Rio x Reader (YOU SAVE HIS LIFE) Part 3
You woke up lying on your stomach and the blanket over your back, covering your naked body. You reached out to touch Rio but all you found was a cold and empty bed.
He had been gone for awhile.
You opened your eyes and shifted up in bed before letting out a yawn. You felt disappointed he wasn't in bed with you and most likely left the apartment but you shrugged off the feeling and started listing off the things you had to do today...
Take a shower, clean the house, go to the grocery store... Make a grocery list. It feels weird not working. Rio says you don't have to and being gone for over two months means you don't have a job anyway. One day, he gave you a card and told you to go nuts with it. Anything you wanted. But you mainly use it for necessities, you feel bad using it for anything else.
Just as you were going to get out of bed the door opened and Rio stepped inside. He smiled at you, "Hey mama." He says before walking over to you and kissing your head. "I have to go out today. I'm seeing my son." Rio says to you. You smile at him and nod... You completely forgot he had a son. Rio walks over to his side of the bed and grabs the airplane he had been working on for the last two months that was sitting on the nightstand.
"I won't be home until late." He says while shuffling through the drawer in the nightstand. "Why?" You ask while running your fingers through your messy hair. He didn't answer, which was odd. He always answered your question. You turned to look at him and saw him stuffing something into his pocket. You got a glance at it and you recognized it as the bullets you took out of him when he got shot by Beth... Beth...
"Are you seeing Beth?"
He didn't answer again, he just sighed deeply. "Rio-" "Does it matter?" You narrow your eyes. "Yeah... It matters." You say. He sighs again but decides to ignore you for now. He walks over to your side of the bed cups your face and kisses your lips slowly and sensually for a few seconds before he pulls back, "I'll see you later baby, okay?" He then moves away from the bed and heads towards the door. He opens it before freezing and looking at you, "Don't be upset. I'll make it up to you. Okay?" He says. You nodded and gave him a small smile before he left the room.
Your day went by smoothly... Other than the lingering thought of Beth in the back of your mind.
And he did in fact come home late. You didn't hear him come home until 3AM. You heard him rustle through the kitchen before making his way to the bedroom. You were pretending to be asleep and facing away from the door when he entered. You heard him shuffling around before he got into bed. But he did something that he never did... He wrapped his arms around your torso and pulled your back against his chest. He buries his face into your shoulder and takes in your scent.
You were confused... Was something wrong?
"I know you're awake..." He mumbles into your neck.
You still don't say anything. You were just confused. He sighs deeply against you and holds you tighter. Yeah... There was something definitely wrong. "What's wrong?" You ask. No answer. After a few seconds, you decide to repeat yourself.
"Rio-" "Beth's pregnant."
Your heart stopped and your breath got caught in your throat. You knew they had slept together a few times as Beth told you when you were a part of her group. You knew she wasn't dead as he doesn't hurt children or pregnant women. You knew that. But... What now? Does this change anything? Is it Rio's or her husband's? Your mind was racing and your heart was pounding.
"If this is a deal breaker I-" "No." You don't even let him finish his sentence. It was insane to for him to even think that... Then it hit you. He was hugging you in bed because he felt like it was the last time he'd be able to hold you...
You shake your head before turning your head to the side to look at him. "Why would you even think that?" You ask. "Though it would be a dealbreaker..." He mumbles. "You think her being pregnant is a dealbreaker but not you killing her?" You say before letting out a chuckle. You turn your body around so you are facing him, "I'm assuming you're a possible father..." You ask. He nods slowly.
"But she's full of it." He says with contempt in his voice. "Once she gets an ultrasound I'll end it." He says. "You think she's lying?" "I know she is." He says. His thumb rubs circles into your hip giving you a fluttery feeling in your chest.
He moves the hand on your hip to brush the hair on your face behind your ear. "But... Let's ignore that now. I want to spend time with my girl." He says before pulling you into a tight embrace. You enjoy how he held you as he usually didn't in bed, it made you feel safe and comforted. Even after you had sex he didn't cuddle much. He let you rest your cheek on his chest and he had his arm loosely around you but that was it. He just wasn't a cuddly type of man.
But... Maybe this changed him because he...
Liked it.
He actually liked it. He even felt himself dozing off as he held you. He even felt comforted with you in his arms. You were changing him...
Maybe even for the better.

Our new chance, pt 1
Agatha and Rio are given a new chance.
It's age regression, if you don't like it, don't read it.
Alice is the reader's name, unrelated to the show.
I'm going to write several chapters, so it may take a while for the story to unfold.
English its not my first language.
1750
Nicky and Agatha were walking through the forest, humming a song they had both made up.
"Mama, when can I see her again?" Nicky asks his mother, who looks at him uncertainly.
"I don't know, my dear... hopefully not too soon," Agatha replied, looking around and holding back tears. She knew very well who her son was talking about. Well, she wanted to see her again too, but it was better to stay away, she could feel it.
"But I miss her, my mom," Nicky tapped his foot in disappointment, he couldn't understand.
Agatha sighs and puts her hand to her temple.
"I miss her too, darling, but it was time to separate..." she knew that her son was getting worse every day.
She had to make the difficult choice of leaving her beloved and separating a son from his mother. But it was the best option at the moment, she wanted to get away, to stay as far away as possible.
"But when are we going to see her again?" Nicky insists.
"I hope in a long time..." Agatha answered her son, her voice accompanied by sadness.
The two of them, tired after walking for hours, decide to set up camp in a remote part of the forest, and fall asleep together...
---
The sun rises, and they gradually start to wake up. Agatha was the first to sit up and stroke her son's hair. He was still drowsy.
"Did you have a good night, my darling?" Agatha asks, kissing Nicky on the cheek.
"Yes, I did" he yawns, and slowly sits up "I saw... I saw a girl" he begins.
"A girl?" Agatha asks curiously "in your dreams?". Nicky makes a face of doubt.
"I don't know..." he shrugs "but she was my sister" he says, his eyes full of anticipation for his mother.
"Sister? You don't have a sister my dear" Agatha laughs, children can be creative, especially her son. But Nicky isn't amused.
"I'm serious mama, she was my sister," he says firmly, he knew she was.
"Baby, it was just a dream," says Agatha, tidying his hair affectionately.
"It wasn't just a dream... I saw her, she was there". Agatha sighs, her son was stubborn when he wanted to be "she was around three years old, and her name was Alice!"
"Oh, so she was a toddler" Agatha decides to join in her son's conversation "so you want a little sister?" Nicky shakes his head in denial.
"I won't get to meet her, but you and Mom will," he says smiling, but on the other side Agatha is panicked by her son's comment, what does he mean by that?!
"Okay, enough of this talk!" Agatha starts to get up and pack her things, clearly anxious, "Let's go and get our breakfast..."
-------
2026
She had to be quiet, it was her first time breaking into someone's house. She knew it was wrong, but she was very hungry. She was on the verge of despair.
It had been two weeks since she had left home, her supply of food that could fit into a backpack had run out. And it was the last option.
Luckily for her, there was a doggy door in the house that was unlocked, and she, being a small person, was able to get through it with ease.
Finally, she was inside the house, and with slow steps she headed off to try and find some food.
She quietly opens it and the first thing she sees are grapes, lots of grapes, and her stomach rumbles. She quickly grabs the bunch and starts eating desperately.
So desperately that by accident and because the house is totally dark, she drops something extremely noisy, which crashes to the floor.
"Damn it... no... no" the girl begins to despair, tears begin to form, especially as she hears footsteps coming from upstairs. She finds a corner near the cupboards to hide (still holding her grapes).
----
Rio and Agatha were sleeping peacefully in their bedroom when they heard a noise coming from downstairs. They both get up quickly.
"There's someone downstairs" Agatha says, heading for the stairs and Rio follows her. They didn't do the slightest thing to go downstairs and take the thief by surprise.
They arrive downstairs and turn on the lights.
"We know you're here, come out!" Agatha shouts and starts searching the house.
"You'd better come out, you don't want us to find you," Rio says in a firm voice, but low.
The girl was shivering in the corner of a cupboard, she would be caught, these women would call the police and she would have to go back to her mother's house, the place she had run away from. She was crying with fear, until she sniffled louder, and instantly regretted it.
Agatha and Rio looked at each other. They've both heard. Rio smiles confidently, they have finally heard the intruder.
"We know where you are," Agatha says, slowly approaching where they heard the noise. The girl's heart was pounding.
As there were no answers, the two witches approached their target.
"Boo !" Rio exclaims, when they spot the imposter.
The girl curls up even tighter with her head on her knees, avoiding their gaze, and continues to cry.
Rio and Agatha look at each other in confusion.
They were expecting someone with a menacing appearance or even another witch or supernatural being. But no, it was just a girl. A small, harmless girl, who was cowering and still holding a bunch of grapes.
"What's going on?!" Agatha asked, gesturing with her hands, "who are you?!"
The girl knew there were no options left, they had found her, it was better to give herself up once and for all. But fear prevented her from moving.
"I'm sorry..." the girl whispered so quietly that the women could hardly hear her.
"What are you doing in our house and who are you?" Agatha insists "Get up, thief!" The blue-eyed witch raises her voice and the girl is startled.
Rio stares at Agatha and raises an eyebrow. Her wife was making a scene and scaring the girl.
"We just want to talk, can you get up please?" Rio interferes and asks in a more subtle voice, trying to calm the girl down and ease the situation.
The girl began to breathe calmly to try to calm down, she really had no other option. She lifted her head from her knees and looked at the two girls, her face red from crying and tears streaming down her face.
Her face was angelic, causing the two women to soften their features, especially Agatha who narrowly missed casting a spell on the girl.
"I'm sorry..." she said, trying to wipe away the tears with one hand, while the other wouldn't let go of the bunch of grapes "I'm Alice...".
Agatha and Rio froze when they heard the girl's name.

hi my love, can u do a fic with miles 42 takes the reader to meet his uncle Aaron but is shocked that they already know each other and get along well? how they know each other is completely up to you! also i love your writing sm and have a great day💘
pairing: e-42 miles x reader
summary: meeting your boyfriend's uncle for the first time.
content: things implied but nothing outwardly mentioned.
a/n: I LOVED THIS REQ!!! i'm slowly starting to write again. i'm like in a writing drought lmao. i also did not edit this at alllll soooo...
sitting around miles’ dorm room, you were waiting for him to get ready so you guys can head over to his apartment. you’ve been there a couple times before and have met his mom, but today miles’ said that it would be a family dinner, indicating that his uncle was gonna be there. you were superrr nervous since miles talks about his uncle frequently and looks up to him. you didn’t want your boyfriend’s uncle to not like you, especially when his uncle has such an impact on his life, basically being his father figure since his dad passed. you have no idea how this meeting can go. meeting miles’ mom wasn’t hard since you knew basic manners such as calling her mrs. and mrs. morales was sweet anyways, there was no doubt she would like you especially after seeing how happy you made her son.
feet shuffling around the room and the clatter of drawers opening and closing did nothing to distract you from your whirling thoughts. you were just caught up on how to make the best impression you can, there was no way you were messing this up.
a snap in front of your face pulled you from your thoughts. miles standing in front of you with his other hand not in front of you holding a sweatshirt. “we can head out now, bebé.” he said. nodding your head, you stood up following miles to the door. he held the door open for you before grasping your hand and trudging down the hall to exit campus. you guys decided to walk there, helping you ease your thoughts since it was a good walk.
the day was nice, clear skies, the sun wasn’t strong though and the breeze was perfect. walking hand in hand, you engaged in a small conversation with miles. “i’m really nervous to meet your uncle,” you admitted.
squeezing your hand, miles glanced over at you, “don’t worry ma, even if something happens, he can’t break us up.”
rolling your eyes and detaching your hand from his, “wowww that’s just super reassuring miles.”
he quickly reattached your hands and gave your hand a kiss, “i’m just saying, ma.”
reaching his apartment after a good amount of minutes walking, you both walked up the stairs. stopping at the front door, miles pulled out his keys and unlocked the door. announcing his arrival outloud, you saw rio peek her head out the corner, quickly walking over to greet you guys. she pulled you into a hug first and you greeted her with a smile “hi mrs. morales, how are you?” and she greeted back. stepping aside so she can greet miles, she pulled him to a hug too followed by a kiss on the cheek.
“tu tio todavia no ha llegado, feel free to sit on the couch for now,” rio said gesturing over to the couch in front of the tv playing the news. you both nodded before walking over to sit next to each other on the couch. getting comfortable, miles throwing an arm around the head of the couch, bringing his arm down to pull you closer. you giggled, snuggling in a little closer. pulling out your phone and scrolling through tiktok with miles looking at your phone too. you got a text from your girls group chat and slip half up to go to messages, when miles snatched your phone out of your hand.
“there is no reason you should have that many apps open,” he said while swiping away all the apps that were open on your phone. rolling your eyes and grabbing your phone back, you mumbled an, “i forgot.” continuing doing what you were doing, you both started getting bored on your phones after like 5 minutes, so you just put your phone to the side and looked over at miles. grabbing his neck and tugging with towards you, you whined “millessssss, i’m bored.”
“what you wan me to do, ma?”
“entertain me!”
“do i look like a clown or something to you?” his eyebrows furrowed.
“well, i saw your mismatched socks earlier so i say you’re pretty close.” you said while pointing.
“mhm, that’s weird because i got the whole circus right in front of me,” he smirked down.
“i know you are not talking about me,” you emphasized your words.
continuing your little spit with miles, neither of you noticed uncle aaron walking into the apartment. you two were so caught up that you guys didn’t even notice him greeting rio and then stand behind you guys for a good 2 minutes listening to you both make fun of each other.
scratching his throat, he interrupted with, “miles, i didn’t know you wanted to join the circus.”
both of your heads whipped around turning to face the tall man standing with arms crossed. your eyes widened and you immediately stood up to introduce yourself. wiping your hands on your pants before extending one out to shake aaron’s.
“hi, i’m y/n. it’s super nice to meet you finally! I’ve heard a lot about you from miles,” you said, trying focus on having your voice not crack or waver. he looked down at your hand before slowly bringing his hand to shake it back. he responded with a small, “likewise,” before continuing back to the kitchen where rio was. you looked over at miles with a worried expression on your face. you did not want this going bad already. he gave you a shake of his head for reassurance.
walking over to the dining table, which was right next to the kitchen, the two of you settled down in your chairs right next to each other, leaving the two chairs in front of you free for the remaining. rio brings out all the plates two at a time, making her and aaron’s last. now, making small conversation with mile’s mom was a breeze. she was kind and she had no problem with you at all, she actually loved you and your ways to bring out the old miles.
rio started off by asking how school has been, your recent hobbies, and miles’ behavior recently, “i hope he has been giving you no trouble.”
“when is he not trouble?” you poked at miles causing him to send a playful glare at you while you and his mom burst out into giggles. throughout most of the dinner, it was just you and rio teasing miles. aaron just sat silently looking at the interactions between you, miles, and his mom.
the conversation died down a little and everyone went back to eating mrs. morales delicious food. no one really expected it when uncle aaron popped up with something to say, surprising everyone at the table.
“so, how long have you guys been dating?” he asks looking over at you.
“about six months now,” you responded.
with his eyebrows raised, aaron now glanced over at miles before squinting his eyes, “oh really? so you guys are pretty close huh?”
“course we are, uncle,” miles now responded, wondering where his uncle was going with this.
“so like, really close, ya know what i mean,” he gave a wink to miles earning a gasp and a smack on the arm from rio. you sunk down in your chair a little, feeling your face heat up.
with a cough from miles after swallowing his food, he had no amusement on his face, “c’mon now, respect a little. she’s my girlfriend.”
aaron just chuckled and threw his hands in surrender, “sorry man, i was just teasing.”
there was an awkward pause around the table now.
y/n took a deep breath, trying to shake off the discomfort that had settled around the table. she looked over at her boyfriend, who was glowering at his uncle. she looked over at miles and he looked back at her. the moment they exchanged their eye contact, they burst out laughing, breaking the tension around the table.
aaron smirked a little, continuing to eat. he was glad his nephew had met his match that could bring back that child-like sense to him. although, now he knew not to mess or tease his nephew’s significant other.
rio sat around the table enjoying everything, but she spared a glance at the two teenagers in front of her knowing that she’ll have a serious conversation about safety and contraceptives with them.

°•°•°BACK 'HOME'°•°•°
Part 2
Parts: 1 / 2 / 3 / ??
Synopsis: after Miles and MC discovers they were in another universe, they meet sevreal suprsies on their way.
