i defend horizons from people just blindly comparing ash and liko without taking into account that their characters and journeys are different but. ill admit the geeta battle was kinda bullshit
#tbh it iiiis sorta distracting to be on dawn’s flop era and having it br taken super seriously#and its resolved in a very grand way later one#on#plus ash’s losing streaks are always treated very seriously#but when liko got in a losing streak it was… kinda unacknowledged and unresolved#and when they did acknowledge it it wasnt really resolved in a satisfying way#she just… gets the tera orb anyways. there are no consequences or loss of confidence#echoed voice
