Ooooooooo im about to make tom kha gai tonight for dinner from the costco rotisserie chicken i got last night i already made a shredded chicken sandwich and a small bowl of chicken soup from the chicken stock i made with the carcass literally no part left behind!!!!!!!!!!! Im so EXCITED!!!! TOMORROW KHA GAI IS MY ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE

hehehe peep my chicken stock and chicken sandwich. I spent all morning shredding the chicken today!!!! So worth it tho!!!!