Warnings: none
°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°
WAKING UP FROM your haze you blinked turning your head toward the door. a slight creak of it barley showed you anything from outside, only allowing the hall's thin light to pass through.
'did it happen to Miles too?? Did he realize it?' your mind thought as you felt a twist in your stomach. This wasn't good, you were no where near home, you didn't know how would you be back in that case since you didn't have those multiverse watches. both Miles and you were thrown into another universe.
And God knows what did it hold for you, fortunately, you didn't need to wait to find out.
you held the knob slowly opening the door, grabbing Miles's attention instantly.
Both your widen eyes staring back at each other, telling you that he indeed felt it as well and knew what it meant. this whole silent interaction went unnoticed by Rio who had her back to her 'son'.
Before any of you utter a word a loud creak was heard from the front door, someone was entering Miles house.
and instead of the usually buffed build cop coming to his house, like any other day. the guy who entered was not him. he was slim and way taller, it was dark yet you could make out those fluffs on his shoulder of the jacket he was wearing and what marked him right away was his bald head.
Uncle Aaron. The man who you attended his funeral not two years ago, was walking alive and well in this world, in this house. Making his way to his 'nephew' all casually as if there was nothing wrong.
for some reason you hid further in the room, pushing the door slightly more so it appeared there was no-one in there. it was dark so no way he would see you, but you could. you felt weird meeting him again even when he wasn't that much of a stranger to you.
you watched how your friend stood frozen staring at his not-so-dead uncle standing front him with a waiting hand in the air, staring back at his nephew although confused for why was he so surprised.
Miles finally takes his hand into their usual 'handshake', it was how he used to greet his uncle before he met his fate before he let his emotions slip and tangled his Uncle in a hug. You could hear him whisper.
" I missed you so much. . ." to him, it was a refreshing moment, a great chance to remeet his uncle depaite the circumstances. to his uncle, it brought more confusion and surprise.
for you, it was mixed feelings. You were glad, confused, surprised and scared. if he was alive that means that he was still the Prowler, right?
Though it shouldn't trouble you right now, this was the least you had to worry about. Right now you were glad that at least Miles had a chance to hug his uncle after a long time, even when he brushed him off and took it lightly while walking to the kitchen to greet Rio who greeted back like nothing was unordinary.
Your friend stayed there still, staring at your Uncle. your teeth nipped on your bottom lip feeling suddenly nervous that you were going to reveal yourself to him. it really shouldn't be a big deal, you met him several times, although you were not close. though you find it really awkward to introduce to yourself right now.since they weren't really Miles's family.
but they still were, in a way, right?
Then your mind caught on something. 'hold up, they are Miles's family, does that mean–'
You snapped back to the scene when you saw Uncle Aaron approaching toward their front door telling Miles that they 'had to move' you quickly followed suit without Rio noticing since she entered deeper in her kitchen.
Miles turned to you surprised as you held the door that he was going to close it, you sent an awaked smile to him as you pulled the door behind you.
"Forgot about me already?" You mumbled playfully with an unbothred smile to ease the gravity of this situation.
from his shock of earlier your friend forgot you were with him this whole time, he face palmed himself
" am so sorry." He mumbled back.
You giggled at his reaction patting his shoulder, "it's okay" he smiled back at you.
even when he hated bringing you in all this, Miles was still grateful he had you by his side, you never doubted him or leave him no matter what. this little sweet interaction however was interpreted.
" You followin kid?" A deep voice called from above, the man was at top of stairs waiting for his nephew to follow seemingly not noticing your presence yet.
" Ah yah uncle! I am!" He called walking fast behind him, you following him.
the man before you, frowned deeper upon seeing you beside his nephew, confused.
" Hol up. . Who is your friend?" 'Ah so he didn't know me in this universe'. that or perhaps the hood that kept your face hidden didn't really show who you were.
"She is. . .my friend. . Don't you know her?" Miles lift a brow while rubbing his neck. he was suddenly uncomfortable like he was caught up doing something wrong by simply bringing his friend with him.
you waved awkwardly at him, he didn't seem pleased for some reason, his eyes narrowed more, looking more suspicious of you even.
" her? Who is 'her?' "
Before any of you could answer, Aaron's pocket buzzed to life, he quickly opened his phone, his frown deepening as he typed several responses before engulfing his device back in the pocket.
He turned his back to both of you climbing several steps ahead, his dull eyes turned to both of you.
" Alright whatever, we should keep goin." his said in a cold tone.
This uncle Aaron seemed way colder than you remembered. what happened to him?
even when he was the Prowler from the beginning in your universe he was an easygoing guy, he would always shrugs anything serious off and crack bad jokes with his brother, holding a cold beer and being a 'bad influencer' to Miles.
Speaking of his brother. . . wasn't Miles's father supposed to be back by now? They really needed to speak with him.
you and Miles shared a look before walking behind this man in silence, you walked closer holding on your friend's hand giving it a slight squeeze for comfort. He blinked surprised though lightly squeezed your hand back, smiling to you.
" It's okay" he mouthed sensing your worry.
He too was nervous, this atmosphere was getting unsettling for whatever reason and Aaron's mysterious behaviour didn't help.it's like you were both getting punished for something you hadn't commit and why were you both even going to the roof? What's up there?
Miles was lightly pulling you with him forward, you were making your way to the door till you got hit with the same gut-wrenching feeling, you both glitched tripping on your steps. Aaron turned his head, lifting a brow.
" Ya both okay?"
Your friend slowly nodded as you helped him up holding on his arm, you rubbed your head.
" just a cold. . " you added earning another intense stare and subtle nod, he walked out leaving the door to shut.
as you existed to roof, chilling air hit your face making you shiver and dig deeper in your burrowed hoodie, your arms hugged your body. the sky stopped raining, groups of dark clouds float together as they hid the moon making it way darker, with street lights only illuminating the area you were standing on.
a lot of dusted boxes and other things were scattered around, all chairs were packed together, unused. there was no planting pots nor any decoration giving this place some life.
It felt so unusual how abounded it seemed.
instead of the welcoming aura you used to get from here no matter what, it felt way colder even without this atmosphere. you recalled how many times Miles's family (along with you, sometimes) would drink tea and enjoy the view at sunset or at dusk, mats would be spread on ground where they sat with string yellow lights hinging around, adding more warmth to the moment.
You frowned, your attention at a certain spot where you used to sit back in your universe. 'do they still do that here too?' If not You wondered what would be the reason, could this universe be more depressing than yours.
come again, though you hate to admit it Miguel could have been right when he said that Miles took someone's else role when he became spider-man.
still, it was never his fault, he never knew and he never chose this, it happened as it was.
So, did that mean there was no 'spider-man' here? No Peter Parker? No peace? You kept wondering to dozens of possibilities of what could this universe's fate be if there was no 'hero' in here. a tight grip on your arm snapped you out of your thoughts as you turned to your friend.
Confused at his shocked expression you followed to where was he staring, you face paled. seemingly answering to your previous question of why would they wouldn't do such a 'warming family gathering' thing on this roof.
Infront you, was a smiling face of Jefferson morales, painted on bricks wall, where Uncle Aaron was supposed to be. He was painted in his cop uniform, either as a memory cherishing him or that he died fighting for the city's justice since there were no 'heroes'.
you understood why would Miles be freaked out, he just saw what he wanted to avoid, his father's 'canon event' thought wasn't only what shocked you.
Beside Miles's father's painting there was another one, though in smaller size.
It was–
'me?'
Your wide eyes stuck on the wall as you subconsciously took off your hood still in shock.
Uncle Aaron's reaction to your reveal went unnoticed by you and Miles. you both busy staring at the painting of Jeff and yourself.
Your face was painted on the walls with a very bright smile and little cute drawing around you as if this was a picture taken by a filter on someone's phone. It was like looking in a mirror, except your eyes were in a different shade and you had dark freckles*.
Your irises turned to Miles's brown ones, both of you sharing an anxious look till your eyes widen upon realizing your mistake. You showed yourself when you were 'dead' here.
Miles seemed to catch on that. slowly, you and him turned to the adult man standing silently in the dark, only the light from his phone brighting his face. his expression stayed in their cold gaze, if even more.
That made you scared from his reaction, what would he do now that he seemed to realize you both weren't from here? Especially you, since you were supposed to be, well, non-living. did he thought you were both perhaps imposters? that you were a danger? Or you were lost and needed help?
Miles opened his mouth hesitated to explain himself in a way, he wanted to clear things up for him.
no matter what that was his uncle Aaron, right?
but he couldn't even utter a word as a sudden shadow loomed over you both, when you turned your head in hurry. That mysterious shadowed figure knocked out your friend on the spot, in one punch.
You jumped, panicking. "Miles!!–" before you were about to reach him, two strong arms wrapped around your small figure, keeping you in hold.
You started to struggle, eyes stuck on the unconscious boy as you looked at the mysterious person.
" Why did you do that?!" You yelled, glaring at them.
it was difficult to make out how this person looked like but with his neon bright colored mask, you sort of caught on his purple and black costume. Just like the classic prowler from your world.
They froze suddenly, titling their head.
" [Name]. . . .?" They said it in a hushed voice but you heard it anyway, it wasn't clear what their real voice were but it turned out to be a male as you assumed.
He started approaching you, what seemed like a clawed hand reached toward you. panicking you tried to wiggle harder from Uncle Aaron's grip, it never wavered.
'god damn it!'
"It isn't her, com'on " you heard Uncle Aaron state, his grip on you tighten.
the guy's face turned up at him, seemingly his 'eyes' narrowed at him as they shared a silent interaction before subtly nodding his head. His 'gaze' darkened toward you as he continued approaching, his hand reaching behind his back.
"Wait wait!" You turned your head as best as you could to look at the man caging you. " Mr. Aaron, Please listen!" You pleaded for him as you continued. " We aren't here to harm you or anything! we came from–" you couldn't finish your sentence as a wet cloth was pressed into your face.
Trapping your nose and mouth to be intoxicated with the strong smell.
You shook your head rapidly, trying to pry off this cloth as the 'prowler' held your head with his clawed hand keeping you still, you refused to inhale the intoxicating subject, but you gave up and did it anyway when you needed to breathe.
Why was everything going opposite to what you wanted today?
You felt your limps weaken as your vision began to blur, no matter how hard you tried your consciousness was drifting to nothing, your head felt heavy, everything was heavy that you just let yourself drop into Aaron's grip as you passed out.
He let go off you, only for your body to be caught by the Prowler himself, he held with care despite the eerieness he showed toward you earlier, his eyes staring at your sleeping figure as he subconsciously caressed your hair behind your ear, like he used to do whenever you fell asleep in his room while chatting with him.
It was ironic how you chose to wear this hoodie out of everything if you were in his room, because the you he knew always picked this one, his favourite one. He would argue with you to get it back every time. Though he would only take it back to keep your scent, not washing it and wearing it with pride. that till his mother would find it somehow no matter where he hid it and rewash it.
for a moment, he forgot what he was supposed to be doing, he forgot that you weren't really 'here' and that 'you' could be just a doppelganger who came at their place for harm, he didn't know whether it could be possible though and he shouldn't trust your words, somehow he believed it.
it was said in your tone and it sounded genuine, at least for him.
" Kid. . ." Miles's head perked up at his Uncle's call, he turned to him.
the old guy was holding on Miles's clone's limp body on his shoulder, he gave his 'real' nephew a knowing look, though his eyes stayed cold it softened.
" it isn't your [Name], so stay focused. " even when he ordered him, his tone was somewhat caring. He didn't want to see his nephew heartbroken again. Believing in a lie .
his nephew kept his gaze on the girl in his arms, brushing his thumb of his non-clawed hand on her cheek.
"I know. . .it's just. . she is alive. "
a pause as his uncle stared at the paintings on the walls. focusing more on his brother's, he would have been shocked and speechless even, if he saw Jeff standing alive in front of him but his logical mind was more awake than his emotional heart, from what this life has been throwing to him.
so even though he would die to see Jeff again,he knew that would be logically impossible.
" I know but still, don't get fooled." He turned back to his Nephew.
"If anything these two could be planin somethin and we have to find it out."
A subtle nod from him told Aaron that he was indeed aware. which meant he would have to push those emotions aside.
Miles followed behind his uncle, holding you in a bridal style, he couldn't help but steal glances at you. you looked so peaceful, so alive.
Gosh if he could just hug you right now. real or not, you made him stare in awe, like he was himself again back when everything was almost normal.
he didn't what could it be, but it seems the universe had given him another chance, a rare one. he wasn't there for you back then, couldn't save you but now, with you breathing in his arms, he would be extremely determined to know what was your motive for your arrival or your plans, whether you even had any.
Because if his gut feeling was right and somehow, by a miracle, it was you or close to the 'you' he used to know.
Miles wouldn't be letting you go. the universe had brought you to him for the second time and he wouldn't be missing this chance, no matter what.

i kinda want to do this for every ep which i have to go back on ep 1 but i just finished rewatching agatha all along episode 3 after the finale with the reveals and things are making soo much more sense now
1. holy shit agatha is looking at billy sooo fucking much
2. fr when no on is paying attention to agatha she just straight up has no idea what’s happening
3. agatha lists off the things that the other three want which ends up happening. jen was unbound = she faced being bound. lillie was reversing her fate = she saw her younger self literally reversing her age and also seeing death. alice was what happened to mommy= she sees her mom
4. billy literally noticing that agatha didn’t drink her wine so her wine bottle fills up a little bit. he took notice kind of calling back the “it’s not loyalty it’s analysis” right now billy is only capable of analyzing agatha based either on what she does or what other people say about her.
5. lmaoo agatha’s comment of sure with billy wanting to drink the wine makes so much more sense now.
6. billy saying “i stray not from the path” and agatha’s “thank you teen” comment is actually so much more fucking hilarious. girls like well yeah you made the rules happen no shit buddy.
7. billy’s comment of “anyone can become a proper witch with training” about sharon is very interesting to me. like it’s now realized she doesn’t have magic but he believes that she can learn but girl doesn’t want to learn lmaooo
8. the door is an oven which i think is interesting when the girls just spent the whole episode talking about the stereotypes that witches gain over the years.
9. the way jen is the first one to walk forward towards the first trail - she really is the path ahead
10. holy shit there are so many shots just in general of agatha being in front of teen and teen/billy being off to the side. it really makes the whole rio comment of “you’ve been distracting me from him” so much more real. the audience is literally perceiving this that agatha is at the forefront and billy at the side
11. oh my god i just noticed another shot. when they start walking towards the house: jen is stationed by herself, billy and agatha are together, and lillie sharon and alice are all in one section together. bro they’ve literally been showing through shots what their future is going to be i’m screaming
12. broo the fucking card invite literally is a fucking reveal after you realize. “my age has value” billy kept changing ages in wandavision and now. “i’m no fun alone” billy has a twin and ends up teaming up with agatha at the end. “i mess with your mind” legit the fucking powers he has and also wanda’s spell in wandavision. “my tricks are well known” he’s literally the son of the scarlet witch
13. waiiittt agatha’s comment of “sounds like a witch” hits so much after that invitation cuz girl put it together.
14. you can really tell now that agatha is trying to figure out how this works cuz she’s shouting at certain points of “sure we do something terrible but if we don’t follow these obvious breadcrumbs and we won’t get the big prize” she literally was the one to come up with the idea of the wine being an awful experience since she wanted to see what would happen.
15. you really notice how much teen is coming up with this because people are saying shit. sharon brings up “to get these wrinkles out” which that happens her face is swollen. jen says that they’ve been poisoned and well look at that they all feel the affects of the moment. then jen describes the poison which suddenly they all experience the effects.
16. jen said “you’re the canary in the coal mine” about sharon and look she dies in the fucking oven
17. billy stares at agatha again noticing that she’s faking the face and pretending to be effected
18. “you can’t cheat agatha” ohhhh so much to unpack
19. oh god you really get how billy is pushing them and going back and forth. the drink in a very commending cold tone of voice and then he’s goes slightly softer as he says the word fine i’ll do it oh oh oh
20. agatha and jen interactions are soo much more interesting now and has so many fucking layerings
21. “they can steal your power but not your knowledge” actually has soo many connotions now. while yes it’s about jen it’s also so much about the fucking road and billy in general. billy commands the road and makes everything happen because of his fucking knowledge about a lot of things. he just doesn’t know it yet.
