Okay so apparently the riders sponsored by the Pont Group will change their helmet desigs for the Aragón GP/Aragón Round
They are changing the Pont Group logo in their helmets for the logo of an NGOs to give visibility to the cause.
Pedro's NGO of choice is AFACMUR Foundation which is and NGO from Murcia that helps families against the kids cancer.
Sergio's NGO of choice is Mamás en acción (Moms in action), which is a NGGO from Castellon (Valencia community. They help kids in hospital by spending time with the kids that either don't have families or they can't be there for them.
David's NGO of choice is Carros de fuego (cars out of fire (not really sure the translation here, sorry)), which is a NGO form Sevilla (Andalusia). They promotes de social inclusion of kids with functional diversity thanks to the adapted sport.
José Antonio's NGO of choice is the Andalucia fragile X syndrome Foundation which is from Andalusia. They want the integration of people affected by fragile X Syndrome. He was introduced to this foundation by a fan, and after learning what they do, and Pont talked about this he know he had to wear their logo
This is what we know so far from this beautiful initiavive.
#MotoGP#Moto2#Moto3#Gran Premio GoPro de Aragon#Aragón GP 2024#Pedro Acosta#Sergio García#David Muñoz#José Antonio Rueda#My guess is that they will action the helmets and get the money to the association but if not the visibility is a great step#Helpmet#No there's nothing about Xavi's helmet yet#also I'm wondering what Dani might had chosen if this was a thing when he was racing as he's also sponsored by the Pont Group

Rabies — Aleix/Max, Pedro/Oscar, Pol/Checo
Oscar was sprawled out on the bed, his phone in hand, scrolling through his hundreds of unread messages while Pedro sat at the edge, lost in thought. The room was peaceful, the soft hum of the evening air drifting in through the open window. Oscar had always appreciated these quiet moments with Pedro, even if they didn’t always need to talk.
But Pedro had a habit of breaking the silence in ways that always caught Oscar off guard.
Out of nowhere, Pedro leaned over and bit Oscar’s arm—not hard enough to hurt, but enough to make Oscar let out a startled laugh and jerk his arm away.
“Oi!” Oscar exclaimed, looking at Pedro with wide eyes. “What was that for?”
Pedro didn’t say anything right away, just looked at him with those dark, playful eyes, his lips quirking into a small grin. It was like he’d been waiting for the perfect moment to pounce.
“You looked too comfortable,” Pedro finally said, his voice low and casual, as if biting his boyfriend was the most normal thing in the world.
Oscar raised an eyebrow, sitting up slightly to face Pedro. “Is this going to be a regular thing now? You biting me whenever you get bored?”
Pedro shrugged, his grin widening just a little. “Maybe.”
Oscar rolled his eyes but couldn’t suppress the smile creeping onto his face. He knew Pedro wasn’t one for grand gestures, but the small, playful moments like this always caught him by surprise. Pedro, for all his seriousness, had a mischievous streak that only came out when they were alone.
“Well, if you’re going to keep doing that, at least warn me next time,” Oscar teased, rubbing his arm where Pedro had left the faintest mark.
“No promises,” Pedro replied, shifting closer, leaning his head against Oscar’s shoulder. Oscar could feel the Spaniard’s teeth on his skin again. This time, he just held on, nibbling on the chunk he’d managed to grab, while Oscar shook his head, letting Pedro do whatever he pleased.
Aleix was sitting on the floor, legs stretched out in front of him, still aching from cycling earlier that day. Max was next to him, close but not quite touching, his energy buzzing in the room. They had been bantering back and forth all evening, Aleix giving as good as he got, but Max had that spark in his eyes — the one that usually meant trouble.
Aleix leaned back on his hands, glancing over at Max. "You’re too quiet. What’s going on in that head of yours?"
Max didn’t answer right away, just shifted closer, his eyes fixed on Aleix like he was plotting something. Before Aleix could react, Max leaned in, biting down on his shoulder — quick, sharp, but playful. It was enough to make Aleix jump and let out a startled laugh.
