The Shadowshroom Infection: Part 1/2

Hiya! This is a little worldbuilding I did for Alternia in regards to the mentioned ~hordes of the undead~

It’s simple in concept really, trolls is bugs so naturally they would be affected by a form of cordyceps fungi!

In my own geography, these mushrooms are relegated to one side of The Peaks, a gargantuan mountain range because of the particularly frigid weather helping them thrive.

Part 2 will be the infection effect’s timeline visual and what not!

Okay, are you familiar with that 001/002 game going around? Would you be willing to do a 001 post about Horfuma? Since you wrote "A Wedding and a Bedding", you're the perfect person to ask about Horfuma.

Thank you for your ask! It totally freaked me out because Horfuma always makes me shudder. But I still write them; apparently, I don't truly think there's enough horror in the world XDAsk Game

When I started shipping it if I did: I don't ship them at all! When I first saw @bat-burrito's April's Fools post, I felt really, really uncomfortable. But when that became their most popular post to their frustration, I decided to make it worse!

My thoughts: These two are probably the least likely to fall in love. They have absolutely nothing in common and hate everything the other likes. Which makes it much funnier. It's also worth mentioning that Perfuma was captured by the Horde in the original Spop and she was so annoying that Hordak paid the Alliance to take her back.

What makes me happy about them: How much they would hate each other. I imagine them - post canon - standing awkwardly together after Scorpia and Entrapta have run off. The only thing they can agree on is how much they love their wives. Although Hordak would likely be on the verge on killing Perfuma for leashing Entrapta.

What makes me sad about them: That we never got that awkward scene in canon.

Things done in fanfic that annoys me: Everything I've written about them!

Things I look for in fanfic: Awkward situations between the two!

Who I’d be comfortable them ending up with, if not each other: Entrapta and Scorpia naturally. I'm a hard Entrapdak shipper. I couldn't even write the implication that Horfuma had sex and ended up writing HorsePrime having sex. It... was a bad day.

My happily ever after for them: That Hordak doesn't murder Perfuma for leashing Entrapta.

who is the big spoon/little spoon: This is another example of why they don't work. Because I can't imagine them as either when together. With others, yes, but not together.
