Another Vietnamese food gem found in White Center in Seattle. #HoangKim's #BúnBòHúe, with a strong hint of lemon grass, isn't my first choice of flavor. But the spicy, sour, and salty unami flavors more than make up for it. Hoang Kim is a really charming restaurant next to the equally charming @theflourboxseattle bakery, and has a fantastic and varied menu selection; not so many items quality is compromised, but more than enough tasty dishes so you can always come back and try something new.