"Max!" Aleix exclaimed, pushing him away lightly but grinning all the same. "What the hell was that for?"
Max shrugged, eyes gleaming with mischief. "You looked like you needed it."
Aleix shook his head, rubbing his shoulder where Max had left a faint mark. "You're insane," he said, trying to sound exasperated but failing as warmth crept into his voice.
Max just smirked, leaning in close again, his lips brushing the spot he'd bitten. "You love it," he murmured.
Aleix let out a soft chuckle, pulling Max toward him. "You're lucky I do," he muttered, wrapping an arm around Max's waist and pulling him into his lap. Max settled in, his playful mood not quite gone but softer now, his head resting against Aleix’s chest.
For a moment, they were still, the quiet settling around them. Then Max looked up, that mischievous smile still tugging at his lips. "Next time, I might bite harder."
Aleix laughed, shaking his head. "You’re impossible, you know that?"
"Mhm!" Max grinned. "And you wouldn't have it any other way."
Oscar had talked plenty about Pedro and Max before they ever actually met. When Oscar finally introduced them, neither was quite sure what to expect. What they didn’t expect was how quickly they hit it off — both were fiercely competitive, a bit mischievous, and always looking for something to prove.
The three of them were hanging out at Oscar’s apartment, sprawled on the couch after a lazy afternoon. Max was talking about something Oscar had said about Pedro, and Pedro, sitting at the other end of the couch, was watching them both, amused by their banter.
“I don’t get how you two get along so well,” Oscar teased, stretching out beside Max. “You have nothing in common besides your biting problems.”
Max glanced at Pedro, his grin widening. “We should fight since Oscar doesn't want us to be friends.”
Pedro raised an eyebrow, face scrunching as he grinned. “Yeah? What’s the point?”
Max leaned back, pursing his lips. “I don’t know...”
Oscar, sitting between them, burst out laughing, shaking his head. “You two are ridiculous.”
Pedro, however, considered it for a moment, then shrugged. “Let’s fight then; we all know who'll win.”
Max’s grin only grew. “Me.” Without warning, he lunged across the couch and bit Pedro’s arm — not hard, just enough to make a point.
Pedro didn’t flinch, just looked at Max with a raised brow. “That’s it? You think that’s going to be enough?”
Oscar watched, wide-eyed but grinning, as Pedro leaned over and bit Max back, this time on the shoulder. Max yelped, more out of surprise than pain, but the challenge had been accepted.
“Alright,” Max said, rubbing his shoulder and laughing. “I see how it is.”
Oscar, still laughing, shook his head in disbelief. “This is the weirdest competition I’ve ever seen.”
Max shrugged, smirking as he sat back. “You started it by introducing us.”
Pedro grinned, stretching out and acting like nothing had happened. “At least now we know who bites harder.”
Max, still rubbing his shoulder, shot Pedro a playful glare. “I’ll get you next time.”
Pedro just smiled, the game clearly far from over. “Looking forward to it.”
Oscar groaned, a not very convincing annoyed look on his face as he stifled his laughs, throwing his hands up. “I’m never introducing you to anyone again, Pedro.”
Checo had long since grown used to Max’s strange habits. It had started practically the second he moved to Red Bull, just little things at first — random nudges, playful jabs. But then there was the biting. At first, Checo had thought it was just a one-off moment, something Max did as a joke. But no, it became a regular thing. Whenever Max felt comfortable or relaxed around him, he’d just bite — never too hard, just enough to catch Checo off guard.
By now, though, Checo wasn’t surprised.
They were sitting in the Red Bull garage after a long day of practice, both of them tired but winding down with casual conversation. Checo was leaning against the wall, eyes half-closed, his mind drifting somewhere between the next race and thoughts of home. Max was next to him, more animated, still in that post-practice buzz, unable to sit still.
Out of nowhere, Checo felt it — Max's teeth sinking lightly into his arm. He didn’t even flinch this time, just glanced down at Max with an unimpressed look.
