have a solid list of actors in the appropriate age range lmao but i love a challenge nonetheless so here we go!!

for wyatt i would kind of love to cast something of an already famous person to kind of really hit home the idea of Legacy tm but the issue is bc wyatt is so big in narrative he kind of just. gets less plot. so that actually might not work. so tbh really i think the move would lowkey be casting a nepo baby. honestly i would love wyatt russell (same name besties?!?!?) but he is just a shade old. if you've only seen him in falcon and the winter soldiers i am begging you to expand and see his cali babe range.... he's in black mirror, 22 jump street, ingrid goes west, lodge 49... babes. like. beyond that, charlie hall who was in sex lives of college girls as that like. really manic guy whitney went out with. and then third option but also on the older side would be alex roe who played the male lead on the tv siren that i think like. only five people watched (excluding myself: four). i think he could swing the necessary earnest energy.

chris honestly should probably be The Star kind of hte one who brings the most draw to the show ideally someone who already has something of a fanbase in a gifset before i've used thomas doherty before who checks two boxes in that he already has an established fan base coming from both the descendant's franchise & also the gossip girl reboot and of course he is also devastatingly handsome in a very cliche way and we already know can play a slut. so that's actually three boxes. another option which i thnk would Slay but again he's a little older would be logan lerman <3 like. y'all see it rite? wild card would be tommy martinez.

I implore you to watch the presser with Natalie and the GM. Natalie wants to select SELFLESS players, and she also wants ball movement in the offense. She was a walk-on for UCLA and earned her way into a starting role. Watching the presser, it seems like the GM and VP did some scouting since the season started and will show what they have to Natalie.

I’ve followed the W for a while and have good knowledge on the front office and coaching hire by Lacob. Oheema is an amazing person who cares about the players - she’s genuine and there’s a reason why players love her. The VP was with the London Lions, another great hire. Natalie Nakase - great hire. I’ve seen her frustrated at Becky at times during games…probably Becky being stubborn and not listening to her coaching staff.

What I noticed is that earlier in the season, when Becky allowed Natalie to pick the subs, Kate was always her pick. 2nd half of the season, it seems like Becky didn’t let any of her asst coaches do any of that. Natalie is also big on defense so take that however you want. She is also not big on drama and can guarantee you she’s not gonna pick Nalyssa Smith. Neither will the GM tbh. They’re going to draft as many quality players as they can in the expansion. I won’t be surprised if GSV traded their 1st round pick to the Aces in exchange for maybe KP and another Aces player (can see Kate).

We will know the GSV roster on December 6. People need to keep in mind the GM and the HC of GSV because you can have a good idea on who they will draft based on their background and watching the presser.

I didn’t really prior to this year and I for sure wasn’t this year (but no matter how hard i tried to avoid all things Fever, i was still getting informed of all things Fever. no one was exempt from not seeing all the in-house problems as well as fan involvement but all of social media and sports commentary platforms spoke about this team 24/7; plus anytime the Aces played them, I started to get more algorithmic hits of the Fever) and I can’t say definitively what their culture was but based off what we all witnessed this year, I can see that Smith wanted out and far away from that organization! All the drama that surrounded them would have vets want out too. So I don’t know if she can be labeled as not being selfless. On court and even off court factors. Unless, conjecture inserted from all the online chatter, Smith and her relationship with Harrington played a part in her relation to her own team…I guess we can throw that in there. But if we’ll do that, then we have to do for all.

Smith’s defense would fall in line with Nakase’s being big on defense. Imo she’d fit really well with how she’s trained the Aces defense and it could work for the GSV foundation she wants.

Tbh, Plum is really iffy on the “selflessness” that you say Nakase wants. We’ve seen plenty of games how her selfishness (on court that is) impacted games. And then also, as with Smith, her personal matters also played a part in impacting her performances this season.

In all fairness, no matter how hard we try, as humans, at times separating the two can’t happen in totality. At some point, the personal things do blend into our professional and impacts how we move. Normal human nature. There are some people who do really well with compartmentalizing the two tho.

Defending Whitney ( cause why not)

My latest Whitney post honest got me thinking of what Whitney could possibly be going through in the pokemon world.

Whitney, the third gym leader or Johto, is notorious for being pretty hard due to her milktank, and being a crybaby after she loses, not giving you the gym badge after she calms down. Many people, because of that, has grown a deep hatred for her ( and her milktank). So much so that they overlook two things:

This girl is smart. Despite saying that she doesn't have a lot of battle experience, her milktank has a pretty smart set of moves from self healing, to paralysis, to simply stalling, to using something like Attract. This girl knows what she's doing. And when you look at her B2W2 team, she has a fucking Blissey. She knows what she's doing.

