Yesterday's seal walks were a CORETASTIC way to wrap up the week! 🤗 . . Seal walks are an amazing dynamic plank variation, and they are a lot more challenging than they look! 😝 . . ➡️Start in a plank position with your feet on sliders (or whatever will move easily on your flooring) and walk forward with your hands while your feet slide behind you. ➡️Keep your abs braced, your spine neutral, and avoid sagging or rotating your hips as you move. ➡️Up the challenge by walking with 1 leg lifted at a time, walking backwards, or even putting your feet on a metal plate and dragging it forward. 😅 . . . #fitcampresolution #coreandcardio #coretasticthursday #lovemygym #sealwalk #fitcampstrong #fullbodyfitness #exerciselibrary (at FITCamp - Beginners Bootcamp for Women)
