It's still a minority view (plenty of varied viewpoints do get conflated with those things though, by people who have also grown up with the criticism of men = man hate line and internalised it in the other direction). It's still heavily exagruated by bad actors. Have you not actually talked to these people? Have you not looked at what they feel is man hate? Have you seen the examples the radicalised will list? Evil radfems saying all men are scum on twitter is a *tiny* fraction of what they feel attacked by and is almost never what they feel *most* attacked by.
I saw an intelligent, reasonable, compassionate, previously explicitly feminist man become *violently* (and I do mean violently, I was the target) antifeminist overnight because I expressed on Facebook I was having a trauma response (wariness of men) after an assault. And you know what else? Not a single man in that room defended me from *actual violence* because to them, fear looked like hate. Anything that made them uncomfortable looked like hate. This was during a time where publically discussing online your experiences with sexual assault was first becoming a Big Thing, the original #MeToo (interesting that it had to happen twice), and there really wasn't anyone going all men evil, just all men can be scary because we don't know who will hurt us. There was SO MUCH EFFORT to add nuance to the discussion, to let men know hey! We aren't saying *youre* bad! And they would not listen. Why? Because they'd rather listen to other men saying we are man hating feminists who are calling them all rapists even when we explicitly say the opposite! And that got me assaulted by a friend. The same shit fucking led to elevatorgate ffs. How dare a woman say she is uncomfortable, that's man hate, ignore all evidence to the contrary.
And yknow I did see an uptick in *performative* man hate at the time, but it was purely reactionary and it was a *test* (and a lot of current supposed "man hate" is still a relic of this era). Since you can make clear you don't hate men all you want and they will still say you do, "yes all men" became a sort of password. If you could here that without being a little bitch about it, if you knew the context because you actually bothered to listen, then you were cool. You knew no one actually meant that because you bothered to listen to them instead of people lying for political gain.
This is a tactic that has been going on since *before feminism even existed* and it is effective! It relies more upon the constructed belief that feminism is anti man which has become very well established over the years than it does the actual behaviour of feminists. I would strongly encourage you to look at anti-feminist sentiment throughout and predating the history of feminism (starting with the votes for women movement, that's the earliest I am personally aware of, there may be earlier examples) and see how we got to this point. Convincing every feminist to never again say "men are evil" will not create any change. (Which is not to say people *should* do it, but just that it's not the true root of this kind of radicalisation). Actual examples of it are *convenient* but not necessary for this tactic.
I would never *entirely* discredit the viewpoints of someone who has escaped cults and cult tactic using groups (I've been through that, I get it), but I would encourage caution with how much you trust the narrative of the *whys* from someone who has escaped. Leaving is quicker than undoing the thinking, and I really do believe that user isn't quite there yet. Best case scenario, that user is right about *them*, but it is not correct of radicalised men in general.
Because you can be as gentle as you like to these people getting radicalised, you can have all the nuance in the world, you could make it so that no one, not even as a joke, says anything about hating men, and you know what will happen? Just like has always happened, they will listen to who they want to listen to. They will listen to the people promising them superiority, they will listen to the people giving them a reason for their economic suffering (we must remember how much economics plays into radicalisation), that reason being evil feminists. They will see the man hate regardless of if it is there or not. Because they have been told to. Because it is convenient for them. And even if you convince them that we don't hate *men*, now you've got to convince them we don't hate them for being *white*. The point is not the hate they perceive but the superiority they seek and the power they desperately want.
Radicalisation and cult tactics do not rely on facts.

AI art gives me the same vibes as taking a beautifully built house from the gallery of the Sims 4, redecorating it a bit to suit my use, and then posting it back to the gallery to share the beautiful house I created. Yeah, I did some of the work, yeah it’s not exactly the same thing, but I didn’t do the brunt of the work, I didn’t spend hours creating it and only took maybe twenty minutes to alter it. It still doesn’t make it mine. It’s fine to use for your own personal use maybe, but you absolutely should not share it anywhere else, especially not without crediting the original creator (something that is almost impossible to do with AI art programs)

Tallulah is Phil and Missa's daughter.
This will probably be very long, so if you want to read it, go grab some popcorn and get comfortable.
I have to talk about this because it's eating me up inside. I think I shouldn't give so much importance to comments coming from sewers like Twitter and much less Tiktok, but it makes me so sick (and I'm such a masochist that I even spend time looking for the shit they say to make me angrier and debate them xD).
I am very happy that it was finally made official, with papers certified by the federation, that Tallulah is the daughter of Philza and Missa, I think that was not entirely necessary for them, because they had assumed it for a long time (let's assume that Tallulah needed the pappers to end her W arc), although I suppose that more than anything it was done for those people who still cannot accept it or who deny the paternity of Phil and Missa (With Missa, although it bothers me, I can even understand it, he He hasn't been as present and many people don't know him, but god, it would be a crime to deny Tallulah's paternity to Phil, the man who has kept her alive and given everything for her throughout her life).
I'm glad that, although I have seen negative comments, the majority have been positive (even if it hurts them, it doesn't matter, it's official, screw them). Mainly, the negative comments have been from defenders of W and their arguments are so poor and weak that they are easily refuted. It is obvious that these people do not know Tallulah and have never met her, many do not even know how things turned out and say nonsense like that the current Llulah is an imposter, that it is not fair that they "rewrote" history and erased W (which It is false, Llulah's words make it clear that history was never changed, she simply moved on and that person remained in the past).
I refuted all those arguments on Twitter but screw Twitter, I hate the fucking character limit. So I'm going to expand (I have a lot of poison to get out of my skin). I have some points:
1- "That's not Tallulah" Of course it is her, those who witnessed her life and her growth during the year that passed, can realize that this was her natural evolution. She is the same girl who grew up overcoming her limitations, who suffered, who felt alone, who had abandonment problems, who everyone saw as a poor abandoned girl and who found comfort next to someone who has always loved her like a father and a brother who gave everything for her.
2- "They erased all her lore" No. Tallulah's lore is the one she built with Philza and Chayanne over the course of the year they lived together. Her relationship with W and her longing for him was only part of her story (although people made a lot of emphasis on that), but it was not the only thing that defined her, it never was and only people who never got to met her think that. They see her like an extension of that other person, as the only thing that kept him on the server, but did not see her as an individual character and definitely did not watch Phil's Vods and they never really knew her lore.
3-"How do they explain this in the lore?" Simple, there was someone in her life, someone who was her first father, but who spent very little time with her, who left a long time ago and who is currently no longer part of her life. She learned to let go of the past and focused in the family she has in the present, the family that loves her, that watched her grow up, that makes her happy and gives her security to believe in herself and that is the Death Family, Chayanne, Philza and Missa. Time passes, not all people stay, treasure those who are by your side and let go of what never brought you anything but pain.
4- "They should have created another egg and replaced her" Why replaceher? It has no sense or reason. She is a character who built her own story with her family, a story that never really involved that other person other than with one or another sporadic mention, why eliminate a character that evolved by itself? Little by little she separated herself from what she was at the beginning and that bond that she had with that first father was practically non-existent. What would be the point of eliminating it or replace her with another new character?
5- "No matter what other parents and appearance give her, she will always belong to W because she still carries the name he gave her" No. She never belonged to him. She lived with that man for 2 days and apart from leaving him the promise of a reunion, she did not contribute anything else to her life. She formed her own path, her passion for music was not because of him, it was something she already had before, her love for nature, for animals, everything was built in the days she lived with Philza (even with uncle Bad). She suffered for her first father but she moved on, she matured, she discovered her link with death and her powers as a medium, she acquired her own personality and little by little she built the Tallulah she is now.
She never belonged to anyone but herself and she always fought to prove that, but people insisted on dumping trauma on her and reminding her that she was an abandoned child waiting for someone who at a certain point was nothing more than an idealized dream, because There was never a real relationship between them, they never lived together long enough. She little by little made her decisions and chose the people she wanted to be her parents (and it's not that she had few options, Quackity, Bad and even F wanted to adopt her at the time and asked them to, but she was not a girl who was looking for parents). She could choose and she chose Philza, the person who had always been there for her and later she chose Missa, someone who despite not knowing her very well gave her his love unconditionally and gave her security when she needed it. Then she was able to feel the warmth of being part of a complete family.
6- "They should change her name because W gave her that name! That impostor is not Tallulah!" Why? Her name is not anyone's intellectual property, at the time it was given to her, it belonged to her for better or worse and yes, in some way it will always be a tie to her past, but a past she has already left behind and managed to overcome by creating new memories and dreams.
To a certain extent I understand those who became attached to her because she reminded them of that other person, but if they couldn't see her as her own character, it means that they never cared enough to make the effort to get to know her.
It would shock us all if a character we liked suddenly changed drastically and left behind what like us in the first place. But if they had really watched her, they would have realized that the change was not sudden, it was gradual.
She found in Phil a protective and understanding father who always put her and her brother before anything else, who suffered with her her pain and outbursts of frustration due to the depression caused by the absence of her first father. She found in Missa a cute and loving father who always showers her with love and helps her to have confidence in herself. She doesn't lack anything with them. She has closed a cycle of pain in her life and now she can heal.
She chose the look that makes her feel finally free to be herself, whatever the external reasons that led to that, she finally has a future ahead of her unbound by the past and prefers to be more like the people she considers her family now. If you can't see what all of this really meant to Tallulah and her evolution, it's because you never cared to see even 20% of her story. Well, since the middle of last year she began her journey to break away from a name and be herself, fighting to be seen for who she was.
If those people decide to continue supporting someone despite his shit, that is their right, but the server and the admin were also within their right to decide to kick him out and want to distance themselves from a person they consider unpleasant.
7-There were comments of another type, mainly from people who are really very lost with the lore, people who consider her the daughter of Quackity, even confusing her with Tilín (saying that Q didn't know if she was the daughter of W or Luzu and that she should get a DNA test), when we all know that from the beginning she was W's daughter as a single father and that the only reason Quackity could have become Tallulah's father was if to marry W, but that never happened, W didn't come back and Quackity was never able to develop that relationship with Llulah, she considered him a possible father because she knew W loved him, but Q always being kidnapped or something, they never really related much. There are people who, even with a certificate, continue to insist that Tallulah should have been given to Quackity to raise with Luzu (she had a tender interaction with Luzu and people were already asking him to adopt her, saying that she was alone and had no parents, I seriously hate them!) I shouldn't take seriously people who obviously haven't seen Philza even once and I know that many of those people are hispanic and are limited by the language barrier but if they don't have the slightest idea They shouldn't give their opinion… Tallulah is not an object to be passed from hand to hand, she chose and in order to do so she had to go through a very long and painful arc.
8- I firmly believe that it is a great win to now have a certificate that endorses who the people she considers her parents are, but I insist, it was not necessary, because that has been known for a long time and I am sure that if it was created it was to close the mouth mouth to all those people who are not capable of accepting that.
Tallulah is the daughter of Philza and Missa (and no one else), she is part of the Death Family, that is her story, it is not a whim, a whim is continuing to link her to something she is no longer a part of or wanting to make her a part of a lore that never happened or wanting to give her other parents different from the ones she grew up with (Quackity already had Tilín, Richas and now Pepito, I don't think she needs more children and Tallulah doesn't need any more shitty drama in her life).
Tallulah is a beautiful being, both with her old look and with the new and as Missa says "She deserves only the beautiful things in the world"
Tallulah is Phil and Missa's daughter!!! Tallulah is Phil and Missa's daughter!!! Tallulah is Phil and Missa's daughter!!! And I can shout it a thousand times because it's true and she always was, but now it's certified by the government and no amount of complaining or tantrums can change that fact.