“Really?” Checo asked, his voice dry but not annoyed.
Max looked up, grinning like a kid who had just gotten away with something. "What? You looked too comfortable."
Checo shook his head, a smile tugging at the corners of his lips despite himself. "You’ve been doing this for years now, and it’s still weird."
Max just shrugged, unapologetic. "You’re used to it."
Checo sighed, rubbing the spot where Max had bitten him but barely reacting anymore. “Yeah, I guess I am.”
Max leaned back in his seat, that mischievous glint still in his eyes. “I don’t hear you complaining,” he teased.
“I stopped complaining when I realized you weren’t going to stop,” Checo shot back, giving Max a playful nudge. “I’ve got kids, Max. If I can handle them, I can handle you.”
Max laughed, leaning his head back against the wall. “I’m basically the same as a kid, right?”
Checo shook his head, chuckling softly. "You’re worse." But there was warmth in his tone, that unspoken bond between them that had grown over the years.
Max flashed him a grin. “And yet, you still let me hang around.”
Checo couldn’t help but laugh, the tension of the day easing away. "Yeah, well, what are teammates for?"
"Wow. We aren't even friends?" The Dutchman frowned, though it was quickly replaced with a grin as he moved to bite down on the Latin man again.
"Ah, ah, ah!" Checo scolded, pushing back the younger man. "We're friends; I might just have to put tape on your mouth, though."
A few days after that, in a completely different part of the paddock, Pol was chatting with Checo and Max when he suddenly felt Max’s teeth sink into his arm. The reaction was instantaneous; Pol jumped away, eyes wide in shock.
“What was that for?” Pol exclaimed, rubbing his arm in disbelief.
Max, looking utterly pleased with himself, shrugged. “You looked bored.”
“Bored?!” Pol echoed, glancing at Checo for support, who was laughing too hard to help. “I was just listening!”
Checo managed to catch his breath long enough to say, “Welcome to the club, Pol. You’ll get used to it.”
Pol shook his head, still trying to process what had just happened. “Get used to being bitten? This is ridiculous!”
Max leaned closer, a playful glint in his eyes. “Just remember, it’s all in good fun.”
Pol looked back at Checo, who was still chuckling. “How do you deal with this?”
Checo smirked, leaning back against the wall. “You learn to embrace the madness.”
Pol sighed, rolling his eyes but unable to hide the smile tugging at his lips. “I’ll try, but I’m not promising anything.”
Later that evening, as they all gathered for dinner, the atmosphere was relaxed and filled with laughter. Oscar, Pedro, Aleix, Max, Checo, and Pol sat around a large table, enjoying each other’s company.
Max, sensing the playful mood, leaned over to Pol and whispered, “Hey, you look too comfortable.”
Before Pol could react, Max bit his arm again, eliciting a chorus of laughter from the table. Pol’s eyes widened, and he looked around incredulously. “Are you serious?”
Checo laughed, shaking his head. “You’re officially one of us now, amor.”
“Welcome to... I'm not even sute,” Oscar grinned, "they just bite us."
As the laughter continued and the teasing persisted, Pol couldn’t help but smile. He realized that this strange ritual of biting was just another way they all connected and maybe — key word maybe — he could get used to it after all.

My name is Rodrigo Yañez, Argentine photographer, I currently live in Buenos Aires, Argentina. My work is in classic monochrome and colour film, which I develop myself. I am basically a self-taught photographer, taking classes with Argentine professor and photographer Martín Acosta. My development as an artist and as a documentary photographer is closely linked to my immediate visual environment. This means the virtues and defects of my photographs are also the virtues and defects of my social environment and its landscapes. Film is my organic way of strengthening the links between the work and the finished image. The medium of photography came into my life when I discovered the work of the Chilean photographer Sergio Larraín.

do you watch current moto2 and moto3? and what riders are you keeping your eye on if so?