A little headcanon that I have is that Whitney trained under Norman before his leaves to Hoenn, so she has a good understanding of strategy in battle, however when it comes to actual practice, she's a bit inexperienced.

And the next one is something I cannot stress enough:

Honestly,I feel as Whitney gets older, she does mature a bit more to not do what she did in gsc/ hgss. But I still think she cries. She'll probably cry a lot. Both to make her feel better and to spite the people who would constantly drag her down, question her as a gym leader and such. Cause people had definitely tried to drag her down. Wouldn't be surprised if her admitted childishness most got her fired. Or that she almost quit due to the harassment. But she's still here. She's grown, matured, and still fucking cry cause fuck you.

Tbh, this post made me appreciate Whitney s bit more now. She's smart and talented, has good energy, and cries, which is totally okay? She's immature, sure, but if you constantly deny the girl the chance to grow and change, she won't, and I find that upsetting given Silver over here.

I was never really expecting to defend Whitney like this. Tbh, I don't remember struggling as much with her gym. I mean, I DID struggle, but after a while I just won. Thinking about my OCs as DoL protags #1: Leticia Lorelei

this is even more self indulgent than usual god damn. also warning for long.

She’d honestly be kind of the best at it of my gang tbh. Her life already ain’t that far off if we’re being honest. People are a lot more open about treating her like an object here. Unsure how to feel about that!

Lettie appeared as an infant near the orphanage nestled among the plants and immediately became a huge problem on account of her psychic powers. I’m pretty sure instead of crying as a baby, she just projected violent psychic interference into peoples heads?? Like the instincts are just different. And then it only really got worse as she got control over her powers and got older and more capable of active malice. So Bailey fucking hates her guts lol. Her endless debt is somehow even more than that of the average orphan on account of this.

Her reputation is one of her most important tools, so as much as it she knows it would make her life easier, she can’t let herself go straight into stealing or sexwork (Though while she won’t outright rob people, she Will con them to their faces.) I think she’d mostly associate herself with the temple. Plus, having provable magical powers that she can easily dress up as miracles, I feel like she’d be able to net herself a pretty cushy and important position with them. (Though at the same time, there’s Gonna be people that think she’s sus as hell and occasional attempts to use her mysterious powers as a scapegoat for literally anything that goes wrong) She does have to cheat her way through virginity tests. Nobody knows she’s doing it and thus nobody will ever know exactly how. (fuckin magic smh) Also uses herself in Scary But Powerful blood sacrifices a lot, so that probably contributes something or other.

None of the in game TFs particularly fit her? But I think a hypothetical deer or lamb TF would work really well for her. So that. Either/or. Angel seems like the obvious one but it really doesn’t quite fit when in reality she’s a) most definitely not a virgin and b) a fucking liar. She’s a magical illusionist with knowledge of the occult and some spells under her belt, not an actual miracle-worker.

She wouldn’t have an LI that she cares for in any major way tbh except maybe a more platonic fondness for Robin, but she’d be in all of their good graces. Being in constant danger, she does kind of need as many people as possible to be willing to kill for her, or fork over all their mortal possessions to her. She probably doesn’t actually know Alex, though. Which is a shame because she’d love going to the farmlands and helping look after all their animals and stuff. Chronic illness is a bitch, tho.

I think the love interests she’d be most closely associated with tho are Sydney and Eden. Sydney for clear temple reasons and Eden because regardless of if it’s because she was sold or abducted or whatever, Lettie is more than happy to slip into a comfortable, quiet life where she just stays in the forest hermit’s cabin and be fully protected and provided for. However, she knows in her heart she can’t risk letting them take over her life, even if she does manage to keep the psychological upper hand. Because Eden is fucking SCARY. So, once her money situation is stable, she tends to spend her weekends with Eden. (Sorry Avery lol, ur only use to her was money) Besides, she doesn’t want to risk Bailey sending someone else out to collect money she doesn’t have because she was gone too long.

At school, she has like 0 status on account of being quiet and visibly really weird. Not to mention genuinely creepy in how she manages to puppeteer the people around her. The temple association doesn’t help. Although considering her tendency to cozy up with Everyone, she does likely have Whitney’s protection. Best subject is English, worst is Swimming.

