#she is stressed out 95% of the time and that increases when her and Sunny become friends

Text
Harmony Eaglewood (one of my OC's)
I just realized something about her.
She's in the prime position to be the "pack leader" of the school; she comes from a prestigious family, has great magical ability, and has all the boys falling at her feet. But she's so wrapped up in making her family proud and upholding their legacy that she sort of skips over that High School drama phase.
So when the kids gang up on Sunny and tease her, Harmony is standing off to the side thinking about how she was placed in class Diamond (the best of the best) but is still going to have to deal with her overbearing mom who won't congratulate her for doing what was already expected of her. If anything, Harmony just obtained the bare minimum.

omg confident gay dahyun in that last post 😏 could you please expand on that? do they date
yes ofc i gotchu
jeongyeon means to text dahyun back. really, she does. but every time she looks at the little note on a torn piece of paper, all wrinkly and worn out from folding and unfolding it all week, with the messily scrawled loopy handwriting; she just freezes up. it’s kind of dumb.
nayeon gives her an incredulous look and then squawks, “so you’re telling me, that a pretty girl who’s exactly your type, gave you her number and you didn’t text her back?”
jeongyeon scowls at her friend, well aware of how this all sounds. then says sheepishly, “i’ve been meaning to text her.”
“been meaning to my ass.” nayeon is climbing the table lunging at jeongyeon suddenly, “give me your phone, idiot. no give it, gimme - jeongie no- gimme your phone -”
jeongyeon manages to hold her phone just out of reach from a pouting nayeon.
her plans are totally foiled though because, somehow, nayeons still managed to text dahyun despite her efforts at playing cool.
they meet that tuesday after a lot of back and forth. it’s mostly dahyun sending her memes and jeongyeon trying her best not to reply with reaction pictures. (she fails obviously, and is unaware of how utterly charmed dahyun is with how jeongyeon tries to apologise).
jeongyeon has spent basically the whole day stressed about what to wear and nayeon and jihyo have to come over to tag team in outfit picking and also give her a healthy dose of their clowning and pep-talk dynamic that always throws her for a loop. it’s pretty effective because jeongyeon feels a weird combination of confident but also humbled at the same time.
jeongyeon’s breath catches in her throat when she catches sight of dahyun. it’s pretty awkward because jeongyeon has somehow forgotten how pretty dahyun is. she’s promptly reminded when dahyun turns the corner and walks up to greet her, somehow in slow motion, birds are singing, the clouds have parted to shine a pretty sunny glow around dahyun’s head like a halo. she looks straight up looks like an angel or something. jeongyeon literally trips over her own feet, distracted by the way dahyun tucks her hair behind her ear when she looks up to give her a wide smile that lights up her whole face. she spills coffee down her shirt when dahyun guides her by the elbow to their seats. her entire neck is burning because dahyun has jumped into action, patting at jeongyeon’s torso with some tissues and asking, eyebrows furrowed with genuine concern, if she’s burnt herself and if she’s okay. it takes all of her willpower not to just reach down and hold dahyun’s hand in hers.
eventually jeongyeon loosens up. they talk about the dumbest things and have spent about 95% of their date laughing. jeongyeon feels the light ache in her cheeks from it. she thinks she wouldnt mind hearing dahyun’s laugh for the rest of her life. and is kind of worried by how much she likes this girl even though it’s been about an hour.
somehow a morning coffee turns into a six hour date, complete with dahyun insisting on driving jeongyeon home, walking her to her apartment entrance, kissing her on the cheek and promising to text her that night.
dahyun does text. and they spend that whole night messaging each other silly memes back and forth, looking for an excuse to keep talking. jeongyeon spends the next couple of days looking up her ceiling with a dumbass smile on her face, heart beating wildly.
they go on another date about a week later. and then another about two days after that.
and then the next thing they know, tuesday is date night.
tuesday is their commitment to each other’s busy schedules, jeongyeon with her hectic high powered job and dahyun’s constant rock between business trips. but despite this, they never miss a chance to see each other. jeongyeon thinks this might be something.
one time, dahyun drops by jeongyeons office with some lunch from their favourite sushi place. jihyo is giving her the dumbest, smuggest grin through the glass walls, bringing nayeon back with her at some point so they can both point and make faces at them.
dahyun drops by the next week with a bag of her favourite doughnuts and some coffee, even remembers to cheerfully greet jeong’s assistant by name and hands over some to him too. she feels warm, overwhelming happiness surge through her when dahyun wipes at cheek with a wet tissue to get rid of the glaze. and then kisses the corner of her mouth, pulling back to give her a once over, a dumb smile taking over her face.
jeongyeons workload increases exponentially and towards the end of their financial year, nearing christmas budget deadlines. she feels so horrible about it but there’s no escaping the meetings and business trips and has to start cancelling their dates because she just needs some sleep and time to go home and stress-cry. shes barely seen nayeon and jihyo at work, and in the rare moments when she does, they both look like they’ve gone a few rounds with a bulldozer and lost.
theres incessant knocking at her door that tuesday, nearing midnight. jeongyeon has no time for this, she’s stressed and is running on about three hours of sleep and has only gotten home about thirty minutes ago, she hasn’t even changed out of her work clothes yet. she opens the door to give them a piece of her mind, ready to unleash her anger. then dahyun is pushing in past her, making a beeline for the kitchen and is pulling out take-out boxes from a paper bag and is methodically setting them out on the countertop, not saying a word. instead she’s filled a plate with food and is holding it out to jeongyeon, eyes filled with worry and deep affection.
jeongyeon feels a relief so deep that her knees buckle. dahyun looks like a dream, an actual angel so lovely; she’s a garden of flowers in full bloom all at once, in her chest.
jeongyeon feels like she’s floating on a cloud. crashed her plane. like dahyun has cracked her heart not to break it, but to pour all her sunlight in. sweet, and tender and warm and painful all at once. love is a terrible, deep ache in her chest and jeongyeon knows, she wouldnt dare have it any other way.
this is how their love works. jeongyeon is tired and stressed and needs to sleep very badly but dahyun is a breath of fresh air, makes her feel wrapped up inside her coat during winter, seeing the full moon at night, all the stars.
jeongyeon takes the plate. and in return gives dahyun her heart.
