Thanks everybody! What I'm getting from this is that it'll take experimentation to figure out what smoothie ingredients I like best together, but most combinations are at least decent (also that frozen spinach can be added to add nutrients with minimal changes to the taste) The other thing I got from this is that my mom makes smoothies uhhhhh...unusually. I thought making smoothies was more complicated than it actually is because she made smoothies like every day when I was a teenager and she added so much stuff, especially flax and chia seeds, that the texture was indescribable and she called them "sludgies". It is very good to know that it is not complicated to make them not that!
Hey y'all! Do you have any advice about making smoothies? Like, what kinds of fruit and veggies go well together, what combos very much don't work, and especially if you have any advice on what frozen fruits or veggies work best. I am thinking about trying making smoothies but I know pretty much nothing about it lol

I think?#so I do not remember why I didn't drink the sludgies. besides. you know. the sludginess.#I'll ask my brother lol
