25: what's your opinion on Frederick and/or Blaine in fanfics and fandom? I feel kinda conflicted/isolated since I'm pretty anti-Blaine but I love CPCblr. Just asking what your opinion on the characters portrayed in fandom is!

I don't actually read fanfics about Blaine or Frederick that much lol. I mostly just vomit my ideas onto the page and send em' out, I don't read much. I do like the general interpretation of his character as an angsty wet cat who refuses affection and gets it anyways tho.

As for fandom, I can talk about fandom. I don't really like the general interpretation of Blaine in the fandom. I feel like we're kind of just.. ignoring Blaine's faults, I guess? I mean, we all know he's not the best person, don't get me wrong, but it feels like we're just shoving all the blame on Leland and his expectations when Blaine still has some pretty glaring character flaws. He's self-centered, and he abused Frederick really badly even when his father couldn't possibly have been watching. I agree that a pretty big part of that was Leland's abuse, but Blaine should still have to apologize for a LOT more that that one insult.

And as for Frederick... The Webtoon comment section man. I feel like the sentiment isn't shared on CPCblr, but it kinda seems like Frederick's getting ignored by the fandom and I don't like it because he's my favorite. (Also his insecurities being right : ( )

Cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC) is the mouthwash ingredient that kills covid virus in the mouth and upper throat!

Ideally paired with other preventatives, it can drastically reduce risk since it reduces the amount of live virus at the point of infection. I use it right after being around people I don't live with, and during long events I have a travel bottle in my purse to refresh every couple hours. King Jack was proven both right and wrong. Right that men can be wolves. Wrong on which ones are. I don’t know what kind of reaction King Jack will have when confronted with Plaid King’s true nature. Absolute hatred for destroying his trust and or Complete an utter apathy if Plaid King ends up dangling over a cliff begging for his life? King Jack allowed his presence around his precious children, the only family he had left following his family’s abandonment and his wife’s passing. Plaid King appreciate the friendship he had with King Jack. He couldn’t stand that Lilyth took priority over him and now he destroyed any positive relationship he had with King Jack.

He truly is his own worst enemy.

Hm.. I mean, eventually he's gonna realize that, right? But how? Well I'm thinking of 3 scenarios!

1. Frederick realized while thinking on the way to Gwen's room. During the fear moments as he will finally face the serpent, he got an "a-ha!" Moment. Y'know like that one moment where you suddenly remember/realize something? Yeah he suddenly realize who the serpent was in his dream.

2. Same as the 1st one but he realized it through careful thinking of who has been acting like the serpent in his entire life.

3. He found out from entering Gwen's room and actually facing the serpent

It’s so nice that King Jack immediately accepted the CPC as they truly are. The only thing that was upsetting to him was that he gave away that beautiful painting of Gwen to an unappreciative Cosmopolitan Princess Conservatory.

RIGHTFULLY SO!! that one shot of the painting haunts me... vividly imagining some sort of cpc heist mission to break in and get the painting out. oh yeah.

I love these characters both individually and as a couple, they are so sweet, and heart-warming despite a rocky beginning 💚💚💚 Two cinnamon rolls trying to overcome their insecurities, learning the difference between "getting help and support" and "being (co-) dependent", struggling with self-esteem and family drama, and how to defend themselves from toxic people! Their chemistry and development are just *chef's kiss* 👌I can't wait to read the end of the series and see how they will end up!!
