Welp...
I am still behind on Precipice, sorry XD To the point where there’ll probably just be one chapter this week/weekend, not two like I said the other day...I am going to try to do one over the weekend, too, and I’ll definitely get the next chapter up either tonight or tomorrow (tomorrow’s looking more likely), but...yeah.
Anyway, to appease you...here’s a couple snippets from the Epic Crossover RP OF DOOM! (See also)
Two scenes, both behind a cut. One is pretty long and vaguely spoilery; one is shorter (but Impactful!) and fairly spoilery.
1:
There really wasn't much time to waste, so the moment she got home, Phryne began putting her plans in motion. Dot up the stairs to pack for everyone and mutter about the unreliability of her employer (well, probably not, Dot was too sweet for that), Jane to go collect the various numbers to call and to give Aunt P some notice, and now she had to find Mr. Butler.
Mr. Butler was in the kitchen, sorting through the dry goods in the pantry. "Miss Fisher," he said, stepping out. "Dorothy let me know you're planning to leave."
Phryne blinked. "Really? She misspoke, then. We're going. Ideally by the day after tomorrow."
"Ah," he said, and frowned slightly. "No, she didn't let me know things were moving that quickly."
"Will you be able to manage it?" she asked, leaning against the doorframe casually. "I'll understand if not, but we really do need to go as soon as possible."
He nodded. "Yes, I can make all the arrangements you'll need. She said Miss Chantal would be going with you, as well?"
"Yes," Phryne said, "so we'll need transportation for the five of us, and it's better if it's not… entirely legal. At least not on the second leg."
"Of course," he said, then frowned again. "Five?"
"Well, the four of us, and Chantal," Phryne said. "Who else? Am I forgetting someone?"
It was a rhetorical question, but she did want to hear the answer.
"No," he said. "Just..." Something she couldn't quite read flickered in his eyes. "It might be best, Miss Fisher, if I stay here. Keep the house secure, until your return."
Oh, now, that was interesting. She might have just won five credits off herself. "Absolutely not," she said. "Either it will be fine, or… well, nothing you can do will stop it."
"I am rather capable, Miss," he said.
"I have no doubt that you are," Phryne said. "This would be too much."
He nodded once, and looked away. "Still. I think it would be best if I stayed here."
And now to figure out how best to say 'too bad.' "I won't leave any of my people behind," she said. "Not to face what might happen."
"I understand that," he said. "And I appreciate your concern. But I'll manage. And I'm...concerned that my being with you might put you and the young ladies at risk."
"In what sense?" Ooh, so close to five credits.
He hesitated a moment. "There are things about my past that I haven't told you," he said. "And I should have, perhaps, but here on Imperial Center--" his voice grew uncharacteristically bitter for a moment, before smoothing out again "--it didn't matter. But given where Dorothy said you're planning to go..."
Ahah. Definitely something to do with the rebels. That was five credits to her, and five more if, as she suspected, he was a clone. "And?" she asked. "That doesn't mean I'll leave you to face the Imperial army."
"I can handle the army," he said. "But my…I stand a very good chance at putting you and the others at risk. More risk than I'd face, staying here."
Phryne lifted an eyebrow. "Forgive me, Mr. Butler, but I quite seriously doubt that."
He stared down at the bag of flour in his hands. "I have history, with some of the--people, you'll be asking for help."
She let that hang for a moment, then said, "I am going to make you say it, I'm afraid."
He nodded once, and took a breath. Without looking at her, he said, "In another life, I was CC-2224."
Ten credits! She did not cheer out loud, though. "Yes, well, that's not a complete surprise."
"Part of why I didn't say anything," he admitted. "I had a feeling you wouldn't be able to resist looking into my background. And you never said anything to me, so..." He shrugged one shoulder. "Still, I hope you understand why I can't come with you. Not this time."
Phryne did give him a rather sheepish smile at that. "I'm afraid I wasn't able to resist anyway. At any rate, no, I do not understand why you can't come with us. I still think it will be far more dangerous to leave you here."
"To me, perhaps," he said. "But my...the things I did..." He shook his head. "They'd turn you away, or worse."
"Not with my references," Phryne said. "Which I can't tell you about, but they absolutely will not turn us away."
He didn't look entirely convinced. "I still think I would put you at risk. It would be better to leave me behind--all right, maybe not here, but..."
"And yet I'm not going to do it," Phryne said. "Why are we still talking about it?"
"Because I was hoping to persuade you," he said. "I don't...I don't know how to explain what I did, what it'll mean to them if you arrive with me. Other than to tell you bringing me along is a bad idea."
"Since when have any of my ideas ever been good?" she asked. "Besides—" Her voice hardened. "You are a member of my household. If they are so rude as to do anything, we will simply leave Chantal with them and figure something else out."
"I wouldn't call it rude, given--" He sighed, and shook his head. "I'm not going to convince you, am I."
"No," she said, cheerfully. "I'm really not sure why you tried. If Jack can't keep me off crime scenes you certainly can't keep me from taking you with me."
"Yes, I suppose I should've known better," he agreed. "I'll do what I can to shield you from any fallout, when they see me. But I can't promise anything."
"Mr. Butler," Phryne said, "you will do no such thing. If there is any fallout to be shielded, I will do the shielding."
2:
The princess seemed a little pale, but smiled her usual professional smile. "Thank you for coming again, Madam President. It's lovely to see you again."
"Your Highness," Laura said, and bowed. "It is a pleasure to be here. How may I be of use?"
"Rather the opposite," she said, rising--a little stiffly--from her chair and coming down off the dais, with a small datapad. "I've been doing some research, and I know you've been curious about some of our history. I took the liberty of putting together some texts that might be a good baseline."
"Ah, thank you very much." It seemed a bit odd for the princess to call her in for that— surely she could have sent it by messenger? "It will be very useful should His Majesty chose to allow us to stay."
"That was my thought," the princess agreed, offering her the datapad.
"Thank you." Laura took it, and on a hunch, activated the screen.
It booted up like any of the other datapads she'd seen, except--
Below the 'search' bar, in painstakingly drawn Colonial script:
   Darth Lawless is a Cylon.