Sorry for my bad english. See you!! jajaja ando re agresiva, pero es que nadie se mete con mi familia xD

I made a post on Reddit titled "Hot take but I feel like many if not most Stolitz antis are either homophobic or just hypocrites" and I even had to clarify at the end that not all Stolitz antis are like that. Cue the replies harassing me, taking it as a personal attack on them and making baseless accusations about me. One of them even sarcastically said "Anyone who disagrees with me is wrong and bigoted" as a way to make fun of me. I never said anything remotely similar to that. I don't think they bothered to actually read past the title where I explained that Stolas and Blitzø meeting as children is compared to a bad fanfic when that never gets said about straight couples in media who met as children and that people who hate Stolitz for what it is now only tolerated it when it was just a running gag, as if they can't stand it when gay relationships are being taken seriously. I also mentioned that even non-homophobic Stolitz antis complain about how toxic it is and then turn around to ship Blitzker. (Blitzø x Striker)
I had a similar experience. It's so stupid because like, some of them aren't even subtle about it. Same for chaggie antis. I remember seeing a post talking about how much Charlie doesn't get enough dick, so she's unsatisfied and needs Alastor. Like... I'm sorry, what?
A lot of the arguments stolitz antis are literally inherently bigoted. Like how they want Stolas to be paired with Stella instead even though he's gay. And STILL hating him for "cheating" after The Circus even though he's a gay man being forced to marry an abusive woman? Idk, that's... a red flag 💀 The same people saying stolitz is one sided were the same ones saying that Stolas and Stella were in love not to long ago... sounds like heteronormativity...
And a lot of them are Stella defenders? Sorry that I came to the conclusion that the people doing mental gymnastics defending the cishet abuser calling the gay male abuse victim the abuser may be homophobic 😭
Like, it's not that different from female characters who get hate while the same people shitting on her praise fictional men who are worse or do the same shit. There are clear double standards here. These people turn around and praise cishet media with very similar writing, characters and tropes as Helluva Boss. And not only that, but it's not even just about their relationship specifically. Like, I have a theory that the whole controversy about Stolas being an "abusive" father is because of the stereotype that queer people can't be good parents. And the whole "child and parent have conflict but make up in the end" trope happens in fiction all time (example: Danny Tanner, Jeff Morales, Doofenshmirtz, ect.) Weird how it only became abuse and neglect with Stolas and Via.
Some people are blantly saying they wanted stolitz to "stay a joke", and it feels obvious to me that a lot of them just like queer characters who are queer in a goofy "dark humor" way and not an actual character with queer struggles and/or queer relationships.
People who say "but I disagree and I'm not homophobic!" Be expecting you to give them a pat on the back or something, I swear 💀 Like... good for you? Thanks for not being a bigot? Do you want a reward?
What I don't think people understand is that if they're not homophobic, then the post isn't about them. The fact that they're getting so defensive about posts directed at no one in particular is just weird because it looks worse than it would be if they just kept scrolling. Now it just kind of seems like Freudian Slip.
No one was looking at you until you said something
Of course they're not all the same, but I've seen people straight up call them the f slur
Sorry that happened to you. Just remember that Reddit is INFAMOUS for being toxic, so don't take what people on that app have to say to heart. Like, it's up there with Twitter and Tumblr...
And wouldn't you know it? Those are the 3 sites I see the most Stolas and Blitz hate.
Interesting

Its so wild to see how openly and aggressively people hate forcebook and their work. Iknow bl opinions are so varied but other than the odd 'this is not for me' i never really come across hate for pairings on here (maybe its different on twitter idk) so its so insane that when it comes to fb people just stop being considerate to fans or even look to bother them actively. there are some actors who get rightly criticized for awful behaviour but with fb it just seems like its the one pairing that people are allowed to shit on and thats why they do it? bc what's the worst they've done? not act the way you would want them to or take part in a show you didn't like?? why would people then focus so much on them rather than focus on the stuff they do like? its so baffling i truly wonder if its just 'playground join in with the bully' behaviour. sorry thats been on my mind as someone who only filters into bl every now and then, its so strange.
hi there!
RIGHT????? before them, i had never seen hate for pairings on this level. i knew about some problematic actors and pairings that had broken up so most people had moved on but actual gratuitous hate??? was unknown to me.
i used to think we all minded our business with our faves and everyone lived in peace. at least it was like that here on tumblr for my first years of bl. i do think twitter is different and probably worse, but the way their behavior has been poisoning tumblr as well is concerning.
truly. i don’t KNOW what’s with forcebook that people seem to enjoy hating on them. they’ve been on the public eye for nearly two years now, they have zero rumors, zero scandals, zero accusations, work hard, just do their thing, openly support the lgbtq+ community, all their coworkers like them, for fanfest in japan geminifourth, joong and phuwin went to force’s room in the middle of the night to hang out because their adore spending time with him, their previous directors adore them, p’film considers forcebook his actual children and p’new opens his arms for book to bear hug him whenever he sees him.
hell, even their old classmates from school came forward to say they were really nice people back then. that force was popular because he was friends with everyone and book was quiet but sweet.
when there’s actual deeply problematic actors out there. people who get accused of unspeakable things EVERY SINGLE DAY. and fans still defend them and give them 937482848384 chances.
it just doesn’t make sense to me. WHY would you be so obsessed with someone you don’t like? focus on your faves instead of complaining about other people just doing their job!!!!!!!!!!
i do usually call it “hate train” because it seems like everybody’s hopping on it just because it’s going around a lot.
but STILL. i see some criticism that’s just baffling. the way people will take forcebook’s words out of context and attack them with it, invent shit saying they’re nepotism babies (they are not). some even use forcebook’s friendship against them which is????? surreal. jobless behavior. go find a hobby or something else to do???? WHAT ARE YOU GAINING FROM ALL THIS?????
