How in the heck can the Christmas lights be put away into the bin in nice, neat bundles and ten months or so later come out again looking like they were rolled into a ball and dragged through a hedge row backwards by a deranged and sadistic feline creature?

So I have a genuine question: you know those acrylic nails girls have and they’re like 5 inches long... How the fuck do they put on clothes or even perform basic human activities??? Like, I certainly couldn’t do that if I had colorful sticks glued to my fingers???

Tomorrow, the pictures get taken and the for sale sign goes up. I cried a little this evening as I wiped our fingerprints off the appliances and swept up the very last cheese-it. But I also giggled a bit, thinking of how the next 3 owners of this house will somehow still be finding bits of our garbage couch from Ashley Furniture. 😂

Impressions and comments of our customers about our Fine Palate Restaurant
Executive Chef Vince and owner Courtney treat you like family. The service of their staff is impeccable. Food is creative and full of flavor. One can give credit to chef Vince being mentored and trained by Wolfgang Puck for several years. However,I believe every chef has their own creative twist, his fresh and passionate approach is quite refreshing! The Asian/French fusion is a real treat, and the prices for what you're getting are very reasonable. Perfect wine and an even better cocktail selection (ask for the kimmie kocktial vodka) An amazing foodie find!***Very friendly staff. The oysters were top notch. They have a great happy hour and a very nice atmosphere.***What a great little restaurant. Ambience is warm and inviting. Servers are wonderful. Very friendly and attentive. Food was delicious and we are foodies. We had fried dumplings (filling escargot) to die for. Pork belly which we order anywhere its on menu cause we love it was delicious and the artichoke AMAZING!!! Bronzino cooked just right and tender and moist. Really great experience will return.Went here twice in the last two days. Vince and Courtney the owners make sure you have the best experience for dining in Philly. Tiffany the bartender never let us ask if we needed something else. This is a hidden gem in center city.***Chef's choice was the way to go. 3 or 4 course choice at 10pp/per course, can be shared tapas style or not. Excellent. Especially well designed sauces and some surprising fusion elements, extremely enjoyable without overbearing notes from sample to sample. Duck Confit sauce with homemade ravioli, suckling pig & buffalo tartar were standouts to my group members and the burrata cheese small plate & spiced espresso soda were favorites of mine.***My hubby and I just relocated to the area and found this gem on random excursion to acquaint ourselves with downtown Philly. This place is superb. The ambiance was perfect with the comfy chairs, lighting, and music. The food was tasty and satisfied all of our senses. Our waitress Priscilla was knowledgable on the menu and had the most infectious personality. This will definitely be one of our staples.***Really a nice place to relax and enjoy good food. Menu is diverse and there's always something new to try. My tastebuds fell in love with "Eggs from Hell." Just the right amount of spice in a sauce on top to baked eggs! Chef Vince is really creative. His wine selection is just as great as his dishes.***We had an excellent time!! Went on a Tuesday for Chef's courses menu. You let your server know how many courses you would like and what your dietary restrictions are or what you don't enjoy and the kitchen prepares your courses. Food was amazing and service was great. Thank you chef and Andrew our server! It was an adventure we all enjoyed and can't wait to do again!!!***We just happened to stumble onto this gem of a restaurant on Saturday afternoon. We were a little early for dinner service, but it was no problem; they seated us anyway! The food was incredibly creative, fresh, and delicious. Thanks, Chef! Kate, our server, had a wonderful personality, made us feel at home, and was passionate about the food she was serving. We will definitely be back!***I was pleasantly surprised when I first walked in. It's very cozy, romantic and I felt right at home. I tried several things on the menu such as the Potato Cheese Croquette, the raw muscles, the "Paris" Dog and the Agnolotti Pasta. OMG, the Agnolotti Pasta, House made pasta stuffed with Cypress Grove Lamb Chopper Cheese with braised lamb, was to-die for!One thing I learned, Executive Chef Vince Joseph, will allow you to order things not on the menu. Call ahead to see if he has the ingredients. If not, he'll get it for you. That is service!I''l be back and next time I am trying their 28 oz Dry Aged Ribeye! Best soft shell crabs you will ever eat. Superb ribeye, great drink selection, and awesome people. Courtney and Vince really make you feel at home. Awesome bartenders to boot. Definitely put this place on your A-list.***The steaks my friend and I had were superb. My Apple martinis were the best I've ever had.Enjoyed the whole experience.Have already recommended to others and will definitely visit again!***Chef Vince is incredibly talented. He creates unique and flavorful menu items that have guests begging him to share his secrets. Courtney is an attentive hostess who always makes guests feel welcome. The food and atmosphere at Fine Palate stand out in a city with more than its share of high profile restaurateurs.***The smoked salmon was delicious !Would have been better with some vegetables too. Served my brunch entree on a dessert dish. The bagel almost filled the entire plate.***SeriouslyHow can you serve food without even garnishing the plate.***The steak was amazing. The appetizers were top shelf. Our waiter was funny and very helpful. Could not ask for a better place for dinner and drinks***One of the newest guys in town!!! Wonderful service, the bar drinks are amazing, and the atmosphere was so welcoming!!!! You must try the skewers, raw oysters (my fav), mozzarella and tomatoes w/ 100yrs balsamic vinaigrette. And last but not least...the Creekstone ribeye!!! I wish them nothing but success in the future. What a great experience tonight with one of my best friend to accompany me this lovely fall evening.