Coming Attractions!
Short one again, and technically a day late, ah well.
As always, feel free to check out my writing discord; and I’ll hang out for an Open Question Night if y’all are interested!
I also have a couple of meme/question lists open (one; two; three; four; five); feel free to send me some of those (please specify which list)!
Star Wars Projects:
Precipice!verse: Still not officially on hiatus because I am Determined not to let that happen, lol. I am...admittedly not sure when the next chapter/next Preludes story will come out, but.
SWBB: I am starting to toy with stuff for next year, but I don’t have a concrete idea yet...still leaning towards a BSG crossover because there’s a lot of Interesting Stuff I could do there (especially in PT/TCW era, which has always been my SW home, so to speak).
AtLA Projects:
On hold for the moment...I couldn’t sustain the momentum, alas. But I’m sure sooner or later (probably sooner) something will pop up that will get me to start Actively Working on at least the Avatar Zuko story, and maybe one of the others.
Castlevania Projects:
I swear I really am working on Incinctus XD It’s just this next chapter is being a pain in the ass; I’ve got the like...two or three after it essentially ready but This One.
BSG Projects:
The Other Battlestar is actually coming along! I’m probably just going to go in chronological order, which does mean spending a solid chunk at the beginning introducing four (or possibly five) OCs who are central to the plot (Pegasus SMO Daphne [Last Name Still Needed]; the marine officer formerly known as Rex who needs renamed [as I complained about the other day lol]; Replacement VP [who...also needs a name, lol...]; and then Atia [who does all the Science Stuff]; I am also putting a Four in play because I can, but he might not get introduced until Pegasus happens to that civilian fleet.)
...yeah, there are still some missing names here XD I’m also still not super happy with the title, but I have yet to come up with a better one...and toying with the idea of doing one POV per chapter and having the POV character as the chapter title (like I did with Take a Bond of Fate; or some other internal structure, but that can be settled once I have more text.
But I did have fun earlier today poking at Fleet!Cavil and how some of his gambits are altered. Little taste (rough/unedited/draft-y; not sure I like some of the wording I’m using here, but still):
He could, technically, refer to them as Shelly and Vera, but it felt so...undignified, to think of them as anything other than what they were. They were Cylons, not humans. The names were a convenient fiction while they were completing the genocide.
And now, he supposed, the mop-up after.
Still, a way to distinguish them would be useful, especially since they had gone to such lengths to distinguish themselves. Fine. Six-A would be the buttoned-up librarian, and Six-B would be the clever prostitute.
Anyway, I’m going to keep pushing at this; goal is to work on it a little bit each day and hopefully these holes will fill in as I go. I’m also thinking ahead to NaNo, and how I want to split my time there...but hopefully I’ll have started posting this before we get there, lol.
(As for other BSG projects--various random prompts that have flitted around my brain; Serenissima; pondering a For Sorrow Sung rewrite--those are not a Focus at the moment but are definitely hanging around and might see some movement as well. I also need to get back to my rewatch...)
Other Fanfic Projects:
My PodTogether project went live! It is a Leverage/Nikita crossover, and I had a great time putting it together and working with farkenshnoffingottom (who was my podficcer).
Original Fic:
I do love the summer challenges on Rainbowfic because I always get stuff done there, lol. I think I did some really nice things this time around.
I am vaguely poking at some of the other/more long-term projects (Lady Mordred; one or two alternate history things; that first contact novel I was working on for NaNo one year...) but no actual text has made it down lately. I should get back into those...
...I think that pretty much sums it up!

On OC Creation
[Disclaimer: I’m not super interested in Discourse about Mary Sues and/or the concept of OCs in general. Just...starting this whole thing with a foundational premise that OCs are Fun and Not A Bad Thing.]
So, I’ve been thinking some about OC creation (because, as I’ve mentioned before, I am pathologically incapable of not creating a stable of OCs when I’m in a fandom for more than five minutes lol; also I’ve been falling back into AtLA and I have...A Lot of OCs there XD).
...anyway, I’ve been thinking about it, and...I’m curious, those of you out there who have OCs, how do you create them? Mine tend to kind of fall into four groups.
Group 1: Core OCs, or OCs that are Concepts I want to play with and/or have plots of their own (for fanfic, for RP, for just messing around in my own brain). So, like...Atia from BSG, or Addie from MCU, or Lavinia from SW, or Haku from AtLA (...as far as I remember, he fell into this category? A lot of my AtLA OCs I don’t quite remember where they started, lol...but I’m including him because I plan on using him for an upcoming AU outline project), or arguably Judas from SPN, or Des from Dresden Files...
Group 2: Satellite OCs, or OCs that basically (at least initially) serve to flesh out the backstories/etc. of Core OCs (and/or canon characters in come cases). So, like...Melanie is one of Atia’s satellites; ...Addie doesn’t actually have any until we start getting into Crossovers ETA: lol i forgot Caroline i’m dumb; Vedric Greer is one of Lavinia’s; Wei and Nuying are Haku’s; Hermes and Hathor were Judas’s (though also kind of Gabriel’s); Hamlet and Azriel and Ben were Des’s...
Group 3: Plot-Relevant OCs, or OCs that are built to serve a specific plot-related purpose and aren’t intended to have stories or backgrounds or satellites of their own. So, like...Ileana from BSG; ...I don’t actually have any from MCU; Specter and Infernalis from SW; arguably, the...I forget her name, but the woman I designed to be Iroh’s wife/Lu Ten’s mother from AtLA; Eremiel from SPN; and...I don’t recall any from DF but that doesn’t mean they didn’t exist.
Group 4: One-shot OCs, or OCs that are designed for a specific RP prompt/context. Most of these are also Plot-Relevant or Satellite OCs but I guess I think about them differently, since they’re mostly RP-based? Anyway, as some examples--Khuyen I believe I created because I needed an earthbender willing to train someone Fire-born without too much Drama, etc.; Indree was created to give Roslin some local backup/cultural advice in the Epic Crossover RP of DOOM; Addie has a Love Interest who was created for the same RP; there were quite a few from one of the two DF RPs I was involved in for a while...
Of course, while I say they’re just supposed to be Support and/or For This One Thing, OCs from Groups 2-4 often stick around, and start developing satellites and/or plotlines of their own. Like, as an SW example, I built a sister for Kallus. Then she had three sons, so I needed to name them and give them at least vague personalities (to be fair, some of this was also related to OCs created by me and a friend of mine, respectively, to be Kallus and Zeb’s kids). Then they had partners and children of their own. Eremiel (SPN) was supposed to have one specific infodumpy scene and then disappear. She ended up with a backstory related to characters who wouldn’t appear for two more seasons and the Book of Raziel. Ileana was supposed to be a sounding board for a tertiary canon character who was vital to that fic’s plot and ended up being a million times more Interesting than he was and leaking some crucial information to the press later in the story. And on and on it goes.
Sometimes, they start migrating to other ‘verses (sometimes my original stuff, like Kirana moved from AtLA to Feredar, though she left her AtLA family and some of her personality traits behind). I have one OC who was originally built for a wildly AU Dresden Files RP who then migrated to a more canon verse and then to AtLA. Judas has bounced around in at least three universes I’ve played in, excluding one-shot RPs...at least one character I originally designed for AtLA jumped generations and wound up having a plotline in LoK.
And sometimes, OCs that didn’t initially start out as connected start turning out to be. For example, Iroh’s wife, who I mentioned above (I really need to either remember what name I had for her or just rename her, lol), ended up being connected to a long-standing Plot-Relevant OC I had built as the head of the infirmary in the Fire palace (they served together in the Navy, among other things), as well as a Core OC who was...very concepty and will probably not be revived without some significant revision (IW was this character’s aunt).
Anyway, tl;dr: I create OCs based on either specific concepts/storylines I’m interested in, or as supplements to said characters, or to fill in a specific plot-necessary role. And then they start fractaling out, the same way I work in AUs. This is why I am pathologically incapable of not doing this, lol.
What about you guys? Any of you create OCs? How do you go about doing it?
...as long as we’re here, why not do an Open Question Night? Priority to questions related to OCs, given the topic of this post, but otherwise the usual rules apply. Any fandom/work I’ve discussed here or have posted on my AO3 is fair game.
What’s on your minds?
no i am not procrastinating writing the next chapter of precipice or the other things i have in the pipeline why would you say such a thing