force and book are very open about their friendship and how it’s not perfect because they like being honest with us instead of painting a false image of their relationship, it’s not for people to turn it into weapons!! the disrespect is just so infuriating!
i’m not asking for everyone to start loving forcebook, just RESPECT THEM. or even ignore them. but don’t ruin things for them 😭😭😭 and us fans who are just trying to support them.
it’s okay! i wonder about the same things every single day. and i sincerely don’t know if i’m just too biased or something but i have never understood the amount of hate and still don’t because i would never do this to anyone. i never expected things to become like this.
but oh well :/

Eugh, I cannot stand Sailor Moon fans. They're so annoying and obnoxious, it makes me want to punch them in the face. They think that Sailor Moon is the *first* and *only* magical girl anime, and every *single DAMN* magical girl anime and cartoon such as Winx Club or Tokyo Mew Mew will be called a "Sailor Moon rip-off". Give me a fucking break. What the fuck does a show about fairies or a show about girls who get animal DNA who fight aliens have to do with Sailor Moon, I'll never know.
Tbh, I wish I could get to enjoy Sailor Moon, but fans like these have ruined Sailor Moon for me, because they worship Sailor Moon like it's the damn Bible or Quran, and cannot be bothered to check any other magical girl show, whether it is anime or cartoon, without calling it a "rip off"
It's like...they're so close minded, it's almost scary, ngl. I wish the fanbase acknowledged this, because this shit is not only damaging their reputation, but they're ruining Sailor Moon for a lot of people (me included) and their elitist and blind worshipping behaviour is turning away (potential) new fans and people who want to get into and enjoy this series.
"Sailor Moon", for me is a classic example of how a good show can get ruined by a shitty fanbase.
TLDR: The Sailor Moon fanbase is shit and it has ruined the show for me and (probably) other people.
It’s the same with me as well. I still like sailor moon but the stans made me not like it as much because they won’t shut up about any magical girl anime being a “rip off” of sailor moon. Even magical girl shows that came way before like cutie honey and sally the witch are called this. It’s also pretty stupid they say this because they see stuff that is common in the genre (transformation, wands, animal friends, etc) and think that it’s copying sailor moon. When those things existed in the genre since the very beginning. They don’t dig deeper into the show and see that it’s nothing like sailor moon like the ones you mentioned. Even more annoying is when they say a scene from a magical girl show is a ripoff of sailor moon when nothing like that happens in sm. Remember that winx mythix transformation scene where they used wands to transform and sailor moon stans saying it’s a ripoff? However, sailor moon never transformed with a wand at any point in the show like the winx did. That’s more old school magical girl like creamy mami rather than sailor moon.
Sometimes they even try and trash or discredit other magical girl anime like cutie honey (saying that it doesn’t count as a magical girl anime and sailor moon is actually the first magical girl warrior) and precure (they are lying to themselves about precure impact on magical girls anime nowadays and claim that all the obvious precure parodies in shows are actually sailor moon parodies..).
Even outside their stupidity with the magical girl genre, they are still insufferable with sailor moon. We have manga stans thinking that the 90s anime is insult to life itself and say you’re not a real fan if you liked the anime over the manga. We have people who will defend every bad thing in sailor moon and jump on others if they say something about it (one guy said on twitter about the kiss between an KO usagi and momo was weird and all hell broke lose). It’s just a toxic and annoying fandom.
Also, If I was you, I would still give sailor moon a chance and just ignore the fandom. Sure they are giving sailor moon a bad name and are just as annoying as dragon ball fans. But it’s still possible to enjoy sailor moon by ignoring the fandom. It’s still a good show. Or you can just read the manga as it’s shorter than the show is.

At this point why do people keep complaining about E/L shippers. I don't get it😭 It's becoming redundant tbh. It's not like they're going to change. On the contrary, at Twitter they just keep growing in masses. We're letting them occupy Levi spaces too often.
I know it's not your fault because you don't control what anons ask. I'm sure you're tired of talking about it too lol
I feel like tearing out my hair whenever I see Erwin's name and I don't even have anything against him🖐🏽💀
I'm really glad you said this, because this is exactly how I feel. I keep getting asked about it, over and over, and it's driving me nuts. That's why I pinned my post about Levi and shipping, to try and get these people to stop bugging me, lol. Instead of asking me about Levi, or wanting to just talk about Levi as his own, separate character, people keep coming to me complaining about Levi/Erwin as a ship and how awful the shippers are, and I really, really just don't care. I don't care about the ship, and I don't care about the shippers. I want to talk about Levi, not about these people and their delusions, lol.
The problem I feel, is I get why people want to complain about it, but by complaining about it constantly, and focusing on it, instead of Levi himself, they're letting these people win. They're letting the shippers dominate the conversation surrounding Levi, so that instead of actually discussing Levi as a character, they only ever talk about the ship of him and Erwin, whether it's to complain about it or not, you're still ONLY talking about it.
Like, damn, there's so much to talk about with Levi as a character. So much to discuss and analyze and understand. But I would say 95% of the questions I get are either people complaining about how much they hate shippers, or coming and telling me about some negative bullshit some idiot on twitter or ticktok said about Levi (when I've said repeatedly that I don't go on those platforms specifically to avoid seeing that shit, and yet they tell me about it anyway). It's like they want me to reassure them that what some moron said about Levi isn't true. You can figure out it isn't true on your own just by reading the manga or watching the anime. That's all you need to counter these fools. Nothing they say should matter or bother you, because the canon completely undoes whatever mad claims they want to make.
Anyway, yeah, it's getting to that point for me too, whenever I see Erwin's name, I feel irritation, because almost every time, I know it's going to be someone asking me if Levi cared more about Erwin than humanity, or accusing Levi of caring more about Erwin than humanity, or asking some dumb fucking question about "the vow" and completely not getting that it wasn't FOR Erwin, it was for all his comrades that gave their lives that day in Shinganshina. It's fucking stupid. Why are people so insecure about Levi's character? They shouldn't be. Levi's character speaks for itself. He doesn't need defending, because he's a genuinely good person and a hero.

