Shades of the Sky . . . Sunlight and clear skies are the two most scarce commodities that one can find in the UK. The country’s reputation precedes itself; popular culture depicts Englishmen indulging in serious conversations about the weather, simply because it has such an impact on their temperament and plans for the day, among other things. . . . Therefore, when you get such a beautiful combination of sunlight and clear skies, you can’t help but be awe-inspired and overjoyed. This sight is a rarity, akin to finding the treasure at the end of the rainbow (okay, I might be exaggerating, but it IS rare). Walking with my head in the clouds 😬 . . . Mumbai weather has settled into a regular daily schedule. It rains early in the morning, and then we're blessed with clear (and beautiful) skies through the day. Recently, I've taken some time to actually see the hues the sky takes on at different times of the day; I can't tell you how stupid I feel for missing out on this marvelous sight which graces us each and every day. . . . Although 'walking with your head in the clouds' does not have a positive connotation, I want to switch the interpretation around a bit. Your surroundings can have a MASSIVE impact on how you feel through the day; thus, it indirectly affects how you live your life. So, if we make the effort to be a bit more mindful of our surroundings, we won't miss out on the opportunity to look at these beautiful skies, and lift our spirits as a result. It may sound far-fetched, but try it out; it sure has worked for me ❤️ . . . Hope you've had a mind-blowing Monday! Make your mark on the world, and on the people you meet everyday. It might take some time to do the former, but the latter is extremely simple and straightforward; you don't know how much of a difference a polite 'good morning' or an appreciative 'thank you' can make to a person's mood (and, subsequently, the rest of their day)! Spread love and positivity; the world is in dire shortage of it. I wished my view on life was always as perfect as the photos I find joy in. I wish I could live in the captured moments for as long as I wanted .. I wish I could only live in the moments I choose.

Pictures are a perfect representation of the world we see in the right moment. Why can't we just choose the moments so we can always be happy? I just want to be happy. I only want the happy moments.