Context? What Context?
Me - i dug up my darth lawless is a cylon post because Reasons and i really wish i could draw/photoshop and give her the sith eyes and saberpike she deserves.
Roommate - I love it
Me - because i think that would be her weapon of choice. rather than a traditional saber or staff or lightwhip.
Roommate - nod I think so. She'd definitely not want something everyone had.
Me - but still with an element of Tradition behind it. ((also a lightwhip is just Tacky. sith lord six can have that))
Roommate - Yep!
Me - ((sith lord six would also not want a lightwhip. she'd want...like...paired daggers or something. more versatile and still Very Sexy.))
Roommate - Yep!
Me - ...which means jedi!caprica probably ends up dual-wielding. especially since ahsoka is her master.
Roommate - oh definitely then Ahsoka does sort of leave an impression she has like, sais super elegant and sexy and not at all stupid like certain Kylo Rens
Me - right??? also, the hooks can be activated separately from the main blade, so she can also use them as regular knives/daggers.
Roommate - yesss
Me - ....i need to figure out everyone else's lightsabers now, don't i XD ((caprica might have yellow/gold blades, rather than blue or green.))
Roommate - Pretty! also yes
Me - chief has a pretty straightforward single blade, i think.
Roommate - Chief has no patience for fancy bullshit
Me - yup. his blade, i think, is blue. like, platonic ideal of a lightsaber. simple hilt, single blade, basic blue blade.
Roommate - but you can change the length
Me - ooooooh, yes! ...saberstaff for lampkin?
Roommate - Hmm Maybe He almost never uses whatever it is
Me - yeah, true. i think he'd like the saberstaff because he can Surprise whoever he has to draw it on with where the blade is coming from.
Roommate - Oh yeah, definitely
Me - and if he times it/positions himself right, deactivate the half they're pressing on and kill them with the other. lampkin is that delightful combination of Flashy and Practical.
Roommate - he feels so cool the one time he pulls that over on Anakin in training
Me - yuuuuuuup. ((leia is also Thrilled because her apprentice is Sneaky!))
Roommate - Yep!
Me - baltar...resists the idea of building one for a long time. he has a shota/short blade, green shading yellow. draws it even more rarely than lampkin. ((like ahsoka's second saber, kind of.))
Roommate - nodnod
Me - starbuck also has a straightforward single blade.
Roommate - Not the blaster saber Ezra does?
Me - ...hmmm, good point. i was thinking she preferred to keep her old sidearm/have her gun as a separate weapon and dual wield, but now that you mention it...
Roommate - Starbuck just likes shooting things tbh
Me - true enough. ...so she has her old sidearm and a blaster-saber. obi-wan headdesks in the background.
Roommate - yuuuup
Me - because it just Figures that his new apprentice Really Likes Guns. ...so, really, starbuck, caprica, and chief are the only ones in this group that actually use their weapons. the others just have them Just In Case.
Roommate - Yup!
Me - ((caprica and ahsoka have a lot of fun making up forms together. anyone at all interested in women is Thrilled when they demonstrate.))

Coming Attractions
Couple days late, sorry. Then again, when am I not? ^^;;
Fanfic:
Precipice: Still going strong! Still updating weekly (though I’ve admittedly been…less than on time as far as the day goes; might just give in and move the official date to Thursdays) and intend to until this is finished. It’s, uh, long, though. Especially since I have…like…three threads at this point, I might start trying to do double updates on occasion? Or do longer chapters, checking in on the two main overarching threads (i.e., Anakin & Obi-Wan and building the army; Padme & Bail and building the political arm of the Rebellion) every week? With maybe interlude-esque chapters with some of the other stuff going on… Something to ponder. Anyway, that aside, according to my (very vague) outline, I have two or three chapters left in Part 2, and then we move on the Part 3, which has a somewhat spoilery subtitle :D. But I might do a preview of the first sentence or so of the first chapter in it as a teaser over here after I finish posting Part 2. We shall see. (Also, I really need to start crossposting to Tumblr again…)
Masks: I do plan to update this one, I swear. It’s just been…not super easy. I think I mentioned before, I sort of want to skip this whole story and move on to the sequel, but I can’t, because there’s some fairly important setup that needs to actually be shown/explained, can’t just be summarized. I’ll rewatch ANH like five times, maybe then things’ll start actually cooperating…Anyway, tentative goal going forward is to sort of alternate with Distaff--one week I’ll post a chapter of that, one week a chapter of this. As opposed to trying to do both every week. (Especially since I just got a new job and am not sure what my schedule/writing time will look like. :D)
Distaff: Posted again just the other day, woot! Anakin is not in a good headspace right now…Anyway, see above about gameplan for updates. I need to figure out exactly how I’m going to rework most of the rest of ROTS, how her nightmares are going to play out/escalate…also, the plot might go in a slightly…unintended…direction after Palpatine makes his final move, as occurred to me the other night o.O. I’ve got out of order bits and pieces written, and I was rereading a section from fairly late in the story and realized I might be implying/building to a development/character arc/storyline that I’m not sure I want to work with/could write correctly. Guess I’ll see how things go as I get there…
Auxiliaries: I should really start posting this somewhere. Uh. Maybe I’ll start posting bits and pieces of it here? Some of the entry story is mostly ready, but needs a bit of cleaning up, and a name for an NPC. Anyone know how Gran names work?
Phoenix!Verse: Didn’t get anything written this month, because, as I implied above, RL got more hectic than I was expecting. Goal is to start work on that this week.
Serenissima: Not dead. Just…uh…hibernating.
Original:
Well, I hit…one of last month’s goals, technically. I got some research done on my epic historical novel project. I’m not sure how much of it I want to actually draw on, because I need to find a balance between History and Mythology because reasons. I’ll keep working at it. Have another couple books to read through, will do at least one this month. And hopefully start putting some actual text down on either this or Traditional SciFi Novel Project.
Also, post at least three pieces to Rainbowfic. Any applicable universe. Even Institute Files, if anything from there comes out of the primordial soup that is my brain…

