Josie quits as La Bonne Nuit's resident singer, forcing Veronica to perform Maybe This Time as the resolutions of the episode's storylines play out. The most memorable is no doubt Archie's dead body being discovered by rangers as Veroncia belts out: "Maybe this time I'll win!"

Josie and Archie perform People Like Us together. The montage includes Gladys and JB plotting to take over Riverdale and ends with Archie and Josie sharing their first kiss.

Veronica throws Archie a welcome home party where she opts to perform a love song in Spanish for some reason. Archie, who does not speak Spanish, doesn't have a great time as he keeps thinking about Hiram. Eventually, he runs off, cutting Veronica's performance short.

Who knew Gladys had stage aspirations? Veronica bargains a La Bonne Nuit performance for 5% off her debt, Gladys accepts and performs Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood. Unfortunately Hiram Lodge hates to see a milf thrive so him and a Business Associate keep hassling her until she draws a knife on them. Wild times.

Cheryl walks in on Veronica and Toni performing Call Your Girlfriend together. While Toni didn't actually cheat on Cheryl with Veronica in canon Cheryl sure acts like she did! And, to be honest, with that song choice who can blame her. If you ignore half of the ensuing dialogue who's to say Veronica and Toni DIDN'T fool around?
