Meet the Character: Stops-His-Heart
Covert Report
Frostfall 12, 2E 583
Your grace: it took considerable digging, but I finally have insights to report on the assassination of Primate Artorius. The Dark Brotherhood sent not one assassin but several to topple the primate. However, this does not suggest that just one of their number is not capable of such carnage as we previously thought. I’ve still no clue as to who delivered the killing blow to the primate, or if indeed the assassins fell upon him all at once (highly unlikely).
I learned the identity of one of the assassins, rather directly I might add. An Argonian by the name of Stops-His-Heart, a shadowscale as it were. Your grace, we’ve every right to be wary as shadowscales are said to serve the people of Argonia. Though he indicated otherwise, I would not be surprised if his loyalty was foremost to his people.
I should perhaps clarify. I met with the assassin directly, albeit not of my own accord. My inquiries were not as subtle as I had believed. He cornered me at the Publick House in Anvil and insisted on buying me a drink. I somehow felt compelled. My fear aside, he was more cordial than threatening. Regardless, I was hesitant to drink even though the waitress poured us both the same drink from the same bottle. An Argonian would always have the advantage at a dinner table.
He didn’t remark on my reluctance at all and went right into matters. He told me he had heard I had been discreetly looking for trouble. I explained to him—once again, not of my own accord—that I was working for the Count Kvatch (my many apologies, your grace, I know you wished to remain distant from this) to learn more about the Dark Brotherhood. All the while, I found myself staring into his eyes more than was acceptable.
Stops chuckled and said, ‘Count Carolus shouldn’t be so worried about his business partners, but we can forgive the professional curiosity’. I have said nothing of this to anyone else, your grace. He asked me what I wanted to know and this time I felt free to answer. I asked him first and foremost if Stops-His-Heart was his actual name.
He eyed me for a moment, and I could feel the hairs on my neck standing as he did. Then he responded: ‘It’s what I go by. I’d prefer to keep my Saxhleel name to myself if you don’t mind’. I made a mental note to follow up on this, but I regret to say I’ve nothing to report. I can say that of his aliases (of which there are few), Stops-His-Heart is the one I could find him by most. Peculiar to say the least, as I’ve not uncovered the identity of his fellow assassins. Almost like among their number, he is quite brazen.
Instinct begged me to excuse myself. But I looked into his eyes again and I asked him if he was only a dagger for hire. He smirked and shook his head. He explained to me he performed clandestine work for the Order of the Sacred Ashes and the Sekiryu clan. I asked him to elaborate, as I was entirely certain the Ashen Knights were not ones for illicit activities.
He explained, ‘working within the law can only get you so far’. He went on and told me that the Order had a sub-sect of Ashen Knights who were versed in subterfuge. They were called the ‘Peacekeepers’. In his way of explaining: sometimes to track down Daedra and cultists, you need to get information in unconventional ways. Sometimes, to eliminate particular cultists, you need a sharp knife and a deft hand.
As for his work with the Sekiryu clan, it’s more or less cloak and dagger work performed on the battlefield. If all that he says has been true (and I daresay it has), I’ve been led to believe the Sekiryu have battlefield assassins known as Dragon-Fangs’. As we’ve heard of the reports from Cyrodiil, your grace knows as well as I do the Sekiryu fight hard and fast in the name of the Pact. I suppose it should not come as surprise they employ martially trained rogues to assist in neutralising enemy garrisons.
He then gestured to my drink and somewhat ‘commanded’ me to partake. After a toast to you, your grace, he told me that purified chamomile induces a deep sleep. He said something else about Argonians, but I missed it due to loss of consciousness. When I awoke, he was gone but I believe he left a message for you. I’ve enclosed it with this report.
Your Faithful Servant

Now, they say that to name a ship, you need to follow a sort of... list of regulations. The President of the United States before the time of the USS Fuck Around and Find Out, Jeremy L. Blazkowitz, had felt that the regulations were good, yes, but also outdated. So, he had it so that the regulations around ship-naming were optional from his first day in the Oval Office.
This had led one ship-designer (of coincidentally German descent), Ronald Gewehr, to draw a boat that he'd had in mind since he was a young adult. He designed a 457,000 tonne battleship, similar to the days of old, arming it with guns larger than those could have dreamed of back in the 1950's, and missile/torpedo systems 'out the wazoo', as it were.
Unfortunately, the higher-ups caught wind of what Ronald wanted built. They sent a messenger to his domain to remind him that the Washington Treaty was still in effect, to his chagrin and despair. The messenger handed Ronald a letter alongside the barren news and went along with her day.
The letter read as follows:
Ronald W. Gewehr of the United States Navy, We recognize your ambitions of building what you write to be a 'fuck-off massive war machine' in the form of the USS 'Fuck Around and Find Out'. We are pleasantly surprised at the design of the ship, as it invokes memories of the older designs of warship. One member said that it reminded them of the mighty Warspite. The rest of us, however, have two problems with your ship; One, it is much too large to fit within the bounds of the Washington Treaty, and thus cannot be built, Two, multiple members state that your overuse of unsavory wording is inappropriate for an official government blueprint. We hope this letter finds you peacefully. The Joint Chiefs of Staff, U.S. Navy (P.S. the name is funny.)
