name: Demetria

nickname: My family calls me Michi/Michi-chan. In middle school and high school I went by Demi but since I’ve been in college I have grown to appreciate my unique name even more. When I was little my best friend called me Peaches because I liked peaches a lot (*^ω^)

zodiac sign: I’m assuming this is for my star sign, I’m a Libra. I’ll also give my Chinese zodiac because I like to be extra and overshare o(≧▽≦)o I was born in the year of the Boar.

hogwarts house: Gryffindor

height: 5’3 (161 cm)

sexual orientation: Straight

ethnicity: White. Fun fact: When I was little I wanted to be Chinese so bad! It was because Mulan was the first movie that I saw in theatres and I idolized her. To this day it’s one of my favorite movies.

favorite fruit: Blueberries or Strawberries. But I really like most fruits and I feel incomplete if I go a day without eating a fruit.

favorite season: I love all the seasons for different reasons. Probably because of my short attention span (thx ADHD) and I like change. When I get tired of one season there’s another one just waiting around the corner and I get excited about that.

favorite book series: I really like Jessica Day George’s Princesses of Westfalin trilogy. They’re beautiful adaptations of familiar fairy tales, including one of the best retellings of The Twelve Dancing Princesses that I’ve ever read. I also really love the Percy Jackson series. I’ve always been really into Greek mythology (ties to my heritage, if you couldn’t tell by my name) and recently I read a few books from The School for Good and Evil by Soman Chainani. It’s similar to Percy Jackson but many of the kids at the school have famous fairytale parents. I read a lot of children's books and YA books because they’re just more fun! Oh, and one more since I just thought of it, Ally Carter’s Heist Society. SO GOOD!

favorite fictional character: Zen from Mystic Messenger (pretty much all of them but Zen is my favorite) Rapunzel, Flynn Rider, The Phantom of the Opera, Percy Jackson, Apollo, Persephone, Bruce Wayne, Steve Rogers, Mulan, All of the Newsies, Minnie and Mickey, Kuzco, Kronk, Tinkerbell, Lottie La Bouff, Prince Naveen, Tiana, Captain Jack Sparrow, Elizabeth Swan, Will Turner, Cinderella, I could seriously go on all day...

favorite flower: I really like frilly romantic looking flowers like pink, red, and white roses and peonies.

favorite scent: Vanilla, coconut, citrus, fresh baked goods, marshmallows, lavender, the ocean...

favorite color: Ballerina Pink

favorite animal: Birds! I have 4 budgies at home and I love them so much! I also like cats (even though I’m allergic) and dolphins.

favorite band: Recently I’ve been listening to a lot of Kpop music. BTS, Shinee, Block B, Got7, BigBang, and Seventeen are my favorites.

coffee, tea, or hot chocolate: I don’t like coffee so no to that. But I do love green tea (iced or hot, doesn’t matter) and herbal teas too. And of course Hot Chocolate! Anything chocolate is good.

average hours of sleep: Not nearly enough. I probably get 6-7 hours a night on average… I often lose track of the time so I stay up really late.

number of blankets: Usually 2, sometimes 1.

dream trip: EVERYWHERE. Seriously I can’t pick. I want to visit Japan and Korea, but I also want to go to France, Greece, Italy, and Germany. Too many great places to choose!

last thing i googled is: How to remove bloatware from a new laptop.

how many blogs i follow: The current number is 1,314… So many.

number of followers: 104, a relatively smol blog right now but one day I will have world domination. FIGHTING!

what i usually post about: Theatre, music major stuff, singing stuff, Disney, Kpop, anime, whatever I’m interested in at the time. It changes frequently but these are my go to post topics.
