Most of us are guilty of this.  We look at ourselves, either our reflection or a photo, and we pick it to death of all the things we hate about it, never really stopping and looking at the whole picture.   . . I have become more conscious this year to how I look at myself.  I am not always victorious in this, but I am putting forth the effort in loving myself.  Knowing that all of the negative things that have said to me throughout my years do not define me.  While those negative things are still, at times, moving around in my head as I look at photos and/or of my reflection, they do not represent me.   . . Self-esteem and self-love is something all of us have to work on.  Living in the moment and being happy with ourselves as we journey through life is hard.  We all strive for that perfect photo.  We all strive to look our best.  We all try to ward off aging.  (Damn you Father Time!)  But all of it makes us, changes us, shapes us, into the amazing person we are. . .
