i should live in westeros to give people advice because if rhaenyra and laenor really did try for kids (or at least try to try) then what they should have done was accept no kids and then say that until a kid is born, aegon would be rhaenyra’s heir, which solves alicent’s problem of thinking rhaenyra would try to kill her kids, would solve otto’s self made problem of wanting his blood to rule, would give that kid something to aspire to other than fucking around, and would really make everyone feel a lot better about the succession