22. agatha’s vision is soo fucking interesting now because i think it’s her more so realizing that billy can just hear stuff and would make it happen even in fucking hallucinations. and also billy ms comment of “what did you see” makes so much more sense. he can’t see into her mind - he doesn’t know the entire meaning of this to her. and he’s so curious about it because he can only analyze her
23. lmaooo her cutting into billy so quickly actually makes so much sense now
24. sharon’s death is actually so interesting when you think about it. she technically was cured by the dosage and the door opened when she received it but also the clock was ticking anyway. and then she dies after the trail. part of me wonders if she dies because billy knows that they’re not a full coven because sharon isn’t a witch thus killing her off because she isn’t supposed to be there. but also with his comment about “anyone can become a witch” i wonder if he thinks that she is part of the coven especially since she went under the drinking the wine and at the end he carves her name on the door. soooo yeah all of the coven has to die except for one. billy and death are exempt simply because their both outliers in the idea of death as one is death and one is upsetting the balance and literally creating the road

“Can I come in?” No reply. “...Please.”
“Just… Go away.”
Your heart aches, and you rest your forehead against the door to the bathroom. If only she’d let you in. If only she knew how much you cared. How much you love her. A wave of frustration crashes over you.
“Fuck it, I’m coming in.”
The sight you’re met by shatters your heart. The tough woman you’ve come to love, the one that shields her pain and suffering, is sitting on the cold tiles, next to the sinks. Her knees are pulled up to her chest, and she looks so small. Fragile. That’s the last thing she is - but all that Nairobi feels right now.
Small, fragile, helpless. She hates the fact you have to see her like this. That you see her puffy eyes, the smudged mascara, and mess of a hair. She feels broken.
But you see her for what she is. Brave, intelligent, kind, but… Broken down.
Fuck you, Tokyo. You dig your fingernails into the palm of you hand. Deep breaths. But the anger is rising.
The both of you are quiet, but thinking of the same thing. Tokyo’s hurtful words echoing in your minds.
Your son won't probably even remember you.
If Moscow hadn’t stopped her, would Tokyo be alive? You don’t want her dead, not really. But seeing Nairobi like this makes you wish you could put a bullet through the woman that caused her this much pain
You sink down on the floor, scooting close to Nairobi. Even after a long heist, she smells like home. Her warmth feels so comforting. She is perfect. Even when she feels like shit.
“Don’t listen to her, Nairobi. Please…”
“No, Athens. She’s right. She’s fucking right!” her voice gets louder at every word, and you can feel your heart aching. Oh, how you wish you could take away her pain.
“I’m a damn fool.” she mutters, and to hide the tears from you, she leans her head against her knees, preventing you from seeing her. All you can do is move closer to her. You wrap one arm around her, pulling her close. What you didn’t expect tho, is that she tilts her head sideways. Her dark hair tickles your shoulder as she leans on it. It causes goosebumps to rise on your skin, and you do your best to not breath too hard, suddenly very aware of every little movement. You swallow hard. Stay calm. Stay calm.
Your mind goes back to the conversation you overheard. Tokyo, locked in the bathroom with Denver, Rio and Berlin, whom she was interrogating. Once again, those idiots went against the team. But that's not what makes you the most angry. When you walked past the door, you saw Nairobi, her face red with anger, and with tears threatening to fall down. “Shut up! SHUT UP!” You heard her scream, and then you heard Tokyo’s cold voice. A voice mocking the woman you love. A voice mocking Nairobi's plan. A voice telling her that her son, Axel, wouldn’t remember her. Anger flares up again, and without realizing, you squeeze Nairobi's shoulder.
“Athens.” Her soft and raspy voice brings you back to the present. “Athens.”
You ease the grip on her, slightly embarrassed.
“Sorry.”
You lock eyes with her, and without thinking of it, you wipe the tears from her puffy eyes, enjoying the feeling of her soft skin against your fingertips, the warmth and the familiarity.
You’ve touched her - and been touched - so many times, yet your breath always hitches when you are this close. Nairobi notices this, and smiles. A smile. I made her smile. The thought makes you smile back at her, and for a moment, everything is perfect.
But reality catches up soon, and Nairobi sighs and looks away.
“Maybe Tokyo’s right? I mean… What was I thinking? Kidnapping my own son?” her laugh is bitter.
“Nairobi…”
“He probably doesn’t remember me. Maybe…” she swallows the lump in her throat. “...Maybe it’s for the best.”
“Don’t say that. Don’t fucking say that.” You cup her face, forcing her to meet your eyes.
“You’re his mother, Nairobi. Nothing can change that. And he’ll love you. So damn much. How can he not? You’re kind, you’re caring. Intelligent, funny, and… And…” You blush up and let go of her face. You have to clear your throat before continuing.
“...My point is: It’ll be okay.”
The silence is less tense now, more comfortable.
“Do you… Mean it?” Why does she sound so shocked?
“Of course. Why is it so hard to see how damn amazing you are?” You almost hiss, tired of the woman you love not seeing what you see. The perfection.
“You’ll have to come with me.”
“When we find Axel?”
She smiles at you.
“Yea. I’ll need emotional support.”
“I’m with you.”
“Pinky promise?”
She holds out her pinky finger, and you both giggle as you hook your finger with hers.
“I promise.”
She pulls you in for a deep, needy kiss, and you respond with greed, with desire and love. Fuck, I love her.
She pulls you up to sit in her lap, and you stay like that.
Nairobi looks at you, in pure awe and with love. You’re one of the few people she trusts. One of the people that sees her for her, and accepts all flaws, and loves her regardless.
Her lifeline, her everything.

Reese & Roxana's Parallel Lives
Reese and Roxana's relationship has been a bit strained since Reese got pregnant with her second set of twins. Roxie had been living with Reese in Moonwood Mill since the beginning, there to look after her sister and the nephew she never met before. When Reese met Gunnar, a werewolf, it put a huge strain on their relationship. Roxana never trusted Gunnar. Reese chalked that up to Roxana being prejudiced against wolves.
When Reese got pregnant almost right away with her and Gunnar's first children, Roxie wasn't happy, but she stuck around. Even when Gunnar moved in, Roxana didn't leave.
They all moved to a new house together where there would be room for the babies. But Reese got pregnant again when the twins were barely toddlers. A second set of twins really pushed Reese and Roxana's relationship to a whole new low. Suddenly, their house wasn't big enough again, they had two more mouths coming, and Gunnar -- who always lived off the grid with the wolf pack-- didn't have a real job.
Despite the fact that Gunnar wasn't hurting for money of his own, Roxie didn't trust him and felt like he was taking advantage of her sister. She felt that Gunnar locked Reese down with two new babies, then another pregnancy that resulted in another set of twins.
Reese went from hating werewolves and trying to remain free of them even while she tried to find answers to help her son, Kelley, with his young transition into a lycanthrope. The minute she met Gunnar, she suddenly didn't want to stay away from the wolves at all. She got involved with a werewolf that couldn't even tell his pack he was seeing her. He especially couldn't tell them that he got an outsider wolf pregnant with his children.
Roxana moved out of the house when Reese became pregnant with the second set of twins, Rio and Shilo. The girls were born and Roxana left. She remained in distant contact with her sister, and close contact with her nephew, Kelley (who wasn't Gunnar's child).
But Roxana overhears Reese and Gunnar during a private conversation when she shows up to pick up Kelley for a day out.
~~
Roxana grinned when her teenage nephew, Kelley, opened the front door of the house they used to live in together. She was always shocked to see him, no matter how much time was between each visit. Every time he was out of sight, she pictured him as the same lanky ten-year-old she met for the first time.
He grinned back at her with the same smile, same hair. Reese always said how much young Kelley looked like her, how he used to remind Reese of Roxana before they reconnected, when he was really young. And Roxana saw it every time she looked at him, even as he grew up.
She walked inside and hugged him tight, chuckling when the teenager squirmed and pulled back. "Mom and Gunnar are around here somewhere," he said, sparing a quick glance at the living room behind them.
Roxana scanned the room too. The front door opened into a little entryway with a desk nook, two doors to the right, and a long narrow staircase. The living room was straight ahead through the arch, and two blonde heads popped up from where they sat on the floor, toys fanned out in front of them.
Roxie took a few steps inside and paused as the older twins's heads snapped up to her. Brucie and Juneau looked so much like their parents that it was almost uncanny. While Reese's genes had won over and given Kelley and Brucie her face -- Gunnar's DNA had beat Reese's entirely when it came to Juneau. Two incredibly blonde children with their mothers' eyes and their father's features.
A point of contention between the sisters was how Roxana struggled to separate her struggles and feelings about Gunnar from the feelings she had toward his children. Roxie tried for years to make that not true. It was easier when she lived with them as babies to see them just as babies, but now that they were eight years old, it was hard not to see their father in every move they made.
They didn't know their aunt the way Kelley did. They didn't have years of living together, of relationship building. While Gunnar came into Kelley's life just months after Roxana did, Roxie was still there first. And there was a bond between them that she never built with Gunnar's children -- Gunnar and Reese's children.
"Aunt Roxie's here," Kelley told his younger half-siblings, urging his aunt into the house and into the twins' space.
The twins both sat up on their knees. Juneau looked so much like Gunnar that it was impossible not to see it. She had his eye shape, his nose, and his pale skin tone. While Brucie had Reese's face, eyes, and warm skin, with Gunnar's ice-white hair.
While Juneau was almost a carbon copy of her father's features, her disposition was different. Despite the fact that Roxie struggled to like Gunnar, he was never anything but kind to her. He was obviously in love with Reese, and had been from the beginning, and he took on Kelley like the ten year old was his own blood. He was focused and serious a lot of the time in a way that made Roxana worry about what his life was away from her family, but he was loving and open.
Even with his troubles with his pack, he was always honest with Reese, and ultimately he put Reese and his family above his loyalty to the pack. Even Roxana understood there was something significant about that.
This little girl stared at Roxana with a glare, eyes narrowed and hands placed flat on her thighs. The boy jumped up though, grinning, and crossed the space.
"Hi Aunt Roxie," he said, clasping his fingers in front of him. "Mommy said you had a baby."
Roxana offered the little boy a smile -- a reaction at thinking of her own child, just a few months old. She came back into Reese's life after Reese was already a mother, and she watched as Reese very quickly had more children. She'd always thought of her older sister as a parent -- as the caregiver. So it was a strange moment to stand in front of Reese's babies and tell them about her own.
"I did," she said proudly, thinking of her husband, her stepson, and her new infant daughter. "Her name is Diana."
Brucie nodded quickly, white-blonde bangs brushing against his forehead. "She's not here?"
Roxana stepped around him and went to sit on the couch. Kelley pointed toward the stairs to let her know he was going to run up and get something. She just nodded and answered Brucie.
"She's at home with her daddy," she explained, watching Juneau spin around on her knees to face her, still not saying anything. "Where're your mom and dad?"
Brucie's brows went up, making his pink eyes even bigger behind his glasses. He glanced quickly toward the adults' bedroom, but didn't say anything.
Juneau pushed up to her feet. "They're busy," she said with a cross of her arms.
"I'll tell them you're here!" Brucie said, scampering around his sister when she tried to grab his ankle. He careened over to their door off the living room and fell full-bodily into it. "Mommy, Daddy!" he shouted. "Aunt Roxie's here!"
He tried the handle but it was locked. Roxana bit back a smile as Juneau raced over to him and yanked him back by the shoulder. "You can't go in there!"
Brucie rolled his eyes and shoved his sister away. Before he could bang on the door again, it popped open, and he careened into his dad's waist.
Gunnar grinned and picked him up. He clung on like a spider-monkey, while Reese slipped out of the room around them. She touched her son's white-blonde head, then teased the hair at the back of Gunnar's neck.
"We'll talk about it again later, okay?" she said, brushing his hair off his neck and walking around. Reese grinned at her sister and side-stepped her children to get to her.
The sisters hugged. Despite the tension, they held each other tightly. Even though they couldn't get around their feelings toward each of their lives, they'd always cared for each other at a distance, even when they were kids.
Roxie pulled back and spared a glance at Gunnar as he swept both twins up into his arms. They were too big, but he didn't balk as they clinched themselves around him. In fact, he hefted them both up and carted them away. "I'll check on the babies," he said to his wife, taking the kids so they could have a moment to themselves.
Reese took her younger sister's arm and dragged her down onto the couch. "How are you?" she demanded, squeezing her forearm. "How's Diana?"
Roxie smiled at the thought of her baby. Something in that moment softened the house around her, the situation of Reese's life and the sheer changes that happened as soon as she met Gunnar. Roxie never understood how Reese was able to meet a man, fall in love, and have babies all within a short period of time. She used to think of Reese as being so practical and serious, so when Reese met Gunnar and fell so instantly, it changed the way Roxie saw her -- it dampened Reese's image in her mind.
Even though Reese and Gunnar tried to explain that they were soul-bound as only wolves could be, Roxie couldn't help but think it a weakness that Reese would concede her life to a man as soon as she met him. Reese was the strongest and most independent person Roxie knew, and she couldn't reconcile how easily Reese let Gunnar sweep into all their lives.
"She's amazing," Roxana gushed, unable to be at all unbiased. Her daughter was intelligent and beautiful. She was so much like her level-headed father, Rue. So quiet and thoughtful. Even though Diana got Roxana's looks, she got her father's mind, and Roxie loved that.
Reese grinned at her sister, insanely happy for her. In the past, Reese watched from a distance as Roxana was raised in a family, as Roxie was embraced by everyone around her while Reese pulled back in fear of her lycanthropy being discovered, in fear of hurting others. She could never let herself get close to anyone, especially not Roxana's adopted family. She couldn't ruin things for her sister, who had somehow avoided getting their father's werewolf gene.
But sitting here with her sister, in her own house with her husband and kids in the next room, Reese didn't feel any twinge of jealousy. She didn't feel like an outsider who couldn't have what her sister did. Instead, she felt like she was sharing something she had with Roxana, something she'd had all along that Roxie never did until now.
Yet, Reese had only seen her niece twice, and none of her children or her husband had set their eyes on the infant. Kelley was going to spend the day with his aunt, but Reese knew that Roxana would never feel comfortable bringing her daughter around any of Reese's children -- her werewolf children.
Roxana would never entirely move past what they were. She certainly would never forgive Gunnar for bringing Roxana and Kelley more firmly into this life. Reese knew that, and she knew that as close and Roxana and Kelley were, she would never feel the same about any child that had Gunnar's blood.
Roxie tip-toed into her next question. "Are you and Gunnar okay?" she asked slowly. "I didn't mean for the twins to interrupt whatever conversation you were in the middle of."
Reese shook her head quickly. "Don't even worry about it. We were just talking about some baby stuff." She waved her hand off toward the front of the house, where she could almost see into the babies' bedroom. The door was mostly shut with Gunnar and the older twins in there. She hoped that he could manage to get them fed and to sleep with the chaos of their older two.
"Are the babies okay?" Roxie questioned. "The twins?"
Reese smiled. "Are you asking if we know what they are yet?" The thing about werewolves is that they were typically born werewolves... unless one of their parents wasn't full blooded.
With their father, who was bitten and not born, he passed his mutation down to Reese, not to Roxana. Kelley was a wolf, but they didn't know that until he started showing signs around nine. With the twins only eight, it was impossible to know. Even more impossible for the infants. Gunnar said they likely wouldn't know for awhile yet.
"So far, we don't know," Reese admitted. "But Gunnar is convinced that all of this children are going to take after him. With him being born a wolf from two parents, it's pretty likely they'll all follow after him."
"That doesn't worry you?" Roxana asked softly, trying her hardest not to sound judgemental. "You don't think it will be hard to manage four werewolf children? Plus, Kelley."
"Kelley is doing great," Reese said. "I remember how terrified I was for him when we moved to Moonwood. I thought he would be in agony, terrified. I didn't know what would happen to him or how he would get through it. But, Gunnar knew it all, and he was there with Kelley every step of the way. Gunnar taught him better than I ever learned. He's doing great with it now."
Roxana bit her bottom lip. "He can control it?"
"Yes," Reese stated. "He's amazing, Rox. He doesn't even have to change every month if he doesn't want to. Gunnar takes him out and gets his energy out. They both love it."
"You don't worry about the kids getting hurt..."
Reese's mind slowed as she considered her sister's question. It was the root of everything for them both. All the fear that was forced into them as children, all the pain, the separation, the terror. Their father was bitten, then he killed his wife and maimed his daughters. Then ended his own life out of guilt and fear.
They each went into foster care. Roxana to a family. Reese on her own. Their father's bite shaped their lives.
"Kelley would never hurt any of them," Reese said, "and Gunnar certainly wouldn't. He's not like Dad, Rox. Gunnar doesn't fight what he is. I see him embrace every aspect of lycanthropy. He loves it."
Roxana didn't answer, but she didn't look skeptical or judgmental.
"Dad fought it too much, Rox. He hated himself for it, and he lost control of that hatred at the wrong moment. My kids aren't being raised to hate who they are; that will never happen to them."
Reese turned to face her sister completely, folding one leg under her. "My children have never been hurt because of this," she stated. "And I hope you know that we would never hurt yours."
Roxana squeezed her hands together as Reese hit on her biggest fear and the source of distance between them.
Reese squeezed her arm. "The little ones can't even transform yet," she said, "and Kelley has had this under control from the beginning. He's a wonder, actually. I never imagined having kids, Rox, but I would've loved if our kids could grow up together."
Left to right, top row: Kelley, Brucie, Juneau. Bottom row: Akeem (Roxie's step-son), Diana, Rio, Shilo.
The babies' bedroom door creaked open as if to announce the chaos about to rush through. Brucie and Juneau knocked into each other as they raced out and into the living room, and Gunnar followed with a baby in each arm. Both Rio and Shilo were awake.
He offered Reese an apologetic smile as he carted them out. "We can go outside if you want," he said, pretending to heft the babies in that direction.
Reese grinned at her family and shook her head. She held her hands out, and Gunnar deposited one of the babies in her arms.
Rio was the only dark-haired kid in the bunch.
"She has mom's hair color," Reese said gently, angling her baby toward her sister.
Roxana looked startled by the admission.
"Gunnar's hair genes keep diluting mine," Reese joked, brushing her daughter's brown hair back. "Still didn't get a black-haired baby."
Gunnar propped himself on the arm on the couch closest to her. "Maybe next time," he said, brushing Shilo's white-blonde hair out of her face.
Roxana's head snapped up.
Reese glared at Gunnar. "He's joking," she said, both to her older twins and to Roxana. "We're not planning on having more."
Gunnar tucked his smile into his daughter's hair. Then he pushed up and shooed Juneau and Brucie away. "Outside with the lot of yah," he scattered. "Shoes and jackets. Let's go check the garden."
Juneau and Brucie popped up easily, racing to follow their father outside. He stooped and laid Shilo on a play mat, meeting Reese's gaze to make sure it was okay to leave her with the babies.
Reese nodded and grinned at her husband, shooing him and the twins out.
"Another one?" Roxana questioned, "or two?"
Reese laughed and shook her head. "We're definitely not trying for more."
"Doesn't sound like you're not trying."
Reese caught the serious edge to her sister's words. "We're not trying to have another baby," Reese said firmly. "We've got two under two right now, plus two eight year olds. We're good."
"For now?"
Reese gave her sister a look.
"It just sounds like Gunnar isn't good," she countered. "Men don't bring up having more babies if they don't want them. And you know he's always wanted you to have his kids, Reese."
"Rox," Reese sighed. "Don't start."
"Tell me that's not true," Roxana pushed. "The minute you met, you were pregnant."
"That's not true," Reese stated. "We knew each other a year before we got together, and it was months after that I got pregnant."
"You didn't want more kids," Roxana argued. "You told me that before you ever met him."
"I was scared of having more," Reese defended. "I was terrified of passing down a curse to more children. I thought that I could never get married, because I could never bring someone into this life. Then I met Gunnar, Rox, and it was different."
"Different because he wanted kids of his own."
"No, because we got pregnant on accident, and then it was a reality and not a hypothetical. Yes, I knew that he would've loved to have more kids. He and I grew up in the same situation, Rox, and I knew what it meant to me when I had Kelley, and I wanted him to have that feeling too."
Roxana was quieter as she asked, "What feeling?" She had no idea what Gunnar's past was like, but it zinged through her when she thought back to Reese's. Reese never spoke in detail about what her childhood was like once they were orphaned, but Roxie had a pretty good idea about what it wasn't.
Reese's childhood was nothing like hers. No family, no siblings in her life. She didn't get to stay in one place with people who loved her. She wasn't secure in the fact that people did want her around.
"I had Kelley and suddenly I had something that was mine," Reese said. "Kelley was born and suddenly I felt anchored to a life, to my life. Gunnar was raised by the pack, by whoever noticed him at the time. So when it came down to having his child, to giving him that same kind of anchor, I didn't want to say no. And I'm grateful that I never did.
So if it came down to it, and we were careless enough to get pregnant again, then it would be a serious conversation between me and Gunnar. He would do whatever I wanted, Roxie, he would've that first time too. But I want him to be happy. I love seeing him happy, Rox. And he's the best father. You don't give him enough of a chance to see that, but he's the best dad out there. He loves being a father and he loves his kids."
Reese stared toward the front door, where the love of her life went with her children. The way he loved every moment of it.
"He does everything with them. There isn't one thing he does only for himself. He has a whole garden out there that he grows with the kids. He's a fantastic painter and he sells all of his art, but he keeps every crappy drawing the kids do for him. He takes Kelley to school every day and picks him up. He makes sure he has one-one-one time with each of them, especially the twins because he doesn't want them to feel like they're not valued as individuals.
"He raises our kids full time, Rox. I go to work and I have a life outside of this house, but Gunn stays with the kids all day and uses his free time to sell paintings that pay so many of our bills."
Roxana bit her bottom lip. She'd talked with Reese before about Gunnar, but it was a long time ago and it was all wolf-talk to explain their drastic pull together. Roxana hadn't seen Gunnar as he was now.
Reese met her sister's eye. "If his heart wants another child, I'd be open to it down the line. He's the best man I've ever met, and I'll give him everything he wants. He does the same for me."
Reese watched her sister's face, trying to see if recognition played across her features. Roxana was married now, with a child and a step-child. Did she not feel that all-consuming pull toward her husband? Reese was happy, independent of Gunnar and even their children, but that emotion multiplied tenfold when Gunnar smiled at her, and grew from there every time he smiled at their kids. Every time he flung one of them into his arms, or fell asleep weighed down by them. He was so beautiful and so kind and so loving, and all Reese really wanted was to see more of that.
"Do you want more?" Reese asked her sister, knowing that Roxana was only months into being a mother.
Roxana bit her bottom lip. "I'm not sure," she said. "We've got Akeem every weekend as well, so that adds another layer to it. He's a great kid, but having two around is so different than one."
Reese grinned. She definitely knew that. She went right from one to three, then three to five. Gunnar was a werewolf, but he swore that it wasn't any more common to have multiples that it was for humans. It was just him, he joked.
"I loved my years with Kelley," Reese said. "All those years just the two of us were some of the best of my life. I wouldn't trade it for anything. Sometimes I wish that there was more time for the three of us -- me, Kelley, and Gunn. I loved our little family so much."
"It's not so little anymore," Roxana said softly.
Reese smiled, shook her head. "No, it's definitely not. But if we didn't have a big family, I would've never seen Gunn as the dad he is. I would've really missed out."
"It's such a cliche," Reese said, "but he's literally the best person I've ever met. I don't think I can love anyone the way that I love him."

Rio’s Heaven: Breakfast and Bonnets
Rio felt the pressure on his chest, when he tried to take a deep breath in his sleep. He opened his eyes and the first thing he was met with was a diaper, and a bonnet in his face.
“Whatcha doing lil girl?” he asked groggily as he flipped his six month daughter, Nova, to lay on his chest. She smiled and cooed seeing he was awake. Her pink bonnet was a little too big for her, making it slip down her head. Rio kissed her head before moving her to sit on the side of the bed. He sat up and saw his 4 year old daughter, Amerie, watching cartoons at his feet in her pajamas and in her blue bonnet.
“Merie.” He said gently while playfully throwing a pillow at her head, smiling when she turned around. She mugged him slightly for interrupting her show and hitting her, making him laugh. “Why you making that face? Cmere.” She had his and your attitude which made her the funniest one in his eyes.
Amerie crawled up the bed and in her daddy’s lap. “G‘morning daddy.” She whispered, hugging him, which he happily returned. “Good Morning baby. He kissed her head too. “Where’s mommy?” He asked finally, noticing you weren’t in bed. Amerie pointed out the bedroom door.
Rio stood up and stretched out, before picking up Nova who was chilling in the mountain of pillows Rio and his wife had in the bed. Amerie looked up at him with a pout. “I'm not leaving you, Cmon.” He opened his arms and let her jump into them. He walks out the bedroom, with his youngest in his arms.
Walking out the master bedroom led to one of the hallways leading to the front of the house. Rio and his wife opted to take the bedroom on the first floor to have more privacy and to be in the first line of defense if anything were to ever happen. The smell of breakfast hit Rio like a punch as it simmered through the house. He followed the smell like a dog as he walked towards the kitchen, already hearing the rest of his family.
The first thing Rio saw when walking into the open kitchen was one of his other girls, Sayani, sitting on the couch of the living room, watching cartoons, and then his two oldest kids Zara and his only son Marcus sitting on the barstools of the islands. All his girls had on different color bonnets and were all chilling. His wife, Amara was in the kitchen cooking while dancing along to one of her many playlists.
Sayani, who was 6, saw Rio first and jumped off the couch to run towards him. “Daddy! Guess what I got from the tooth fairy!” She bounced up and down, smiling which showcased her two missing bottom teeth which had recently fallen out. “I got 50 dollars!” She smiled. She looked so much like Rio it wasn’t even funny. She was his twin in girl form. He red bonnet was bouncing up and down with her moving as her head did.
Rio walked over to the couch to sit down in her spot and sat his babies on his lap. “50 dollars huh?” Rio smirked looking towards his wife who was turned towards the stove but was laughing. “Tooth fairy must have robbed a bank to give every kid a 50.” He chuckled to himself knowing his wife was spoiling his kids. Sayani laughed before sitting down next to him and watching cartoons again. He sat Amerie down and let her find her way to her mama in the kitchen before he stood and walked to the next part of his family.
Zara, his oldest daughter greeted him happily before taking Nova out of his arms. Her bonnet was green just because she loved nature so green was clearly her favorite color “Hey sunshine.” He smiled at her. He’s been calling Zara sunshine since she was born, just because of how happy she was as a baby. “Wassup son.” Rio dapped up his 15 year old son Marcus before pulling him into a hug. Rio showed his affection towards each of his kids the same way.
“Hey dad.” Marcus spoke, playing with Nova. “Mom cussed out some women today at the grocery store.” He snitched, making Amara who now had a half asleep Amerie in her arms turn around. “Marcus, that was supposed to be a secret!” She laughed. Marcus and Zara laughed at her. Rio raised his eyebrows at her.”just for that I’m eating one of your cinnamon rolls.”
A now curious Rio, walked around the counter over to his wife. Her hair was covered with her headscarf which was protecting her newest hairstyle that went all the way down to her ass. He hugged her from behind, kissing her cheek in the process. “Good Morning beautiful.” He whispered in her ear kissing her cheek again. Amara turned from the food on the stove and turned to him. She kissed his lips. “Hi, husband.” She's been calling him it since before they’ve been married, liking the way it rolls off her tongue
“So why you cussing people out all early in the morning?” Rio smirked, picking up and biting into a strawberry.
“I swear it was not my fault! She had the nerve to touch Zara’s hair in the line! Like I told her not to touch it after she asked and so did Zara and her old ass did it anyways!” One thing Amara didn’t play about; was her baby's hair. She’s finally been able to tame all the different hair textures in this hosue and she doesn’t want anybody fucking with their beauty. “I cussed her out so damn bad it wasn’t even funny.”
Zara chimed in. “Mama, it was kind of funny. You almost made the woman cry.” She and Marcus both laughed recalling the redness and shock in the woman’s face.
Rio raised his eyebrows to his wife at that point. “Now what if that woman beat your ass in the grocery store?” He joked, knowing his wife was in the right. “You better stop talking to people crazy when I’m not around.” He laughed.
Amara kissed her teeth. “She knew better baby.” She turned the stove off and turned towards everyone. “Everyone come make your plates.” All the family went towards the kitchen to eat the breakfast the woman of the house made for all 7 of them. Rio loves mornings. He loved being able to sit and eat with his family and watch them grow up along with his wife.

Can request a bre's boys where their kid comes out?
Billy Russo: “Dad,” your son took a deep breath, “Mom... I... I don’t like girls.” You and Billy nodded, not wanting to rush him. “Okay,” you said, your eyes soft. “I think... I think I like boys,” he finished. Billy stood up then, and your son flinched, and that one movement broke Billy’s heart. He reached out and pulled your son in for a hug. “D-Dad?” He asked, and Billy could feel him shaking in his embrace. “I love you,” Billy replied, “your Mom loves you, and we ain’t never gonna stop loving you, son.” You came over and hugged them both. “You’re not mad?” Your son asked, his voice shaky with emotion. “Of course not,” you answered, “We love you no matter what.” “Plus,” Billy grinned, pulling back a bit, “we kind of saw this one comin’...”
Logan Delos: Logan and your daughter were watching TV, just hanging out, when she looked up at him and asked “Dad, is it possible to like boys and girls? Like... Like like them?” “Oh, for sure,” he answered brightly, “I’m attracted to men and women,” he said, noting her wide eyed response, “what’s important is that you treat people right, and you know your worth.” She nodded, pausing for a moment. “Does Mom know you like boys and girls?” “Yeah, she knows,” he answered, “it has a name, too--liking boys and girls.” “It does?” “Yup. Bisexual. I’m bisexual,” he smiled, his eyes warm, “how about you?” Your daughter smiled back. “I’m bisexual.”
Jax Teller: Your daughter was in tears. She was shaking, and you and Jax were freaking out too. “Baby, what’s wrong?” You asked as she sobbed into your shoulder. “Tell us what’s wrong.” “I’m--I’m so scared,” she sobbed back, “I don’t want you to be mad at me!” “Hey,” Jax rubbed her back, “sweetheart, we’re not gonna be mad, okay? Just tell us what’s wrong. Let us help...” She looked up then, her eyes red. “I’m a lesbian,” she choked out. You and Jax paused. “Is... Is that supposed to be news?” You asked. Your daughter’s jaw dropped. “Darlin’, you realize we live with you, right? And we raised you? We knew you were gay,” Jax added. “Oh, but, you’re coming out to us,” you gushed, “this is a moment!” Your daughter laughed as you and Jax hugged her, feeling so loved and supported.
Coco Cruz: Coco knew his son was gay since he was a little kid, but he also knew it was hard to be a Latino gay kid in this town, so he didn’t push him. But when your son asked to have a family meeting, the two of you knew what was up. “I have something to tell you,” your son said, fidgeting as he stood in front of you and Coco, “and... and it might make you mad, but... I hope you’ll still love me...” He took a breath. “I’m gay.” You and Coco had been waiting for this day, and you both knew what to do. You stood up and hugged him. “We’re not mad, mijo,” Coco said, his voice carefully level, “we’re proud.” “What?” “You’re such an amazing kid,” you said, cupping his face in your hands, “you’re smart and kind and so, so brave.” “We love you,” Coco added, hugging him again, “nothing you do could ever make us stop loving you.”
Angel Reyes: “I’m not a girl,” your kid declared, “I’m a boy. I’m trans, I’m sorry, I--” “Dude,” Angel got up and hugged your son, “hey, relax. Don’t cry.” Your son wiped his eyes, looking up at Angel. “Y-you’re not mad?” “I’m your Dad,” Angel said back, smiling, “I love you. I loved you when you were my daughter, and I love you just as much now that you’re my son.” “M-Mom?” You stood up, crying because he was crying. “Oh, mi amor, we kind of knew...” “You did?” “Dude,” Angel said again, “you wanted to wear overalls from ages 2 to 9.” “And you played football all throughout middle school,” you added. “Also, who do you think buys your clothes? Shit, man, you own more jeans than I do,” Angel laughed. Your son laughed too, and the three of you spent the next few hours discussing hormones and binders and making doctor’s appointments.
Miguel Galindo: Your daughter had been suspended for punching a kid in the face. You and Miguel had tried to get her to talk about it on the ride home, but she wasn’t budging. Finally, when you got home, Miguel made her sit down. “Talk,” he said. “He said I was a slut!” She cried out. “Well, are you?” Miguel asked calmly, sitting in his chair as you sat too. “No, I just--” she stopped herself, a blush creeping to her cheeks. Your eyes narrowed. “You just what?” You asked. She sank down into the cushions. “I just... I’m pan,” she whispered, “I like boys and girls...” “Oh,” you said. Miguel shrugged. “So this guy accused you of being a slut because you’re pansexual?” He asked. She nodded. He stood, walking towards the door. “Dad? Where are you going?” “Back up to the school to let them know they’re letting you back with no suspension, otherwise we’re suing them for homophobia,” he stopped, “Wanna come with me?” Her face lit up.
