A brief moment of pride for me because I happened to predict a different look from this exact same collection for the MTV VMAs. I'll take the win! Taylor changed partway through the show, shedding her tartan Dior look for a party look that was easier for her to dance in but still retained a high shine award show appeal. While Taylor's look is obviously custom, the tapestry alien print and buckle detail are clear riffs from the Monse FW2024 runway. This was a fun and flirty mid-show change that reminded me of her strategy at the 2022 MTV EMAs. Though for that award show, there was a clearer throughline between both her looks as they were by the same designer - David Koma. Here, there isn't as obvious a connect between the two aesthetics. Although perhaps it's the notion of translating older notions of art into surreal, modern takes. With Dior, an ode to the secret messages Mary Queen of Scots embroidered in her clothes and with this Monse look, reimagining the antique tapestry to feature futuristic visions of alien invasion. Which feels very "Down Bad" in imagery.
For her second look of the evening, Taylor swapped out her singular pair of Lorraine Schwartz earrings (a go-to jeweler for her red carpet looks) and tapped into one of her style pillars: indie designers.
The mix of metals feels very Taylor - she often swaps between gold and silver and looks equally great in both, lucky her. Though I did most appreciate the silver tying in to the buckle detail on her Monse dress.
Of all her jewels, the piece that most caught my eye is Jade Ruzzo's ‘Tennessee’ ring. I spoke to the designer and she described the Tennessee as her “signature” collection, inspired by her late father who was a drummer. “I designed the Tennessee ring, the first piece from the collection, while in Tennessee,” she told me. “Tennessee has a heart and soul that I felt I could literally hear a beat to - it felt like it moved.” Jade translated the kinetic energy she felt in the city into a hand bezel ring with hanging gemstones that create a subtle movement - “as if [the stones] are dancing on each piece.” She added, “I wanted the movement to be subtle enough that it felt Iike soft steady music throughout the day.“ What an appropriate thing for Taylor, who calls Tennessee her home, to wear.

Hear me out, fluffy Rexwalker AU with Fisherman Rex and Mermaid(man¿) Anakin.
Padmé can be the local marine biologist advocating for better healthy environmental practices.
Palpatine is the local towns' mayor that always gets in between marine biologists, always giving way in pro- of invasive and extensive fishing,
Padmé probably is already aware of merfolk, and probably already knows Anakin, since they both were smol! But keeps it secret for obvious reasons.
Also, if Anakin is ever trapped (it can be kinda Rex's fault or not, your choice if you want it more angsty) Palpatine intends to use him for turism, or then to allow shady scientists to practice awfully horrible turturous experiments, yayyyyyy
Rex, Padmé and other characters if your choice team together and rescue him!
(Palpatine dies by drowning, to fit the Aesthetic.)
#rexwalker#star wars au#captain rex#anakin skywalker#technically it can also be rexanidala if you want to im undecided#obi-wan is also a mermaid mind you#bonus points if merfolk don't really have the same concept of gender as humans so anakin is just “?” about gender#my fic#fic ideas i meant#the very strange moment in which Rhea invents a fluffy AU (it still has Anakin being tortured)

re: your thoughts on doctor who 2023 specials
I do absolutely agree with a lot of your critiques, there's a lot more charm in the doctor just walking into an unguarded UNIT shed and stealing one of their like presumably 3 automobiles than the aesthetics of what's going on in the new specials and the way the doctor shifts to being so wholeheartedly for-UNIT (only dissent he gives is a throw away line in the star beast about how they're not always on the same side) feels insanely fucking off even considering something like the the Zygon Invasion where sure he did threaten a lot of people but he still wasn't *taking sides* on it
One place I do disagree with you tho is that honestly it makes sense for unit to have way more power/funding, and I think that the amount of support unit has gotten almost directly correlates to the chronology of interactions the human race has with aliens In my eyes, UNIT starts to get funding after the slitheen shit, where aliens kill a bunch of major politicians and nearly kill the prime-minister-elect, who then decides to start pouring money into an anti-alien army Christmas Invasion then intensifies this, and as aliens begin to appear to be more and more of a threat, the human race leans into their only defense against them
I absolutely agree that the extent to which this military force is glorified by the show is really absurd and feels incredibly wrong, but in-universe it does make sense (to me, at least) for most human characters (not the doctor) to support UNIT and want to give it funding n such
i mean my concern with UNIT appearing more well-funded & equipped & resourced and so on isn't so much that i think it "doesnt make sense", it makes perfect sense (as much as anything in doctor who, a show famous for discarding its own continuity whenever it feels like it, can make sense). the issue isn't that i don't believe UNIT could have an avengers tower, it's that them having it makes them much less sympathetic to me as a viewer, because a poorly resourced slapdash gang of twelve guys with a goofy sign outside their top secret headquarters saying WARNING: TOP SECRET HEAD QUARTERS is both more of an underdog and easier to separate from the real life british military than what UNIT has since become

Unpopular Phase 4 & 5 Opinions
Quantumania is the worst Phase 4/5 movie. And it wasn’t even because “kang got beat by ants.” (I liked kang in this movie). It’s just that the Spy Kids aesthetic & bad acting & overall weird vibes just weren’t for me.