Coming Attractions
First Monday of the month, so here we go!
Usual plug for my writing discord here; I’ll hang around for an Open Question Night as well.
Another short one/not a whole lot to say, lol. But still, I’d like to keep in this habit.
PodTogether:
Writing is essentially finished; a couple minor things that might end up changing depending on what my partner/podficcer says, but I am going to No Longer Fuss With It unless I’m told otherwise, because the alternative would be me Continuing to fuss with it until posting which doesn’t work for this challenge :P
There are a couple bits I feel are a little rushed, but overall I’m pretty happy with what I put together. It’s a Nikita/Leverage crossover, and I had fun working on it. It’ll be up...end of this month/beginning of next month, depending on where we end up in the posting schedule.
Star Wars:
Haven’t...really gotten anything done this past month, oh well. Uh, I do hope to actually get back into the swing of things because I genuinely want to continue/get to future arcs in Precipice!verse, but...well, we’ll see.
I’m also continuing to Ponder things I might write for next year’s BB, because I really love participating in it. Might be a crossover (a couple of BSG crossovers are still lurking in the back of my head, lol), might be something that occurs to me over the next few months somehow...I guess you’ll know when I know? XD
BSG:
I have some time off coming up later this month and I’m planning on using that to buckle down and actually get enough going on The Other Battlestar (which still needs a better title; I will take suggestions, lol) to start posting it at the end of this month.
Castlevania:
Incinctus will update sometime this week, I am saying it here and now. The next chapter is almost done, lol. And then Hopefully I’ll update on a semi-regular basis after that...
Original Fic:
I did actually get some done this month! \o/ First time in...lol, nearly a year, based on the dates on RF...but still! Things happened!
...yeah, that was a short one this month. But it’s nice to check in anyway? So...yeah. What are you guys working on? And/or what’s on your mind, in terms of Open Question Night? I’d love to hear from you!

Posting a few Miscellaneous Tidbits, which will hopefully entertain y’all and help me feel Accomplished so I get things rolling, so to speak ^^;;
Below, some snippets from Distaff, Auxiliaries, Epic Crossover RP of DOOM, The Caladrius (Phoenixverse), an upcoming Outline (not LGSaC, this is The Mask of Zorro Fusion No One One Person Asked For) and Precipice.
(Please note that the Precipice segment is actually from what will probably be broken off into a sequel after a six-year timejump following Arc 7, so it is pretty spoilery. It’s also the last in the document. Also, all of these except the ECRPOD bits are drafts and subject to change.)
1. Distaff (this actually comes from the next chapter; which is in part delayed because there’s like twelve things obi-wan has to do before he leaves for Utapau which is the next thing that happens soooooo yeah.)
“But she’s not in any danger?” Padme had already said so, but…
She shook her head, then paused. “Not immediate or direct danger, anyway. Not from--not from what I know.”
Which was fair. Anakin remained alarmingly reckless--though, come to think of it, she hadn’t actually slipped off to race or anything of the like more than once or twice since their return to Coruscant. Unusual, and an important piece of the puzzle, he was certain.
But even with that, the full picture remained--elusive.
“She’s going to tell you,” Padme went on. “She just...she loves you, and she needs you, and she doesn’t want...I think she’s afraid of losing you.”
He paused, letting that sink in for a moment. “There is...there is nothing she could say that would make that happen.”
“I know,” she said. “And I’m pretty sure she does, too. Deep down. It’s just...there’s knowing, and then there’s knowing, and she doesn’t want to disappoint you.”
2. Auxiliaries
“No, Masters, I haven’t yet been able to get a sample. But this boy, he’s…” Obi-Wan shook his head. “I’ve never sensed someone so strong in the Force in my entire life.”
“What is it you intend to do?” Master Windu asked.
“I think I should bring him to Coruscant,” Obi-Wan replied, knowing how radical a thing he was proposing. “To the Temple.”
“Trained as a Jedi, you wish for him?” Yoda asked, arching an eyebrow.
He took a deep breath. “Yes. I know he’s--he’s twelve, approximately, he’s too old by any measure. But...this boy, he’s...I’m concerned about the possible ramifications of not bringing him into the fold.”
“What do you mean?” Master Mundi asked, leaning forward a little.
Obi-Wan winced internally. He had avoided speaking on the subject--avoided thinking about it, insofar as he could--since the Naboo Crisis just over three years before. So many things, so many emotions it was so hard to release--his master’s death. His Trials. His bizarre status, as the only Jedi in a thousand years who had fought and killed a--
There was no help for it now. And, as surely as he knew anything, Obi-Wan knew that Anakin Skywalker was important, and that it was his responsibility to make sure the child wasn’t...misused. “If I found him, Masters,” Obi-Wan said quietly, “the Sith might, as well.”
3. Epic Crossover RP of DOOM (three for the price of one because we think we’re hilarious)
1) "Yeah, that would be a kidnapping, I think," Leia said. "Someone tried to kidnap me once."
"And did flamethrowers happen?" Tony asked.
"Sadly, no," Leia said. "I was four, I didn't have one. But biting happened!"
"Good enough," Tony said. "Baby, if someone tries to kidnap you, bite 'em to the bone."
"Damn right," Leia said cheerfully. "It wasn’t a big deal, in the end--just this jackass who wanted Uncle Owen to buy into some sort of protection racket."
"Wow," Tony said. "From what I know of your Uncle Owen, that did not end well for him."
"Uncle Owen didn't do anything," she said. "Aunt Beru was closer to the rifle."
2) "Yeah, you're gonna need working wire first," Tony said, from the doorway. "Also, hi. Baltar, do not steal my lab partner."
"I am not your lab partner," Bruce said, automatically.
"And I'm not stealing anyone," Gaius said.
"Just borrowing," Caprica said wryly.
"Collaborating, darling."
"Hi, Tony," Ahsoka said, since apparently they didn't teach Padawans manners anymore. Nevermind that one of them was hers.
3) Tony scowled, and Bruce laughed. "More or less," he said, "but not one you can make with a screwdriver and also, we don't use the i word in this house after the toaster incident."
Caprica arched an eyebrow. "Toaster incident?"
"Well, the first toaster incident," Bruce amended. "The second toaster incident was a little less… fiery."
"Fuck you," Tony said. "I can't help it if I sleep-engineer sometimes, these things just happen."
"I know, right?" Anakin said. "Sometimes, I build the most incredible things that way. ...and sometimes Rex wakes me up with a fire extinguisher and yells at me about the med droid again."
4. The Caladrius (Phoenixverse)
Kellom made his way down to the rubble of Captivesgate, hoping that the explosive used might provide some useful details about these renegade mages and how the hell they had accomplished the impossible.
He was not, of course, so lucky as that.
“What do you mean, you haven’t found it?” he asked, maintaining surface calm only by a lifetime of military discipline.
“Just that, Highness,” the guard said. “There’s no traces of fire powder, or even black water. We even had an earth-mage go over the area, look for smaller bits we couldn’t see, and nothing.”
Which meant some sort of exotic or mage-born explosion. That much harder to trace.
“I see,” he said. “I’m going to take a look myself. You’re dismissed.” Not that  he doubted the man’s word, just that--well, sometimes it helped to get his own impressions. See things with his own eyes.
“Highness,” the guard said, and bowed and stepped aside to let him pass.
Kellom picked his way over the rubble, studying the ground--he knew where they’d found the twisted metal bits they thought had housed the explosive. That was a good place to start.
And something--
Something glittered at him, through the dust and rocks. Some kind of jewel, or crystal?
He frowned, and knelt down. Surprising, really, that it hadn’t already been removed. He pushed aside a small stone slab, and picked it up. It was small, about the size of the last joint on his smallest finger; clear red and warm to the touch.
5. AU Outline FTW
Obi-Wan created the Zorro persona to investigate Qui-Gon’s Super Sketchy Death, and then it sort of snowballed from there.
He was like twelve when he did this.
Obi-Wan’s a precocious kid, okay.
6. Precipice (this snippet comes from Arc 14, and honestly, this joke might not make it into the final thing, it’s from a fairly old draft--but that’s just all the more reason to share it now XD)
“This,” Leia muttered under her breath, “is never going to work.”
“So little faith,” Dad said. Somehow, even through the vocoder on his stolen helmet, his amusement shone through.
“Luke is too short to pass as a stormtrooper,” she pointed out, “and full-face helmets make you claustrophobic.”
“Hey, I’m not saying this is my best plan ever,” he said. “But all it has to do is get us up on that station. And you’re even shorter than Luke, princess, so if he has trouble passing…”
“We’ll be fine,” Luke interrupted, calm as always. He’s a much better Jedi than either of us, Leia thought, fondly.