I feel like every stream people find new ways to hate on forever, it’s so tiring most people on twt really only cares for him cause he’s easy to ship with that much is clear. They treat him so badly whenever he does something outside of fuling ships
He cannot win ever. If he treats a villain normally, he gets hate. If he acts suspicious and paranoid, he gets hate.
He picked Tallulah's side over Richas? He gets hate. He didn't give enough attention to Tallulah? He gets hate.
He cares about Quackity's situation? He gets hate. He doesn't care about Quackity's situation? He gets hate.
He treats El Quackity like shit? He gets hate. He treats El Quackity as a friend? He gets hate.
He don't spend time with Richarlyson? He gets hate. He bother others parents to spend time with Richarlyson? He gets hate.
As a main Forever POV watcher it becomes so tiresome that comes to a point you start wishing he stops interacting with pretty much anyone because you know it'll become a headache. It gets to a point that you wish he doesn't participate in lore so he won't get hate. I remember not wanting him participating in the elections when it was announced because I knew he'd get hate (and he did, especially after the debates). So QSMP starts to become unfun when you know you can't look up anything about a character you like because it's either ships or all negative. And the positive stuff is everyone once again having to defend him over another wave of hate.
In Tumblr you rarely see hate, but you also kinda don't see anything else here about him. I have plenty of people saying I'm the best blog when it comes to talk about Forever and whatelse but that's because I'm pretty much the only one actually talking about him lmao. If I don't watch his POV, I sure as hell won't k mouthnow what happened to him through liveblogs on Tumblr. Still, I prefer this over what happens on Twitter.
Now here I am wishing he will not interact with Quackity anymore if gets on QSMP today (I hope he just focus on CoN), despite loving crazyduo, just that he won't get another wave of hate again. It also makes me wish he doesn't interact much with Cellbit and Roier on QSMP because their fans, together with Quackity's, are the ones who hates him the most. Oh yeah, Jaiden's fans don't like him much either but at least they have a better reason.
Anyways, I'm tired.

oh it goin DOWN on twitter
sorry for mobhundred discourse and also making this a little about me. #testimonials.
I've been staying out of it because of overlapping circles & callout posts being incendiary but I always disliked SC in a "this person is unlikable" way, didn't do anything but be self-righteous and overly sensitive. like
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I'd DM my friend shit she says with her name cropped out to go "LOL", making sure not to name her because no one should be put on blast for being annoying. But "that includes telling someone to explode" is objectively funny as fuck
overall I interpreted all the sketchy stuff in the fic as like general incompetence? And stopped reading. Seeing the shit she did/wrote like the week after I cooled off from MP100 feels like an atom bomb going off behind my head like she HUH?>????
I don't actually think "neutral on proship discourse" should be a warning sign, it's well-known that discourse is meaningless namecalling. It can be necessary to state your allegiances in specifically MP100 fandom because it attracts like a SHOCKING amount of people really weird about 13-year-olds, though. Disproportionate to any other fandom I've ever been. Something in the goddamn water in that fandom stg its EVIL out there.
Anyway I think an obsessive fixation on pedophilia was the actual warning sign. The fic is constantly full of these whiplash interjects like a fixative "wow, sure hope no one thinks I'm a creep, kind of creepy lol" circling. This kind of uncharacteristic fixation is what She Doth Protest Too Much really looks like.
I don't have much in the way in personal stories because I just gave them space. Uhhh I ended up in a discord server where she was friends with just about every frequent poster and popular artist in there. I found her behaviour to be kind of argumentative, but never escalating. So I was like okay, I was being uncharitable, it's just that she's sensitive. Just because I don't like her doesn't mean I gotta be rude. She unblocked me (I was blocked for saying proship electric chair as a joke) and I so I tried to be supportive and sociable by getting into her fic for a while. And now people are posting the most singularly insane quotes I've ever seen from right after where I dropped off. Holy mary mother of god.
And ok. Not to be presumptuous. but her friend SpCh is a notorious flying monkey to the point when I made a thread about how people in the west don't really bother researching other cultures and basic aspects of other countries, assuming they know everything, and SpCh misinterpreted the entire thread so badly I can only assume she was defending SC's honour based on 1 tweet. GIRL I WAS TALKING ABOUT SCUM VILLAIN FANFIC. IF A HIT DOG HOLLERS?

Tbh I'm Black and I thought people shipping Namor and Shuri were just a bunch of cidhet White reylos. And from what I'm seeing it is the same for a lot of us. It's time to accept that Black people are going to be divided in this matter, and that's okay we don't all think the same. But we aren't getting anywhere assuming the haters are just white by default
I used to live on tumblr more but now I live on TikTok more and I've seen nothing but Black women discussing this ship and I didn't even know there was controversy around it until I got literally attacked lol. It's also weird to assume someone is white, period. I usually only assume someone is white when they're, like, on Twitter saying some outrageous Far Right political shit but preface it with "As a Black man,". (Or I assume they're a bot.)
Like, it's out of left field, to me. Idk how other Black women are taking it, but it's crazy, like literally delusional and insane, to me, to assume that I would make this blog years and years and years ago and just elect to be one of the most underrepresented and disrespected demographics of comics fans and superhero movie fans for fun so that I could... disagree with the fans of a movie that wasn't even in the realm of existing, yet. Like, I'm a white Reylo (I don't even like Reylo, or Star Wars fans at all tbh). I played the long game, pretending to like Iris West and Misty Knight and Valkyrie and defending Anna Diop and all of that... just so I could sneak my white ass in to ship Shuri with a character y'all find distasteful? I remember a few years back when people were shipping Shuri with Bucky and a lot of people objected, but I don't remember this level of vitriol and I don't recall anyone just trying to strip long-standing blogs of their identity over it. Marvel fans have always had disagreements and shipping has always been one of the biggest ones, but I've never, in my life, felt so attacked over an opinion that I don't even hold that strongly. Like I said, I don't care about the ship that much. I only said it was fun. I don't see how shipping 2 fictional people, even lightly, even in passing, is antiblack. Antiblackness is such a bigger thing than "you shipped characters I don't like".