Love and Thunder is no worse than Ragnarok. I would argue that it’s better in a lot of ways, actually. I really liked it.
Taika Waititi ruined thor with bad humour all the way back in Ragnarok tbh, but y’all weren’t complaining about it then 😒.
BuckySarah is better than sambucky every day of the week.
The Marvels was a good ass movie & they’re one of my favorite teams in the mcu. I’ll never forgive cbm sites & online dudebros for killing the hype from the moment the film was announced.
I adore America Chavez & Kamala Kahn and I want to see them in everything. They must be protected at all costs.
Multiverse of Madness had shitty characterisation & basically just copy-pasted the ‘grief made me go off the deep end & hurt people, then I realised and stopped myself’ storyline from Wandavision… but Wanda was extremely selfish & apathetic to other people’s suffering from the time she was introduced in the mcu. MoM didn’t make her like that.
Wanda should’ve been looking for Vision (her actual real life boyfriend whom she spent years with irl) in MoM instead of the kids that weren’t even real that she spent like a week using as characters in her sitcom.
Making everyone forget Peter Parker wasn’t profound or poetic in any way- it was just frustrating and needlessly cruel.
I’m begging marvel to understand that heroes don’t have to be in constant suffering to be heroic & villains don’t have to sacrifice themselves to achieve redemption. Let characters heal and atone, you absolute weirdos.
What If…? is the most boring show ever. I’d rather watch Secret Invasion or She-Hulk.
Season 2 of Loki is, in a cinematic & artistic sense, the best marvel project period.
Loki season 1 was meh- more of a fun au than anything because his characterisation kinda sucked. Season 2 fixed it, though, and made it way easier for me to incorporate this version of Loki back into the larger mcu.
Having Steve stay in the past with Peggy was stupid af.
I don’t hate Peggy (or Captain Carter), though. I actually think she’s pretty cool.
I don’t really love Steve. He’s arrogant & they never really let him have flaws & something about him being a perfect metaphor for the American military industrial complex (and marvel painting that as a good thing) doesn’t sit right with me.
The Illuminati got done dirty and the only reason they went down so fast was because Wanda had all that plot armor.
I thought the retcon of having Wanda be “destined” to become the Scarlet Witch since birth was an annoying cop-out. Her powers originating from being experimented on with an infinity stone was way more interesting.
Loki & Wanda have almost the exact same powers.
Nebula deserved a bigger rule in killing Thanos & everything else moving forward.
I love Kathryn Newton but her acting as Cassie Lang was the worst acting I’ve ever seen in the mcu, like it was outrageously bad.
I’m glad Sam is the new Captain America and not Bucky.
The fact that Bucky probably isn’t gonna be one of Thee lead characters in the upcoming avengers movies feels sick and twisted.
Secret Invasion was actually passable until the G’iah scene at the end. That ruined it. And Nick Fury deserved way better for his solo series.
Kang is so much more interesting than Doctor Doom. I really hope they just recast him.
Carol Danvers does NOT deserve the hate she gets.
