big dumb ramble about the lore in the newest daima episode under the cut

yeah the lore in this episode is kinda dumb. the lore in like episode episode 8 with them retconning buu's backstory was also kinda dumb, but this new stuff in episode ten kinda goes against lore in DBZ and DBS.

like did we need to make up two whole new dudes to explain where the multiverse came from? why not just say zeno made the multiverse, hes the fucking omni king. and if the rebuttal is "well this is before super so some of the characters cant know about zeno so soon" then don't actively name drop zeno, play into the msytery of zeno by just showing his sillhouette. it would also work this way because very few of the kais have met zeno, but they obviously know of him and fear him. i'm one of the few DB fans who like zeno, it would be nice if he had some lore to explain why everybody shits bricks when they see him outside of "he can destroy everything"

also the reasoning of the multiverse being made just so some demon king could have more Free Real Estate is stupid, not even the classic Toriyama DB funny stupid, just nornal stupid. again, they could have subtly expanded on zeno's lore but don't because goku isnt supposed to know who he is until super, which is a really dumb excuse.

i actually don't mind the idea that the kais (still not calling them glinds) will eventually die out because it has some good drama, but also casts parts of the zamasu saga in a new light. but even it is kinda dumb; because remember that these guys are connected to the GoDs, and you'd think the kais, who are dedicated to universal balance, would try and find a way to prevent their race from going extinct instead of just resigning themselve to their fate. but this is more of a nitpick, maybe later on they'll address this later, or maybe they won't. either way this revelation means that every zamasu or shin selfship fanchild is technically keeping the kai race from eventually dying out, and i think thats really funny if theres any supreme kai selfshippers out there, make those fankids, you're saving a species from extinction.

but yeah the lore could have been better

Fun fact, only a few have pet names, some because I just like saying their name, some because I thought 'hehe this is cute!" Or some are just pet names they already have.

- G'raha is clearly 'Raha. <3 Everyone calls him that, but it's cute so who wouldn't! - Zenos and Dualscar sort of share one? There is a sort of 'thrill of the chase' aspect to them that makes me call them both 'dear hunter'! - Lady Dimitrescu has one, moooostly because i like buttering up the tall wife! Its nothing grand, a simple sweet 'My Dear Lady.'

10 ~ would you and your f/o ever dress up in a couples costume for Halloween or other events? what would you dress up as?

YES YES YES! The couple costume depends on the F/O of course! Some of them may be hard to convince though. Estinien and Dualscar for sure are hard to get to dress up. Garr is a little easier, but getting him into a costume that FITS HIM is the real challenge.

Actually It may be hard to get Raditz in a costume too...

As for the costumes themselves, I'll name a few.

G'raha and I dress as Each other! Of course he's short, so his clothing is a tight fit for me but I'd love to see him in my favorite glamour.

Raditz and I are Tarzan and Jane because haha monkey.

Garr and I are Belle and Beats.

if you were doing an escape room with ajax and another one with cyno, who’s better at it??

ERISSSS THANK YOU FOR ASKING THIS!! I'm sorry I sat on it for like. over a week aksdlfjdsjf this was hard to decide oh my gosh but it was lots of fun thinking about it >u<

so!! in an escape room with Ajax, I feel like we'd be so good at solving each individual puzzle, but sometimes have trouble with seeing the bigger picture especially in the beginning. when we first get into the escape room, we might spend half our time on the first few puzzles, but once we get the ball rolling we can speed through the rest of them. it always ends up getting very frantic near the end because we'll be racing against the clock. sometimes we'll complete the escape room and make it out, while other times we'll be one or two puzzles away from the end. it's always a very good time though, and maybe if we stopped goofing off or teasing each other as much in the beginning, we'd be able to make it out of all the escape rooms we try.

doing an escape room with Cyno is a bit different—I think he'd be very good at seeing how the puzzles fit together. he's very observant, so for the detail-oriented puzzles (such as ones where we need to find symbols on the wall), we'd be able to get that done so quickly together. however, if we end up having to juggle multiple different puzzles and details, he might get too wrapped up in the details and get stuck on which one we need to work on first. I'll end up having to pull him away from something to get him to work on the first puzzle together, which will then quickly make all the other clues snap into place in Cyno's mind so then it'll be a breeze after that. we just have to get unstuck >u<

overall I think Cyno and I have a better escape room success rate than Ajax and I. but that's mainly because Cyno really enjoys the puzzles so we'd have the most fun by solving the escape room, while with Ajax, we don't take it as seriously and often tease each other to the point where we get distracted sometimes hehe. it would still be very fun to go to an escape room with either of them though c:
