Percabeth band!au where Percy is in a band that Annabeth is obsessed with and adores every member of until he asks her out. Annabeth was raised in a toxic household she can recognise a potential power trip from a mile away, so when Percy asks her out after seeing her in his crowd, she draws an immediate non-existent link between Percy and those people who get off on being idolised.

Meanwhile, Percy just saw a pretty girl in the front row and wanted to take her for dinner and be the good man his mother taught him to be!

#poor percy is just confused #she seemed to be having a good tume at the concert and was excited to see him then #but now shes staring daggers at him over the dinner he's paying for #annabeth telling piper how she thinks he's suspicious and piper being like “why are you still meeting up with him then”#annabeth starting to doubt her logic because piper has a point #she lets her guard down once on their next date and finds herself having a good time #this just males percy even more confused #poor boy has dealt with her liking him then hating him then liking him #he wont do anything now until he speaks to his wingmen (yes plural this boy is oblivious)#both of their friends suck at advice and it all just goes wrong #until percy talks to sally and the queen just asks if hes actually communucated with annabeth #he has an “oh yeah” moment and proceeds to actually communucate his thoughts and feelings at their next sate #annabeth opens up a little bit and they agree to start again pretending they no nothing about one another #percy jackon and the olympians #percabeth
