Linguistics:

The text on Mob and Ritsu's uniforms reads as "Escola Municipal Coronel Salgado" (Colonel Salgado Municipal School; yes this is a pun with "salt")

Spirits and Such here is "Alexorcismos" (Alexandre + exorcisms) to keep the pun on the office's original name.

The name adaptations in general were focused on keeping the original's sonority (except for Mob being Zé, which is explained on this post).

Dimple's name was just directly translated to Portuguese. Covinhas is his literal dub name.

Designs:

Brazilian schools have obligatory uniforms, but most are pretty permissive with their dress codes, with only the shirt being actually required. Students can use any pants and shoes they want to as long as they're "appropriate".

Depending on the region, it's uncommon for male workers to wear a full suit + tie due to the country's weather. Social wear tends to be very simple as exemplified in Serizawa.

Reigen's design in particular was inspired by Spiritist mediums, which had and still have a huge influence in the Brazilian mediumship topic.