Coming Attractions!
Happy New Year, everyone! And a new year means a new month, which means a Coming Attractions post!
(As always, I’m running late this month, whoops…)
Fanfic:
Precipice:
Not much really to update here--things are going well, and I do have most of the next arc plotted, at least, even if I still need to get a lot of text out. My cast is about to explode, though; that should be fun to juggle.
Masks:
I’m going to try and get the next chapter finished and posted this week. Next week at the latest. I’m increasingly aware of the fact that I really don’t want to this particular fic, so much as I want to write its sequel, but I can’t until I establish everything that needs to go here…sigh. Maybe I can cut out some of the filler arcs between ANH and ESB, and get to the fun stuff in Machinations that much faster…
Distaff:
I’m not setting a formal posting day for this one, but I’m going to try and put up a chapter at least once a week, if that makes sense? But I’m coming to a large chunk of the story that’s basically placeholders right now. I need to rewatch ROTS…
Auxiliaries:
I will start posting this (probably on a similar ‘once a weekish’ plan that I have Distaff on) as soon as I get the opening/intro arc written. Which is not, incidentally, the first bit chronologically, but it’s the logical place to start. If that makes sense…?
Phoenix:
I am going to start working on the followup this month. No idea when it’ll be posted.
Serenissma:
Still not dead. Just…uh…hiatused, a little bit. If I have time, there’s one piece I’m going to try and polish to post. Maybe I’ll put out another ‘plz help us’ request for someone to write Lee, and that’ll get things going…IDK.
Other/Unrelated:
So, the last three years, I did the SPN big bang, but I won’t be participating this year (except maybe as a beta? IDK). It feels a little weird to not have A Project with A Set Deadline to focus on, but…well, I’ve got a lot of other stuff going on, y’know? Apropos of nothing, just felt like I should share…
Original Fiction:
Ugh. Ugh. I have gotten so little done the past couple months. So I’m going to set some Goals for myself (and hopefully meet them. I’m bad at goals):
1. Post at least four pieces to RF this month. Any of the three verses I send there. Phoenix doesn’t count. 2. Work on at least one potentially-publishable piece. Actually sitting down and researching for That One Historical Novel counts, but hopefully will get some words down on something, too.
Other/General:
So, I did notice I got a couple new followers in the last month (I think from reading Precipice on AO3? I know I linked to a post here in an AN somewhere along the line...) and--is there anything y’all would like to see from me? Headcanoning, behind the scenes bits/process/whatever, deleted scenes…anything? Let me know! Feel free to drop me an ask at any time. Can’t promise how quickly I’ll answer, but I will eventually, I promise!