Nick Amaro: You’d left Nick a message that your son wanted to talk to him. So when he walked through the door, he wasn’t surprised to see him waiting for him. “Hey,” Nick greeted him, putting his briefcase down. “Dad, I’m gay!” He blurted out. Nick nodded, taking in your son’s nervous expression. He walked over to him and hugged him. “I know,” he said, laughing softly, “and I want you to know that I love you. I’ll always love you.” Your son nodded, tears in his eyes. “That’s what Mom said you’d say.” Nick smiled back. “She’s a smart woman. Now, sit down. We need to talk about safe sex.” “Dad, you already gave me this talk.” “I gave you the hetero talk, this one is about gay sex--why are you running away? Come back, I know things!”
Johnny Tuturro: Johnny was tasked with taking your daughter shopping for her prom dress, and he couldn’t help but notice how nervous she was. “What’s wrong,” he asked after she rejected another dress, “I thought you’d love this.” “I do, Dad, I just...” She sighed. “I have to tell you something...” “Okay...” “I lied to you,” she confessed, “I’m not going to prom with Marcus... I’m going with Martiza.” Johnny paused. “Like...as friends or...?” “Not...not as friends.” His eyes grew wide. “As a couple,” he said. She nodded, biting her lip. “Oh, shit!” Johnny cheered, grinning. “Your Mom owes me $20! I knew you two were more than friends! Oh, does she have her dress yet? You guys have to match!” Your daughter couldn’t help but laugh. “You knew?” “I had a feeling,” Johnny answered, “but...can I ask... Are you bi or pan or...?” “Lesbian,” she answered, no longer nervous. “Oh good,” he said back, “they have a bad ass flag!”
Rio: You and Rio stayed up all night researching ways to talk to your son about his sexuality. You were both pretty sure Marcus knew his brother was gay, but you didn’t want to put him on the spot by asking him. So, the next morning, after Marcus went off to practice, you and Rio sat your other son down. “Papa,” Rio began, “your Mom and I want you to know that we love you. No matter what, we love you.” Your son nodded, clearly nervous. “And we don’t want you to feel like you have to... tell us anything right now,” you added, “you can open up at your own pace, but, we want you to know that we love you--all of you.” “Yeah,” Rio jumped in, “and there’s nothing about you that you should ever be ashamed of, okay?” Your son nodded again. “I... I want to tell you,” he said, “I’m gay.” You both got up and hugged him, and he hugged you back. “Thank you,” he said, voice muffled by Rio’s shirt. “Nah,” Rio smiled down at him, “no need to thank us--we love you, papa, we love all of you.”

Precious secret (Joaquin Phoenix x Reader)
Anonymous: Maybe one where you’re dating Joaquin but you’re way younger than him (but legal of course) and he takes you to meet his family and you’re super nervous. Maybe they’re unsure of you at first but you do something that proves your love for him, so they immediately accept you into the family Summary: Joaquin takes reader to a family gathering for the first time. His family is quite suspicious of reader’s intentions but it all clears out at the end. Non-smutty fic, I hope you’ll like it anyways! ❤️
Warnings: NONE (my first smut-free imagine, woah, what is happening)
Word count: 1390
“Come on, it’ll be fun!” – he said with a hopeful smile.
“Famous last words…” – you said bitterly.
“Oh stop it (Y/N), you know they’ll like you. I’ve told so many nice things about you already; it would be impossible for them not to like you.”
“I don’t know… I’m way much closer in age to Rio than to you… Just think about how this will affect their judgement.” – you said staring in the distance in resignation. Joaquin didn’t respond and the two of you hopped into his car. You were extremely nervous; you couldn’t even eat anything that day because of the constantly growing knot in your stomach. You feared his mother the most, obviously. You’d been dating Joaquin for three months and fortunately, you’ve met Rain before and she was nice to you. At least you had some support in the family aside from Joaquin himself. You didn’t know how the other family members would treat you, you didn’t know how will you react, you didn’t know anything. You just wanted to get it over with.
When you arrived at his mother’s house and you saw all the cars parked outside you started to panic.
“Oh fuck, we are the last to arrive? Perfect…”
“Baby, relax, okay? I am to blame and I’ll tell them, don’t worry.” – his voice was soothing, he really tried to calm you down but it wasn’t going too well, was it? You entered the house like it was a courtroom and you were the convict; head down, steps slow, breath held back. Joaquin said that he’d told a lot about you to his family and it was true vice versa, he told a lot about his family to you, too. In those stories they seemed really nice and loving people, but now you didn’t dare to believe anything. The atmosphere was great though, everyone was in the living room and they were laughing at something, it was very idyllic.
“Hey everyone, we’re here finally! Sorry for being late, it’s totally my fault…” – then the air seemed to freeze, at least to you. Everybody was looking at you, peering curiously and all you could do was smile nervously and wave a little with your hand, mouthing ‘Hi’ towards them.
“Oh hey (Y/N)! It’s so good to see you again!” – Rain to the rescue. She rushed over to you and gave you a long and tight hug. Encouraged by her all of the other stood up and came towards you and Joaquin introduced you to everyone. They weren’t so bad after all; they all gave you short but warm hugs. Except for his mom, she only held your hand and smiled at you. It wasn’t terrible but she still felt somehow distant. After lunch the afternoon went on pleasantly; funny stories were shared, family albums were shown and you eased up a little. Joaquin was an absolute angel all along, he never left you alone, only if Rain was around. Most of the family went out to the garden, only you, Rain and Summer were in the living room and their mother in the kitchen. You were talking with Rain and Summer about your job and family when Heart called them over. You excused yourself to the bathroom and they went to the kitchen. As you were walking back from the bathroom you tried to rearrange your thoughts. You felt good, no one was mean to you, quite the opposite, they were all very welcoming and interested in you. Maybe you shouldn’t have been this nervous, there was nothing to be worried about. At least you thought. When you got closer to the kitchen you heard Heart, Rain and Summer talking faintly. You didn’t listen at first, why would you, and also you wanted to join Joaquin and the others in the garden but then your name caught your attention. They were talking about you. You almost hurried out of the house not to hear anything but then Joaquin came in the back door.
“Hey ladies, what’s this little family meeting here, huh?” – he asked with a cheeky grin on his face.
“Nothing baby brother, we were just… uhm...” – Rain wanted to save Joaquin from the truth but Summer interrupted her.
“Come on… Mom’s concerned about (Y/N), right mom?” – Heart remained silent.
“What is it mom?” – the smile disappeared from his face, his voice turned cold and demanding. As you were watching them your heart crawled up to your throat and wanted to jump out. And you thought things were going well…
“Joaquin…you know I love you, I love all my children more than my own life but she…? She’s like 20 years younger than you, she comes from a foreign country and what… what does she do for a living? And she’s been suspiciously shy all afternoon, she didn’t really touch you or speak to you at all. My point is that she may not be truly interested in you, son, but rather in…how should I put it, the perks of being your girlfriend, if you know what I mean. I don’t want to tell you what to do, it wouldn’t even be possible, my only wish is to make you see what’s may be hidden from you.” – she said slowly and in measured tone. Joaquin have told you about former girlfriends who were attracted by his fame only so you understood why she was suspicious about you too but this was too much. She didn’t know you and she didn’t want to and you had to stand up to yourself.
“Excuse me, ma’am.” – you came forward as you spoke. Heart was startled, so were Rain and Summer. Joaquin opened his mouth and made a step towards you as to save the situation but you shook your head and went on speaking. “With all due respect, ma’am, please let me get things straight. First of all, I was acting shy because I’m really intimidated by this family and not because I don’t want to be here. Secondly, I didn’t think it would be appropriate to be too intimate with your son during a family gathering in front of everybody, and I haven’t been spoking with him much because I wanted to talk with the others as well.” – your mouth was drying up and tears were coming to your eyes but you kept on speaking. You spoke loudly now and with such fierce confidence that even the others in the garden could hear you. “And most importantly, again, excuse me for being assertive but I have to draw the line here, I’m no gold digger. I run my own business, I can take care of myself, I don’t need your son’s money at all. I’m with him because I love him with all my heart and I may be young but believe me when I say, I’ve been through some bad shit and I know love when I feel it.” – that was it, you were crying. Partly because these were pretty heavy things to say to your boyfriend’s mother but mostly because you let your most precious secret slip out.
“Baby…” – Joaquin walked to you and took you in his arms. He held you tight and rocked you while kissing the top of your head a couple of times. Then he took your head between his palms and looked deeply in your teary eyes. “You love me? You truly love me…?” – he asked in astonishment with tears coming to his eyes. You nodded and smiled at him, your eyes twinkling through the filter of your tears. I love you too.” – he said chuckling – “You don’t even know how much.” – he hugged you again then looked back at his mother. She was crying softly, her face was radiating a mixed impression of joy, relief and shame. She walked up to you and held your hands in hers.
“I’m truly sorry for my behaviour, I was wrong about you darling.”– she said struggling with her tears. You nodded as to accept her apology and squeezed her hands when she hugged you. Joaquin, overwhelmed with emotions hugged the two of you. You tried hard to memorize everything; the scents, the voices, the feeling of Heart and Joaquin holding you tight. You wanted to remember everything and you were sure; this was a moment neither of you will ever forget.

A Different Path Part 1
This is based post Beth Boland.
Things with Beth were becoming too disorderly and dangerous for Rio. So he made a deal with the feds knowing that Beth would in turn shoot him instead of Turner because her desire to be King was more compelling. So he knew she would do what she could to make sure she held onto it. He found himself waking up in the hospital sore from the wounds earlier. He was allowed to recover before finishing the deal. Beth Boland was a problem for the Feds and no longer his.
“Okay well everything is set” Turner said gathering the documents “where are you going to move?” he asked Rio
“I’m sure you’ll be watching its a surprise”
Turner sighs circling back to his desk to sit “Don’t forget our deal. We find you engaging in this shit again next time there will be no deal”
Rio’s jaw clenches before he speaks “I heard you”
“Well see you around” Turner says dismissing him
He nods walking away. His next stop is to meet Gretchen at her office
“Wow look at you! Doing okay?” she says hugging him. This whole ordeal had been just as stressful for her if not more. She initially refused to agree calling him crazy for coming up with the idea. But seeing him standing, let alone alive, was a huge relief
“See you worry too much” he remarks
“I had a reason”
He smiles taking a sip of his coffee
“So like discussed with the feds you live a simple life and all is good”
“Right” he says sarcastically
“Seriously Rio let this go”
He smacks his teeth “I can’t i have many people depending on me, you can’t just walk away from this shit you know that”
“Well is there anything else i need to know you deliberately refused to tell me about the whole Beth Boland situation”
He shakes his head “Nah”
“You know our confidentiality agreement whatever it is we” she points between them “can figure it out”
He nods quickly “I know”
“Well where are you going?”
“Don’t know yet but ill keep you posted”
She sighs “okay well whatever you decide to do, decide to go please strongly consider who you get in bed with.”
He scoffs and chuckles
“All jokes aside you have a son I’m sure it wasn’t fun for him to hear that his dad got shot and that he has to leave his friends here and move somewhere else. I don't want to tell you how to live your life but maybe the next woman in your life shouldn't be so willing to pick up the gun and go gun toting around town with you.”
He nods nibbling on his bottom lip
“This Bonnie and Clyde thing that you’re trying to do creates a lot of issues as we have seen.” She pauses to see if he’s even listening to what shes saying “Don’t you want to walk down the street and not worry that someones gonna be pulling up to do a drive by? or not need a crew around you at all times? or constantly look over your shoulder?” he remains silent with a straight face she throws her hands up “Anyway i’m getting side tracked just reconsider your life and Marcus’s”
He places the cup down and stands up “Good lookin out”
“Yea take care of yourself”
“Do the same” he retorts
“Im here you know that”
He turns to face her as he reaches for the door knob “I got your number”
He watches as his things are packed in a truck. He could go anywhere but where? He ultimately decides to go to Chicago. Why? It was much bigger city easier to move about without being spotted a mile away. It was definitely different from small town dealings. He already had property in Chicago so there was no need to search for places to stay. His kingdom was much bigger than the feds or anyone knew. But Chicago would be a good change for him and Marcus.
-
“Coming!” He hears her voice from the other side of the door. “RIO! OMG!”
“Carol!” He greets as he walks into her home
“Hey darling how are you?”
“Good good”
“Hows your shoulder?” she asks touching it lightly
“Eh” he shrugs as he sits by the island
“So what can i do for you? what do i owe this visit” she asks grabbing cups out of the cabinet
“Came to visit see how things were going?”
“Good!”
Carolann and William were a older couple in their 50s. Rio’s business partners both successful at cleaning the money that they never showed up on anyone's radar.
“I need the name of good schools here and babysitters”
“Are you moving here?” she inquires
He nods
“FINALLY! i told you Chicago was the place”
He smiled looking at her “sometimes you gotta learn the hard way”
“I know I know anyway my kids went to private schools here, the public schools are just, they need help, how old is Marcus? How’s he doing” He and the Greene’s had been in business for so long they were basically like family. He had watched their kids grow and they were there when Marcus was born.
“Growing he’s good though. Hes 6”
“Okay i can get you a list of schools, i can also reach out to my old baby sitter or ask around”
“Yea thanks”
“Its really good to see you doing well”
“Yea how are things going?”
“Great you know that though or you wouldn’t be smiling”
He smirks remembering past encounters where guns were drawn “Where’s William?” he asks looking around
“Oh hes in Colorado for a conference” she says taking a sip of her coffee
“Cool” he stands up “Thanks for the coffee ill see you around yea”
“Okay!” she says as she walks him to the door
He left her house and saw the oh too familiar black town car sitting parked at the end of the street. Whatever he’s next move were, they had to be more tactful than before.
Months pass and Rio and Marcus finally settle into Chicago. They enjoy exploring the city. He liked not having to drive but sometimes driving was better than taking the CTA (L train) so his car was parked under the building. One by one his crew moves to surrounding cities in Illinois. He’s taking his time there’s no rush to get the money and he’s doing his best to not sweat the small stuff.
“So whats going on with your love life?” Carol asks as she makes his drink
“Non you know how it goes” He found himself missing Beth and having a lot of one night flings to get her out of his system
“Yea yea lonely at the top” she repeats what he’s said many times before
He smirks “what’chu got a friend for me?” he would appreciate a distraction
“No... well (she looks up).... no, no forget it just asking. Wondering if your looking for a queen”
He was a frequent person at Carol’s place it was easier to talk business and since there was barely any hiccups there really wasn’t much said.
He shakes his head in response he wasn’t going to be as open this time
The door opens and you walk in “Ahhh Y/N you finally made it” he hears her say
“Hey sorry” you say as you take off your coat
You look around the room and greet everyone.
She gives you a longing hug “mmmm it’s good to finally see you”
Rio looks at you. You looked familiar but he can’t place you exactly.
“Come sit sit” she says pulling you to sit next to her
“Thanks”
“Oh sorry what do you want to drink dear?”
“Umm hard cider” you answer as you settle into the sofa
“Yup one hard cider coming up”
“Remember Rio?” she asks as she returns with drink in her hand
You look at him “Oh yea hi how are you?” you remember him and how he made you nervous he held this scowl
“Rio you remember Y/N” she asks him
He looks confused he was trying to recall but he couldn’t “nah i can’t really”
Carol cuts in “She’s Preston’s wife remember him?”
Preston your late husband, was one of Rio’s customers “Oohh” Rio remembers the first time he saw you a run down housewife he remembers Preston telling you to cook and thinking to himself he would never eat your food if you looked like that, only God knew how your food would taste.
You don’t say much during your time there and nothing really happens but empty conversations.
Throughout the months you frequently stop by but not much happens when you’re there Carol was the life of the party so you don’t mind giving all the spotlight to her.
“What’s up wit’cho friend?” Rio asks after you leave
“Who Y/N?”
“Yea” he says remembering you sitting there quietly
She sighs “She’s been through a lot”
He gave a look that indicated for her to continue
“Lets just say Preston wasn’t what he portrayed to be” He thinks back to his interactions with Preston he was always pleasant
“What he do cheat?”
“No worse, at least the worst Bill has done to me is have an affair i couldn’t imagine being beaten everyday of my marriage. She’s taking her time adjusting to society and life without him”
“How long have you two known each other?”