I actually disliked Carol until The Marvels. That movie made me a stan.
The way people treat Monica as Wanda’s little inferior pet creation or smth & then brag about it is uhh very sus.
I don’t like sylvie (bc she’s an amalgamation of 3 different comic characters- which killed any hopes of them appearing individually in the mcu, the creators used her existence to butcher Loki’s genderfluid rep, & she was written poorly) & I HATE sylki (bc it’s weird & unnecessary).
Marvel isn’t dead. I actually love where they’re taking things. But that’s just me.

The exotic mission is incredible. Please get your exotic fish and dunk them in the HELM and then do the exotic mission. It's best to go in not knowing anything, though the mission is quite difficult gameplay wise. I'd still recommend trying it out on your own and then checking a guide later. Spoilers under:
XIVU. Just. XIVU. We're quite literally tithing her and she's quite literally addressing us directly now. That's not good! And yeah, the Pyramid architecture we've seen last week? That's where we go. It opens up:
And Xivu welcomes us in with some absolutely metal lines:
It's a drowned Pyramid.
The mission is timed once you get in here, you have 10 minutes. It's more than enough when you come prepared but you might have a tough time the first time around:
And the main area is in a full on maze inside of a Pyramid!
And there's a guy in there :) :
Once you kill the guy, you get "the audience" which consists of going to the veiled statue, aka the Woman, and receiving the exotic, which is a scout rifle called Wicked Implement. It looks... certainly interesting. It seems to be made by Xivu, but is modelled with heavy influence of the Lucent Brood aesthetic.
The shiny bits look like shiny "windows" in Savathun's throne world, the little sharp capsules look like capsules for holding the Light in the throne world. The muzzle mimics the "eye" central piece of Savathun's ship. I'm losing my mind. What is going on. The lore is also... something else:
Absolutely not having a great time with Xivu telling us to "become a god of death" as those are the exact words she told Osiris in Immolant. Immolant still directly relevant 3 years later? More likely than you think.
Once you get the weapon, seven Darkness artifacts will appear in the area of the maze, the first one being above the statue:
Shoot them all (there's plenty of time to find them all, just be patient) and then come back to the statue where you will get a "commune" prompt which includes Xivu talking to us directly, again. All of Xivu's lines at the end when you get all artifacts:
Now that I'm reading it again, the fact that she says that her sister's "needle" inscribed something "on this temple" makes me think that Savathun was somehow involved in this weapon and this drowned Pyramid. A "temple built of whispers" but "tithed to war in secret" and "sunken in the deep." As if Savathun was in charge of it but left it for Xivu. First thoughts, maybe completely off the mark but mentioning Savathun's involvement here is so peculiar. We know that Savathun has previously been helpful to Xivu, namely with preparing Torobatl for her invasion.
We still have to find the catalyst which might be something weekly so we probably have to wait. It might give us some extra lines or stuff.
Incredibly good shit here. 10/10 mission and season. Made for me, personally and all Xivu enjoyers. Super interested in this Pyramid and how it relates to Xivu and Savathun. Xivu having a Pyramid would be weird, especially since this one is seemingly defunct and sunken, as well as the implication that it was originally designated to Savathun. Or she at least did something with it. Wild. I'm eating it.

Thoughts on Agatha All Along since I gave in to watch it since people on Tumblr seem allergic to tagging their spoilers.
I know it was inevitable but I am annoyed we didn't get Lilia's trial before she was killed off.
Why did amnesia Billy/William go goth-lite? There was no indication from either boy's life. Did he just realize he was gay and randomly choose that from the twink aesthetic catalogue? Did he go with it once he heard about witches and decided to lean into the commercialized version of that aesthetic that they had the whole co-opted culture rant about? If so, that would be hilarious. A bunch of witches stuck with a little fanboy in a Spirit Halloween costume of them the whole time.
I think the potion didn't work for Sharon/Mrs. Hart because they forgot to add her hair to the potion, not because she had drunk more of the wine.