I'd love more of the apparent AU that you just posted with Starbuck! (Or is it an AU? Not sure)
Hey!!
That was actually a snippet from the Epic Crossover RP OF DOOM.
So called because it started as a Marvel/Precipice crossover (…man, over a year ago; I think we started even before I posted a draft of the first chapter of Precipice as my May the Fourth fic last year…)
Ahem. Anyway, it now involves a total of ten fandoms. …well, one hasn’t actually appeared onscreen yet (though it will! And it involves a delicious, delicious celebrity paradox) and one is only incorporated by reference, but it counts. Also, the BSG crossed in is technically an AU as well, mostly because we wanted New Caprica to fall out differently in some significant ways to make things easier/more fun moving forward. (Also Billy is alive again because we love him.)
So, because it is an RP, rather than one of the outline-style AUs I do, I probably won’t use it for that (which is I think what you were asking?). But I can definitely post more bits and pieces from it! …somewhat carefully curated, since it intersects with Precipice around Part Eight/Part Nine, and includes one major spoiler and several moderate ones (though one of them I’ve technically mentioned before, and another one is probably not going to be super surprising). The Colonial Fleet lands on them about two and a half years after that initial cross.
As a note, it is pretty OC-heavy–even excluding Lavinia, there are…five significant OCs, I think? Including two from Marvel who are the reason the crossover exists in the first place (in that one of them accidentally punched through a dimensional wall and the other insisted on going over to explore because Star Wars, and then things sort of spiraled from there), and one from BSG, to facilitate the previously-mentioned timeline change.
All that being said, would you like to see more scenes from that crossover, like the snippet I posted the other day? Because I can definitely do that. There’s…uh…a lot of material to draw from, even if I’m careful to avoid spoilers…

Because I’m rereading bits of the log and came across this gem...
Starbuck gritted her teeth and threw herself into a hard reverse, flipping over the enemy fighter and coming out facing him. "Dodge this," she snarled, and shot.
The frakking enemy fighter frakking matched her, move for move, sliding just to the side of her shot's trajectory. It missed him by inches.
Starbuck was going to personally murder this guy. Personally. With a big stick. She said as much to Galactica, who didn't say anything back, because of course they didn't.
Instead, right on cue, her comm shrieked again.
"--ntion unidentified fleet, this is Skyguy, from the Alliance Defense Fleet. Do you copy?"
"WHO THE FRAK ARE YOU," Starbuck shrieked at him, furious and scared. "GET THE FRAK AWAY FROM THE FLEET RIGHT FRAKKING NOW."
"Hey, you're the one who dropped out of hyperspace right on top of our base!" Skyguy snapped back.
Whatever the frak hyperspace was… "Your base isn't visible!"
He paused for a second. "You're right, it's not. Uh. Sorry, you were shooting at me, I got testy."

It’s November! Y’all know what that means! NANO! My project(s) for the month can be found here. I’ll do a daily check-in/word count, too, assuming I remember/actually do write every day. So far, I’m doing well!
Anyway, onto the usual monthly details…
Fanfic:
Serenissima
I will write something for it this month, as part of my NaNo Rebel Plot. I don’t know if anything will get posted, but a thing will get written, for sure.
Masks!Verse
Uggggggh this one has been so hard to start, because we begin with Palpatine’s POV and this dude is actually the worst writing him makes my skin crawl. But I finally got at least a partial opening down yesterday, and I’ll continue working on it as the month goes on. I will start posting before Rogue One comes out, due to a desire to lock my canon without having to jump through too many hoops besides the ones left by Rebels. Not that I expect Rebels to be super-relevant, unless, after I do get around to watching it, I decide to involve characters from it to fill the three-year timegap between ANH and ESB…hmm.
Precipice!Verse
Going swimmingly! I’ve gotten a fair amount written over the past couple days (some of it even in order!), and people seem to be responding to the posted chapters well. (Also, Section 1/the immediate aftermath of the Jedi Purge is turning out waaaaaaay longer than I thought it would…I may end up revising how I divide the three parts, since IDK how much is going to happen in the second one…)
Auxiliaries!Verse
Will get written this month! At least in part. No ETA on posting, though.
The Crack AU that Takes Itself Too Seriously
This is one that was inspired in part by someone else’s fic, but I decided I wanted to do my own version (two cakes, amirite?) It is a gender switch fic. I don’t do those very often (well, okay, I have a couple for Feredar), mostly because, a lot of the stuff I write fic for, it…doesn’t have a significant impact on the plot? So, like, back when I RPed ATLA a lot, I had fun playing with girl!Zuko, because I felt like that made a difference, even if no one else switched, and the Feredar ones are heirs/monarchs in a medieval-esque society where that does affect inheritances/treaties/etc.
Which leads to, for Star Wars, Anakin really being the only gender switch that appeals to me? Because…honestly, at least within the bounds of their respective trilogy, Anakin’s the only trio member/hero where gender makes a significant difference to the plot. Sooooo TCATTITS is a cis girl!Anakin fic, where Anakin is the twins’ gestating parent. Anakin is also the only person switched, leading to much confusion when she figures out she’s pregnant, ‘cause she’s only ever had sex with one person, and…uh… (The Force did it.) I have no idea if I’ll ever even post this, but I enjoy playing with/writing it. I’m going to keep the other details I’ve worked out to myself (and my beloved enabler/roommate/sounding board <3), at least for now. Just bear in mind that, while this is kind of crack, I tend to wander into serious fic (unless it’s a super-quick one-shot) so…uh, it’ll be funny and I'll probably add loads of silly tags on Ao3 if I ever do post it, but also horrible things will happen? ...Anyway. Moving on.
Original Fiction:
I fully intend to do quite a bit this month, after doing almost nothing last month, whoops… We’ll see how much ‘quite a bit’ actually entails. Anyway, goal is to do at least a little bit for each of three universes; one of which I already technically fulfilled yesterday. Exciting times ahead!

Coming Attractions
Well, I’m a day late, but only a day late?
Fanfic:
The Phoenix
Currently being posted on AO3! People seem to like it, so I’ma keep doing that until I finish it. Depending on how the rest of things go, I miiiiiight write more in this timeline. We shall see.
Precipice!Verse
Have not gotten much done this past month, sadly. Was scrambling to finish Phoenix for the deadline, and then work got busy. But come hell or high water, I will start posting this month! (Also, serious question, can I just start in the middle of my breakpoint, and depend on the summary to let people know what I’m doing here? Because every other opening I come up with for this thing ends up being...kinda boring, tbh?)
Masks!Verse
See above re: posting this month. Because I need to get this thing established before Rogue One comes out and potentially Josses stuff I have planned. Unlike Precipice!Verse, though, I don’t actually have the opening written yet. So I need to get on that...
Serenissima:
I actually found a short piece that is written but needs cleaned up on my Google Drive that isn’t uber-spoilery and hasn’t been posted yet! So hopefully that’ll get the posting of this back on track. Also, we are again looking for someone to write Lee for us. Maybe I should make a specific post calling for that...
Supernatural Projects:
Well, I’m still on hiatus for these, and that hiatus is still indefinite (I even changed my ‘about’ or whatever for this blog to reflect that). But the new season starts on the 13th, so...who knows? I might fall back in. I sort of doubt it at this point, but we shall see.
Origfic:
Other than The Phoenix, not much got done this week. But I’ll do some stuff this month, I think! Here’s hoping, anyway.

