Elsa lacks any hesitation to use her magic and when she does she has so much control, restraint, and accuracy.

This is the spirit of fire, and it's moving erratically and at an incredible speed, and she keeps up with it. Not only is she keeping up, she is hitting it repeatedly and driving it where she wants it.

I have often encountered people in my 10 years writing her who think of her as just a Disney ice princess and don't realize the absolute magical powerhouse she is.