Teacherwise, I think she’d be closest with River! Again, for temple reasons. She probably has a lot of information about all of them, Leighton included, but she’s yet to blackmail them. She’s just sort of... Keeping it in her pocket for later use.

Every time someone asks her out, she pretends to be SO unbearable sweet and innocent that she just doesn’t understand what they’re telling her and takes it as a declaration of intense friendship. The exceptions to this are the likes of Whitney and Kylar, who don’t really ask you out so much as they just decide you’re together now. On that front, she. Kind of just tells both of them the ‘truth’ oddly enough lol. She’s such a subservient little pushover, it’s no shock she got suckered into that! So basically, she just lets them take it out on each other.

I.... I wouldn’t be shocked if Kylar abducted Lettie tbh. Actually, that sounds about right. Plus, she’s so weak and sickly, it’s better if she just stays with them! AND FURTHERMORE, what if she can use her miraculous powers to help their parents! (She can’t, sorry lol)

She tried to get a job at the cafe. She was allowed to be a waitress there for a while and did great at that, but the moment she got an opportunity to work in the kitchen she was just fired on the spot after what happened. We don’t talk about the incident. She also probably sells lots and lots of flowers. (And tho it’s not a thing you can do in-game, her skills in sewing, embroidery and various other fiber arts would probably be moneymaking opportunities.)

I’m... Unsure how the Wraith would feel about her. I feel like some kind of close connection would form there, but I don’t know what exactly... Will have to think on this more.

Animals and plant people are inexplicably drawn to her even more than most people? Wild. (Her horde of familiars lmao)

I think she’s equal parts beloved and detested by the town. Some adore her and would very much like to use her (or just her body tbh) to fix every single problem in their life. Some think that she’s a bad omen or deluded and that she ought to be knocked down into her place. Also probably element of corruption kink go brrrrrrr except she’s incorruptible because she’s already corrupt as shit. A fair number of people are convinced she’s a changeling, or some other form of dangerous fae, so they’ll be inclined to avoid her outright.

In some sense, she’s safer than average with her reputation meaning that a lot of people either think too highly of her or see her as too delicate to even make normal physical contact with her, or fear her too much to go near her. But also how known she’d be would mean that she’s very recognizable and anyone that does have half a mind to attack her is going to be extra determined and extra weird about it.

I’m unsure about her title, though I’m still stuck on picking one for Clara who is literally a DoL OC that I play with and exists purely for DoL stuff so that tracks. Buuuuuut... The Enigma, The Divine or The Illusionist would work nicely for her, depending on what angle you wanna focus on. Maybe something relating to how many faces she has lol

As a sidenote, I think she’d like Gwylan a lot!! : ) There we go, that’s one person she might want to be friends with in the entire hell town that she’s not too unwell to actually meet.

Expect to get the cold shoulder for a day or two. Alex just needs a little time to get her thoughts together after hearing some of the workers talk about how her boyfriend apparently got someone else pregnant. Yes, she knows it’s probably not true, but it still hurts.

Alex has always been loyal to you, no matter how high her libido gets or how much she needs release, she always seeks out you, and if you’re not around, she just settles for her hand or a toy. She expects the same from you.

Eventually, one of you will break the silence, and all Alex’s concerns will spill out. She feels bad for not just telling you. Obviously you’ve been faithful, you’re rarely even in town!

So, so angry about the whole ordeal. Even if you tell her that it’s just a rumor she’s not going to fully calm down. Hell, having proof that you didn’t impregnate anyone won’t fully soothe her rage. Something like this could damage her career.

She overhears a conversation between a small group of humans who’ve wandered too close to the wolf cave. She chases them off, of course, but not before hearing your name.

Black Wolf expects her mate to be loyal to his alpha. It’s one thing for other pack members to fuck him, that’s just how things work in the pack, but having a litter with humans is an issue.

It won’t be easy to calm her down, wolfpeople aren’t all that familiar with the concept of rumors. You aren’t allowed to stray too far from home, not without some of the other wolves accompanying you, at least until she feels like she can trust you again.

Eden

You aren’t allowed to leave the cabin, not for a very, very long time. Not until Eden is sure she can trust you. She knows that a bunch of high schoolers aren’t the most trustworthy source, but better safe than sorry.

She rescinds a lot of your ‘privileges’; you’re back to being on a tight leash—literally and figuratively—she’s not sharing her meals with you anymore, you can make your own breakfast, and the only time you’re allowed to go outside is when tending to the crops or cleaning the spring.