“Oh Bill and Preston were friends first, they introduced us. So like 8 years? To tell you the truth I’m glad Preston is 6 feet under she was too good for him”
He nods rubbing his chin
Next time you come around its Carol’s birthday and she’s throwing a huge masquerade party. Thanks to that lucrative “business”. The venue is full of people and you show up later than everyone else and find yourself walking around until you run into her
“Hey! I’m glad you came!” she greets you
“Thanks for inviting me”
“Come on let me take you to our table”
When you approach you see Rio in his all black outfit with a mask that covers one side of his face
“Look who’s here guys Y/N!”
“Hey!” you greet as you take a seat
You sit across from Rio and he watches as you interact with Carol and he doesn’t think hes ever seen you smile before. It’s interesting to him to watch you interact with her throughout the night you weren’t as timid nor reserved as your usual self tonight, you even danced with her at some point.
He sees you weeks later at a local dive bar near his loft. He sits towards the back and watches as people come and go by. It was kind of empty early afternoon and curiosity creeps in when he sees you sitting by the bar. He grabs his glass before he approaches you.
“Hey another?” the bartender asks him before taking his cup
He nods in response
You don’t look up listening to music playing on your phone it’s only when it sounds like someone calls your name is when you look up
“Oh Hi Rio!” you say removing your head phones
“Y/N right?”
“Yea”
“Mind if i sit here?” he asks
“No its okay” you say shuffling to the left a little
“So whats your poison?” he asks inquiring about the drink in your cup
You lift it up “Tequila”
He smiles
“You?”
“Uh” he thinks “any really right now rum”
You nod
“So what’chu doin’ here?” he asks before taking a sip
“I’m off today and I’m done with my errands so thought why not a drink? this is one of my favorite bars in the city”
He nods “what do you do?”
“I’m a project manager”
“Sounds” he pauses to think of the right word
“Boring i know” you smile looking down
He chuckles “Yea”
“What about you?”
“Oh uh i own a business printing”
“Oh nice!”
He smiles “so what happened to Preston?” he asks remembering Carol’s statement about him being 6 feet under
“Oh uh he overdosed on coke, it will be a year next week”
He makes a face that was not his doing
“Yea i tried to get him to stop but i couldn’t”
“Sorry to hear”
You take a sip and say “Shit happens”
“True”
You don’t say much to each other and when you finish your drink you leave.
-
“So what do you think of Rio Y/N?” Carol asks you paying close attention to your reaction
“Uh he’s cool I guess why?” you now wonder how that question even came about, you were talking about the new buildings downtown
She smiles before answering “He likes you”
“Who?”
“Rio duh”
You roll your eyes “yea okay”
“I’m serious! have you not seen how he looks at you?”
“Like he’s bored?” because you had no idea what she could be even talking about
“Nooo that man is smitten by you Y/N”
“We barely talk i haven’t said anything to him for him to like me” pointing out flaws in her theory
She shrugs “Maybe he sees something in you”
You roll your eyes once more “Please”
“You know” she sits next to you “any fool with 2 eyes could see that Preston did what he did to you because he was afraid of losing you to the next man, he’s gone don’t let him have that same power over you”
You think for awhile going over the times you have been around him “So you’re saying your business partner likes me?”
It’s not like you were oblivious to Carolann and William’s dealings seeing that Preston was once part of that not to mention one day you walked in on her stuffing money in a duffel bag but chose to not even address it because Preston was still very much alive.
“Noo not my business partner, but Rio, yes he does just pay attention next time”
“Carol”
“Not every man is a monster”
“I know that”
“So what’s the issue?” she wonders
“Am I not like older than him?”
She shakes her head and looks up “If I’m not mistaken he’s approaching 30 soon”
“And im approaching 31”
She shrugs you two are age mates “3 year difference, not a big deal...... Just be open or at least try”
“Fair enough”

Lifelong (III)
Pairing: Bucky Barnes x (Fem) Reader
Summary: The three of you scope out the airport where the Matteo’s are supposed to be. It doesn’t go as planned.
Word Count: 2.4k
Warnings: violence, gore, language
A/N: Things start to get a little more fast paced, so I hope you like!
The phone you held to your ear kept ringing. With each voicemail, you grew more and more agitated.
“We better hurry, we’re gonna miss our only open time.” Sam’s voice came from behind you and you nodded.
You were trying to get a hold of Fury. Unfortunately, he wasn’t answering his phone. Go figure.
“I know. Just one more time.” You attempted again, and like every time before, no answer.
The three of you were already in Rio, just waiting on a lead on the Matteo’s.
You kept silent for the majority of the travels, and just listened to the two guys bicker.
Sam, being the mouthy one, would go on and on while Bucky would just give grunts or do shit just to annoy Sam.
You pivoted, facing them. The gut wrenching feeling of seeing Bucky was starting to lessen. You blamed it on watching him act like a normal human being. However, all the while you kept the fact of what he could do in the back of your thoughts. He could turn on you in a mere second.
You shook the thoughts from your head and grabbed your duffel bag that sat at your feet. It contained your suit and a plethora of weapons in case you really needed them.
“Alright, let’s go.”
The plan was just to get info from the Matteo’s. How they travel, who is with them, and how big the group has grown. When you took them down in the 80’s, they were small in numbers, but strong with Hydra backing them. Thanks to one Steve Rogers, hopefully your job will be a bit easier this go around.
You weren’t comfortable around Bucky, but you were able to say his name at least.
“You giving orders Captain, or am I?” The vibranium from Bucky’s arm glinted in the sunlight flowing through the car window and caused you to wince. As the words flew from your lips, you gave a smile to Sam in the driver's seat.
“I am totally open to ideas. I’m not a natural like Steve was. I have to write my motivational speeches down and rehearse. That shit doesn’t start just spilling out.” This coaxed a chuckle from your throat. Sam was easy going, and you could feel yourself relaxing around him.
“Yeah, that was something he was always able to do. Should’ve seen him on the playground as a kid.” The voice that came from Bucky was borderline startling, seeing as he hasn’t said a word to you since that issue with the thermostat. He sounded a lot different than you thought he would’ve. He always had that mask on and it always made his voice sound dangerous. This wasn’t the same voice.
You saw the airport coming closer, so you threw a hat on over your head and pulled your hair back.
“How about, Bucky, you stay down on the first floor with me and Sam can take the top floor. That’s where they’ll be coming out from the terminal, so Sam can give us a heads up. We scope things out and don’t be seen. They now know what you look like and they sure as hell have my face memorized.” The two men nodded and Sam pulled through the gates and into the parking garage. You reached your hand into your duffel, grabbing a phone sized brick from one of the side pockets.
It was your new suit, something Sam said about nanotech. You reached further and felt around for small syringes. Your eyes caught sight of the bright, red colored serum inside of them.
It’s what kept you alive.
You pulled one out, hoping to not have to use it.
There were few people on the Earth now who knew what you were. Fury and a couple S.H.I.E.L.D. doctors who were smart enough to keep you running. That’s what the injections were for.
You pushed both the brick and the syringe into a pocket on your pants. You turned to face both of them.
“Knowing them, security was here an hour ago scoping out for any threats. We get in and then out.” The two of them looked around, scoping out any secret entrances.
“If they’re practically looking for us, then how are we going to sneak in?” Bucky piped up from the back seat and Sam nodded along with him. “Through the front door.”
Five minutes later, you and Bucky walk through the front doors together. You turned, and noticed where he had put a dark blue jacket over to cover his arm. His hair had been pulled up into a small half-bun and you watched as he walked stiffly through the metal detectors.
Not a beep.
“Relax. The way you’re standing is gonna give us away before our faces do.” He looked down at you and nodded. He always kept a hard expression around you. The only time you’d seen his face soften was the night he offered to help with the thermostat.
When you turned your head back around, you noticed a man sitting at one of the bistreaux tables with sunglasses on and phone in hand.
Who wears sunglasses indoors? Security, that’s who. He was huge. As he turned his head towards you, you glanced over at Bucky and laughed.
His normally “shelled” eyes turned into straight confusion. You raised your eyebrows at him and reached up on your toes to kiss his cheek. Signs of affection make people uncomfortable apparently.
“10 o’clock.” You whispered, and watched as his cerulean eyes drifted over to the man. That’s the only way you could tell him without giving away your comm. The two of you kept looking at each other, his eyes locking onto yours. You caught yourself looking at the different details like the small dark spots around his iris. Once you realized what you were doing, you snapped your head away, hardening your eyes and facing forward.
Bucky kept watching you, something suddenly seeming familiar about you.
The two of you kept walking through until you got to the waiting deck.
“Sam?” Bucky’s voice ran through the comms in your ear and you both awaited his reply.
You could feel eyes on you and you glanced up to the upper level.
Sam sat, coffee in hand and neck pillow around his neck.
“Jesus.” This caused a smile to form across your face. You glanced over at Bucky and noticed him shaking his head.
“Great way to fit in, Wilson.”
“Thanks. That’s one thing Steve was never good about. He always had the same thing. Ball cap and sunglasses. By the way, check your twelve o.” You shook your head and wiped your smile from your face.
They’re doing a good job at blending in and you manage to catch another look at Bucky.
“They’re here. I’m counting five.”
Son of a bitch.
You glanced over at Bucky and smiled. It killed you to act like this with him. All those years of wanting him executed like Maria and Howard, that didn’t just go away because you saw him acting like a better man.
“I’m gonna head to the ladies room.” You said it loud enough for anyone in the vicinity who was listening could hear. Bucky nodded and you stood, leaving your fake purse and bags with him.
You felt the brick in your pocket and made short strides to the nearest restroom.
You pushed through the door just as another woman was making her way out. You walked in and chose a stall.
The agents that followed you were typical Matteo clan. Tall, Italian, and dumb.
This was going to end a fight that you were trying so desperately to avoid. There were just too many.
You pretended to flush and open up the stall. You went straight for the sink to wash your hands. The larger of the two came and stood behind you, catching your reflection in the mirror.
His brown eyes went wide when he saw your face up close.
He recognized you. Damnit.
“It’s the-” Before he had the chance to finish it, you withdrew a knife from your pocket and slashed his carotid. The blood spewed onto the perfectly clean mirror in front of you and he dropped hard.
The second one came at you, withdrawing a gun and firing one, two, three shots in your direction.
You flew behind him before he could catch you and you twisted his neck until it snapped, and he dropped like his friend.
“Y/N?” It was Bucky’s voice. This brought you back to reality.
“Yeah. I’m good. On my way out. I took out two.” You flew from the bathroom and before you could head back towards where Bucky was sitting, you watched as three more agents stepped out in front of you.
“I need-” A shot was fired and it rang out into the waiting terminal. People began screaming and running towards the exit. The fire that exploded throughout your shoulder was something you were used to, but damn if it didn't hurt like a bitch every time. You cried out, before pulling a glock of your own shooting the one in the chest twice and running. Bucky stood and started sprinting to where you were. He watched as you acted like you didn’t just get shot in the shoulder and kept leading them away from the civilians.
You ran all the while trying to avoid the bullets flying in your direction.
You saw a railing come into view and flung yourself over it, landing on your feet and pulling the brick out of your pocket. Fury said to press the button on top and let it do the rest.
Unfortunately you didn’t have time to do any of that before you saw two more men running at you from the front entrance.
“I need back up!” Sam’s voice came through the comm, your head snapping to where he was just minutes before. The big guy from the table picked Sam up, throwing him about fifteen feet away.
“Guys! This dude’s a fucking behemoth!” Sam’s voice was louder and ragged, and you turned to face the two running towards you.
Your arm flew up, putting bullets into the men approaching you. You felt a blade go into your lower back, turning to see a younger agent staring at you. Her eyes were full of rage, and you pulled the knife out, feeling the skin attempt to heal itself. You landed a couple punches to her face before shooting her knee. With a scream, she fell to the ground.
You heard a couple shots from above you, looking up to find Sam beaten to a pulp by that giant.
Bucky stood behind him, fighting off three more agents.
You jumped from a table, catching onto the railing and bringing your legs up to kick the man beating on Sam.
The man lost balance, and you tried to pull your gun from your side, but before you could the man swiped your feet out from under you. He grabbed onto your ankle and tried to pull you towards him.
Sam tried to regain his breath beside you, offering no aid. He was hurt pretty bad and you could tell.
You flipped over, and faced the man who was now standing. He attempted to kick you in the face, but you rolled, avoiding his boot. Without much hesitation, you blocked all of his attacks and was able to use him as leverage to stand.
“Bucky! Help Sam!” You yelled from behind the agent attacking you and Bucky flew to Sam’s side.
This fucking giant was kicking your ass and it was starting to piss you off.
Bucky and Sam watched as you moved around the agent quickly, before you were able to get behind him and catch him off guard.
You needed to wrap this up.
The next thing the pair saw was a blood covered fist shoot out of the giant’s chest. Bucky’s eyes went wide at the sight in front of him. He watched as you ripped your hand out of the now limp body, and threw the man’s heart to the side.
“What the fuck.” Sam’s weak voice came from beside him and he couldn’t form words.
Did she just rip his heart out?
You stood, trying to regain your breath but you slowly fell to your knees again.
The pain was back, but this time ten times worse. It shot from your heart through the rest of your body, paralyzing you.
“Y/N?” Sam’s voice rang out in the now empty airport and you couldn’t answer. The scream that ripped from your throat was one of pure agony and you tried to reach for your pocket. Your lungs began to deflate and you couldn’t catch a breath.
The thud that came from your torso hitting the hard floor caused Bucky to jump into action. You could literally feel the pain travel through your veins and throughout your head.
Bucky put Sam down softly and flew to your side. He watched as you writhed, trying to get into your pocket. He sat on his knees and hurriedly looked at your face. Your eyes began to turn red, covering the whites.
“What do I do?!” Bucky wasn’t sure who he was talking to, but he’d hoped for an answer, and soon. Your skin began to turn gray and pasty. Pieces of his hair fell from its tie and into his face.
You tried to muster the instructions but simply couldn’t, trying to preserve your breath. Bucky reached into your pocket and wrapped his vibranium fingers around the small syringe. His eyes lit up with an idea and quickly injected it into your arm, pumping the red liquid into your vein.
The breath that entered your lungs sounded painful to Bucky, him simply grabbing your top half and pulling it into his lap. The pain started to wither, and the color returned to your skin.
Your now normal eyes looked up at Bucky, and nodded.
“Thank you.”
As much as you hated it, the man you have wanted to kill for so long, just saved your life.
With that thought, your eyes rolled and you passed out. Your body couldn’t handle staying awake any longer and you went limp in Bucky’s arms.
There was a feeling that filled Bucky that he hadn’t felt in years. A flood of emotions came onto him and that’s when he realized.
He remembered you?

“i hate leaving you”
rio x reader
warning: smut (nsfw) — in which rio takes too long to return home from a “business trip” and you’re deprived.
“Look, daddy’s home!”
Your three-year-old son shrieked in pure excitement from his over-sized booster chair in the backseat of your truck as you pulled into the driveway behind Rio’s sleek, black Cadillac. He was already particularly hyper from the candy that he’d gotten at the dentist after his cleaning, so he seemed to be even more rowdy about his father returning home than he usually was.
“I see, baby,” you smiled in agreement, un-clicking your seatbelt. “Let mommy get you out of the car and you can go say hi.”
Although you explained your intentions, the only thing on Marcus’ mind was, understandably, Rio. So he ignored you, proceeding to yank wildly at the handle of the car door from the inside.
With a defeated sigh, you circled around the back of the car to let him out, watching in amazement as his tiny feet carried him to the door, at light speed, in search to find his dad. Rio had been gone the last two days handling some business in Canada, and it was undeniable that you both missed him like crazy. After grabbing Marcus’ traveling bag and everything else that you’d brought along with you, you walked into the house behind him, heart warming at the sound of Marcus and Rio’s laughter combined. You shut the door with the heel of your sandal, hands having been full, and dropped everything on the table of the foyer.
“You been giving mommy a hard time?”
By the way his deep voice emanated through the hall, you assumed he was in the kitchen, so you travelled there, trying desperately to contain your true excitement. Rio stood next to the refrigerator, glass of half-drinken whiskey placed curtly on the marble countertop of the island, and Marcus clung to his chest giggling profusely while his daddy attacked him with the tickle monster. The sight alone was something that you’d dreamed of for years. And even though you never knew that you would be in this exact situation at this exact time with them, you wouldn’t change it for anything in the world.
Rio didn’t notice you right away. So you took the time to admire him fully. He was dressed in nothing spectacular, a simple white v-neck with a pair of gray sweatpants, but that, in addition to the fact that it had been a few days since you were able to be with him, was enough to turn you on. You were also taking heed to the fact that he was drinking, yet it was only 11:00 am, so, much to your dismay, stress just might have served as the leading cause to a possible extension in your dry spell.