Usually, we're fighting the opposite, which is nobody shipping the Black characters at all, or not liking any ships with Black characters, or treating the Black characters in the ship like the psychologist for the non-Black characters in the ship. I ain't never seen no shit like this. I didn't know y'all didn't like antagonist/protagonist ships that hard. I didn't come on here to convince anyone of anything, I just came here because it's usually a fun place to geek out about these movies and things. But, no, it's not fun. Y'all are on here making huge judgements of people over shipping... like Ryan Coogler wrote it that way. Talk to him, if it bothers you that much.
But to question my entire identity, my family, my political leanings, my loyalty to my community? It's sick. Like, I can't even defend myself. If I start saying, like, I was literally getting tear gassed at BLM protests in 2020, I sound ridiculous. If I say ACAB, I sound like I'm trying too hard to convince y'all I'm Black. If I talk about actual Black American issues I care about, like the school to prison pipeline, I sound like I'm just bringing up talking points. But you guys get to decide I hate myself and other Black women because of Shuri and Namor, a fictional African princess and a fish man who were written into a screenplay. Like, what fucking sense does that make?
Like, none of this is real, but I am a real person behind this account. Y'all are making me physically ill over this.

Today, I caused chaos on Twitter and Mobox and friends didn't like it lol Part 3
I went all out with my new account.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
This is where the "chaos" began. I went all out. I didn't think or care on wtf I was saying or did (as you can see in some of the tweets, there's a lot of misspellings because I was just speed running them). It was just slander. Some of the things I said were very ridiculous, most were just saying shit to mobox instead of Nikolai, and only like 2 or 3 tweets were logical and not just ridiculous shit. I was making fucking so much slander that it felt I was running through a field of flowers lol. Of course I'm joking around about that but god damn it, it felt so just entertaining to just constantly tweeting non stop. It was so ridiculous. First Nikolai blocked me instantly and later mobox followed. I have done it. I got what I wanted once again. I was so over joy and also just shocked to see a huge amount of tweets I have made. Seeing them be the first thing you see when you search up "mobox87" on Twitter is so funny to me. Also it's another common L on mobox because thanks to her new attention to me, she is making herself look more bad on Twitter than she already is. Like my tweets has never gotten into huge numbers of views before this happened. The only reason why I made that gimmick account is to fool and get more stupid people into not liking mobox87. I mean it's mobox's fault for me to get a chance at spreading pretty ridiculous misinformation about her to a somewhat shit ton of people to witness it. Remember I didn't got some much attention and attraction from people before this happened and so mobox was just helping me out with this goal in mind. I mean hundreds of people viewing my tweets doesn't seem like a lot but to me it's a big deal for me since I only get like 7 or 10 views out of my tweets so yeah, thanks mobox. I truly think people would believe the shit from my mobox gimmick because nowadays people are fucking stupid. I'm fully convinced that's the case and especially the case for the small and not that popular mobox and mobox related community. Making people have a reaction out of my bullshit has been one of my goals. Especially delusional people with insecurities who try to defend themselves from the shit I say. At the end of the day, bad publicity is good publicity for me if my goals can be reached from it. I want to be mobox's very own inconvenience as possible and also getting a reaction out of it. that is what has happened here
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Man such a mobox-like response. Seeing this makes me smile. Like I did that. I'm now part of mobox's ops. She treating me like I'm some kind of villain in her poorly written comics about sexual abuse. Exaggerating everything to make things look more bad than they seem. Huh making people look more bad now huh? I wonder who else is doing the same thin- IT'S ME! Maybe I was right, I am the real mobox87 after all. Btw not the first time mobox has done something like this but I guess she doesn't like it when someone else is doing the same thing to her, especially if that someone is actually kinda speaking facts with their gimmick account that tends to joke and poke fun about her and her wrong doings and now getting attraction. "Oh It's very hard for me to start conversations blah blah blah I don't talk like this 🙁", OF COURSE YOU DON'T FUCKING TALK LIKE THIS 💀
Tumblr media
This is why I'm fully convinced that people are fucking stupid here. Like honestly I don't fucking get how people would get fooled by this. Like it's so fucking obvious. Like why bothered making an awareness posts about me? Maybe it isn't about the people, maybe she really wants me to be taken down because I have bothered her or maybe hurt her feelings in some way? Have I caused harm to anyone like Nikolai or something? I have become such a bad inconvenience and problem to her that it's enough for her to make post about me and criminalize me to stop me? Am I really such a bad problem to her now? If that's the case then I have won. Of course she would've done this just for the sake of spreading awareness but still it doesn't make sense to me because I really wasn't getting many attraction to my posts that is worthy enough to get a awareness posts about me. Like literally no one saw them. Is it because to protect her image on the internet or something? Idk pretty uncertain but still see it as a win either way. I guess people really are stupid enough to believe that mobox said, "let me rub my smile and unmatched coolness on your face like a fucking load of cum". If so then who??? You?

I think I don’t have to state the obvious here but if you don’t like something, and as much as you are allowed and valid to not like it, sending death threats to the person who posted said thing is not the way to go.
So bc I don’t want people asking me or bothering me about it this is about the Eve AI cover that has been making rounds on Twitter. You probably saw a post of mine where I complained about it but that the extent of what I did, I never engaged with said tweet nor spoke with the OP bc as much as I didn’t like anything surrounding that cover I wasn’t going to fight over it either. It’s true, I don’t like the idea of an Eve AI cover, I don’t like the fact that they used Sou’s version of the song as a base and I don’t like the wording they used in the post but even though all that made me mad it was not my place to say anything, after all, it was explained to me that Eve himself requested it and even if I didn’t like it I had to respect that decision he made.