On time for once, woot woot!
Fanfic:
Precipice!Verse:
Didn’t get much of anything done this month. I do have the first two chapters at least drafted, though I need to revise them (and probably put a more detailed/descriptive opening on chapter 1, rather than relying on people reading the summary and opening the fic knowing the AU premise…on the other hand, I’m kind of lazy and I like just diving into the action, so to speak...am I allowed to do that?). Either way, I want to have a backlog of at least five completed/mostly completed chapters before I start posting. We’ll see how things go in the next couple weeks, but this is my usual ‘this month for sure’ promise to myself. Fingers crossed I actually keep it this time!
Masks!Verse:
So, I actually wrote a scene for this! Aaaaand then my writing program crashed before I could save it/transfer to Googledocs, so I lost it. ::headwall:: It wasn’t even a helpful scene, exactly, since it’s from somewhere in Machinations (see above about 5-chapter backlog, only I’m farther from it in this one ‘cause most of what I’ve written in this AU is from significantly later in the story). Also the scene in question was actually a flashback from during the five-year timeskip between the end of Masks and the opening of Machinations, and I have NO IDEA how I’m going to integrate those flashbacks yet aaaaaaa) Anyway, tangent aside, hoping to build that five-chapter backlog this month, somehow. I really want to get these two, in particular, started before Rogue One comes out in December, so I have an excuse for electing to ignore anything that Josses me in the future (unless, of course, I decide I like the new material enough that I want to include it even if it means I have to change my plans). This is particularly an issue for Masks!Verse, since it’s closest to canon/an In Spite of a Nail AU. Oh, I also need to make sure to note (mostly for Precipice!Verse, though there’s at least one relevant character whose appearances might force my Masks!Verse plans to change) that I haven’t actually watched Rebels yet. Mostly because I got back into this fandom while S2 was airing and I have not managed to work up the emotional fortitude to get through Ahsoka vs. Vader…I’m rewatching Clone Wars with my roommates, though. Maybe when we’re done with that we’ll move on to Rebels together and it won’t be as painful…especially since I really really really REALLY want to watch s3 because THRAWN.
Auxiliaries!Verse:
This one is going to happen eventually! Mostly because Vika’s fun and I like what I have planned for this story. It’s also wildly AU, though, so I’m not as worried about getting it officially started before any new material comes out, because Jossing in this AU is less likely/less important. It might happen, to an extent, if that one rumor I read about Jimmy Smits is correct (or my one pet unlikely theory about the sequel trilogy proper somehow turns out to be correct), but that’s more an issue for Precipice!Verse or Masks!Verse than Auxiliaries!Verse anyway because--again, radically AU.
The Phoenix:
Oh look it’s not a full verse! (Though it could be…there is room for follow-up here…because clearly I need another one…) Anyway, status update: I’m behind where I needed to be (aka, it’s not finished, despite being nominally due yesterday) because work got SUPER BUSY this past month. But! The deadline got extended on the origfic comm where I’m first posting it (huzzah for amnesty weeks!). I’ve got a couple long train rides coming up this weekend, so I’m hoping I get a lot done, even if I don’t completely finish. And then I’ll start posting it chapter by chapter to AO3 because I’ve put a lot of effort into it and the primary character arc focuses on a Star Wars character (even though 90% of the Plot is defined by the situation on the High Fantasy planet).
Serenissima:
At some point, I will write more of this. I swear. It is not dead. I refuse to let it die.
Origfic:
I actually got a crapload written this month! In part because there were two speed-writing/flash fiction/whatever challenges, and I tend to write fast/manage a lot of output for that type of thing. Plus, y’know, a lot of work on The Phoneix crossover. Also starting to think about Nano. And I know it technically breaks the rules, but I’m probably just going to pick up where I left off with last year’s project, because I liked it and it’s one I could probably complete and clean up to Publishable status, (unlike Feredar, which is such a sprawling world, or Lux which has significantly changed from what it was originally intended to be). But I might change my mind sometime in the next two months. Who knows?

Coming Attractions
Aaaaand late again this month, as always. ^^;; But only by a couple days this time, at least?
Fanfic:
Masks!Verse:
Did not get much actual writing done on this one. Still trying to work out what’s going to happen between the opening arc and All Of The Things that happen starting around a month or two after ESB. Because that’s three years I need to fill, and I should probably establish some dynamics before I get to the endgame. Which is most of what I have planned out for Masks. The other two sections have more planning buuuuut I need to write the first one first, y’know? Anyway. It maaaaaaay or may not involve a very specific theoretical Sith holorcon, so if any of y’all know how those work, I’d love to bounce ideas. It’ll probably also involve Xizor somehow, at least for one arc. I really need to get my hands on Shadows of the Empire, don’t I…
Precipice!Verse:
Haven’t gotten much actual progress made on this one this month either (for reasons explained below). So I’m shooting for an end-of-summer start date for posting? But we’ll see, I guess…Also, I’m waffling on how to title this. Because I have the three sections (one running from the end of RotS up through about 3-5 years before ANH; one covering the OT timeframe; and one covering What Happens Next) and I have three titles (Precipice, Protectors, Promises(? I like it but it’s vaguely confusing because I have a whole AU in another fandom called Promises!Verse, so that one may change)), but I’m not sure which section should line up with which title…::headdesk::
Masks!Verse AND Precipice!Verse:
I GOT SHINY ART COMMISSIONS DONE, YO! \o/ Linking them again here because GORGEOUS and AMAZING and. Lavinia is, of course, Lavinia, and prominently features in both AUs. Riada is Masks!Verse only, for somewhat spoilery reasons. As in she is a walking spoiler for Masks!Verse who cannot exist in Precipice!Verse. But both are awesome and the art is gorgeous and you should all commission this artist because she is AMAZING.
Auxiliaries!Verse:
This will be a thing I swear! Just not sure exactly when, since I haven’t gotten any actual text down.
Crossover Thing:
Tentatively referred to as Phoenix!Verse, because I like the imagery/title/whatever. On the other hand, referring to it that way is sort of a titular spoiler, isn’t it...Anyway. Yeah, this would be why I haven’t gotten much done with the other projects…I am making quite a bit of progress on this one, though! At least in terms of ‘getting text down/wordcount.’ In terms of actual story progress…uh…this is ending up way way way longer than I thought it was going to be, to the point where I might have to split it into multiple posts when posting to the origfic comm for the challenge I’m writing it for…yeah…Anyway. That one WILL be done by the end of the summer, because I said so. That does mean I might not get a lot of progress on the other things, but we shall see. I’ll start posting it to Ao3 as well, because WHY NOT.
Serenissima:
NOT DEAD. I REFUSE TO LET IT DIE.
Origfic:
I’ve started posting semi-regularly again yay! I should get a lot done this month because there’s a couple challenges coming up on the RF comm that tend to get me to put out a pretty high wordcount/piececount while they’re running. Plus, see above about the crossover. Just hoping I manage to keep up some kind of momentum through the fall this year. Fingers crossed!