“Daddy, can we go to the park?” Marcus, begged from Rio’s arms. He held up his half-eaten lollipop and pouted. “Mommy couldn’t take me because she said I had to go to the dentist.”
“Baby, you have a playdate with Dylan today. His mommy’s already on her way to come and get you.” You interjected, causing Rio to finally acknowledge your presence. He turned to face you, tired, brown eyes oozing down your body slowly with his mouth parted slightly. Marcus whined in response and wriggled in Rio’s grip. “Don’t you wanna go to the zoo with Dylan?”
Marcus continued to whine, protesting the same playdate he had been begging for for weeks now, but when Rio interjected, the complaints ceased.
“Papa, daddy’s gonna take you to the park when you get back from the zoo with Dylan,” he compromised. “And we can go get ice cream. But you can’t go ghost on your friends when they’re counting on you. Okay?”
He clearly was upset by this, but Marcus also knew better than to argue with Rio. Everyone did. Whenever Rio wanted something to happen, he would make it happen, and it was always best to just let things be. So a few moments later, when Dylan’s mom pulled up outside and the doorbell rang, Marcus didn’t fuss when his dad took him to the car and settled him into his carseat. Rio kissed Marcus on the forehead and told him how much he loved him, giving both of the boys a high-five, and he stood on the doorstep as they drove away.
While he saw the boys off, you’d poured yourself a glass of wine and found a seat at one of the barstools from the island, scanning through school emails and updates on your phone. You heard Rio’s footsteps as he approached the kitchen again, but you didn’t turn around. You saw no need to continue torturing yourself with the sight of him if you knew things would be going nowhere.
“How was work?” you asked him quietly. He stood opposite of you, leaned back quaintly against the stove, drink in hand. You never asked too much about his job, because you knew Rio was never going to answer you. He thought he was endangering you by telling you too much and he didn’t like the thought of you getting into trouble with him if things ever went south. His way of shielding you from the possibility was silence.
He hummed. “Eh, it was work. I got shit done so I can’t really complain about it.” There was a brief pause before he continued. “How was the dentist?”
“Awful.” You rolled your eyes and scoffed. “I hate taking him alone, because whenever you’re not there, the doctor thinks he has a free pass. He’s always flirting, and staring at me way too much.” You glanced up to see Rio’s face, already certain that his possessive instincts were settling in. He took another sip of his drink and nodded. “I would find a new dentist but he’s the only one Marcus will go to willingly.”
“Don’t worry about Marcus, I’ll handle him. But from now on, I’m gonna take him.” He instructed. “So if I’m not here, reschedule it for when I’m back.”
Your eyes narrowed on his matter-of-factly demeanor. “Okay, Rio.” You sighed.
A sly smirk eased over his lips and he crossed his muscular arms over his chest. “Is there a problem with that?”
“No.”
“So why you catching an attitude about it?”
“I’m not.”
“You are.”
“I’m not.”
“You are…” he trailed. “You and I both know I’m not stupid, Y/N. I’ve known you long enough. What’s the issue?”
You didn’t respond right away, because you could sense a slight irritation in your tone and you didn’t want to rub him the wrong way. You chose your words carefully. “I just don’t understand why I can’t take my own son to the dentist.”
Rio chuckled breathily and put an empty glass on the counter in front of him. “Y/N, what are you talking about?”
“You just come back after being gone for three days and tell me I can’t take Marcus to the dentist anymore?” You snapped. “He’s my son. I’m his mother, I’m supposed to do those things. Especially when you aren’t here—”
“First of all, watch your tone.” Rio warned sternly. “I’ve been gone for two days, and no one ever said you couldn’t take him. You’re a grown ass woman, you do whatever the hell you wanna do. But since you came to me with a problem, I gave you a solution.” He straightened his torso as he looked down at you, eyes hardening on your face. “We both know that dumbass is gonna keep flirting with you when I’m not there because he thinks he can get away with the shit. So unless you want him to, I will take Marcus from now on. Because he’s my son. I’m his dad. I’m supposed to do those things too.”
Rio always had a way of putting you in your place whenever you stepped out of line. And when he did, it was such a turn on. As if you weren’t already ruining your underwear. “Okay,” was all you could say in response.
“Something tells me that ain’t really your problem, though, ma. You ain’t all cranky like this because I told you not to take him to the dentist. You ain’t like doing that noway.” He pressed. He scanned your demeanor, mentally taking notes of the way you responded to him, and bit down on his bottom lip. “Come here.”
You obeyed him dutifully, staring at your toes as they moved across the floor step by step until you stood directly in front of him. Your close proximity allowed you to appreciate the fresh scent of his body wash when you inhaled, which lead you to believe he’d just gotten out of the shower.
Then, you were imagining him in the shower.
And you with him.
The way his lips would feel against your wet skin and the way his hands would slide over your curves so easily. You imagined the way he would feel inside of you with even more moisture than you created naturally and how quickly he would make you cum.
“Hey.”
Rio’s fingers curled under your chin and he nudged your face upwards so that your gaze immediately met his. “I’m talking to you,” he broke your chain of thoughts. “I asked you what’s on your mind, ma?”
That nickname drove you crazy, and by the way Rio was eyeing your lips, you were slowly confirming that he was aware of what was going through your head. “I-I just missed you.”
“Oh, baby, that ain’t no reason to give me the cold shoulder,” he laughed faintly. “If you missed me, why didn’t you show me?”
The drying of your throat, along with the sensation of his fingertips digging into the small of your back was enough to prohibit you from speaking altogether. So you shrugged like a little kid who had just been caught red handed in the middle of a lie. An intense red heat surfaced your face and you gulped, watching closely how Rio’s eyes rolled over you.
“Use your words, babygirl.”
Rio’s fingers delicately traced the outline of your jaw, leaving a trail of goosebumps wherever his touch disappeared. “It’s just been so long,” You breathed.
“Hmmm…”
He knew exactly what you meant just by that phrase, but you continued to explain yourself anyway. “I’ve been missing you at night and I was looking forward to you coming back, but you seemed so tired. I didn’t think you’d be up to it.”
Rio smiled lazily, hand snaking around the back of your neck to pull you closer to his face. His lips met yours in a firm, sturdy kiss that was chaste enough that it lacked tongue, but passionate enough that it left you hungry for more. And by the look on his face, you sensed he did too. The faint remnants of alcohol danced over your tongue. “You missed daddy, huh?” His eyes bounced back and forth between yours and you could feel his erection hardening against your belly through the tight white sundress you wore.
Nodding, you reached down to feel him, sighing in relief as you squeezed his solid bulge in your dainty hands.
Rio, still impressively calm, just watched in astonishment how much it relaxed you to feel him. You groped him gently, not breaking eye contact, imagining how good his thick cock would feel inside of you and a moan fell from your lips. At that, he spoke up. “You want it, baby?”
“Yes,” you whimpered, not a trace of hesitation in your tone.
“Tell me what you want.”
“I want your cock,” you whispered. “I want you to fuck me so bad, daddy. I’ve been craving it all week.”
He chuckled again and licked his lips, pulling your hands away from his crotch. “I don’t give a fuck how tired you think I am, I ain't ever gonna be too tired for you.”
That being said, he kissed your lips again, moving slowly with a sensual burst of energy as his tongue delved into your heated mouth and explored every inch there was to offer. You moaned at the feeling, gasping when his hand gripped a harsh handful of your ass through your dress.
Rio was slow, and relaxed, but you knew he needed you in that moment just as much as you needed him. His tranquility, despite the fact, only made him all the more sexy.
“Please,” you gasped.
Rio seemed to be ignoring all of your requests because he had his own agenda. He wanted to take his time with you, and make sure you both got as much out of it as possible. His lips travelled from your lips down your neck, slowing at the sweet spot on your collarbone, and continuing down to the valley of your breasts. He freed each one from the scoop at the top of your dress, pausing in fascination at the bouncing motion they made when they were no longer confined by the fitted fabric. “No bra,” he whispered approvingly, cupping them in his hands, “that’s why that mother-fucker was flirting with you.”
His lips tightened around the hardened peaks of your dusky, pink nipples and he sucked on them delicately, pushing your back into the counter in the process. Rio was in love with your body, but he was especially keen about your breasts and how perky they were, as he mentioned it to you many times before. Whenever you two had sex, he would insist on showing them their deserved appreciation. He hummed against the swollen skin, and licked them until his tongue was dry and in need of more moisture.
Desperate to feel his skin against yours, you tugged at his shirt, and he pulled it over his head. Only now that he was taking off clothes, he wanted you naked. You were silently praising yourself for getting waxed the day before, so when he pulled off the rest of your dress and the thin lace panties you wore, you went for his sweats, eager to find that he wasn’t wearing any underwear at all.
His cock was the most beautiful thing to you. The way it stood at full attention when it was hard. The silky tan color of his thick, and desirably wide length all the way up to the pink tip that teased the landscaping of the top of his abs. The veins that rolled up the sides and the pre-cum that yearningly trickled back down. His size. God it was huge. And best of all, it was yours. You had it all to yourself, and you could get it whenever you were in the mood for it, so long as he was there.
That was the point that he was trying prove.
He lifted you by your hips, with ease on to the counter, kissing your lips again as he gripped his length in his hand. One hand found your breast, and the other steadied your hip as he guided himself into you. Even after four years, Rio’s size was something you’d never gotten used to. And regardless of your best efforts, you squirmed when he first entered you. It was easy this time, because you were so wet, and when he filled you, a deafening moan erupted from the depths of your throat.
“Mmmm, mami, you like that?” He grunted, pushing every last inch deep inside of you. His eyes shut tight and he squeezed your breasts when he felt you clench around him, and you nodded, grasping blindly for something to hold on to.
Rio waited a moment before he started up a steady pace, thrusting slow, but powerful strokes into your throbbing pussy. The slick sounds of his movements could be heard in between your moans and his breathing, and the more he fucked you, the wetter it got. Rio reached behind you and angled you upward so that one leg rested over his shoulder and your eyes had no other choice but to lock on his.
“I want you to look at me while I’m fucking you, Y/N,” he croaked. “Tell daddy how you want it, babygirl.”
He picked up his pace, hitting you deeper with forceful, solid strokes, your skins slapping loudly together. He fucked you hard on the same countertop that you’d just eaten breakfast on a few hours ago. He licked his lips, and stared directly into your eyes, in awe of how much pleasure you were experiencing thanks to him. Rio didn’t let up, either. Your assumptions of his exhaustion were long gone, because the way he fucked you was proof of his impeccable stamina. “Fuck, I need you deeper…” you trailed.
Rio dipped a finger into his mouth and drew circles around your swollen clit sending you into a whole new world of euphoria. He lifted your body so that you hung from the edge of the marble, and penetrated you from a newer, deeper level. “Like that, baby?” he teased, popping a nipple into his mouth again. Your toes curled and your thighs grew weak, numbness setting in as you felt your orgasm approaching.
“Yes, daddy, mmm fuck yes.” You egged. “I missed you so fucking much. You fuck me so good.”
You could feel Rio in your guts, invading your most personal space, but you wouldn’t dare interject because of the immense pleasure that came as a result. Rio hit your g-spot, over and over again without warning, drawing screams from you that you were certain the neighbors could hear.
Sweat beads slid down the crevices of his face and his brows knitted together tightly. His long, dark lashes fluttered against his cheekbones, and his sharp jawline tightened.
He was so beautiful.
“You gonna cum for me, mami?” He sang.
“Yes, daddy.”
“Cum for daddy.”
As soon as the words rolled off of his tongue, your vision went blurry and your legs fell limp against him, forcing him to catch you before you slipped and hit the floor. Your toes curled as your orgasm washed over you in waves, and you felt his heat in spurts inside of you filling you to the brim. A long, guttural groan fell from his lips and he sighed, squeezing you tight in his arms. Lips spaced gently, he pressed several kisses to your forehead and hummed when he was composed enough to help you to your feet.
On shaky legs, you still clung to him, arms draped over his broad shoulders as he worked around you to clean the mess you both had just made on the counter. He kissed your lips, and ran a hand through your hair, smiling as he watched you. “I hate leaving you,” he admitted. “Whenever I come back you wanna catch an attitude.”

Warning: Language, Smut
Word Count : 3k
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
“I need to get Stan out of there” Ruby said panicking as you and Annie tried to comfort her. Turner had arrested him Tuesday morning and Ruby couldn’t stop crying.
“I know we said we were out, but it’s the fastest way to get the money to bail him out” You called out looking at the both of them
“We could do it!” Annie said confidently “Plus we could all use the money, my sister doesn’t have to know” she continued
“We can’t go behind her back Annie” Ruby replied shaking her head disapproving of the idea. She didn’t want to do that to her bestfriend, but part of her was in need of the cash. “We need to tell Beth”
“We can’t, she’s an addict Ruby, it would be like giving a drink to an alcoholic. She’s trying her best and it wouldn’t be fair of us to bring her back in after all the effort she has done. It would only be one time, enough to get Stan out, enough to help (Y/N) with the divorce and enough for me and Sadie”Annie said trying to convince her.
“I mean, how would we even do it? Did you forget about the fact that we’ve been banned for every wholesale store? Beth’s the one who came up with the idea”
“As much as I love my sister, we don’t need her for that, we all have brains, let’s use them and find a way, it’s shouldn’t be too hard” Annie answered
“And how do we even find this guy, I mean Beth’s always been the one contacting him. Do you even know how to get to the man?” Ruby couldn’t believe she was even thinking about it
“I’ll do it” you said, finally speaking “I’ll get in contact with him”
“And how will you do that?” Ruby said finishing her coffee
“Let me take care of it” you replied, taking her mug to fill it in.
“Don’t” she said motioning to your hands “I have to go get the kids from school, we’ll catch up later”she continued standing up, picking up her purse before leaving
“Ok, so we’re really doing this?” Annie said excitedly
“I guess so, it’s going to help all of us, especially Ruby” you sighed “Anyway, anything to take my mind off of my stupid ex” you said rolling your eyes
“How are you doing by the way, with this whole situation?”
“I’m fine, the kids are starting to get used to it slowly, they’re often talking about his new girlfriend though, it’s kinda pissing me off. I mean he’s the one who fucked up and he gets to be happy with someone else? Like don’t get me wrong, I’m good without him, I wasn’t happy anymore, I was staying with him for the kids. It’s not like we had sex often, but it’s the only thing I miss, you know?” You asked shrugging your shoulders. Of course, you were taking care of yourself when you felt the need to, but you couldn’t help but admit you were missing the touch of a man.
“I get it” she chuckled
You talked for a bit before she left, leaving you all alone as you washed the dishes. When the kids came back from school, you prepared their bags for the weekend as they were going on a camping trip with their father and his new bimbo. He was coming to get the two little ones while you were going to your eldest’s baseball game.
“You have everything? Don’t forget I’m dropping you off at your dads after the game and he won’t be happy if you’re missing something” You said to him as you both hopped in the car, fastening your seatbelt.
“Don’t worry mom, I have everything. Can we go now? I don’t want to be late, Marcus said we could practice together before the game” He said as you drove off.
You never told the girls before, but your son was on the same team as Rio’s son. You didn’t see each other often, most of the time, Rhea was taking him to his games, but when you did see him, you would glance at each other from across the bleachers. He was a totally different person when Marcus was around. He still looked intimidating, but you could see his softer side when he would smile and clap as his son made a good play, encouraging him.
As you arrived at the field, your son went running to Marcus as you looked through the bleachers trying to find a familiar figure. Today was just your luck, as you saw Marcus’s dad sitting there, typing on his phone, probably taking care of business as he waited for the game to start. You made your way towards him, while other women stared at you as you sat next to the man dressed in black. He lifted his eyes from his phone, watching you, as you played with your own fingers.
“How you doing mama?” he said, his voice deep, hearing a gasp coming from a lady behind you. Rio was attractive and you weren’t the only one agreeing to that. Maybe it was the confidence, the danger, the relationship he had with his kid or even the neck tattoo, but you were not the only mom swooning over him. The difference with you, was that you didn’t let it show. They were always trying to get his attention, by sitting next him or trying to make conversation. Some of them even brought juice boxes and snacks for Marcus, trying to make him like them by gaining his son’s appreciation. You, on the other hand, never sat close to him or even spoke to him. Your relationship was strictly business related but it didn’t stop you from thinking about him in a different aspect. You didn’t want to admit it, but you sometimes happened to be thinking about him while pleasuring yourself. You couldn’t help but think about his dark seductive eyes or even his plump lips, and the fact that a man hadn’t touched you for what felt like years made you wish he would roam your body with his strong veiny hands.