It's going to be interesting to see how the passing of time on the Road vs regular world goes. Because we are talking about a regular of Westview life and a teenage boy just up and disappearing for a while. Lillia can close her shop and it's whatever, Alice just lost her job, and Jen it would make sense she went into hiding to avoid the charges. But Sharon and Billy were expected home for dinner soon. Knowing Marvel, they're just going to ignore that.
Given that only two witches can make it off the road, are they going to loophole Billy (and/or Rio?) since he wasn't one of the witches who summoned the road (or because they're going to technicality him into something not a witch), are they going to end it by trapping/killing Agatha in the vein of destroying the last of Vision in Wandavision so everyone knows there's no s2, is the other witch who made it off the road with Agatha the first time going to come into play (watch, it's Rio), or is Rio not going to make it? I can't imagine, with the poorly done hints at assembling the Young Avengers, that they're going to kill Billy. Also, let's be real, it's still Disney and their execs get nasty at the suggestion of killing children in their media, especially on screen.
The whole jade egg thing was hilarious.
How has Agnes been surviving for three years? Especially with the implication that she randomly goes cuckoo. Is Ralph still paying the mortgage and utilities in the hope he eventually gets the house back? Is she normal enough long enough to hold down temporary jobs to cover her bills and maintain friendships with the neighbors? Especially since they show up to bring her food and make sure she's okay when she does go cuckoo and they all know she didn't live there before Wanda showed up. Does Agnes have access to Agatha's bank accounts and has just been unknowingly draining her savings?
I really need one of those Bohner family tshirts.
On a tangent:
If they are going to Young Avengers Billy, I am even more annoyed at the implication that Kate and maybe Yelena are going to be part of that. Yelena is 30, Kate is going into her mid 20s, and Billy, Kamala, America, and Cassie are mid teens. And how is Shang Chi supposed to fit in? Are they ignoring Secret Invasion or are we really going to see Super Skrulls? If so, what good will Kate and Yelena be except as coordinators and trainers? Billy is the most powerful living witch, America is a universe jumper and wizard, Kamala has super powers and bangles which can build intergalactic wormholes, and Cassie can shrink into a realm where physics work differently and from where she can summon a multi-powers army of friends. Kate and Yelena fight good. Which is kinda useless against Hulk power Skrulls.
If they're going to ignore Secret Invasion the way they seem inclined to ignore Eternals and they're dropping whatshisface because of the actor's legal troubles and poor audience response, then what is the new generation going to be fighting? And if it's basic foot soldier invasion at a level two non-powered mortals can deal with, then what do we need Shang Chi, Kamala, America, and Billy for? I mean, even with everything the Avengers dealt with, the heroes were pretty low level power wise until the last Thanos battle. Thor didn't have his full powers and they're still kind of weak, Wanda didn't know the full extent of her powers, Vision was so busy waiting for Tony to give him orders he never actually used any of his real power, and the rest were mortals. Like, yeah, Cap and Hulk could hit hard but what good is that against Shang Chi or Billy?
So, what? The new full Avengers will be Sam and Shang Chi, with Katie along for the ride to fill the archer role and maybe Yelena, maybe She-Hulk? And then the Young Avengers will be Kate and Cassie and a few planet destruction level super powereds? And if they are going to split Hawkeye 2.0 and Widow 2.0, why bother introducing them to each other and making them be friendly.
And, again, if they are going to give everyone amazing archery skills, why bother with Kate Bishop at all? Kamala has plucky optimism and knows Fury, America has the active connections to the OGs through Strange and Wong as does Cassie in some ways, and Billy brings the purple. Kate has no tactical or strategic training or knowledge, no powers, and while the rest have experience with super powered battles, Kate has ... fought gang members.
And really, how stupid to have all the powers be on a Young Avengers roster while the only person in the potential new full Avengers who would maybe even survive a battle between them is Shang Chi. Because with what they have done since Endgame, all the powers except for him are with teenagers. Shang Chi is the only super powered who can walk in a bar. Are we going to have to wait eight years for them all to be acceptably aged? Is a Disney owned studio really going to lean into child soldiers? Is Sam just gonna swan off and do his own thing and not build a new Avengers team? Is Shang Chi gonna be a Young Avenger? Or is he gonna be the new Strange, there when needed but not really an Avenger.
