#ruby rose#weiss schnee#whiterose#white rose#rwby#my art#some random college AU#most of the time ruby wears contacts since she runs track and glasses would get in the way#then one day she notices the pretty girl aka weiss in her shared classes struggling to see the whiteboard even tho she in the front row#ruby doesn't pay much mind to it until she sees that weiss looks like she's in pain#so she goes and confronts her about it#and asks if shes ok and about her eyesight problem#and then weiss snaps at ruby to mind her own business bc shes weiss#and ofc ruby is worried so shes determined to help her bc shes ruby#then during one of their shared classes weiss zones off and can't concentrate bc of her headache being a butt#she misses out on a lot of class notes and PANICS#she almost didn't feel someone tapping her from behind and obviously its ruby trying to be nice and lend her her notes#weiss reluctantly accepts and thanks her#and after that they start to become friends#weiss opens up to ruby that she wears contacts but her eyes are sensitive to them and her eyes would start to hurt in a short amount of time#and that shes afraid of wearing glasses bc shes weiss schnee and thinks that wearing them is a sign of weakness and that shell look weird#ruby takes none of her shit and supports her wearing them and starts to put hers on herself unless when shes running#weiss slowly learns that its ok but that doesnt mean she still isnt self-concious about it#then ruby blurts out that weiss looks cute in her glasses and then weiss short-circuits and says 'you too'#and now both of them are embarrassed and sweetly awkward and fall a little in love with the other ok bye tag limit dammit#all in all theyre stupid and i accidentally made it about weiss bc i love her im sorry
