Who's in Vania's make-shift hero team/who's she been trying or planning to recruit? :3

Vania's make-shift hero team mostly includes people she finds through out the story who she thinks would be good heroes The first to join her team was Skylor, who was a wandering vigilante (After running away from Chen's island, she didn't really have a home). Skylor and Vania meet when Vania was in her evil baby stage, Skylor essentially plays the role of Kai. The second was Nya, after being tricked into betraying the skullkin and basically killing them, she basically wandered through Ninjago. She joined Vania's team with the goal of finding a way to revive the skullkin and find the person who tricked her. The third was Harumi, though at first Harumi resented Vania and tried to kill her. But after being stuck in a situation were they had to work together, Harumi began to resent her less before she completely forgave Vania for unleashing the serpentine. Zane is technically the fourth, though he mostly joined to keep an eye on Harumi. He often acts like a guardian and guides them when he can. Vania tried to convince Kai to join her after the whole tournament of elements, but he decided to go on his own. Morro is the fifth, during the whole possession part of the story, he plays the part of the phantom ninja (he's partly switched with Seliel) to try to make sure Jay (Who plays Morro's role in this au) doesn't cause too much trouble. Vania tries to recruit him through out the story but he keeps declining. It's not until the hands of time where he finally decides to join. Last one is Seliel, who is a nindroid in this au. She joined after the whole decoded thing (decoded is after possession in this au) because she had nowhere else to go and wanted to do good after all the bad that she's done Sorry!! for the long explanation rahhh, I'm just very. excited about this au

Moriel or Phantom = Morro x Seliel

Moriel comes from the combining of names together; Morro + Seliel = Moriel. Phantom, meanwhile, stems from Seliel’s title as “The Phantom Ninja”, while Morro is a phantom in a literal sense.

New AU concepts alert:

A ninjago phantom thieves au. Where there are no ninjas and no power and villains, but there still a bad guy just like a burglar, thug, mafia etc. But there's phantom thieves comes to save the day and possible steal some magical treasure. This story focus on the phantom thief and their organization (there's no way its a solo one) to retrieve many legendary treasure, legend say that the treasure holds many power that can grant the holder a various power and the theif decide that they need to study it, before it's to late taken by the many criminal to use it on their own will and drain the powers. Secret identity, a double life between a normal citizen and a phantom thieves and a secret they need to hide from their own friends and family.

The character itself ofcourse there's the main ninjas and the other elemental masters, skylor, pixal, harumi, morro, other side characters too like benthomaar, Akita, Vania, Scott, Echo and even seliel. They are the phantom thieves, well most of them are, the rest are more like a part time sort of thieves, also none of them know their identity other than their phantom thief alter ego, outside than that they didn't know eachothers which is a fun thing to explore how they will worked out together as they all have double identity to be kept secrets. What's their motive being a thieves? It's a secret, also for the ship is a secret ;). Would make this into a fanfiction and post it on ao3

These two have always seemed to me to be a relationship (friendly or romantic) similar to Wonder Woman and Batman. Seliel definitely has similarities to Batman (at least the most analytical and solitary) and Cole has the spirit of Wonder Woman (the compassionate and just side, always looking to do good). I love this duo.

What made you ship Coliel?

Man, ngl the first thing that made me really like their dynamic was that line of “you’re a girl??” and “and you’re a boy so what” idk it just was so funny to me. then i began to realize the potential between them and that just drew me tf in. this lil scene also kinda got me thinking too:

Cole was the first to understand her motives and what she stood for and actually took the time to talk to her and validate her feelings. I just really like the fight/talk between these two during this whole thing because I felt like Cole was actually treated like the main character for once and the development is just muy excellente. Usually Lloyd or Nya are the ones with the smart dialogue and for once, Cole got it, and it was towards someone who was also written equally smart. I know it’s dumb to like, ship something based off minimal conversation, but like, it was so intelligent and nice to read. He saw her perspective and her side of things, which is something I always saw missing in the show. Then I started drawing them together just for fun. Then oh no, I started to ship them.

Also their contrasting appearance of black + super bright colors. I’m a hoe for contrast.

Ghost = Seliel x Morro x Cole

Named as such because all three characters had some relation to ghosts/specters in some way, even though Seliel’s was only in title; she was still the Phantom Ninja. Morro was a ghost, and so was Cole at one point.