I sure do! not to be too rude to the premier class, but I kinda have to if I'm interested in seeing some actual 'racing' now and again these days. don't always watch them live, especially now that we've gotten to the flyaways, but I do at least try not to get spoilers before I actually watch them (not always successfully)
in moto3, I've grown fond of veijer - seems like a smart kid, comes across as quite a cerebral rider... had a tricky run of form of late but really I'm just interested to see what happens when he moves to bikes that should (hopefully) suit his frame better. obviously he'll be moving up next year, so we'll see how he gets on... I did really enjoy the piqueras performance from a while back, incredible mix of boneheaded and brilliant from a rider who just refused to lose on the day, very compelling to watch. as a rule ofc it's worth not to get too invested in the prospects of moto3 hopefuls, given that the switch to moto2 can be the killer... I mean, in terms of who I'm keeping an eye on, obviously alonso is the one to pay attention to. he's been a bit too good and too nice this year to be particularly interesting, so I can't say I'm all that invested as yet. missing in the sturm and drang department, seems like quite a happy-go-lucky kid... but the racing is fun to watch, the race craft is ridiculously good and hopefully he's a little less boring when he gets pushed more. has made the moto3 title fight pretty meh this year it has to be said
in moto2, I have a long standing fondness for alonso lopez, who kinda sucks but in an endearing way. still can't really preserve his tyres, is relentlessly aggressive, massively frustrating... but what's the point in rooting for someone who doesn't frequently frustrate you! idk if he'll ever hit good enough form at the right time to make the move up to motogp, his chances aren't great given his nationality but ah well. I'm not a massive ogura fan but I still have some residual fondness for that title fight nobody wanted to win in 2022, can't ever not root for a bottler. plus his refusal to ride for honda in motogp has been really funny, definitely enjoyed how he's managed to get himself a non-honda seat on the grid. also have to say, sergio garcia's really grown on me this year, first because of how good a job he was doing and now just feeling desperately sorry for how wrong things have gone for him. really hope he can regroup and fight for the title next year, get the chance of a seat in the premier class... might have been a sliding doors moment though, timing just a little off - it's brutal. oh and well, we'll have to see how the aldeguer situation turns out, unsurprisingly I'm now way more invested in him after he's flopped for most of the season lol. probably not quite got that acosta juice to him, but I do still reckon he'll turn out to be a fair bit better than this current moto2 season is making him look
but yeah, in general, I do really enjoy watching the races! mostly as a neutral, though it's fun to watch if you've chosen one or two guys to back in each class so that when they crash you can mute the feed in a fit of pique for a minute and mutter under your breath about how they've been robbed... you know, as you do
#i don't understand motorcycle racing well enough to be much good at talent spotting unfortunately#i think when you have someone as good as alonso is at his age then laws of sports dictate they are just very good. that's all i've got#//#brr brr#batsplat responds#basically to get me invested in you as an athlete you have to either#a) have an extremely tortured relationship with the sport; b) be actively evil; c) be a proper scholar of the sport; or d) kind of suck#ideally you need to have moments of all four to really live in my head rent free but at a pinch i'll always go for a lil bit of (d)#motogp's long been horrendous for lovers of hard working late bloomers which is a big part of why pecco is so dear to me

At 46 years old, this criminal defense attorney navigates the legal system of Cardinal Hill, where he has sought solace ever since one fateful night that forced him to leave his city of Chicago behind.
Born in Havana, Cuba -- his early days saw too much turmoil. At the age of five, his family was forced to seek refuge from the conflicts of their native country. Business in Chicago was booming so this is where they settled. This journey -- the journey to Chicago meant they had to briefly say goodbye to their loved ones. Especially Julian. Two weeks before they migrated Sergio, Julian's older brother had become incarcerated as a result of a political demonstration gone awry. He was forced to stay in Cuba until his sentence was completed. This had such a lasting and powerful impact on his childhood that feelings of pain and misfortune remained with him and continue to do so far beyond his tender years.
Julian's parents, Rosa and Markos De Los Santos -- were a dedicated nurse and a powerful patent attorney. These hard workers instilled in him the values of perseverance and responsibilities. He excelled in academia and was driven to pursue law just like his father. But he didn't want to work tirelessly for companies or The Man, so he decided early in his academic career that he wanted to specialize in criminal law. He hoped to make a difference in the lives of those who, like his brother, found themselves ensnared in the gaping maw of the justice system.
Despite being quite successful, the echoes of his life in Chicago haunt his daily life. When he was just 31, nearly ten years into his practice, a tragic misstep would leave him reeling for decades. He made the difficult decision to relocate to Cardinal Hill. Julian hoped to escape the memories that haunted him and start fresh. The ghosts of his pasts are really never far behind and they influence his work as a criminal defense attorney -- shaping his understanding of true justice and redemption.
In the idyllic town of Cardinal Hill, Julian is known not only for his excellent legal expertise but also his compassionate approach with every client. He never shames, he only seeks to provide the solace to Cardinal Hill that it has given him. He fights passionately and tirelessly for the underrepresented. Driven by a deep-rooted belief in second chances - for others and for himself.
Julian De Los Santos continues to wade the challenges of his profession while he grapples with his family legacy, his identity and his own conscience. He stands at the crossroads of his present and his past, seeking to meet the man he was and the man he continually strives to be.
Headcannons
In Cardinal Hill, Julian becomes unlikely friends with an older library employee who was once a lawyer herself. Sharing her experience with Julian, who at some point started hating the law and called it lifeless. The old library provides another place of worship for him.
Julian struggles in his romantic life. He often pushes people away because he believes that anyone who gets too close will either suffer because of him or they will eventually leave. He's usually drawn to people who have their own past troubles and forms bonds over shared experiences.
When the pressure becomes too much or the guilt is too loud sometimes Julian will wander the streets of Cardinal Hill at night to clear his head.
Julian is Catholic and often struggles with his faith since the incident and he attends Mass regularly because of this. He struggles with feelings of unworthiness and he often confesses to a sympathetic priest.
Despite the slight turmoil it causes, Julian kept all of his late father's law books. He often revisits them and the footnotes in the margins to remind him of the man he wants to be.
Julian still writes letters to his older brother in hopes that one day he'll be able to read them -- wherever he is.
He carries around a rosary in his pocket as a comfort whenever he feels overwhelmed. He finds solace in counting the beads, allowing it to ground him in moments of guilt or anxious thoughts. It's a small act that helps him seek clarity.
One of his clients in Chicago taught him what Zine's are and he was inspired to make one and to his surprise it went really well. To this day he still makes them when he has free time -- divulging his thoughts on the law, redemption and morality. His Zine's resonate well with most people and it gives him a great sense of community.
He is the youngest of his brothers and sometimes that makes him feel inadequate or like the runt of the boys.
However, he is the only witch out of the brothers and that fills him with a sense of pride. His mother is a witch too and taught him everything he knows, which he happily passes down to his two younger sisters who he loves more than anything.
To find comfort and connection to his Cuban roots he takes a few cooking class and gets really into it, actually! He often cooks traditional meals and invites neighbors over for dinner parties.

:::ANRed::: Read the full article

top 5 riders (who are not on the 2024 motogp grid) to most likely be a motogp world champion?
Hi Nadya 👋👋
This one is a difficult one. I don't have a magic ball and this can take different routes.
If we only considere Moto2/3 riders, then my options, in no particular order, will be: Fermín Aldeguer, Tony Acosta, David Alonso, Daniel Holgado and next option will be between Ortolá, Guevara and Sergio García. I can see them all managing to fight at some point in their careers, but this doesn't mean they will make all the way there.
Then you can go people who has already raced in MotoGP and you think they deserve it, despite not having one and this case it's Dani and Dovi.
Or riders that have the talent but have never set a single foot in the MotoGP paddock, which my option will be Toprak and Jonathan form the WSBK paddock.
Sorry for not giving a more concret answer 😥😥😥

this is cute but also i like to think the pope has to preface every single statement with "this isn't dogma but" like he has to break character for a sec and clarify that he's not speaking ex cathedra
