we need a model AU that's basically Claude having to deal (against his will) with Alois' silly rich boy shenanigans ... he's not happy to deal with the bastard, but his pet tarantula HAS to be spoiled! so he accepted the job (which is basically keeping Alois safe and out of trouble when he's out and about because his parents don't trust him enough i guess ...)

Sebastian knows how much the taller demons master likes for Claude to dance and perform for him. So being the posseive shit he is after Sebastian fucks Claude stupid he leaves bite marks on the others thighs, knowing that even as Claude glares at him during dinner with their masters, Claude won't heal them so he came feel where Sebastians teeth were hours ago.

Fanon Sebclaude is like Billie Eilish's Happier Than ever, sad and regretful :(

After listening to this song, I picked up a vibe that lay somewhere between the wistfulness of fanon Sebaclaude and the toxicity implied in canon. @bapydemonprincess and I tend to envision a dynamic where the two demons became entangled in each other’s lives through a chaotic web of lust and love, but tensions arose that ultimately doomed the relationship to failure. For example, one headcanon we’ve tossed around is that perhaps Claude and Sebastian belonged to different ranks within hell’s hierarchy (i.e. Claude was a knight or footsoldier while Seb was a member of the nobility)…which, in turn, could have led to the genuine attraction being tainted by exploitative social climbing, jealousy, and ambition (in trash spider’s case) or classism (in trash corvid’s case). And the fallout as resentment and animosity built up between them couldn’t have been pretty. 😬

The song’s emotional crescendo from melancholy musings into pure rage makes me think of Sebas post-breakup, reflecting on all that’s transpired. Even though the specific lyrics don’t directly parallel Sebaclaude, lines like, “You ruined everything good,” “When I’m away from you…I’m happier than ever/I wish it wasn’t true,” and “You were my everything/And all that you did was make me fuckin’ sad” have a similar flavor to their “messy divorce” energy.

The whole thing with Sebastian being SUPER DISAPPOINTED (TM) with Claude for cheating him out of their lil’ mini deal is so strange... until you come to realize perhaps they already knew each other way before any of this. This isn’t the first time Sebastian’s dealt with Claude and how he deals with things by being greedy and selfish.

Sebastian is calm and yet bitter. He isn’t surprised at all in a “HOW DARE YOU!” way, but more of a “Ugh, I should have seen this coming from YOU Claude” way..

Like a lover giving an ex another chance, only to be disappointed again.

Note: This does not mean I particularly enjoy or ship SebClaude AT ALL. In fact, this is me showing and proving how horrible it is if it’s canon or otherwise.