Is Billy going to be the new big bad? His mom destroyed the Darkhold and the throne room place so he doesn't exactly have the path to world ruling and her full power. And again, is Disney really going to be okay with sending teenagers to kill each other in bloody battle? If Agatha might be the new big bad after she gets her powers back in the show, then they only need to send Shang Chi and Kamala against her since their power weapons are tech not magic and she can't steal them. Or maybe Billy distracts her while Yelena sniper rifles her from behind.
If they just let their stories run, fine, but they hint at team ups that just make no sense.

I'm gonna challenge myself: I have to say ONE good thing about every MCU thing since Endgame:
Spider-Man: Far From Home: Mysterio's Mocap costume is one of the most genius, galaxy brained adaptations of his comic book costume I've ever seen.
Wandavision: Incredible miniseries with the coolest formatting mechanic. Genuinely the best MCU thing to come out of phase 4, and still the best MCU TV show of them all.
Falcon and the Winter Soldier: US Agent's characterization (before the finale) was incredibly well realized as a critique of American foreign policy and American exceptionalism
Loki S1: The design of the TVA is one of the strongest aesthetics in the MCU.
Black Widow: Haven't seen it, but Florence Pugh is a great actor and I'm glad she's the new Black Widow.
What If...? S1: Some of the episode concepts are interesting.
Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings: Retconning the Mandarin to be Tony Leung Chiu-wai while keeping Ironman 3's message of "not assuming all foreign people are terrorists" was a good move. They get to have their cake and eat it too.
Eternals: Any time they're talking about philosophy is my favourite part of the movie.
Hawkeye: Didn't watch it, but I like the Kingpin.
Spider-Man: No Way Home: The suit worn in the final swing is my favourite live action Spider-Man costume.
Moon Knight: I liked the episode that was a specific reference to Jeff Lemire's run on the character.
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness: Elizabeth Olsen slays as a villain, also the entire section where Strange astral projects into his zombified body is genuinely one of my top 10 MCU moments.
Ms Marvel: Very colourful and stylish show with a perfectly cast Kamala Khan.
Thor: Love and Thunder: I liked it when Thor wore the classic costume when he was doing that running montage.
I Am Groot: Didn't watch it, but looks cute.
She-Hulk: The gag where we saw an 80s TV Movie version of She-Hulk got a chuckle out of me.
Werewolf By Night: Getting jumpscared by the Marvel Studios intro was incredible. The whole presentation was visually and audibly fantastic. they should let Michael Giacchino cook more.
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever: The entire adaptation of Namor and Atlantis becoming a Mesoamerican culture genuinely makes it way more interesting than its comics counterpart.
Guardians of the Galaxy Christmas Special: I can't believe they let James Gunn do this. Very fun special with Mantis being the clear highlight.
Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania: I like that this movie didn't make a whole lot of money at the Box Office.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3: I could say several good things about this movie but I'll say that Chukwudi Iwuji's performance as The High Evolutionary is one of the best MCU performances. He should've been Kang.
Secret Invasion: Didn't watch it, but I remember Fury had a decent speech about the civil rights movement I guess.
Loki S2: I still think about the scene in the record store a lot.
The Marvels: This film is just a very fun time and handled its three leads well. It finally made me like Captain Marvel as a character.
What If...? S2: Kahhori is a cool character and should be in future movies.
Echo: Didn't watch it, but Alaqua Cox deserves the world.
Deadpool and Wolverine: The bit where Handsome Deadpool said "The Proposal" and Default Deadpool got personally offended made me laugh.

Headcanon: The land of fairies and pirates.
Question: Why is there a "land of pirates" in the Mystic Isles if pirates are not magic users or magical creatures?
Theory: Neverland is being used as a prison for exiles.
Initially, it was a place of magic and even considered sacred to some cultures. However, the most colonizing people of the Ever Realm invaded the lands, and as they were unable to explore its resources, turned it into an island of prisoners.
Even the name Neverland could be a nickname that references its use by the kingdoms. Like the land where the prisoners who go there will never leave.
