The last time i saw you was around my birthday. Just a few days before. With our bestie, Diegs. I remember being anxious to see you as our relationship wasnt very good at that point. I regret not reaching out to you way before your passing however, im happy that literally a couple days before i was able to tell you that i wasnt feeling welcomed. And that i missed you so much. Im glad that i was able to express that to you and have you validate how i felt. For you to tell me that im always welcomed and that youve also been dealing with alot. That Friday, i wanted to come see you. I wanted to just pop by and chill like the old days and i should have. The next night.. You were gone. I lost out on your last few months because i was scared to say something to you when i shouldnt have. You always encouraged me to tell you how i felt and to be open with my life. You wouldnt have yelled at me or put me down. You would have sat there and talked it through with me. And i just couldnt do it. Now, im trying to be more level headed and calm. I need to have good communication with everyone. I cant miss out on things because im scared of the out come. Not everything will turn into a fight. And with you, i know 100% you would not come at me with fighting intentions but just to help me to understand the bigger picture.

I miss you like crazy my dear cousin. I still cant believe your gone. I will always talk about you and remember your personality and your love. You were always there for me no matter how little or how much. I knew i could count on you.

Y'ALL!!! USHER RAYMOND IV TURNT ME ALL THE WAY OWT!!! He was electrifying - sang his whole pretty face off and danced-skated his ass off!!! He performed with the entirety of his being from his head to his toes!! He is at the top of his game, in the bottom of his bag, grown ass man fine!! I barely took any video or photos because I completely immersed in the show!!! USHER GAVE ME EVERYTHING AND OWES ME NOTHING!! GO SEE HIM IN VEGAS IF YOU CAN!!!

My whole extended b'earthday celebration experience with Usher was even sweeter because I got to hang with the lovely @permboxz, my little sissy and her bestie @cherrystamp, AND I ran into fly girls @ayanna_jack08 and cristalbubblin!!!

Shout out to Usher's incredible band, dancers, drummer, choreographer and skaters @ashleyimani, who graciously posed for a quick post-show photo with us!

Day 259/sept30

2 hrs. Spent time together with M and we discussed new ideas about the future. Frustration left me easily and I really enjoyed starting to develop this study. ElGreco's brushwork is easily readable. I found that it is needed to stop exclusively using a flat brush and instead do most of the work with a round brush, as they leave completely different marks even when blending.

The slight dizziness never left me completely, it returns in the evening during painting sessions. Solutions:

-breathe fresh air on the corridor

- do a handful of exercises which involve twisting and moving the body, changing the position of the head too

- do eye exercises

-drink water

-do breathing exercise

-move and strech the neck in every direction.
