This album is so important to me. It was my first Genesis album, my introduction to them, still my favourite album by my favourite band. It made me start romanticising British culture so much, even in its decadent sides, that eventually I would grow up to become bilingual and spend 6 years in England where I would find the love of my life 💜. It made me appreciate music and guitar playing in a way that pushed me to pursue it always, no matter what else happens in my life.
Happy 50th birthday, Selling England By The Pound!

I'm sad guys :( I tried to introduce Genesis to my school friends and they didn't like it
( I sent Dancing with the moonlit knight and Supper's ready, they found it very soft and boring????? Help)