Soooo I sort of had goals for last month and I met exactly zero of them whoops.
But, hey, this post is on time for once? ::shallow feeling of vague accomplishment woot::
Fanfic:
Serenissima: Uh. Noooo idea when this will come back, but I promise it will at some point. In the possibly-distant future. I’m sorry!
HoTM/Promises/Cartography:
Posting Fragments (a Cartography!verse installment, technically) on the 23rd, so I’m going to spend a fair amount of time editing this month. But after that, I’m sort of...I’ve kind of fallen out of the fandom? I really want to continue with the HoTM/Promises sequels I have plotted out, but IDK. I’m going to take an indefinite hiatus from writing SPN fic, once Fragments goes up. (I’m also not super-proud of Fragments in general, but we’ll see how I feel once it’s edited/posted/etc.) So, yeah. That’s where things stand here--I’m going to take these off the monthly CA posts until I have new material actively in the pipeline.
Masks!Verse:
Sooooo I was totally going to start actively writing it last month. Didn’t happen. Once I have Fragments finished, though, I’m going to dive headfirst into these stories. Possibly see if there’s a Big Bang I can participate in or something because pretty arts and a deadline to keep me motivated...note to self, research that shit. Maybe not for Masks!Verse, though, maybe for Auxiliaries!Verse...IDK. Anyway, I also have pretty large gaps in the plot for Masks--Machinations and Martyrs are a little clearer, but I have four years of time to fill with Masks and I have...like...two months at the beginning and the last year or so more or less figured out. And I deeeeefinitely need to get from Point A to Point B somehow...(these Planning Problems are probably not helped by the fact that I’ve been toying with a suuuuuuuuuper self-indulgent spinoff when I RP myself to sleep/play with plotlines when I’m bored at work that I will never ever write down because it’s the kind of self-indulgent that I will only share with like two people, if anyone...also one variant is my designated Catharsis AU where I seriously torture people because I can’t take out my frustrations on reality, y’know? So, not suitable for sharing with The Larger World and wow this tangent went on way longer than I thought it would I should close these parentheses at some point shouldn’t I...) ::cough:: Aaaaaaaaaaaaanyway. I will start working on that first arc of this fic as soon as Fragments is done. Should be fun!
Precipice!Verse:
AKA The One Where Anakin Doesn’t Fall (Except Literally)! I actually did get a little bit done in this one, and am working out some of the finer backstory points. Kind of waffling back and forth on how I want to tell this one, though. I mean, I have a lot of Really Cool and Interesting Stuff for the first part, but not exactly a narrative throughline? (Also, I don’t think I’m going to cover the entire nineteen years, but I don’t know where I’m going to cut off/set the timejump to Part 2/the reworked OT). And I need to figure out what I’m going to do with Part 3, other than the initial Tarkin Fucks Shit Up. But, anyway. I’m fleshing out some new characters in my head, and will continue working on this in the background. Hopefully things involving people other than Anakin and Rex, because their relationship is getting way more focus than I originally intended...whoops...planning to go for a sort of Batman and Alfred vibe for those two, if I can.
Vika!Verse:
Might be more suitable for a BB if I can find one than Masks or Precipice, but we shall see. I have...a couple arcs planned out, sort of? Like...there’s Vika and Kitster and Anakin being adorable tinies on Tatooine, there’s Anakin and Obi-Wan meeting in the altered timeline, there’s the three tinies (plus Shmi) buying their freedom and doing their thing for a couple years, there’s the early Clone Wars, there’s meeting Padme, there’s the courtship/wedding, there’s Order 66, and that’s as far as I’ve planned out. Oh, and I need to shove Ventress in all over the place, because Reasons. Anyway, it’s fairly episodic, and I may or may not try to capture the pacing/narrative/structure/whatever feel of the Clone Wars TV show? It’s a thought, anyway.
Original Fiction:
I got basically zero writing done on my original stuff this month and I don’t know why...didn’t even get my logs updated. ::headdesk:: This month, for sure!

SO GUESS WHO TOTALLY DIDN’T FORGET ABOUT THIS FOR A WEEK
<.< >.>
ahem. anyway.
Fanfic:
Serenissima:
Right...um...we should get on that...
HoTM/Promises:
No updates, may start picking up soon though!
Cartography:
BB entry was completed and submitted! Now I have to clean/polish/make the ending less rough. Artist claims are Sunday! Should be fun.
Masks!Verse:
I’ve written snippets, but now that BB is in editing stages, I’ma start working on this properly. I’m hoping to start posting either this month or next month, but I want a solid advance of chapters before I do. I’m probably not going to complete the entire fic and then start posting chapter by chapter, the way I do with HoTM (and probably will with the Promises sequels), but I want a healthy margin in case I get stuck/start struggling. On the other hand, I tend to write out of order, so...yeah.
The One Where Anakin Doesn’t Fall (Except Literally):
I wrote and posted a Thing in this AU for May the Fourth! I am very proud of it because it evoked exactly the ‘you are a terrible, cruel person we’re not friends anymore’ reaction that I adore. (I promise, I’ll do more with R and it will not be awful! I just have to get there.) I’m going to try and work up more of this as well and maybe post it simultaneous with Masks!Verse, but I really need a title...
The Other AU:
Also needs a title. I don’t know when that’ll start getting properly written/posted. I’ve been watching Clone Wars with two of my roommates, and I tend to get flashes of inspiration for it on days when we watch it, but we shall see.
Original Fiction:
Still in a somewhat slow period. Hopefully, I’ll get more done this month. Updating my archives for Lux and Feredar should help. Definitely setting a goal for myself of doing that sometime this month.
