Last year was the first I ever did a led class with paramaguru sharath jois. It was a beyond humbling experience. He was so harsh with me, one highlight was when he saw me jump into a wobbly flemsy bakasana. He was standing right behind me and kept repeating over the microphone, "horrible bakasana! horrible. No good. So bad." Everyday for a year I would hear his voice, and those words in my head when I practiced bakasana. Here I am, right behind him, with my butt high up in the air, belly lifted, heels together, toes pointed and my arms pretty straight (for a led intermediate class anyway.) And there he is this year, standing right in front of me, looking in the other direction!
