Well, well... Hot chocolate on a cold night in Atlas? Mercury was certainly up to something... A kind gesture and a handsome face will get a man most places, but Neo was privy to such a trade; and would not dare expect such a deed to go without sweetening her up for something...

But... still. She would take the cup of coco with a gracious nod. She blew away some of the steam and gingerly sipped it... hoping the silver tongued devil didn’t do something foolish like slip salt in it.

Rolling his eyes at this since everyone had their point of where they get exhausted even him when giving that light snort, "Sure... till you fall over somewhere and pass out from being tired or whatever." putting that light snippy attitude that the other would have when someway though having a faint smile on his face, "If needing a place to sleep... my door is open to you, after all... while I may still hate humans... you're an alright one to be hanging around with at least." knowing that he was comfortable with the other hanging around and leaving the offer open despite having been fussed over in the past times they crossed paths with one another.

How complicated he is. He insists he’s not, but he is. He’s had it rough. He’s gone where it was easiest to go to, because the things that feel far more right to him are harder, and exist in a world he doesn’t know. He wants the world to believe there’s nothing there but violence, that finding Cinder was serendipity, but Tyrian called him out. Tyrian exposed the truth.

You’re kind of an asshole, Merc. But I love you. Also??? You harassed Qrow about his hair when you have the same fuckin hair. And you stand the same. You are basically the same model. Stop pretending you’re high and mighty making fun of Qrow’s hair. (I love dragging Merc tbh, but I do it because I love him).
