hello students, tomorrow we will be having an autumn themed homecoming celebration at 6pm est, sunday oct 3rd, to kick off the fall semester !!  this will be an opportunity for you to get to know your fellow students, make new connections, play some games and get into the fall spirit. this event will be held on the outdoors games deck beside the mini golf station. 

we will have a catering table set up with pumpkin everything: pumpkin pie, pumpkin cookies, pumpkin muffins, and of course a pumpkin spice latte station. we will have other fall favorites, such as cinnamon coffees, apple tarts, and a make-your-own chocolate and caramel candy apples station. the game deck will be open with its usual games, and the mini golf course will also be available for use. we will also have games of corn hole, ring toss, and apple bobbing set up. 

*THE BELOW TASK IS REQUIRED FOR THOSE WHO ARE ATTENDING TOMORROW’S 6PM EST CHAT EVENT* please only fill this form out if you WILL attend the event; if you are unsure, please do not submit until you decide. if your plans change and you are unable to attend, just im us and let us know so we can change plans accordingly !

GRANDMOTHER   :  JEANNE (송윤아)  as  moon sook . Freesia usually spent summers with Jeanne in France, and became one of the closest family members to her. She was free-spirited, motherly and graceful. Due to her grandmother’s influence in art as an artist herself, the younger had opened up to the medium in pottery and later have found the liking in sculpture.

MOTHER   : �� LAURA (송아름)  as  kim sung ryung  .  Unlike her mother, Laura is an intellect and a business mogul. Generally, she is kind-hearted and witty, however inflexible at times when it comes to setting principles on her children. Freesia sees her as someone she could rely on and loves her nevertheless, but not as greater as her grandmother’s.

FATHER   :   DAVID (최현식)   as   jo sung-ha  .   David was a good-natured father, a jack of all trades in all areas, as well as a humorous person. He collects art pieces all over the world as his hobby and also curates a museum in New York. When at home, he is an all-around, sensitive Dad that deeply loves his wife and children. She feels more at peace with him, seeing some of her emotional traces from him.

YOUNGER  BROTHER   :   JUNE (최재석 )  as  kim dong hee  .   June is more like her Mother. He is the 2nd intellect in the family as well as excelling in polo, somehow interested in Engineering. Even though he comes off as indifferent and a know-it-all, he still has a soft spot for his family. While there a numerous times they clashed between their differing views, they still found themselves in common ground through adoring polo altogether.

COUSIN   :   ZARA (신 나비)    as   park chaeyoung  .   Zara is a distant  cousin  on  their  mother’s  side  .   Freesia finds her like a sister she never had despite barely seeing each other. Only on special occasion were they reunited.

FAMILY  PET   :   LILY (나리)   .   Lily is their resident poodle, playful in nature as well as a big eater. Adopted her since 8 years ago and has been affectionate to the whole family and friendly to strangers.

students !  it’s time for a new homework assignment. i know, i know, it’s summer. but this is an assignment that will help us all get to know you better before we enter the fall semester !!  we encourage you to complete this task before summer vacation ends, but there is no formal due date.

we ask you to create a family tree post for your muse. list as many or as little family members as you want. we suggest at least doing your muse’s immediate family  ( siblings, parents, step parents, anyone who essentially raised your muse, etc. )   you can make the post look however you want. you can create graphics, use templates, post gifs or photos, make a list, etc. it’s your muse and up to you. we encourage finding celebrities who fit the ethnicity of your muse’s family and using them as npc fcs !  it doesn’t matter if multiple characters use the same family fcs ... it’s all just for fun to get you thinking about your muse’s family tree, so don’t worry about that.