Ronald's dream had been dissolved before his very eyes. How had he missed the Washington Treaty?! He sat upon his dining room chair, eating a soggy bowl of cereal in despair for the rest of the evening.
Twelve days later, the POTUS had decided to come visit Ronald's living quarters.
"What?!", Ronald exclaimed, "The President of the United States? In my house?! What do you need, sir?"
"I like your battleship design." the POTUS responded. "It's much too big for the Treaty to handle, but I figured 'meh. Sounds like fun'. Would you like to create an illegal battleship blueprint for me?"
"I'd be more than delighted to, sir," Ronald stuttered, "but what would happen if the Joint Chiefs found out?"
"You have my permission, Ron, don't worry," the POTUS assured Ronald. "I've had a conversation with the boys upstairs and, after a while, they said it's alright for this battleship of yours to be built. One problem, though."
"Yes?"
"None of the dockyards we have are large enough to build it."
"...Oh."
"However," the POTUS continued, "I also spoke with the PM up in the Great White North. He said he'd put aside a dockyard for us."
"Oh, how kind of him."
"That's what I said! I've arranged a limousine to come pick you up as soon as you're done with the blueprint. Here;" the POTUS handed Ronald his personal cell number. "just call me once you're done and I'll have the limo send you north."
"Thank you kindly, Mr. President."
"Not a problem, Ron. Just, uh... make sure no one else knows, else it might be."
With that, the President left for the Oval Office once again, and Ronald hurriedly got to work on the official blueprints of the USS F.O.a.F.O, purposefully named 'Project Counterstrike' for the time being.
Turns out, the exact same situation played out, beat for beat, across the ocean in the Land of the Rising Sun itself; Japan. Apparently, as the scouts would have it, they're adding more turrets to a Yamato blueprint and calling it the Sekiryu. This surprised old Jeremy B., who assumed that his situation with Ronald was an isolated incident. 'Had they heard of Project Counterstrike?', he thought to himself.
He hoped that he Japanese were just building this for nostalgia's sake.
They were not.
Some days later, the President had been told by his messenger that the Japanese are declaring war on the USA... again.
"So, they want to get Hiro-Naga'd again?"
"No, sir," his messenger corrected him, "they say they want the Sekiryu to duel our- your private project."
The President suppressed some laughter. "Oh, those poor fools.", he simply added. The President politely asked his messenger to leave, before contacting the Oak Bay engineers up in the North.
"'Ello?", a gruff voice questioned the unknown caller.
"Hello. Is this the chief engineer of Oak Bay?"
"Yessir. What do you need?"
"I need you to start work on Project Counterstrike, urgently."
"Heh. You got it, big man." The Chief Engineer hung up.
On the President.
...Rude. But, good. Means they'll be able to fight the Japanese with something efficient... well, for what it is, one would suppose.
Two years later, the duel went swimmingly well for the Americans. The Fuck Around and Find Out's shells sunk the Sekiryu from 100 kilometers out, in a freak show of luck, leaving the Sekiryu looking like the USS Arizona had back in the Pearl Harbor attack.
Some amount of centuries later, a starship designer had wanted to pay tribute to the USS Fuck Around and Find Out. He figured that the Astrogeks, being as aggressive as they are, wouldn't want to face a human fleet on home-turf. He asked Upper Management if they could build, in his words, 'the most terrifying warship in the Universe'.
Upper Management complimented the designer by building such a monument of death within two coincidental years. The USWF Fuck Around and Find Out, colloquially named Foxtrot Overlord and Fuckin' Overloaded by the Fleet, orbited the Moon.
The Astrogeks came knocking with a fleet thousands strong.
Peace negotiations begun almost immediately.
The President of the USA, now termed the President of the USW, Albert D. Eisenhower, had decided: "Hey, that was... remarkably quick. How about we do that every time someone gets pissy-pantsed at us; just let the Foxtrot Overlord sit around and look scary?"
And so: they have.
They say that humans are the proverbial 'Sleeping Giant', an efficient deterrent of war, due to their complicated and destructive history. This makes them the most terrifying fleet in the Universe, with a monument to their history floating ominously around their Moon. The 'Galactic Federation', as the opposing forces like to call them, are notorious for parking the USS Fuck Around and Find Out nearby their homeworlds if they're found to get a little rowdy.
Peace negotiations happen within the week. Naturally.
Humans are the proverbial “Sleeping Giant,” and thus make remarkably good deterrents. A common tactic of the Galactic Federation is to simply call in a human warship, such as the USS “Fuck Around and, FindOut,” and simply let it sit nearby. Peace Talks happen within the week.

We had an event where Clan Sekiryu (our Guild) was compiling IC profiles on the various characters who were members, which I feel sums up his background pretty well. He also has his very own Meet the Character!
