Today's beast was so dear to me, they're one of the few I actually named. Meet Pancake the Mantapup, who found a home at Canfurence. The jolliest little soul in the sea.

In the Indian Ocean and off of northen Australia, newborn blacktip reef sharks measure 40-50 cm (16-20 in) long. In the Pacific Islands, free-swimming pups as short as 33 cm (13 in) have been observed.

Shark puppers! These three will be at Furnal Equinox in less than 48 hours. Eek! Given the theme, I've got lots of aquatic critters this year, including two more sharks that aren't pictured.

have no idea why ive been so taken with calling dogs 'woby' lately. most corrupted possible form. dog > puppy > puby > wuby > woby. sometimes that animal is a woby

Oh sure if I call striped hyenas perfect puppers people will correct me saying actually they’re more closely related to cats, but when I say sharks are ouppies nobody jumps in to say they’re more closely related to fish? Curious!