Even when Eden realizes that it’s just a stupid rumor, she’ll grudgingly apologize for overreacting, but will still keep a much closer eye on you than she used to.

Great Hawk

She hears the rumor from some brave humans who found themselves deep in the moor. Great Hawk doesn’t generally pay much mind to landbound conversations, but the sound of her husband’s name catches her attention.

The harpy trusts you more than anything, it’s why she lets you come and go freely, and why she decided to make you hers; harpies mate for life, and she chose you.

Great Hawk will be visibly concerned when her husband is gone for long periods of time. Eventually she’ll tell you of her concerns, all you have to do is assure her that she is your one and only wife.

Kylar

Confronts you as soon as possible, she’s clearly in a delusional state, fervently claiming that there’s no way you’d impregnate someone other than her, even though you can tell she’s just trying to convince herself.

Kylar just wants you to tell her that everything’s okay, that she’s your one and only, the woman you want to be the mother of your children. You can assuage her worries by showing her extra affection.

Even after she’s calmed down, Kylar will remain insecure. She’ll beg you to breed her more often, becoming desperate to prove just how much you love each other.

Robin

She is immediately skeptical of the rumors. You wouldn’t do that, would you? There’s no way you’d get someone else pregnant while dating her, you’re a good person and a good boyfriend!

The lower Robin’s confidence is, the more likely she is to let the rumors affect her. She’d never fully believe them, but they do plant seeds of worry within her mind.

If you reassure her that you’ve been completely faithful, Robin will push her concerns to the back of her mind. She’s heard plenty of ridiculous rumors floating around town, this is just one more!

Whitney

Expect to be faced with a very upset Whitney. She’ll corner you in the hall, shove you against the locker, and demand to know what absolute fucking idiot let you stick your cock in them without her permission.

Do you have any post-fic headcanons about grumpy cat? Breaking girl code?

Hmm, post-GC, Brittana do get their happily ever after with their three boys in the following years and forever. They move into a big house with a backyard for their sons to play in. Sebastian goes to jail for a while even though his father tries in vain to get him out of the mess and never bothers them again. Clayton leaves Lima and never bothers Santana or shows his face again because he’s a bitch baby and his reputation is too ruined. It probably goes to court and Santana of course is involved though that would be a little traumatizing for her.

Santana becomes a lot more relaxed/friendly with Tina, Mike, Rachel and the other friends. Santana also feels very happy and fulfilled when Leo and Saaya are born. It’s not as rushed and unstable and scary as it was when Kenai was born when she was a teen so she’s able to just enjoy all three of her children more. She’s very overprotective and sweet with Britt when she’s pregnant. Meanwhile Britt has easy pregnancies and enjoys them. They have their third baby by reciprocal IVF because Britt wants to experience that. Britt is more than happy being a mom/housewife and she starts taking up dance again. She opens a dance studio and teaches when the boys are older. Of course, the boys spend so much time at Grandma Whitney’s house and they adore her. Kenai also becomes a lot braver and happier. He’s much more well adjusted as he grows up with Britt and San. He does get jealous of his little brothers at first but they become his best friends eventually. Santana absolutely dotes on baby Leo because of how much he reminds her of Britt and he’s a total mama’s boy.

I’m not sure if/when I’ll finish the BGC sequel so I may as well share some plots I’d like to explore if the sequel ever happened:

In the post BCG-verse, I do think Rachel went through this phase of being jealous/uncomfortable with Brittana dating at first because Santana was basically Rachel’s only friend/vice versa for most of their lives despite their strained relationship. So she’s mainly jealous of not having as much time with her sister as she used to. Of course Rach would never admit that though. She’s also not having Britt around as much, so in a way she kind of loses her other best friend too or she sees it that way. It takes time for her to fully adjust to it. Rachel isn’t good with changes. She does come around completely to it eventually though.

I can see Pezberry having another explosive argument tbh, probably about Santana not having the type of lifestyle/career Rach thinks she should have (Rach genuinely wants her to succeed so her intentions are good) meanwhile Santana thinks Rach is controlling/prissy. They do manage to get past that though but it would probably be even more intense than the worst argument they had in BGC.

I do think Britt expects Santana and her to get married eventually after BGC once they’ve been dating a few years while Santana is still hesitant/commitment-phobic to some degree especially given her abandonment issues from her past. So when Britt keeps hinting about marriage Santana is like ??? 😳 Britt does get her wish eventually though 😉