( I think perhaps there was another name for the land, however, it was renamed by explorers. Like what happened on lands explored by colonizers in real life. )
However, some explorers on the island know of secret passages that are used to escape the island.
The island would have magical properties, including the ability to change its points of reference, which would be the influence of the local fairies, trying to make unwanted invaders get lost or leave the island.
Perhaps this is also the reason why some island inhabitants, such as fairies and mermaids, are not so friendly to visitors. Because they think they will act like the pirates who invaded the island. Maintaining friendly relations with only some inhabitants of the island, who are recognized as secular inhabitants of the place, like the people who have lived in the island for generations
(I theorize that perhaps the island is the final resting place of some cultures, of the spirits and ancestors of these same cultures, which ended up suffering from the invasions that distorted the sacred place of their eternal rest.)
It's possible that one of the resources they wanted to exploit was Neverland's "fountain of youth" effect. However, they became uninterested in exploring it after discovering that this phenomenon is only possible if the individual remains in place. Possibly caused by an infinite loop temporal.
They couldn't go back to where they came from if they didn't feel time passing and maybe even forget why they are there.
(Something Athena P theorized in her Jake and the Never Land Pirates video. Credits to: @what-is-my-aesthetic )
Which wouldn't be so interesting to them, who hoped to be able to "sell and buy" the so-called fountain of youth.
But maybe I'm just making this all too crazy. But I think it would be interesting to consider this possibility.

Hideki Hisoki Tsukii
1. Neka
2. Neka
"An adopted son of the Tsukii Family. This boy is very secretive of what he does for a living."
"Those who had gain his trust learned the horrors he had faced growing up."
Trigger Warning: Near Death experience, near strangulation, child abuse, abusive parents
Full name: Hideki Hisoki Tsukii
Gender: Male
Age: in his early to mid 20s
Sexuality: He is bisexual
Species: Human but he does not act human
Personality: Hideki is something. He is very secretive and mysterious. He is very intimidating due to his aura and that look in his eyes. He had a hard time opening up to people due to his trauma. He is actually a gentle giant who does not like hurting anyone he loves but I will be very careful with him. He is known to be unpredictable when it came to certain days or events that trigger his trauma and he is always carried that bloodied machete.
Likes: Oddly enough isolation from his pasts, horror movies at 3am, tattoos, piercings, children, animals, sweet food, boba tea, blood moon, watching criminal discoveries, daydreaming, certain aesthetics, rain(bitch play in the rain), stormy weather, he likes tea and coffee only made by his loved ones, homecooked meals, late night driving, trying new food and drinks
Dislikes: bitter food, strangers interrupted his isolations, very large crowds, thinking about his dead parents, bright colors, he does not like traumacore, mentions of the incident involved him, He hates the heat, he does not like it when someone unknown to him touch his stuff without permission, being force to talk, not being able to daydream
Favorite Food: He is not very picky but he loves Kurayami's version of chicken katsu curry and Tsukii's version of onigiri and Unagi no Kabayaki
Least Favorite Food: He has two least favorite foods. Tofu and Natto
Pet Peeves: He hates it when a person tried to be invasive to his conversations with others, he hate it when liars tried to victimized themselves, over clingy people, pick me girls or boys
Hobbies: he plays a fiddle and saxophone, he loves to read and listen to music, he loves dancing and singing with his family(even though his voice is eerily enchanting and angelic, he just don't like singing in front of others)
Talents: [Second Pic]His uncovered eye glowed when he sense a lie(dimmed if he sense a half truth/half lie and normal if he sense a truth), both of his eyes will have no pupils if he went to kills, he is scarily sneaky killer and he knows how to cover up his tracks, he kinda acts like Jason Voorhees, Arlecchino and Diluc
Nickname(s): Kiki(Family only), Hidoki(Kurayami), little Hidey(Alekdama)
Voice Claims: Ehh. His voice is a combination of Diluc, Dottore and Ayato's voices(perfectly combine but its more..well.)
