things i might like to/need to do today to reconnect with my heart: read, write (?), a jigsaw puzzle, laundry, watch a film (?), edit a few pages of a client's work
#woke up this morning and finished editing a chapter#thought about how much i hate tiktok#thought about one of my friends who i havent seen for over a month and who i miss a lot#sent some emails and then browsed phd programmes#toying with the idea of going back into academia very tentatively but something about it doesn't feel right#am really in my dropping off the face of the earth and not speaking to anyone era#i dont have the energy#christmas was nice but equally difficult and exhausting#i don't know where i am or what i want to do or be so trying to find time to linger in the small things for now#but im bored and in anticipation mode of all the things to come this year- the things that will shift and change my day to day life entirel#and i'm scared
