From my little project for Femslash Weekend: a Johanna rescues Calliope fic!

“Who are you?” the woman asks, then shakes her head quickly, as if deciding the question is not important. “No, you must go, if he finds you—” “If who finds me? Do you mean Madoc?” Johanna asks alarmed. She gets her answer when the woman’s eyes widen in fear. “Is he keeping you hostage?” Johanna presses. The other woman seems conflicted as she considers her answer, which is more than enough of an answer for Johanna. She moves to grab the woman’s hand but she jerks it back and shakes her head. “I can’t,” she says sadly, devastated even. “I can’t leave this place.” “What do you mean, you can’t leave? Are you trapped here? Is it a spell? Are you fae?” Johanna asks, but before the other woman can answer she hears the creak of the stairs. Shit. Madoc probably noticed she was gone too long.  “Go,” the woman commands her. “I could not bear it if he trapped you too. Please.” Johanna nods and whispers, “I’ll be back,” which seems to surprise the woman. But before she can respond, Johanna is quietly pulling the door shut and considering her options. She can’t just leave this woman behind, but she knows she doesn’t quite have the tools to confront Madoc directly. While the woman in the bedroom definitely gave off a supernatural vibe, Madoc himself was not possessed or a supernatural being himself, so nothing currently on her person will necessarily work on him except for— An idea suddenly forms in her head and Johanna steels her nerves before marching over to the only other door in the hallway, which she knows is probably Madoc’s own bedroom. She turns the knob and has her foot halfway in the door when she hears Madoc’s voice behind her.

Hi there! I'm Seiya, aka starsniper! (she/her) This is my blog for assorted blorbo posting and writing, hope you enjoy your stay! 😄

Main fandoms are Sandman and Dead Boy Detectives, but I've recently dipped my toe into Arcane. Blog is multifandom overall.