You coughed softly “We need to talk” you said looking towards the field
“Yeah? About what” he replied smirking down at you
“Not here” you answered, not wanting to meet his amused eyes “Tonight, my house” you whispered as the game started. You didn’t talk after that you could feel his eyes on you from time to time and you could hear the bickering from behind you making you roll your eyes internally. As the kids won their game, Marcus and your son came running towards you two, looking happier than ever.
“Dad did you see that?” Marcus asked his dad, jumping around excitedly
“I did pap, you did great, who’s your friend?” he said looking at your son
“That’s Lucas, we always practice together”
“Well nice to meet you little man” Rio said smiling at Lucas “We have to go, but I guess I’ll see you around yeah?” He semi asked diverting his gaze towards you, winking, before leaving
You proceeded to go back to your car, heading towards your ex’s house, dropping off Lucas for the weekend
You later got ready as you opted for a more revealing but still classy outfit, waiting for Rio to come over. You were coming down the stairs as you heard a knock, taking a deep breath before opening the door, surprised to meet your ex’s figure.
“Are you going somewhere? You look hot” he said eyeing up and down as you scoffed, rolling your eyes
“What do you want David?”
“Lucas forgot his headphone, he needs them for the ride”
You sighed “Wait here” you got to your son’s room, picking what he needed before going back downstairs, shoving them on his chest “Goodbye David” You said slamming the door to his face. You walked through the kitchen as you grabbed a glass pouring some gin into it. You took a sip as you heard the door open again
“Ok David, what do you want now I told you I-“ you stopped dead in your track as your eyes laid on the tall criminal that stood in front of you.
“That’s not a very nice welcome mama” Rio smirked, his voice thick and croaky, sending shivers down your spine
“You could’ve knocked” You responded your voice laced with attitude as you tried to sound unfazed by his actions
“That’s no fun though” Rio threw back avoiding your remark, stepping closer to the kitchen island as you stood on the other side, fixing him a glass. As you made it slide across the countertop. He took it, nodding at you, before taking a sip himself
“Why did you want to see me (Y/N)?” he questioned you as you tried your best not to look surprised that he actually knew your name. It was the first time you heard him say it and it made you quiver slightly. “We want to do business” You said trying to sound confident as you took another sip of your drink
“I thought you said you were out” he looked amused as he gazed at your fidgeting fingers
“Well, you see, Beth is out, that doesn’t mean we need to stop doing business with you” you swallowed the remaining of your drink, hoping it would give you a boost of confidence. “Of course, no need to mention, it would stay between us” You said stepping a few feet closer to him but not close enough to reach him
“And how would you wash the money” he asked downing his glass, looking deeply into your eyes, a grin plastered on his face
“Why don’t you let me take care of that, you just need to provide the money, and we’ll do the rest for you” You managed to say with a pleasant smile, proud by your assurance
“Ok so 500 g’s to start, and we’ll see how it goes” He shrugged, his voice filled with pure enjoyment as he watched your eyes grow slightly bigger
“500 grand?” You gulped. How would you do that in a week, you didn’t even know how you would proceed to wash all the money
“If you can’t handle it, I can find someone else for the job” he said stepping closer to you
“We’ll handle it” You responded immediately, almost cutting him off. You turned around as you filled both of your drinks, taking a sip right after you put the bottle back on the kitchen counter.
He stared at you, an amused smile on his lips as you almost gulp down the entirety of its content
“Good” he said looking at his glass, now full. “Was there anything else you wanted from me?” he said as he took in your outfit. You were dressed in all black, his favorite color and he couldn’t help but admit that you looked amazing. Beth was good looking, but he always found you breath taking. He took another step forward, facing you completely, your chest almost touching as you hold in a gasp, now feeling nervous. You breathed threw your nose, processing the words that would next come out of your mouth before looking straight at him.
“I want you to fuck me” you said trying to sound confident and demanding. He looked at you closely trying to find one thing that would indicate that you were messing with him
“Don’t joke around mama” He stated raising his left eyebrow, eyes filled with lust, licking his lips softly.
“If you’re not the man for the job, I can always find someone else” you managed to say, surprising yourself with your boldness, as you rephrased the words he said earlier. A smirk appeared on his lips as you went to take a step back to get away from him. He decided otherwise, grabbing your arm, pulling your body to him as you slammed against his firm chest, crashing his mouth to yours, almost gasping startled by his actions. His lips were soft and sweet but at the same time so rough. Your hand moved to the back of his neck wanting more, as you felt him smirk withing the kiss. You had been fantasizing about this for a moment now, and by the looks of it he had been too. His touches were hungry and intense, his hands grasping your waist tightly as you let a muffled moan past your lips. You both pulled away to catch your breath as you diverted your kisses to his neck. You’d always dreamed of putting your mouth on the dark ink covering his throat and you were finally being able to do it.
“Fuck” he murmured as your hands moved up his back, taking his shirt off interrupting your kisses on his neck for a few seconds. Your lips went right back to it, now having more skin to touch. Your hands made their way to his belt, undoing it, looking up at him biting your bottom lip. His eyes were filled with lust and desire, his hand grabbed your neck slightly as you let out a small gasp
“Do I need to remind you who I am sweetheart?” he asked, not liking that you questioned his competence
“Maybe you do” you said with a devilish grin. Your words were enough for Rio to turn you around and to bend you over the counter. His hands found the waistband of your jeans pulling them down, growling at the sight of your almost bare ass. Rio yanked your underwear leaving the bottom half of your body completely naked. You could feel the warm fluid slowly leaking out from your fold as you anticipated his next move.
“Never question my abilities mama” he said in a husky tone as he slapped your ass hard. You let out a loud moan already feeling the sting his hands left behind. He pressed his growing crotch against you lowering his mouth to your ear whispering.
“Am I clear?” He slapped your ass once again when you didn’t answer, making you whimper. You felt him take a step back as he dropped his pants coming back to press his erection against your bare skin. You pushed your body back to get even closer to him, but his hands steadied your figure, grabbing your hips firmly.
“Did you forget who’s in charge here?” He said teasing your slit with his erected member. “Let me show you” he continued as he pushed his tip inside of you slowly stretching you out making you moan. He groaned lowly as he rammed into you making you shriek in pleasure. It felt better than anything you’d ever imagined before. His tip was brushing your deep spot and you couldn’t contain yourself anymore, screaming as he pushed in and out of you at a fast pace. The pleasure was immaculate as you stood on your tiptoes giving him an even better access to your aching core. He slapped your ass one more time before grabbing a fistful of your hair, bringing you to him as he started kissing bellow your ear.
“Fuck, you’re soaking wet for me” He stated, moving his hand to rub your needy clit. The way he was playing with the bundle of nerves between your shaky legs, brought you closer to the edge.
“Is that what you wanted mama? Am I fucking you good enough?” He asked as your eyes rolled back making you see stars from the pleasure he was giving you. Each stroke was getting deeper and deeper as you grabbed the kitchen counter, moaning loudly, encouraging him to keep pleasuring you like he was doing. He rubbed your clit a little bit faster and before you could even comprehend what was happening, you were coming undone, clenching around him.
“Yes! Oh my- fuck Rio” you moaned, tears welling in your eyes as your orgasm took over you. He didn’t stop, but you could feel his thrusts getting sloppier indicating he was close to his release. The sight of your ass bouncing back against him was all it took for him to spill his loads into you, letting out a throaty groan. He pulled out of you slowly taking a step back pulling up his pants. You stood up, making your way to the bathroom, cleaning yourself as you put on a pair of shorts. As you came back in the kitchen, Rio was still there, finishing his drink, staring at you with a slight smirk on his face
“What’s with the smirk?” You asked trying to sound like someone who didn’t just get railed on the kitchen countertop. He downed his drink, putting it back on the island as he walked forward, standing in front of you. He looked you up and down, meeting your gaze, pulling a piece of your hair back from your face
“I got the job done, didn’t I?” he smiled cockily as you rolled your eyes
“Whatever” he laughed at the way you tried to ignore his previous question. You both knew you were satisfied with what had just happened moments ago even if you tried to hide it.
“I’ll contact you for the drop off” he said as you smiled content that the deal was still on
“As you wish, boss” you answered teasingly as he slapped your ass one last time before exiting throught the front door, leaving you shocked and alone. You liked it and you were scared to admit that you would like for it to happen again. That night, as you got into bed, your mind couldn’t help but wander to the man always dressed in all black. You couldn’t help but to think about his eyes, his hands, his mouth, his cock… Oh how he made you feel so good was not even understandable. Why would you even question his ability to please you? How was he so good at it? Everything he did was just … perfect.
The real question was: was there something he wasn’t good at?

Somebody To Love (Part 15- New Life)
(Ben!RogerTaylor)
Word count: 1,722
Warnings: None small Fluff
—————————————————
Once we got back home from tour me and Roger talk about what were we going to do for our wedding. I've always wanted a big wedding but always being busy there would never be time for one. "Instead of going to the courthouse and just sign papers... What about we do a small family and friends wedding like in a backyard? Make it a cute backyard or park wedding... Something like that?" He asks as there was a knock at my door. "Yeah, that's cute. Mary? What's wrong?" I ask seeing her crying. Oh Freddie must have told her...
"Come on in, sweetie." I lead her over to the sofa as Roger watches from the kitchen. "Freddie told me he's bisexual but I corrected him and told him he's gay. It just hurts, Alice. I'm just tired of the I love you but..." She cries and I hold her in my arms. I look back at Roger and he goes to my room to give us space. "I'm so sorry Mary." I rub her back. "Did you know?" She sits up to look at me. "I sorta did... I was putting the pieces together when I saw him and Paul together all the time. I really wanted to tell you Mary, but it wasn't my place to tell you. Please don't be upset with me." I hold her and she shakes her head, "I'm not upset with you. I think it would have been worse if you told me over the phone on your." She starts to smile.
"Is that a ring?" She picks up my hand looking at the ring. "Yes, Roger asked me to marry him on stage in Rio." Her mouth drops open and quickly smiles, "AHHH CONGRATS!" She hugs me and I tell her she can sleep in my guest room for tonight.
~
Roger didn't want to wait long any longer to have our wedding so he made a date that literally was next week. It's literally only been two months since he asked me to marry him. Also not only did Roger buy a new house for the two of us to move into, but he also bought my parents a new house with a lovely plot of land for our wedding. When my mum found out all of the news she was in tear no stop so happy. Today me and the rest of the wives plus Mary were going to look at dresses. "What you girls going to do today?" Roger asks as I open the door letting Veronica in with little Robert, Michael, and Laura.
"I'm so sorry I had to bring them. My mum and dad couldn't watch them today." She gives me a weak smile. "It's fine, Veronica. I want to see baby Laura." I put my arms out and she gives Laura to me. "Look at you! You are such a cutie." I kiss her forehead and Roger laughs at me. "What are you laughing at?" Veronica asks him holding Michael in her arms while Robert ran over to him. "It's funny seeing Alice with a baby." He says picking up Robert making me and Veronica laugh. "I forgot you never seen Alice babysit for me." She says as there was another knock at the door.
"Yea, Another baby." Roger answers the door letting Chrissie in with baby Jimmy. "Hello girls." She smiles walking up to us. "I should get going and leave you girls alone. Have fun darling." Roger puts down Robert and gives me a kiss before taking off. "Roger said to let myself in." Mary says opening the door. "Everyone is here now." I smile still holding Laura. "When are you and Roger going to try for a baby?" Chrissie asks me as we start to get ready to leave. "Umm I don't know." I smile as we carry the babies out to the car putting them in their seats. "Mommy, I ride with Awice." Robert says holding onto my hand. "That's fine with me because Chrissie and Jimmy were going to ride with me." I say and he jumps up and down. "I don't mind at all. Mary would you like to ride with me?" Veronica asks Mary and she takes that offer.
When we get to one of the dress shop a few customers looked at us since we had so many of us. "Alice, darling! I picked out a few dresses you might love." The lady who I called yesterday smiles leading us towards the dressing rooms. I end up trying on three before the one I loved which was the last one. "Alice, you look so beautiful!" Mary claps her hands making Robert do the same making us all giggle at him. "I agree, that's perfect for your little backyard wedding." Veronica smiles and Chrissie nods her head agreeing. "Is that the one?" The worker asks me and I smile at her, "It's the one." I go back to change into my regular clothes.
"Alice, I've been thinking and I feel like you are keeping a secret." Chrissie smiles at me making the other two rush over to me. "What secret?" Veronica asks smiling like an idiot. "When I asked about her and Roger having a baby. She smiles but I saw her cheeks turn pink." Chrissie pokes at my cheeks and I start to blush. "You are aren't you!" Mary squeals and the other two wait for an answer. "Yes." I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding. "AHHHHH!" They all scream and hug me. "When are you going to tell Roger? How long are you?" Veronica holds my hands. "About two months." I say and the gasp. "Had haven't told Roger yet?" Mary hits my arm. "Not yet but I know I need to." I rub my arms.
~
"You girls know, I was hoping you and your babies would be gone by the time I came home right." Roger said walking into living room taking a seat next to me. "Sorry, we were just leaving." Chrissie smiles and Veronica winks at me while Mary helps Veronica with the babies. "Veronica, aren't you forgetting one." Roger points at Robert, who was napping, with his head on my lap. "Nope, he wanted to spend the night with Aunt Awice. Thank you again, Alice." She smiles at me, "No problem, you have those two to worry about." I was goodbye as they walk out the door.
"You're good with kids." Roger kiss the top of my head. "Yep, plus I love them so they aren't a problem for me." I smile as Robert starts to wake up. "Mommy weave?" He asks and I tell him yes. "You ready for something to eat?" I ask and he jumps in the sofa. "Food!" He giggles falling onto my lap. "Roger, watch him while I make the food?" I ask setting him in his lap. "Sure." He says bounce Robert in his legs.
As I was in the kitchen making food I could hear Roger and little Robert a laughing storm in the other room. "Food is ready!" I call for them and Roger rushes over to the table hold Little Deacon in his arms. "You know, I can't wait for our own little guy or girl." Roger smiles at me and I smile back. "Really? Then I guess you're lucky." I smile at him putting their plates down. "Wait... What? Are you pregnant?!" He puts Robert down and rushes over to me. "Surprise." I smile and he spins us around. "I'M GOING TO BE A HUSBAND AND A FATHER!" He yells giving me small kisses all over my face.
After eating and talking to Roger about the baby and the wedding, we decide it was a good time to get some sleep. "Really? He's sleeping with us?" Roger crosses his arms looking at Robert laying in the middle of the bed. "When I spend the night at Deaky’s and Veronica’s he'll always cry to lay with me." I say as Robert cuddles into my arms. "I take it back... I don't want a baby. It's going to steal you from me." He laughs laying down in bed with us. "Goodnight Rog, Love you." I say closing my eyes. "Goodnight Love, I love you too."
~
A week flashed by and so did the entire wedding. Roger actually cried when he saw me in my dress walking down to him. After the ceremony we all ate and drank, well I couldn't do to being pregnant, which we told everyone about and they were even more happy. Hell even my entire pregnancy went by in a flash since I stayed home instead of going on tour. Baby Felix was due at anytime so Chrissie and Veronica sorta moved in to keep an eye on me.
"Girls, I think Felix is ready to come out." I say calmly getting up off the sofa. "Wait, What?" Veronica asks starting to panic. "OH HE IS A COMING! NOT A DRILL LADIES!" I start to shout and the grab my bag rushing me to the car. "I'll stay here and call someone to watch the kids and I'll call the boys and your family." Chrissie says as me and Veronica drive to the hospital.
Giving birth was absolutely the worse pain anyone could ever go through. I didn't even get to have family in the delivery room because once me and Veronica got there the baby was ready. The doctors were shocked at how I went into labor so quickly and dilated so fast. So once everyone got here Felix was already out. "Your family is here, Mrs Taylor." The nurse said as my mom and dad walked in with Poppy, Thomas, and Harry behind them. "Aww he's such a cutie!" I mom bends down and I hand him to her. They all get a chance to hold Felix before more people started to come in.
"Sorry Love, I would have been here faster!" Roger burst through the door with the boys and Chrissie and Mary following behind him. "Do you want to hold your son?" I ask handing the baby over to him. "I can't believe you're finally here." He says studying Felix's little face. "It's my turn to hold him!" Brian puts his arms out making me laugh.