I’m talking about this more of like a vent bc I’ve seen the whole drama unfold during the day and is still going on so much so it brought HarapecoEN back from retirement to explain the situation and if this whole thing was overwhelming for me I can’t imagine how it could hacen been for the OP.
I’m very disappointed on the community, which by my experience has been nothing but kind and welcoming but after seeing so many people sending death threats to OP…it’s really sickening that’s not the way to go.
I do sincerely apologize if the post I made about the whole thing seemed harsh and as angry as I was at that moment, when it was explained to me I calmed down a little and just let it be bc in the end if Eve was ok with it, his input is more important than mine.
Does this mean I’m in favor of AI covers? Ofc not! Not after what happened to Erica Lindbeck but I also feel the hate OP is receiving is disproportionate considering everything surrounding this situation.
It’s true I can’t do much other than complain bc in Twitter I have no say on anything, I don’t have a following and I don’t interact with anyone so it would be like talking to wall but I feel like it had to be said.
Idk if it would help at all but if possible pls give OP encouraging words in these hard times. It’s sad to see the treatment they got for doing something they thought would make Eve happy (and it did make him happy).
Very disappointed in evetwt, I understand you wanted to side on your fave and defend him but Eve (surprisingly enough to some people) is a grown ass man who can think for himself, if this bothered him he would have said something about it. Don’t let fanaticism and the sense of anonymity blind you and make you act like a piece of shit.
That’s all.

IMHO the shipping wars will continue as usual, no matter what happens on screen next season. Why? Because some people just can't accept that other people genuinely like a different ship and lash out using the usual arguments - accusations of self-inserting into the female character, liking incest, misogyny, etc. - things which are bound to get reactions from the opposite side and keep the conflict going. If anything, things have gotten a little bit worse since you "left", at least with Helaemond vs others, like most of the new Helaegon shippers have turned out to be just antis who've joined their Alysmond friends into constantly bashing them. It's also a bit funny considering that, in the beginning, most of the first Helaegons were also Helaemonds, but since then, the ship has been taken over by antis, which made it unpalatable, at least for me. I think though that you did receive some complaints about this new wave of Helaegon shippers just before you closed off your inbox for anons, if I remember correctly. Other than that, I guess there have been some Daemyra vs Alysmond conflicts, at least on Twitter from what I've seen, which involved the former piling on the latter simply because they disliked some theory or interpretation on the text. This is obviously unhinged behavior, but I still support the Daemyras doing this considering that Alysmonds and other green antis have done the exact thing, or worse actually, to fellow greens like Helaemonds so it's a bit hypocritical for them to complain when team black stans give them a taste of their own medicine. Sorry, this got a bit too long lmao, I guess you can take it as an update of how things stand when in comes to the shipping wars.
Hey there, anon, thanks for this very comprehensive recap on the state of the fandom. That's, um, a lot. 😅 I don't know what to say about the helaegon v helaemond thing - for me that is just beyond, bc I also remember people used to ship both with absolutely no issue a couple of months back. I, for one, also ship both + helaegond, so I really don't have any desire to engage with any of that, wow. 🤖
And that is the same advice I would give to anyone else - just stop bothering with the antis and do your own thing. As a general observation, I think that people get sucked into bickering way too often instead of just talking about the things they enjoy & making content for that. I get that, on some level, everyone feels the need to defend themselves when they encounter hate and nasty attitudes, so some level of that is perfectly understandable, but I don't think it's really worth it to let it take up the majority of your fandom experience. As someone who's literally been through hell & back these past months, I can promise you, it's not that serious. ☠️
There is something happening in fandoms of all kinds with the breakdown in communication and just general social norms and manners, where, upon encountering even a slightly different take from their own, people will start losing their shit and engaging in petty fights. They're just some ships, lol. None of these people are real! You can imagine scenarios in which even crackships can make sense. Fans are forming parasocial relationships with fictional characters nowadays - I've lost count of how many "MY Aemond would never do that" I used to see. Girl, what? I mean, it's fine as a joke, but then again you see them getting really belligerent with others, so you really have to question how much of it is truly horsing around and how much is just unhealthy investment and compensation for something else.

i find it disrespectful what people say about szobo on x/twitter. making fun of his style, saying that he has been poor all season, the camera stares. he was a true fighter all season, without him liverpool wouldnt be at the top and now everyone is hating on him.
Not even twitter, football fans in general have always been like this. I think it's fine to act out and say things like that during the match or right after, when the emotions are still running high, but I do agree that some critical thinking skills are definitely lacking when it comes to footy twitter lol.
You don't have to be Jürgen Klopp or Pep to sit down and enjoy football, but many fans not only can't see, but borderline refuse to do it. They just repeat things they heard once from twitter tacticos or pundits, and banter the shit out of players for likes and engagement.
Somebody said once that Darwin will cost Liverpool the title, because he misses ~all~ of his chances, and now every miss he has is blown out of proportion. Nevermind that even if he misses a lot (and it can be incredibly frustrating) he still contributes so much to the overall play, creates so many chances, takes on the defenders, and tracks back a lot.
I think these past few games Domi had in December, like the one against ManU, completely destroyed his reputation and he's heading into the same box, especially with how Endo finally began to shine, as well as Curtis. I didn't do a post match post following our win against Arsenal, because it was an euphoric win for me and I didn't want to bother with negativity, but I think it's not far fetched to say that it's pure luck that Arsenal was playing so shit that they couldn't even score a goal in the first half. Our first like 65 minutes were poor, but especially the first half, the midfield was being run through, and maybe this is a biased opinion, I will not argue with that, but I thought it definitely lacked the legs, the hardwork, but especially the off ball work of Dominik. Of course, then they stepped up, because this is a team, full of incredible and responsible players, but still.