         she sits on the front porch of her house , the cool august wind as she blinks away tears , green eyes settle on something in the distance . sometimes she imagines she is a million miles away from here , somewhere so far that no one will ever reach her again , that no one will ever be able to find her even if they wanted to . she might finally be free . from inside the house , she hears her sisters yells about something or another , a voice that could cut through any atmosphere , a boldness that cecilya had never been blessed with . compared to her siblings , she was watered down , she was just the centrepiece at the table who had no real power or control over anything or anyone . when she was younger and people had told her she was just like her mother , she had thought it a good thing , that it meant she was pretty , attractive . . . now she substituted in words like meek , controllable , complacent in all the empty gaps left inside of them both . she sits there in her shorts , her little pink t - shirt , hair pulled up in curls atop her head and she wondered if she would ever be happy again . . . when her brother opens the door , his words are lost in the air , something about dinner , something about food , something about something . he is not the type to offer comfort , he is uncomfortable all the time , something forever under his skin . she doesn’t even turn . eventually the door creeks again and her father comes outside , sitting on the step beside her with the same crooked smile that he always wore . god , once she had looked at him and seen a big brave man with broad shoulders , a hero to a little girl who begged every chance she got to sit on top of them but now green eyes stare at a stranger , a wolf that always dressed like a wolf . her perfect picture is shattered and she hated him for it , she hates him for so many things that he has done for to her . he puts on his soft voice , a stranger that she used to call daddy , “ canim , your mother is waiting for you . your food is getting cold , the sooner you return to normal , the better you will feel . ” he is wrong . they all eat dinner that night but nothing ever feels better in that house .

Lyrical Inspiration: “i could find some guy with a steady job. who knows just what he wants in life. got a car that don't break down every time we drive. the type my momma would like, but I always fall for ones without a bank account. who don't know what they want my type. would wear a sweatshirt to a place you need a suit and tie. he's not the smartest choice, but I'm in love with stupid boys.

Calden Landry. A name that was always embedded in Fable’s mind. A guy that we would all soon find out why, behind the fairytales and endless hopes for romance, Fable Evermore was not completely the girl that believes in the greatness of all things she seems to preach about. Time and time again Fable dealt with insecurities about the looks she had. It all started back in the Summer leading into her Senior year. The Summer her friends dragged her to a party, for the kick off of back to school. 

“I don’t know.” Fable spoke looking at the two girls she considered her best friends, back then. “Parties aren’t really my thing.” She said, as the two girls fished in her overly large closet for the newest in season designer clothes for them to wear out that night. She heard their protest of how if she hadn’t gone, she would have been considered the most uptight girl of their grade. “Fine, just one night.” She sighed out as she caught the white dress that was flung her way and changed into it. 

It wasn’t until later that night that the girls had pulled up outside the house in her pink Mercedes convertible. The house that we soon would find out that her first love, Calden Landry, lived in. Getting out Fable stood at the walk way, until her friends took residents beside her, linking their arms through hers as they made their way inside. As soon as they were inside, the other two branched off in different directions greeting people in their class that upcoming year, while Fable found a corner to blend into. “Hey, need a drink.” The voice spoke up causing the book worm to lift her head, and meet the most handsome pair of eyes that landed on her. “No thank you.” She spoke in reply with a small shy smile. “I don’t drink.” She said as she shrugged her shoulders and looked at the guy that appeared to around her smiling down at her in that moment. 

It wasn’t but minutes later that he was bumped forward, and the drink in his hand spilled down the front of her dress. Biting her lip to keep from trembling at the embarrassment, her eyes watered. “Come on, I have a shirt and sweats you can borrow, I’m sorry.” The guy spoke taking her hand as he lead her up to his room. She couldn’t have been grateful enough for the offer of a new pair of clothing in exchanged for her ruined white dress. Getting up to his room she watched as he fished in his drawer for the clothes he offered and gave them to her. What a gentlemen she thought after he exited the room to let her change. Folding up the damaged dress after she was changed she then made her way out of his room thanking him and introducing herself to him. It was that night that she met Cal, and it was that night she had believed that love at first sight was a real thing and not just in that novels she read. 

After that night and having exchanged numbers, Fable and Calden texted and called each other everyday. Having went on dates, that Fable used her parents amex card to pay for. Going to homecoming together with her dressed up, and him in jeans and a AC/DC shirt, but no corsage to adorn her wrist. She still felt like she was in love, that was up until he bedded her one night, and the next day she caught him in the girls bathroom at school with one of her best friends, his tongue shoved down her throat. What had she done. She often wondered. She would have never knew that answered, but it was then that she strictly dived into her romance novels, and solely wished that she had the relationships the people in her books had found. It was then she began to believe that not everything in her books would come true.