But a complete rundown: he trained as a Shadowscale during childhood (as normal) and was sent to join the Gold Coast Sanctuary eventually to work as an Assassin. He keeps his Saxhleel name a secret from everyone.
At some point, he meets my main boy (Bloodies-His-Face) during a Valentine's special (that I have yet to finish writing). The two fall in love in an unlikely way, and eventually come to be at each other's side through peace and war.
Eventually the two venture to Coldharbour as part of the Main Quest to combat Molag Bal. At some point, Stops protects Bloodies but gets abducted during the events of Blood Orchard. By the time Bloodies rescues Stops, it's too late.
If you ever see more, you can see all the content I've posted for Stops here!
Also: He has 100% the most kissable nose so guaranteed I have done so!
Bonus Art of him as a Morag Tong collaborator by the wondrous @fateseekercay, who I believe loves my lizards just as much as I do (and I am forever grateful for it)
What if there was an argonian who attached a long needle to the tip of their tail and they added poison to it so they could sting people like a scorpion. Hella impractical but it'd also be so cool.

Meet the Character: Bloodies-His-Face
Report for the Elder Council
Compiled by General Alexus Nipia
Frostfall 7, 2E 583
With sincere regret, I cannot make direct contact with the Elder Council as the 2nd Legion still has the lengthy task of securing Bruma and the surrounding area. May this letter find Councilor Lovidicus and the rest of you well, and may I also commend Chancellor Tharn on securing a temporary truce in the Three Banners War. Whatever brief cessation of hostility it may be, know that the 2nd Legion will use every moment to restore Imperial control in Cyrodiil’s north.
Onto the matter at hand, I received a request to keep track of a former Arena Champion by the name of Bloodies-His-Face. Recently, he attended the Varen Memorial Cup held in Kvatch and then again in the Imperial City (Akatosh speed her recovery). It would please the Council to know he spent time up here in Bruma (as recent as last week), and I personally got reacquainted with the champion.
I’d known of Bloodies-His-Face (Red to his friends, a privilege I had the honour of using but will refrain otherwise to maintain formality in this report) indirectly from my time serving under Varen Aquilarios during the Colovian Revolt. He’d fought in several skirmishes alongside Varen’s personal cohort across the countryside and on the Red Ring Road. He was particularly known for his ferocity when fighting against Emperor Leovic’s army; part of a personal vendetta I later learned.
Before he became an Arena Champion, Bloodies fought in the Coronation Cup held in Leovic’s honour a decade prior. Alongside him were a cohort of Argonian servants whom Leovic had conscripted to fight. Despite his best efforts to train his egg-kin, Bloodies outlived them all and was even forced at arrowpoint by the Emperor to fight the second-last of his kin. For this, he sought revenge and joined Varen’s Rebellion.
When we disposed of Leovic in 2E 577, many of us parted ways. Since then, Bloodies recounted adventures had in Blackwood, Morrowind, and even Skyrim. He had ‘kept busy’, as he told me. The Council, of course, knows that a year later was when the dread Soulburst occurred and the Dark Anchors heralding Molag Bal’s invasion appeared. To recount for the Council: during this time, Bloodies had rallied local Imperial guard and citizenry against the initial wave of Daedra, as well as the treachery of Legion Zero.
From what I understand, Bloodies-His-Face formed the Order of the Sacred Ashes after helping many citizens escape the Imperial Isle six months later. Though a brotherhood of pauper knights initially, it serves to remind the Council that Bloodies and his comrades battled Daedra and the Worm Cult across Tamriel. They even, at times, partook in the Three Banners War. However, he insisted that his knights swear to maintain peace and justice first and foremost over any provincial claim to sovereignty. I hope this would satisfy the Council’s curiosity to his allegiance from the start.
I did not manage to learn more of what he has been up to between then and the Varen Memorial Cup, as he spent most of his time in the region at Fort Dragonclaw. Once again: my deepest apology for not compiling a more recent dossier on the Sekiryu clan, but I can at least inform the Council that it would appear Bloodies-His-Face is deeply affiliated with them. In the least, it can only be beneficial that he is of respected standing among their number as the Council knows that the Sekiryu are descended from the Akaviri who fought Reman at Pale Pass.
In summary, my brief contact with Bloodies-His-Face has informed me well of his character and alliances. I can confidently report to the Council that if we seek the services of Bloodies, his Ashen Knights, or his contacts with the Sekiryu, then it can only mean good things for the Empire. And at such a dire time when our citizenry worry for the future, we could always do with more heroes.
P.S: Bloodies wanted to convey his interest in a position as a General of the Imperial Legion that Varen promised him. I leave that proposition to your discretion.

I am also open to any ideas one might have for any of them lol. I like to think they all have slightly different markings from each other that also change depending on who is possessing Yūji
I might've just had an utterly insane SIkuna idea. Since, y'know, Sukuna was in fact split into twenty pieces.
Can you imagine for a moment, if each piece went on to become another being of sort, only for all twenty to be yanked back when Yuuji eats that finger lol.