All the other stuff is just stupid, honestly. I mean, we make fun of his fashion taste here as well, it's certainly interesting 😭 but I know what you mean, some users just banter the life out of him. It brings them engagement, he's a popular person, interesting. This is no hate to Jota, but making fun of Jota or Dominik, well it's quite obvious who will get you more engagement. 😭

If my father was a rapist, he would be dead to me no matter what, not like I'd visit his rapist ass in prison. But yeah, most of the evidence in the depp/heard trial DID point to it being in retaliation.
Totally forgot about that ask but I will never understand how people will die on the hill of arguing someone who straight up admitted starting fight on tape.....acted in retaliation 💀
It is soooo obvious if a man said the exact same thing ("I didn't beat you I hit you" etc) y'all wouldn't be out there arguing that aKtcHualLy dEfEnsiVe violence and shit 💀 The way people tried to find excuses to put up with this trash was disgusting and tbh scrotes are kinda right to start using this shady argument against women.... can't wait to see how the pro Heard feminists who pulled it out left and right gonna find a way to argue back against it now👀
The problem with this whole "retaliation-only" violence narrative is that this very same argument can (and actually IS) used by Depp supporters saying that Depp NEVER been violent against Heard and only defended himself.
Same thing with the way pro Heard drag Depp previous antics & drug problems to show how of an awful person he is.....but then complain when pro Depp do the same with Heard (who also had drug & violence problems in past relationships...). Oh and let's not forget the way of pro Heard do baby her for dating much older Depp when she was in her mid 20s....and then drag Depp over shitty things he did around that same age.... So what's the truth? Are mid 20s ppl too young to make good decisions? If so, why using the awful things he did at that age when he was too young to know better... like Heard did when dating him.. right? 👀
In a defamation case, the trustfulness of the defendant is being investigated, not whether the plaintiff is a "good person" of hasn't done ugly things before with other people. So the way of pro Heard of dragging his history with ex girlfriends (from DECADES ago) who had nothing to do with the case at hand was silly & desperate. Character assassination ≠ evidence. Depp ain't no saint but I'm not surprised Heard lost because there was too much inconsistency in her delivery. She lying about "donating" when it was a "pledge" was ridiculous.... In a defamation case, if people find you unreliable over such small details, there are chances they won't believe you for the rest unfortunately....
I really recommend SWOOP coverage on that case.
I know that pro Heard tried to gaslight women into thinking that EVERY blogger covering this case was a misogynist (which is true to some extent hence why I never cared about males opinion on this case lol) and biased by 🧟‍♀️Depp PR smear campaign🧟‍♂️, but it's really insulting people's intelligence and hypocrite. Especially when pro Heard are as much as keen to rely on social medias and desinformation to push their narrative....Never forget that infamous post trial twitter thread exposing "undisclosed files" showing how aKtcHualLy Depp was the bad guy....... which eventually got proven to being cropped to erase the aggravating elements about Heard + the false narrative surrounding it that was a "Depp stan" paid to get them disclosed" when it was a female LAW PROFESSIONAL who did (idk but ridiculing a female justice professional as a "Depp fan" is kinda misogynist....very ironic coming from the 'pro woman' side 🤡) and I even heard those documents were actually FREE to read but she only paid to print them....(?)....But ofc pro Heard never bothered about this rebuttal bc law of Brandolini ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I gets worse on twitter
fyi they see every lestat stan as a racist and a lunatic
bc they defend themselves, and call out unnecessary drama from the 'morals' of liking him, other people think they call all racism discussions the "unnecessary drama"
Thank you anon you’ve just given me more reasons to stay off Twitter LOL
Here’s how I feel about the racial aspects because I’m not sure if episode 5 just changed everything for everyone or what cause all these issues were apparent to me in episode 1.
I understand the racial issues they’ve put into the show to make Louis’ character and I think they are doing a very good job of showing that. And with saying that, it comes with as I believe, Lestat not purposefully being racist towards them, or having racist motives at all. I truly think he thinks Louis and Claudia and other people of color are treated wrongly — yet that doesn’t change him still unintentionally taking part in being racist in a racist america. He is just selfish and way past human issues. Like the trolley scene and that post someone made about it and the difference in seating. There’s a clear imbalance to how society views them all and it seeps into the relationship/family.
It’s definitely not something we shouldn’t talk about. This show is doing a very good job in showing racial discrimination, something that is very much still happening in present day america and I think these tough conversations are important.
Anyway what I’m trying to say is that they are showing Lestat, a white man, in a very divided country, in a biracial relationship, and I wish people would realize that. Cause yeah, Lestat would 10000% drag Claudia home after her running away, and he would 1000% take Louis to the opera in a part of town he isn’t welcomed and Lestat isn’t, as far as I can see, doing it because he is racist towards them. He is doing it because he is selfish and wants Claudia to stay with Louis and he wants Louis to come see the opera he likes with him — no matter how they feel about it.
He’s not very um, self aware? Or understanding? He will never understand how they feel about the difference in dynamic because he has never felt that type of discrimination. And he’s so separated from humanity at this point that he just doesn’t care, or just doesn’t let it bother him. And in turn he doesn’t see how badly it’s hurting the people he loves. And he clearly doesn’t think they themselves SHOULD care. I think he was hoping that once Louis was turned he would be less bothered by racism, but it didn’t go away at all. Instead Louis just felt more separated from humanity than he already felt and it just got worse.
Because I don’t think Louis, someone very aware and upset by racism his entire life, would stay with Lestat at all if he felt he was purposefully using his whiteness against him. In fact I don’t think they would’ve hung out from the start either. Louis clearly doesn’t put up with that shit. He even seems to go “👀 huh?” when Claudia starts referring to Lestat as their master. I think that’s a major issue between the characters and the focus of their unequal grounds, not only just that Lestat is a much older and stronger vampire, and it’s what the show is hugely about when it comes to those scenes.
Lestat baby you just don’t get it :( will he ever?! We will just have to see. Am I still gonna love him? Yeah sir.