Trivia:
He was known as Shadow Slasher due to his kills happen at only nighttime
He was responsible of the murder and disappearance of his 'parents'
He was given a black mask from Tsukii to cover his mouth
He was horribly abuse by his biological parents growing up(He snapped when he nearly die by strangulation with a rope by his own biological mother)
He is one of the selective mute boys but he does talk
His voice is deep, husky and even raspy when he talks
His pet and familiar is a black dove named Crimson Autumn
He growls when he attacks someone

A lot of my cyberpunk ideas come from a mix of
1. My fascination with prosthetics
2. Growing up on tron and terminator
3. My skewed moral compass due to ✨️life✨️
So I am very happy to help!
Now, fitting more with the cyberpunk aesthetic, I have another suggestion.
Tu'la is another parallel for O'khasis and Garte except instead of the country/company producing mechs and machinery, it is a biomedical engineering and robotics company. Both companies will deal with cybernetics and prosthetics as is the nature of cyberpunk, but Tu'la has more of medical corruption focus.
This is mostly based on Nana and Nekoette both being potion masters, which in this could be medicine and drugs. Also, having a nation where the biggest company is medicine based makes a culture surrounding hospitality, which could be why Nana ran a maid cafe (or in this setting, probably a gentlemens club). The company could also make helper or butler robots and possibly pleasure robots on the side/in secret. Only for their highest paying and most foolish customers.
Tu'la would also have their own secret police and in general insane corruption. It could also lead to O'khasis's eventual invasion or company takeover as it is bought out by the Tu'la company.
Essentially
O'khasis - Fuck War captitalism
Tu'la - Fuck Big Pharma captitalism
ooo yeah i love yer brain.
don't have much to add bc im tireeed but.
you know im singing your praises in half-delirium rn.

the thing about g*ylor is… there isn’t really one thing about g*ylor. it’s a shifting sand of several truths at once.
harassing and doxxing people who interpret an ambiguous song as possibly being about a woman and threatening to out a minor to her homophobic family because she was one of those people is fucked up, and wrong.
it’s true that Taylor Alison Swift has never explicitly stated that she’s queer, and she primarily writes songs about men.
acting as if the only ways to signal queerness are disconnected from femininity and feminine aesthetics is fucked up, and wrong.
it’s true that most of Taylor’s music can be directly connected to a man she was interested in, even if some of it does feel performative and superficial.
extreme hostility toward any queer women in the fanbase who connects with the songs Taylor writes because of her own queerness and not in spite of it is fucked up, and wrong.
it’s true that most g*ylor theories are in direct defiance of observed “lore”, are sometimes extremely complicated and self-referential, and are often backed by pretty flawed analysis or understandings of a situation.
treating fans whose opinions will never be seen by Taylor unless she explicitly goes looking for them as if they’re hurting her simply by existing, and attempting to harass and dismiss them out of hand when plenty of inappropriate and invasive behavior is displayed by fans who think she’s straight, is fucked up, and wrong.
it’s also true that Taylor has never said that she’s straight, and has dodged the question in interviews and in her own statements. saying “stop assuming I’m dating my friends” and “even if I associate with women the public assumes I’m romantically involved with everyone because they’re obsessed with my romantic relationships” is not a confirmation of heterosexuality.
she definitely does not go around picking boyfriends so that she can use them to cover up the women the songs are “actually” about.
the timelines around writing certain songs, and the references that correspond to her life, and her secret messages, do indicate that her public persona and the public narrative is purposefully different from what actually happened.
there’s a serious biphobia problem in g*ylor communities - there’s a real refusal to believe that she could be genuinely into men at all, which translates to hostility toward bi people in these spaces.
there are an awful lot of songs about ambiguously gendered partners, and several love songs explicitly referencing traits or behaviors associated with her female friends. there’s a real discomfort with acknowledging this in the broader fandom.
and I could go on, but uh. mostly? g*ylor, right now, is really fucking racist, because the major spaces are absolutely insistent that instead of Taylor going crazy for a hot boy who ended up being really terrible, she’s choosing to stunt with a racist who materially set back gay rights in Malaysia and argues with Muslim teenagers on Twitter about how religion is fake, because those things matter less to her than being outed as a lesbian. Matty being a PR cover > Taylor making a mistake and trying to apologize and process.
lmao nope.
